Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the six-week educare practicum revised in 2017 and perception of the effects of the change on public child care training centers. Methods: Surveys were conducted on the directors and teachers from national public child care centers within Seoul. And in-depth interviews were conducted on six participants. Results: Firstly, public child care training centers had generally received trainees through industry-academy partnership schools, and had planned to receive the same number of trainees as in the previous system. They had trained according to their planned program, and self-evaluation had also been conducted on a regular basis. Additionally, they perceived that the quality control of the centers was carried out by the trainees. Secondly, they perceived that the new system would improve the professionalism of the teachers and have a positive effect on their personality issues and the reliability of the evaluation accreditation institute. Hence, it was believed that it would help to develop the professional knowledge and qualifications of first-time teachers. Conclusion/Implications: The results showed that the public child care training centers recognized that the six-week educare practicum would enhance the professionalism and quality of teachers, and the child care operation management.
The system needs to be modified to improve the performance of the aircraft in operation or to satisfy the requirements of related laws. Appropriate standards are required for the technical skills for remodeling the aircraft system, design verification for airworthiness of the aircraft, and supplemental type certification (STC) certification procedures for type certification. This study analyzes the current status and demand of domestic aircraft remodeling, examines the current supplementary type certification procedure, and diagnoses the problem. In addition, as a result of researching measures to improve remodeling technology and certification capabilities to extend the life of the aircraft, improvements in the education system were derived to improve the domestic additional type certification process, such as approval of remodeling agencies and appointment of qualifications for each professional technician.

The purpose of this study was to find out what factors influence the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for Vietnamese businesses. The survey included 150 enterprises, including parent companies of state-owned economic groups, parent companies that are listed companies, large-scale public companies that are unlisted parent companies, and enterprises with 100 percent foreign direct investment, that will apply IFRS voluntarily from the year 2022 and switch to the mandatory application from the year 2025 (Ministry of Finance, 2016). The survey was carried out with the help of the Google Form tool, and the data was processed using EFA and regression analysis methods on the SPSS 22.0 software. The findings show, for enterprises in Vietnam, that six factors influence the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ranked in order of influence from high to low: (i) Related party requirements; (ii) Professional qualifications of accountants; (iii) Roles of enterprise managers; (iv) Forms of capital ownership in enterprises, (v) Institutional regulations, and (vi) Operational characteristics of the enterprise. In addition, the study also shows that, for enterprises in Vietnam, the requirements of related parties are an important factor to promote the preparation of the financial statements of enterprises according to IFRS.

The impact of State management factors on transfer pricing activities of foreign direct investment enterprises in Vietnam is examined in this study. This adds to the empirical evidence on factors affecting transfer pricing activities of foreign-invested enterprises in Vietnam. A questionnaire survey of officials directly involved in the inspection of transfer pricing activities is used as the research method. The study yielded 226 questionnaires. The author chose 210 questionnaires after deleting those that were ineligible due to a large number of blank cells. The following procedures are used to process the data from the satisfied votes: Cronbach's Alpha test to measure the reliability of the scale; Exploratory factor analysis to break down data into smaller sets of variables to discover the underlying structure; Descriptive analysis to describe the underlying quantitative features of the data; Correlation and regression analysis to evaluate the relationship between variables with the support of SPSS 25 software. Inspection pressure, professional inspector qualifications, and inspector role, State control organization, inspector professionalism, legal corridor on transfer pricing control, macroeconomic situation, and investment environment have a positive impact on state management on transfer price operations, according to research findings. The author has provided solutions to increase the efficiency of State management on transfer pricing operations of foreign-invested businesses in Vietnam based on the research findings.
The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement plan for the National Technical Qualification Practical Evaluation focusing on National Competency Standards. First, in order to strengthen practical techniques such as field abilities and expertise, practical evaluation methods were applied to the National Competency Standards, referring to a learning module focused on field performance. Second, an expert advisory committee in the field of organic agriculture was utilized to compare, analyze, and match the competency unit and competency unit elements of the National Competency Standards with the national technical qualification examination standards in field of organic agriculture. In addition, in order to identify work in progress in the industrial field, share professional practice skills, and analyze facilities and equipment, we visited an organic agriculture industry site. Through this, a practical evaluation exam was developed. Subsequently, in order to confirm the adequacy of the developed exam, the pilot test assessment was conducted for those majoring in organic agriculture. Finally, as a feasibility study, a survey was conducted. Based on the results, greater technical job competency in the field of organic agriculture will contribute to strengthening knowledge in this field by suggesting an improvement plan for the national technical qualifications practical evaluation method in the field of organic agriculture.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of nurse educators' competency on their job satisfaction. Methods: The subjects of this study were nurses in charge of nursing education at the general hospital level or higher organization. Data were collected via an online survey from May 3 to May 20, 2024, from 91 respondents. The survey questionnaires included general characteristics, competency, and job satisfaction. Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, t-tests, and simple linear regression were performed using SPSS 21. Results: There was a positive correlation between nurse educators' competency and job satisfaction. Specifically, professional knowledge (r=.47, p<.001), research competency (r=.47, p<.001), task standardization competency (r=.46, p<.001), communication skills (r=.42, p<.001), and educational implementation competency (r=.42, p<.001) showed positive correlations with job satisfaction. The differences in competency based on completing the advanced nurse training course was not significant (t=-1.46, p=.149). However, competency level was found to significantly affect job satisfaction (β=.49, p<.001). Conclusion: The study highlights the need for competency-based education programs to strengthen nurse educators' qualifications systematically.

