Purpose: This study was a methodological research conducted to develop a clinical ladder system for operating nurses. Methods: Participants were 20 OR nurses, working in C Hospital, who had a mean tenure of 6 years and 10 months. Data collection consisted of 4 focus group interviews during May and June 2009. The content analysis method of Kim and Lee (1986) was used to analyze the data. Two clinical expert groups consisting of 16 nurses verified the content validity of the preliminary system from September 16 to 26, 2009 using Kim's tool (1999). Results: The final clinical ladder system consisted of goals, core values, and 4 domains of practice related to core values, which were defined as professional value, perioperative nursing practice, education/research, and collaboration/leadership. Eleven nursing competencies and 44 behavior indicators were included in accordance with the 4-step ladder. The 4 operation systems for the clinical ladder system were the promotion system, continuous learning system, reward system, and support system. Conclusion: The results indicate that nursing managers need to pay more attention to developing a clinical ladder system for nurses.

Efficacy of antioxidative activity and nitrite scavenging ability of methanol extract from Ricinus communis. was investigated. Electron-donating ability of extract at RC$_{50}$ was 114.02 ${\mu}g$/mL. After addition of 0.46 mg/mL extract, autoxidation of pyrogallol decreased to 32.99% by superoxide dismutase-like activity. In antioxidative activity of extract against linoleic acid during incubation times of 24, 48, 96 hours at 40$^{\circ}C$, lipid peroxidation values significantly decreased by 85.50%, 87.77%, 90.95% with addition of 0.2 mg/mL, respectively. Total phenolic content was determined as gallic acid equivalents (GAE) and values revealed 83.98 ${\pm}$ 5.66 GAE ${\mu}g$/mg of extract. Nitrite scavenging ability showed the most remarkable effect at pH 1.2, decreasing to 47.24% by addition of 0.2 mg/mL. These results suggest that methanol extract from Ricinus communis. can be used as bioactive and functional material.

Purpose: This paper aimed to examine the ethical considerations that are the basis for many functions in the healthcare field. The key ethical values in global health, as well as future considerations imperative to this area, were observed. Research design, data and methodology: The current study utilized the past literature studies that were examined in the field of global health. An overview of the role of ethics in the healthcare field, as well as important considerations that needed to be taken into account in order to provide advancements in this area, were investigated. Results: Ethics are an important set of principles that guides humankind into the right conduct or action to better society and each other. Ethical values are one of the pinnacle points for any healthcare provider, as healthcare is not only considered from the aspect of patient health and well-being, but also in its role of keeping ethical guidelines to achieve the best possible care for a patient. Conclusions: A comprehensive understanding of healthcare is needed in order to tackle next generational challenges in global health. These ethical considerations will inevitably play a significant role in harnessing the patient-healthcare professional relationships as well as care for the shortening of a global disparity on healthcare.

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the relationship marketing between football club organizations, players, and the fans club community. Research design, data, and methodology: An ethnographic approach was used to observe for eight months in the community, interviews, and documents analysis in Bonek Mania community fans club and Persebaya, a football club management in Surabaya, Indonesia. Results: The results show that the management of the football club has maintained the football high-end brand image in the national league. Stakeholders have endeavored to build the values and shared meaning with the public and cohesively with Bonek Mania. The struggles and achievements are intended to maintain the local collective memory of Surabaya's patriotism as the "city of heroes." Sustainable relationships were built by professional football club managers, players, and the fans club to foster the spirit, economic resources, and sustainable development. Conclusions: This research implies that it can provide direction for the management of football clubs by paying attention to relationship marketing, developing unique local values to build the customers' loyalty. Further implications were discussed.

Unlike in the past, standards for the quantity and quality of work expected from medical school faculty are continuously rising, causing changes and stress in various areas. This highlights the need for career development among medical school faculty for professional, personal, organizational, and societal reasons. The role of medical school faculty has become more diverse, leading to an increase in the types and levels of competencies required. Medical schools must support their faculty members with diverse identities in fully utilizing their capabilities to achieve the institution's mission. Furthermore, societal changes suggest that career development for medical school faculty will become even more crucial in the future. To achieve this, both individuals and organizations must make efforts and play appropriate roles. For this purpose, medical schools use a combination of promotion and tenure evaluations and faculty development programs, while individual faculty members follow a career path within the medical school environment. Medical school faculty must be able to meet the evolving demands at each stage of their careers. It is important for professors, who engage in career development, to have a clear sense of their identity and values, and to prioritize their career goals. Medical schools should also ensure that the implicit messages they convey align with the organization's explicit values. Finally, proactively preparing for future changes in society and generations is essential from a long-term perspective.

In this study, the analysis to the preference level on slope measuring instrument of weight values on effect factors find out the reasonable monitoring on slope was performed, in which used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) techniques. The results on professional group, such as the industry, academic, institute and government, analyzed that the very important effect factors, which were indicator of various collapse type, convenience of instrument management, The evaluation of preference level on the slope measuring instrument analyzed the invar wire extensometer which was high level at convenience of install, economical efficiency of install and convenience of instrument management.

In the course of screening for new anticancer antibiotics from myxobacteria, strain JW357 was found to produce an antibiotic that was active against several human cancer cell lines. This strain was identified as Angiacaccus disciformis by morphological and cultural characteristics. The antibiotic produced was identified as myxochelin A. It demonstrated significant cytotoxicity against certain human cancer cells with $IC_{50}$ values ranging 1.15 to $2.36{\mu}g/ml$. Myxochelin A was interestingly as active against multidrug-resistant CL02 cells as against the sensitive parental cells (HCT15).

Assay-guided fractionation of the methanol extract of the leaves of Albizzia julibrissin has furnished quercitrin (1) and afzelin (2) as the scavengers of DPPH radical. Quercitrin and afzelin showed scavenging activity of DPPH free radical with the $IC_{50}$ values of 17.3 and 71.5 ${\mu}M$, respectively.

The project comprised the construction of the new oil pier and associated topside facilities and demolition of exiting south pier. The site is located approximately 33km south of Kuwait city at MAA refinery. The approach trestle and berth structures of the new oil pier were designed to be supported by steel tubular piles Total 2,480 numbers of piles(795 piles at Approach Trestle, 1187 piles at Berth 1 -4 and 498 piles at Berth 5-6) had to be driven through the calcareous silty sand In this study, the design procedures for offshore steel pipe piles, evaluation for the compression and tension capacities by static and dynamic load test and effective driving criteria by the final set values are discussed

Digital video camera can be a useful tool to capture images for use in colorimeter. However, the RGB signals generated by different digital video camera are not equal for the same scene. The digital video camera for use in colorimeter is characterized based on the CIE standard colorimetric observer. One method of deriving a colorimetric characterization matrix between camera RGB output signals and CIE XYZ tristimulus values is Polynomial modeling. In this paper, 3${\times}$3 linear matrix and 3${\times}$l1 polynomial matrix is used to investigate the characterization performance of the professional digital video camera. In experimental results, it is demonstrated that proposed 3${\times}$3 linear matrix has a reasonable degree of accuracy for use in colorimeter.
