The purpose of this study was to contribute to the development of clinical instruction by students ratings of teaching effectiveness in clinical education. The instrument used in this study was teaching effectiveness of clinical nursing by Yu and modified evaluation method by Kern and Mickelson. The results were are follows 1. Among the 12 categorial components of clinical teaching effectiveness, the highest satisfaction was 'encouraging to think for themselves' and the lowest was 'attitude of teacher and evaluation' 2. To compare teaching effectiveness between sex, 'resource for student' and 'professional competence' showed statistical significance. 3. To compare teaching effectiveness among clinical practice stage, 'encouraging' 'role model', 'professional competence', 'organization of subject mater' and 'attitude of teacher and evaluation' showed statistical significance. 5. Interrater ICCs for evaluation method did not showed statistical significance and interitem ICCs showed statistical significance. This article presents goal of clinical education, development of clinical instructor's educational program and a standardized method to measure clinical performance.
The purpose of this study is to investigate between CEO's Entrepreneurship in Venture Business and Organizational Effectiveness. CEO's Entrepreneurship variable consist of Innovativeness, Risk-taking and Proactiveness. Organizational effectiveness concept composed of system approach and the contingency theory and it's variable consisted of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Statistical methods are adapted Frequency, Factor Analysis and CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) of LISREL.8 program. Refined Survey data are 412/Major findings are as follows; Only Proactiveness variable of CEO's entrepreneurship have significant relation to Organizational Effectiveness(job satisfaction and organizational involvement). Innovativeness and Risk taking variables are partially supported to influence to Organizational Effectiveness.
In this research an induction motor vector control system was developed using Simulink and RTW(Real Time Workshop). On the Simulink window, control system is designed in the form of block diagrams, program codes are produced automatically with the RTW, then c compiler compiles the program codes. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness and satisfaction of visiting Korean Medicine doctor program. Method : The senior center visiting Korean Medicine doctor program was conducted in ten senior centers in Seongnam city from April 2016 to December 2016. Korean Medicine doctors were assigned senior center one by one. The program consisted of health lectures and health counseling. The health lectures embraces stroke, musculoskeletal disease, dementia, depression and self care for the elderly Results : A total of 194 elderly persons participated the program. The self-health awareness level were changed from $50.86{\pm}25.31$ to $57.17{\pm}24.62$ (p-value=0.003). The physical pain level was decreased from $5.33{\pm}2.99$ to $5.04{\pm}2.86$. The quality of life were changed from $0.791{\pm}0.155$ to $0.792{\pm}0.144$ (p-value=0.923). Overall satisfaction of visiting Korean Medicine doctor program was $9.36{\pm}2.11$. The need for sustainability for visiting Korean Medicine doctor program was $9.76{\pm}0.60$. Conclusions : The study demonstrated that visiting Korean Medicine doctor program had a positive effect on the health awareness level. The overall satisfaction and further need were high. Further program for senior center will be needed.
The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of a life review-narrative group therapy program aimed at increasing ego-integrity in the elderly. The life review-narrative group therapy program was organized according to the tfe course from childhood to old age. The objectives of the program were for the elderly to enhance their self-worth, become aware of their individual self existence, accept aging and death, accept the past and present life, and to make the most of their experiences of overcoming difficulties. The counseling techniques used in the program were mainly reminiscence and re-authoring of the narrative therapy. Thirty-two elderly people aged 60 years and over (16 in each of experimental and control groups) were selected randomly from the Daegu Metropolitan City General Welfare Center for the research. The two groups were identified as equivalent for the study in a pre-test. The program of the experimental group was implemented twice a week for 90 minutes per session over a 6-week period (Sep. 8th - Oct. 14th. 2005). The pre (Sep. 8th 2005), the post (Oct. 14th. 2005) and follow-up (Nov. 14th. 2005) tests were implemented in ordo, to verify the effectiveness of the program. The instruments used in the study were the Ego-Integrity Scale. The data were analyzed using t-test, and Ore-Factor Repeated Measures ANOVA. The findings of the study were as follows. The experimental group evidenced significant effects on enhancing ego-integrity. The result of the post hoc multiple comparisons showed that the effects of the life review-narrative group therapy Program were maintained for one months. Meanwhile the control group did not show any significant change in ego-integrity. Based on these findings, the limitations of the study were discussed, and further research was suggested.
