자활기업의 사회적 가치에 대한 질적 연구 (Qualitative Study on the Social Value of Self-Support Enterprise)

  • 본 연구의 목표는 사회적 경제의 모태로 알려진 자활기업의 사회적 가치를 질적연구를 통해 도출하는 것이다. 총 네 차례에 걸친 FGI와 주제분석을 통해 본 연구가 범주화한 자활기업의 사회적 가치는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자활기업은 시장지향성을 가진 기업이자 동시에 취약계층을 위한 일자리 복지를 제공하는 '사회안전망'의 가치를 갖고 있었다. 또한, 자활기업이 추구하는 '공동체성'은, 자활기업과 그에 속한 참여자들이 비영리적 가치와 호혜성, 그리고 나눔의 가치를 실현하는 가치였다. 끝으로, 자활기업이 갖고 있는 존재론적, 통시적, 그리고 생태계적 '지속가능성'은 자활기업이 지속적으로 우리 사회에 선한 영향력을 제공할 수 있는 근거가 되고 있었다. 이러한 발견들은 사회적 경제 생태계의 유지와 발전을 위한 이론적, 경험적 근거를 제공하는 선행연구로서의 가치를 갖고 있다. 이를 토대로 향후 사회적 경제 전반에 대한 통합적인 후속 연구가 필요하다.

사무자동화를 위한 ERP 시스템 도입 방향에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the ERP system introduction direction for Office Automation)

  • 본 논문은 최근 기업들이 다양한 인터넷 및 ERP시스템을 적용하여 국한된 사무자동화에 대한 업무의 효율적 향상을 위해 많은 노력과 투자를 아끼지 않고 있다. 기업들은 정보화 사회가 조성되면서 정보 분석 및 기업 내 새로운 정보 창출, 업무의 자동화 및 생산성을 목적으로 ERP시스템 도입에 단계적인 투자를 하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 기업 업무 자동화 및 생산적인 이익을 창출하기 위한 구현된 ERP 시스템이 기존 시스템, 웹, 인트라넷과의 연동 관계 그리고 현재 기업 업무 적용에 따른 타당성을 조사해 보고, 향후 ERP시스템이 기업에 미치는 영향에 대해 고찰하였다.

전자상점 성과에 관한 이론적 모형 구축 (Development of the Theoretical Model on Electronic-Store Success)

  • This study developed the ISM (Electronic Store Success Model) by basing upon the revised D&M IS Success Model and reflecting the characteristics of marketing and e business. The theoretical rationale of this model was as following : 1) Though the revised D&M IS Success Model (2002) must be more logical and complete model than the original D&M IS Success Model (1992), it did not reflect characteristics of marketing and e business. 2) In the marketing studios, Service Quality has been suggested as one of basic strategies for success. 3) In e business studies, Trust has been emerging as a potentially important antecedent of e loyalty. 4) There has been a paradigm shift from satisfaction to loyalty in marketing emphasis. 5) Nowadays, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) has been pervaded in many organizations and has supported PCA (Profit Center Accounting) or Channel based Accounting, so it has not been difficult to evaluate financial performance of Electronic Store. The ESM that has six dimensions (System Quality, information Quality. Service Quality, Trust, Loyalty, Financial Performance) and expresses the causal relationship among them was proposed and was compared with BSC (Balanced Scorecard), WebQual, and EWAM (Extended Web Assessment Method). The results showed that the ESM coincides with BSC and contains dimensions of WebQual, and EWAM.

품질개선 및 혁신활동에서 재무성과 측정모형의 개발 (Development of Financial Effect Measurement(FEM) Models for Quality Improvement and Innovation Activity)

  • This research introduces the Financial Effect Measurement (FEM) models which measures both the improvement and the innovation performance of Quality Control Circle (QCC) and activities of Six Sigma. Concepts and principle of Comprehensive Income Statement (CIS), Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Time-Driven Activity Based-Costing (TDABC) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) are applied in order to develop the 4 FEM models presented in this paper. First of all, FEM using CIS depicts the improvement effects of production capacity and yield using relationships between demand and supply, and line balancing efficiency between bottleneck process and non-bottleneck processes. Secondly, cause-and-effect relation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is used to present Critical Success Factor (CSF) effects for QC Story 15 steps of QCC and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) of Six Sigma. The next is FEM model for service management innovation activities that uses TDABC to calculate the time-driven effect for improving the indirect activities according to the cost object. Lastly, FEM model for TPM activities presents the interpretation of improvement effect model of TPM Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX) maintenance using profit, cash and Economic Added Value (EVA) as metrics of enterprise values. To better understand and further investigate FEMs, recent cases on National Quality Circle Contest are used to evaluate new financial effect measurement developed in this paper.

