Following the U.S sub-prime mortgage crisis and a slump in properties market, the probability is rising that housing investment would not yield high profit as it used to do until early 2000s. For this reason, the nature of properties market is undergoing a change from a source of lucrative investment to a source of a relatively low but stable profit, such as profit-oriented real estate. This trend is likely to promote REITs market, which is a leading product for indirect investment. Until now, the REITs market has been growing slowly compared to a general housing market or financial markets. However, as the importance of risk management based on portfolio theories increases, stable profit generation of REITs can be effective in risk management. This study conducts an empirical analysis on how investment risks can be diversified by including REITs-a source of relatively stable profit in the equity market-in investment portfolio. The analysis results showed that, similar to food and beverage stocks of highly defensive nature, REITs has a relatively weak correlation with KOSPI that reflects the overall market performance. It also showed very low standard deviation in case of minimum variance portfolio. This suggests that including REITs in investment portfolio can be as effective as including food and beverage stocks for risk diversification. Due to uncertainties, investment always accompanies risks, and balancing potential profits and risks is essential.

In a large-scale chemical plant, there are scheduling problems in inventory and packing process although production process is stabilized. The profit of the plant is restricted by these problems. In order to improve these problems, integrated scheduling model, which is concerned with whole processes from production to shipment, has been developed in this paper. In this model, decision variables are production sequence, silo allocation, amounts of bulk shipment and packing amounts. In case of a real plant, it is hard to solve by deterministic methods because there are too many decision variables to solve. In this paper, genetic algorithm is presented to solve a PVC process scheduling model within an hour with PCs.

Whether company have or maintain competitive advantage. It depends on how to position company in the value system. In this study. like to achieve integration and rebuilding of value chain through B2E relationship and affiliation which could not achieved because of limit of manpower, cost, time. After analysis of B2E model. affiliated program, propose Affiliated B2E model. Proposed model has mutual supplemented function module which compensate mutual profit between parent company and employee company.

Although manufacturing cost is a major part of profit in a company, it is difficult to be calculated by an analytic method. Besides, the manufacturing cost gained by simple financial structure dose not have an important meaning in market place. Therefore, an analytic method of computing the manufacturing cost is very necessary in manufacturing system. In this study, we suggested the direct cost analysis model which are able to measure accurate cost analysis of product in manufacturing system. The direct cost analysis model is made up of directly used expenditure for unit product. Also, system performances are put in the manufacturing cost analysis model so that it could be possible to analyze the change of manufacturing cost as system performances change. At the end of this paper, it verifies its relevancy and practicality of the suggested direct cost analysis model through the case study, using real data for direct labor cost.

At the spots of enterprises experiencing rapid environmental changes, necessity for ceaseless managemental innovation is raised. We can't deny that management quality is also a part of such managemental innovation. Introduction of management quality by an organization is different from introduction of other individual innovative techniques. Management quality is not one time project but complete historical change program to be pursued continuously. Furthermore, it must be understood as a strategic 'Quality Journey' looking for far future of an organization. Malcolm Baldrige Model has been increasingly used in Korea as a global standard for management quality. The model, however, has shown a number of limitations in application due to nonsystematic elements in the implementation process. The deployment process of the model should be detailed through a real world case study. In this research, we proposed a quality evaluation standard model which is suitable for the Korean public enterprise based on the Malcolm Baldrige Non-profit Criteria, and examined the model. A 7-Point Likert Scale was used based on the seven categories within the 2007 Malcolm Baldrige Non-profit Criteria: Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Market Focus, Management Analysis and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Process Management, and Results. Furthermore, we analysed the validity and causal relationship among the factors within the model. Through the above case study, following common factors for successful Malcolm Baldrige Model have been derived. The following is a summary of the results of this study. First, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs powerful support Leadership. Second, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Strategic Planning. Third, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs the continuous Customer and Market Focus. Fourth, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management. Five, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Workforce Focus. Six, for Malcolm Baldrige Model management, needs systematic Process Management. The finding are surely necessary factors to arrange the human resource management for upgraded management quality, those factors help to explain why all enterprises consider human resource as the strategic view.

Free-to-Play of Digital Game became to be one of the largest profit business models because of its stable profit and ability to attract new players. However as the services that are provided gets diversified, some problem come up with mass imbalance in the gameplay experience. Therefore in this process to organize the concepts and features of the Free-to-Play and typing research depending on the acquisition method, durability, and function of revelation target. It was able to derive the three problems, which are inequality in the gameplay experience, economic imbalance in the game world, and player's breakaway. The goal of study is to explain by giving specific examples with these three problems and offer rational solutions. These kinds of study will give a lead on how the Free-to-Play model should be applied to the Korean game market.

This paper presents a pricing model for maximizing a service provider's profit, taking into account consumers' quality-of-service dependent willingness to pay, in integrated voice/data mobile services. For the voice and the data services, time-sensitive pricing and volume-sensitive pricing mechanism will be applied, respectively, as in the case of Korea's mobile service market. Assuming that consumers are very sensitive to call interruption during handoff moments, the model presented here considers reserving guard channels exclusively for handoff traffic, in the process of frequency channels allocation, as well as guaranteeing consumers quality of service regarding call interruption rate. Ultimately, this model proposes a means to guarantee the quality of service in the short term, through pricing strategies as well as channel allocation policies, and the simulation results show that without expanding system resources, there exists a trade-off between profit and quality-of-service guarantee.

The purpose of this case study is to verify the usefulness of three costing models and a minimum profit management model that can support the logistics warehouse companies in the Busan Newport Distri-park. This case study investigated traditional costing, activity-based costing (ABC), and time-driven ABC (TDABC); and suggested that an appropriate minimum profit management model is contribution margin analysis. Accordingly, in order to verify the usefulness of models, this case study surveyed the actual cost management conditions of companies, applied the three costing models to the "K" warehouse company in the Busan Newport Distri-park, and undertook a comparative study of the results. This case study produced two main findings. First, TDABC was verified as the most useful and advanced of the three costing models tested. Second, contribution margin analysis was confirmed to be the most suitable model to manage minimum profits for port warehouse companies in the Busan Newport Distri-park.

Mileage system in some online media, I have a lot of use. In addition, there are a lot of companies that are making money by using the mileage system. A mileage system is the first airline in such a way that the service in the late 1980s, many states now listed sungineung and features. In addition, there are many industries that reported good results using a mileage system used by carriers in other industries. However, mileage of the current game industry has not been introduced, it is not the service by using the concept of point returning to the user is purely a function of mileage. So a lot of developed payment systems in the mobile industry since 2010, proposed a better and more current online payment systems industry has an easy hybrid revenue model for mobile games service convergence mileage using this system.

As the mobilization of audience' media consumption getting escalating, terrestrial broadcasting, especially public broadcasting is severely affected in Korea. After 9 years' downfall, public broadcasting is trying to aim for citizen platform. Even though the Korean broadcasting law already has the articles of protecting viewer's right and profit, it has some contradictory limits also. Implied by Japanese magazine Taberutsushin, which was originated from CSA model, I suggest the new model of committee for viewers. The new committee for viewers has various planning committees and evaluation committees to ensure citizen's participation on planning, programming, and production. The new committee for viewers would function as minimum system to prompt the public broadcasting to play it's role in rapidly changing digital era.
