노년층의 영양교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초조사 : 영양지식 및 태도 (Nutrition knowledge and attitude analysis of elderly people for the development of nutrition education program)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the nutrition knowledge and attitude of the elderly for developing nutrition education program. The nutrition knowledge test was consisted of nutrition, nutrients, weight control, food safety, and shopping tips by developing the table of specifications. The nutrition attitude test was comprised of seventeen questions for invention, self-efficacy, control, and outcome expectation. A total of 140 elderly living at home responded to both nutrition knowledge and attitude test. According to the results of nutrition knowledge test, the mean was 13.3 at the maximum 18 points and 51.4% respondents got more than 14 points. Significant differences were found with age (p<0.05, $x^2$=21.46), charge of income (p<0.05, $x^2$=8.86) and monthly expenses(p<0.05, $x^2$=22.95). The results of nutrition attitude test showed that the mean value of 40.89 points at the maximum 51 points and 58.6% of respondents rated more than 40.89 points. In exploring the relationship between the demographic variables(sex, age, educational level, and monthly expenses) and for attitude concepts, a significant correlation was found. Correlation among the knowledge for nutrition, nutrients, and the attitudes for nutrition was significant(p<0.05).

경상남도와 울산광역시 초등학교의 급식 및 영양관리 실태조사 II - 영양관리 - (Study on Foodservice and Nutrition Management for Elementary Schools in Kyungnam and Ulsan - Nutrition Management -)

  • The purpose of this survey was to investigate the status of dietitians' nutrition management and nutrition education in the elementary school lunch program. 386 dietitians in Kyungsangnamdo and Ulsan that participated in this survey, 350 dietitians were selected for analysis. The main results of this study are as follows. 80.6% don't survey the nutrition of home food, the reason is that 'too much work' 60.2%, - The more it increases the longer they have career record - 'botheration' 21.9%, 'no idea about process' 9.5%, 'no idea about way of survey' 8.4%. 23.5% don't survey the student's preferences, the reason is that firstly 'too much work' 55.1% ,secondly 'botheration' 34.7%, as well as the case of nutrition survey. The rate of nutrition education working is about 94%. The subject of education is mostly about 'advisable diet habit'(62.6%), then importance of nutrition(19.5%), elementary knowledge about food(10.0%), table manners (5.5%), sanitary and environment(24.6%). All(100%) of them who manage over 1501 works nutrition teachig while 83.0% do but 17.0% don't in a case of 401-800 at the relationship between whether they work education or not and how many students they manage.

축소모형을 이용한 평형별 가구선택과 배치에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Furniture Choice and Arrangement Using Scale Down Models according to the Size of Space)

  • The Plan for effective usage of living room must be suggested because families primarily use living room for public space. And from the viewpoint of function and decoration. the kind of furniture. furniture occupancy quantity. and the arrangement of furniture have much affect on using a dwelling space. So this study will suggest basic data for a good furniture usage through experiment using scale down models. To analyze the data. frequency and percentage were used by running SPSS $PC^+$ program. The major results are as follows. In an experiment using living room and furniture models(Scale 1/20). according to the size of space. TV sizes and furniture occupancy quantity were in proportion to size and space of the living room. Also they chose various types of tea-table and side-tables. In small spaces. subjects chose simple arrangement types (no sofa or I type sofa and cabinet). but in large spaces. they chose \ulcorner type or \ulcorner type sofa and cabinet.

초등 실과 교과서 분석 연구 -6차 교육과정 중심- (Textbook Analysis on Practical Arts for Elementary School -focused on 6th curriculum-)

  • Purpose of this study is to analyze the validity of textbook content on practical arts for the 6th curriculum, to grasp the content problems and to propose the strategy of reformation to be satisfied with consumer better than supplier. The data collected from 196 elemantary school teachers who lived in Gyungsang-namdo and analized by SPSS/PC(sup)+ package program. The statistical methods used for analysis were frequency, descriptives, validity, t-test, oneway ANOVA. The major findings can be summarised as follows: 1. The textbooks on practical arts for 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grades showed unbalanced division for picture, figure, table unite and evaluation type of all units doesn’t show diversity. 2. The validity of textbook contents on practical arts was found to be the highest for 3rd grade textbook and the lowest for 6th grade one. Among the validity of the evaluation items,‘differentiation with other subject’and ‘usefulness of living’showed high scores, wheres ‘fitness of child level’marked lowest score. 3. There was no significant difference Among the validity contents of teachers based on socio-demographic variables.

Digital Transformations to Improve the Work and Distribution of the State Scholarships Programs

  • Purpose - Based on the analysis of Kazakhstan's experience of digital transformation, this study suggests a concept for digital solution to optimize organizational process, create trust networking between the center of state scholarships programs and recipients. In addition, the authors contribute to the current discussions of an effective digital transformation of state services. Research design, data, and methodology - Policy analysis is based on the combination of both primary and secondary materials collected during a Policy Research Project conducted in Kazakhstan in 2017. It involved semi-structured interviews with the state scholarship' recipients, ICT experts and findings from academic articles. Results - Findings are represented via Policy Development Matrix - a table with three options (status quo, partial change, total change) to deal with policy challenges. Authors suggest a concept for digital solution following the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles for optimizing core business processes, communication and networking strategies of the state scholarships program. Conclusions - At the time when digitalization becomes trending for states, the transformation of the state education policy is inevitable. The rapid development of digital technologies creates new opportunities for a single integration platform with key principles of Smart Remote Management in the state scholarships programs.