커뮤니티 비즈니스와 집합적 학습 -조력 집단에 대한 성찰- (Community Business and Collective Learning)

  • 이 연구에서는 커뮤니티 비즈니스의 개념 정의, 커뮤니티 비즈니스 현장에서 지역사회 주민과 조력자들 사이에 이루어지는 상호작용이 근거해야 할 실천 윤리, 커뮤니티 비즈니스 활동의 과정적 요소에 관한 사례 분석, 관련 정책 사업의 문제점 등을 논의하였다. 커뮤니티 비즈니스는 지역사회가 직면한 문제를 해결하려고 주민들 스스로 실천하는 비즈니스 형식의 활동으로, 주민의 자발성에 기초한 '문제 제기-집합적 학습-조직화'의 과정적 요소로 이뤄진다. 현재의 커뮤니티 비즈니스 관련 중간지원조직은 유연한 조력 활동이 아니라 정책 사업 관리의 역할을 부여받고 있다. 정부의 관련 정책 사업은 주민들 스스로의 문제 제기와 학습이라는 선행 과정을 건너뛰어 충분한 준비 없는 커뮤니티 비즈니스 실천을 조장하는 측면도 있다. 관련된 정부 보조금 정책 사업의 틀이나 중간지원조직의 역할은 지역사회 주민들이 주도하는 과정에 유연하게 조력할 수 있도록 재편되어야 한다.

In this digital management environment, continuously and powerfully they would advance for becoming the best of the world. For strategic changes to take place in industry 3 key important factors need to be included ; Integration of tasks function and process, Decentralization of information, Responsibility, Finally simplification of products and product structures.

웹환경 ERP시스템의 적용사례 만족도 분석 (Application Instance Satisfaction Analysis of Web Environmental ERP System)

  • 최근 기업의 이익을 최대화하기 위해 생산 판매 물류 회계 인사 등 기업의 기간 업무를 조직적 횡단적으로 파악하고, 경영 자원의 활용을 전사적으로 최적화하려는 계획 관리를 위한 경영 개념으로 사용하는 ERP 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모기업 S사를 대상으로 현 구축된 ERP 시스템을 파악하였다. 현장 적용 후의 실행효과를 분석하고 설문조사 방법으로 시스템의 현장 적용 후 발견되는 사용상의 어려움, 사용자의 거부 반응 등을 파악하여 개선방향을 모색해 시스템의 효율성과 고객들의 만족도를 실증적으로 분석하였다.

  • The 'Excellent Quality Competitive Enterprises' selection system began with the government's selection and announcement of 'Top 100 Excellent Quality Competitive Enterprises' in 1997 in accordance with Article 6 of the Quality Management and Safety Control of Industrial Products Act and Article 5 (Selection of excellent quality management enterprises, etc.) of the Act's Enforcement Decree. The content of the research and analysis results is summarized as follows: 1. The participation and confidence of enterprises in the differentiation of the assessment system for the excellent quality competitive enterprises selection system is high: from the initial year to the present, 10% of enterprises have participated in the system for over 10 years and since 2000 participating enterprises have been on a steady rise. 2. The distribution of participating enterprises is not limited to any specific region but is spread nationwide, while the participation scale and business types also are being evenly distributed. 3. From the perspective of management performance, as compared with the average of domestic manufacturing businesses or that of U.S. manufacturing businesses, an analysis found that among management results, the excellent quality competitive enterprises achieved far higher sales growth and operating profit rate on sales, however their own capital ratio and debt to equity ratio appeared to be slightly higher.

공정무역 상품의 소비를 활성화하기 위한 방안 연구 (Promotion strategies for consumption of the fairly traded products)

  • Fair trade has received increasing attention from ethical consumers in the North Trans-Atlantic world. It is a movement establishing alternative trading organizations to ensure minimal returns, safe working conditions, and to provide continuity in the trading relationship for disadvantaged producers, especially women and indigenous people in the South. Despite of the growing fair trade movement in the U.S. and Europe, it is still in the introductory stage in Korea. Although fair trade has gained some attention because of the efforts of activists, most Korean consumers are still unaware of it. This paper is divided into four sections including an introduction and conclusions. In section two, I analysed sales of the fairly traded products and the websites of the fairly traded products sellers. In section three, I proposed two effective recommendations for the better marketing and promotion strategies of fairly traded products. One proposal is for providing consumer information, like fair trade certificates, consumer campaigns, and consumer information of the fair trade sellers' websites analyses. The other is for establishing the infrastructure to promote the consumption of fairly traded products such as consumer education, corporate social responsibility, social enterprise, fair trade town and school, and networking. This study is relavant to academics, non-profit fair trade organizations, manufacturers, retailers and governments.

한국의 복지혼합에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Welfare Mix in Korea)

  • In order to understand the provision of social welfare in Korea, this study puts forward a method to measure and tracks the welfare mix, and applies the method to Korea. This is the goal of this study, which is in three parts. First, I critically review the concept of welfare pluralism and develop the welfare mix model, Second, I present a methodology and technique for measuring and systematically comparing the components of the welfare mix. Third, I examine the roles of five welfare providers including state, market, non-profit organization, enterprise and family in the welfare mix of Korea. This study argues that the welfare mix in Korea has some characteristics of 'residual state, expanded market, negligible voluntary sector, and protective family'. The state in Korea has played a relatively little role in the provision of social welfare, enforcing most Koreans being with a meagre social protection. Thus, most of the 'left' needs for social welfare has to be met in the private sector composed of market and enterprises. In addition, in a situation that self/mutual help through family or community is encouraged, the family has played an important role in the welfare mix. But the role of voluntary sector in the welfare mix has remained negligible. Consequently, the characteristics of the welfare mix in Korea can be best described by a welfare society rather than a welfare state.