The purpose of this study is to explore the standards and directions of professional competency and proficiency of social workers in Korea through a review of British cases. In particular, in the face of a super-aged society, this study aimed to improve the proficiency of social workers in the field of elderly welfare in Korea by examining the complacency and proficiency standards of the British Association of Social Workers and the Health Care Professionals Council related to the care of the elderly. With the structure of a Professional Capabilities Framework, the UK promotes the acquisition of competency-based qualifications by specifically presenting the competency of social workers at each stage of qualification. In addition, general and detailed standards of proficiency of social workers in the care field are presented at each qualification stage. In order to improve the competence and proficiency of Korean social workers through a case study in the UK, this study presented the need for a standard that connects "common competencies, professional competencies, and proficiency of social welfare professionals." This study also suggested the necessity of the role of Social Welfare Education Association and Association of Social Workers for this purpose
Nowadays, it is surely the quack which stands as one of the most controversial, problematic. the quack has been a consistent target of contested public protection strategies in the past few centuries in many countries. Recently, complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) is increasingly utilized and accepted by patients and providers throughout the health care system in the world, most accounts attribute this growing acceptability to the shortcomings of conventional medicine, the appeal of CAM's core beliefs, and the growing body of research indicating that CAM actually works. However, the governments of western countries have called for measures to ensure that the public are protected from incompetent and dangerous practitioners. Common to these controversies has been a suggestion to ban, exclude or limit the medical practice of those deemed to be damaging rather than improving the health of individuals as a measure of public protection. This article describes the experiences of western counties' health care system which is moving in a more pluralistic direction. By examining the ways in which regulatory efforts in the countries have come to address what is invariably described as a growing interest in CAM, this study show how the problem of CAM/quackery today is increasingly located in an ethical field of practitioner competency, qualifications, conduct, responsibility and personal professional development, regardless of the form of therapy in question. Many countries developed a series of measures and strategies to contain the acceptance of CAM groups, such as insisting on scientific evidence of safety and efficacy, resisting integration of CAM with conventional medicine and opposing government support for research and education. In a sense, those countries' movements serve to protect not only patients, but the dominant position of medicine and its allied professions, and to maintain existing jurisdictional boundaries within the healthcare system. The popular support for CAM will require that health professional stakeholders continue to address the challenges this poses, and at the same time protect their position at healthcare system. To cope with the quack, professional body, public sector and health authorities should consider the safety of consumers of healthcare and responding to the demands of the community for CAM therapies as well as the claims of the established healthcare professions. Finally, some implications for future health care were suggested.