The purpose of this study was to implement and evaluate the health education program for elementary school children. The program consisted of nutritional education and physical exercise. The subjects composed of 89 school children, first through sixth grade (n = 100), who had completed ten weeks of health education program from April through July 2010. Pre-post intervention design was used to evaluate the program effectiveness. After completing health education program, the number of overweight subjects decreased (boys 13 to 11 and girls 11 to 9) and the number of obese subjects decreased from 5 to 4 for boys and 4 to 2 for girls The number of sit-ups significantly increased in both 1-2 grade girls and 3-4 grade girls. Backward trunk extension of 1-2 grade girls also significantly increased (p < 0.05). The level of serum total cholesterol decreased from 171.8 mg/dL to 153.5 mg/dL (p < 0.001). Hypercholesterolemia (above 239 mg/dL), hyperLDLcholesterolemia (above 175 mg/dL) and low level hemoglobin subjects changed to normal levels. Total score of nutrition knowledge increased from 5.9 to 6.1 (p < 0.05), percentage of perception answers increased significantly in 5 out of 10 items and percentage of correct answers increased significantly in 6 out of 10 items (p < 0.05). Three food habits improved, including, "having breakfast", "having diverse foods" and "having vegetables per meal" (p < 0.05). Two self-efficacy items improved significantly, including, "having meals slowly", "having exercise instead of watching TV or computer" (p < 0.05). These results suggest that health education program for elementary school children including nutritional education and physical exercise may be effective to improve their anthropometric characteristics, physical fitness, hyperlipidemia, nutrition knowledge, food habits and self-efficacy.
Oral medication is the most frequent treatment measure for follow up treatment, which is leading by childrens' parents for them. In medication for preoperational children, they tend to concentrate the result rather than the motivation or cause. So, they frequently refuse medication which has bitter taste. So this study was attempted to develop token economy program which promote children's medication and help their parents, and to evaluate its' effect to construct the experimental ground. This study was a quasi experimental study under the nonequivalent control group posttest only design. The subjects of this study were 36 children who were aged 3-6 years and admitted pediatric ward because of their respiratory disease. Token economy program was consisted of cartoon record paper with stickers which expresses the better medication is taken the more germs die, and gift was given for back up reinforcer. To evaluate this program, time for oral medication was measured to both experimental group and control group. To determine the effect of the program, the data were analyzed by the SAS 6.12 program with t-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Between experimental group and control group, there was no significant difference (t=-1.2411, P=0.2374). Therefore, the hypothesis of this study was rejected. In conclusion, the token economy program for follow up care didn't change the children's behavior of oral medication. But it was found that the cartoon on recording paper gave a pleasure to participated children. Parents who were in experimental group expressed their appreciation for token economy program. So it can be said that the token economy program for follow up care was effective in inducing the children's pleasure and parents' satisfaction even though it wasn't successful in experiment. If the measuring tools for token economy program was made with well planned design and high reliability, it can be improved the effectiveness of that To develope the theoretical bases of nursing care, the well planned programs and measuring tools for them should be developed.

This study verifies the effectiveness of developing and implementing a leadership educational program specifically customized to improve of leadership competencies among members of multicultural family support centers and healthy family support centers. This program refers to Triangle Leadership that consists of three categories: finding individual strengths and self-esteem to enhance self-leadership, constructing a vision and roadmap to develop transformational leadership, and stress and teamwork management for competent servant leadership. In order to improve its completeness, focus group interview was adopted for 10 employees in the center and supervised by two professionals. The program was also conducted twice for 142 members of multicultural family support centers and healthy family support centers across the Korea. The result of implementation (with regard to the satisfaction level for the contents of the program) showed that both first and second rounds had improvement in all three categories compared to what was expected before taking the education program. The level of satisfaction for instructor and program operation was more enhanced (as well for the second time) compared to the first round. The evidence of program effectiveness indicates that there is a high anticipation for another approach that suits for the circumstances and requirement of centers and facilitator training.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the preliminary effects of applying a developed web-based video education program in patients with cancer receiving chemotherapy. Methods: A one-group pre-post test design was used. The web-based video education program to prevent infection consisted of 5 subjects. The program was confirmed to be valid by an expert group of doctors and nurses. Convenience sampling of 23 subjects was performed to evaluate the effectiveness of the web-based video education program. Data were analyzed based on nonparametric statistics using SPSS 25.0 software. Results: Per the results of the study, knowledge and self-management behavior of infection prevention significantly improved after application of the program; however, there was no significant difference in self-efficacy. Conclusion: It was confirmed that the web-based video education program is effective to improve the knowledge and self-management behavior of infection prevention. However, as a preliminary study, this study did not have external validity. Therefore, it is necessary to verify the effectiveness of the program through randomized controlled trials and confirm the true infection prevention effect that was not considered in this research design.

This study aims to understand the effectiveness of the FRIENDS program in improving the resilience of adolescents. For this purpose, the following research questions were chosen: 1) What effect does the FRIENDS program have on the resilience of adolescents? 2) What difference does the FRIENDS program make for the subfactors of resilience in adolescents? 3) After completing the FRIENDS program, what sustained effects are there on adolescent resiliency? They were divided into experimental and control groups and the results from before and after group coaching as well as follow-up results were analyzed using SPSS 25.0. For measuring resilience, KRQ-53 created by Juhwan Kim was utilized in this study. Finally, based on prior research and under the guidance of his advisor, the author adapted the FRIENDS program to fit the study subjects' circumstances. This program was conducted across 10 sessions which were 50 minutes each. The study found that the FRIENDS group coaching program had a positive effect on enhancing the resilience of adolescents.Based on the discussion and research findings.