  • The electronic state of ZnO doped with Al, Ga and In, which belong to III family elements in periodic table, was calculated using the density functional theory. In this study, the program used for the calculation on theoretical structures of ZnO and doped ZnO was Vienna Ab-initio Simulation Package (VASP), which is a sort of pseudo potential method. The detail of electronic structure was obtained by the describe variational $X{\alpha}(DV-X{\alpha})$(DV-Xa) method, which is a sort of molecular orbital full potential method. The optimized crystal structures obtained by calculations were compared to the measured structure. The density of state and energy levels of dopant elements was shown and discussed in association with properties.

  • 원자력발전소의 비상사태 발생시 효과적인 비상대책 수립을 위하여 인근 주민에 대한 신속한 피폭선량 평가 시스템의 개발이 강조되고 있다. 여기서 개발한 시스템은 다양한 원전의 사고에 대해 인근 주민에 대한 방사선 영향의 신속한 평가 모델로서 마이크로 컴퓨터에 기초한 프로그램이며, 문답형의 메뉴방식의 사용자 입력구조를 가지고 있고 수행 결과의 출력은 표 또는 그래픽 형식의 구조를 가지고 있어서 신속한 피폭선량평가 수행뿐만 아니라 신속한 결과 판독이 가능하여 비상대책 활동을 위한 결정에 도움을 준다.

한국형 전산화 인지재활프로그램이 초기 치매노인의 생성 이름대기 수행에 미치는 효과에 관한 예비연구 (The effect of computer based cognitive rehabilitation program on the improvement of generative naming in the elderly with mild dementia: preliminary study)

  • 본 연구는 초기 치매환자를 대상으로 전산화 인지재활프로그램이 전두엽 집행기능 중 생성 이름대기에 미치는 효과를 파악하고, 치매 환자의 조기 언어중재에 관한 기초자료를 제공하였다. 분석 대상은 경증치매환자 29명으로서 전산화 인지재활프로그램(CoTras)을 중재하는 실험군 21명과 지필과 테이블활동 등 전통적인 면대면 언어재활을 중재하는 대조군 8명으로 분류되었다. 실험집단과 대조집단은 모두 12주 동안 순차적 언어 회상 기억훈련, 연합회상 기억훈련, 언어 범주화 기억훈련, 언어통합 기억훈련을 진행하였다. 의미유창성과 음소유창성의 사전검사점수를 공변량으로 통제한 Welch's robust ANCOVA분석 결과, 실험집단과 대조집단은 의미유창성과 MMSE-K의 변화에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 반면에, 음소유창성은 실험군과 대조군 모두 기초선단계에 비해서 12주간의 치료 후 유의미하게 증가하였지만 통계적으로 치료방법에 따른 유의미한 차이는 없었다. 본 연구의 결과는 전산화 인지재활프로그램이 전통적인 인지재활에 비해서 의미유창성의 향상에 효과적일 가능성을 시사한다.

프로축구선수의 음식기호도 조사 (Survey on Food Preferences of Athletes in a Professional Soccer Team)

  • Questionnaire survey was performed in order to set an adequate meal table for athletes taking their food preferences into consideration. The survey was conducted against 32 athletes of a professional soccer team. Statistical data analysis was performed utilizing SAS package program. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; 18.8% of the answerers were found out to consider their autotrophic nutritional status as above average, 75.0% considered theirs as up to the average and 6.2%, below average. Among answers to the question what they consider as the most critical factor in their staying healthy; sound sleep won the most votes followed by enough rest, tranquillity and balanced eating habit. Yet, 68.8% replied their meal sizes were not settled. And 46.9% thought nutritive supplement helpful and 96.9% of the answerers said a dietitian is required as their health manager. 62.5% of them preferred Korean cuisine. Chigye and Chongol were the most preferred menus(55.6%) and Namul (28.1%), Muchim(26.3%) and Cheok.cheon(23.9%) enjoyed relatively low preference.

강원도 남녀 중학생의 학교급식에 대한 중요도 및 수행도 비교 (Comparison of Importance and Performance to the School Lunch Service According of Male and Female Middle School Students in the Gangwon Province)

  • Customer satisfaction concerning foodservice quality characteristics were evaluated by using importance performance analysis(IPA) techniques in middle school foodsevice operations. One hundred students from each of 17 middle schools in Gangwon province were surveyed by self-developed questionnaire. Total of 1,675 questionnaires(female 943 and male 732 respectively) were collected and data were analyzed using SAS program. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1.The male and female students scored the importance level as 3.99 and 4.03 out of 5 respectively, which means 'important' The performance level of female(2.71) was significantly lower than male(2.86) which means 'between bad and so-so'. it is suggested that the statistical analysis should be conducted respectively according to gender. And there is no performance level over 4(good). 2. Dissatisfied quality attributes identified were convenience of dinning room and the managerial attitude of dissatisfaction in the female and male students. 3. Satisfied quality attributes identified were hygiene of food and dinning room and spoon and cup and drinking water table and distribution process, taste of food, variety of food in the female and male students. 4. The performance scores of lower price(less than 1500 won) lunch group was higher than higher price(more than 1800 won) lunch group in the female and male students.
