보건교육사 제도정립의 방향 (Recommendations of the Korean Society for Health Education and Promotion for Developing the Korean Credentialing Policy of Health Education Specialist)

  • Objectives: This research was conducted to suggest a recommendation for the Korean credentialing policy of health education specialist as the primary human resource in community health promotion activities from the special group perspective of the Korean Society for Health Education and Promotion. Methods: This research was conducted by the professional focus group discussion and descriptive literature review on health education and promotion. Results: This draft recommendation for Korean credentialing system development of health education specialist was based on the four background reasons for modifying health promotion related acts, for developing better policy of health education credentialing, for keeping the public and ethical responsibilities as the competitive professional society, and for improving health promotion activities in Korea. Theoretical background of the four reasons was Ottawa Charter. We classified three credentialing levels of health education specialist based on health education own competencies, coordiating competencies with environmental factors, and research competencies. Furthermore, we developed 10 major roles and categorized 53 sub-roles based on these competencies above. We recommended 10 classes required to take to become Health Education Specialist. These 10 classes were developed based on the credentialing systems in the United States and Japan. These 10 classes were about health education and promotion methods and strategies not health intervention topics. We also built the draft plan for continuing education to keep KCHES based on the NCHEC in the United States. Conclusions: Further research should be conducted to build better health education specialist credentialing systems modifing current communtiy-based health promotion activities in terms of modifying public regulation, developing KCHEC examination system, protecting job security both in public and private sectors, and creating professionalism in KCHEC.

조경교육에 있어 학습자 중심 스튜디오 수업의 쟁점 (Issues of Learner-Centered Studio Classes in Landscape Architectural Education)

  • 산업사회에서 지식기반사회로의 시대적 변화에 부응하는 새로운 조경전문가의 인재상과 핵심역량에 대한 정의가 필요한 시점에서 스튜디오 교육은 조경학과 교과과정에서 실천적 전문가를 양성하기 위한 핵심적인 교육방법론이다. 본 연구는 실무현장과 대학교육의 간극을 극복할 수 있는 스튜디오 수업의 의미와 주요 쟁점을 교육학적 접근을 통해 도출하여 스튜디오 수업을 재정비하기 위한 이론적 기초를 제공하고자 하였다. 조경의 외부적, 내부적 여건 변화와 교육의 관계성을 역량을 중심으로 살펴보고, 대학교육 패러다임의 변화와 스튜디오 교육을 학습자의 관점에서 고찰하며, 조경교육의 변화를 추적하여 현재 우리나라 조경 스튜디오 수업의 현주소를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 우리나라 스튜디오 교육을 진단하기 위한 다섯 가지 쟁점을 도출하였다. 먼저 역량에 대한 총체적 접근의 필요성을 제기하였으며, 두 번째로 전체 교과과정에서 스튜디오 과목의 위상을 재정립하고 이론과목과의 연계성을 강화할 필요성을 제시하였다. 셋째, 현재 가장 활성화되어 있는 설계 스튜디오의 의미를 되짚어 학년별 차별화 전략을 도입할 필요성을 논의하였고, 네 번째로 스튜디오 방법론의 연구와 실천을 통한 실질적인 수업개선이 필요하다는 점을 제기하였다. 마지막으로 스튜디오의 현장성 강화 및 다양성 확보 전략 수립과 기반시설의 확충과 관련한 문제를 제시하였다.

도서관의 대내외적 환경변화와 HRD 트렌드 분석을 통한 사서교육훈련 비전 및 추진전략 제안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Library's Internal and External Environment Change and the Librarian Education and Training Vision and Promotion Strategy Proposal through HRD Trend)

  • 본 연구에서는 사서교육훈련의 중장기적 발전방안을 마련하기 위해 도서관 대내외적 환경변화와 인적자원개발(HRD) 트렌드를 반영한 사서교육훈련의 비전 및 목표를 설계하고자 하였다. 사서교육훈련의 비전 및 목표 설계를 위해 사서교육훈련 필요성, 목표, 사명, 역할 등의 재정립, 사서교육훈련의 비전과 목표 실현을 위한 추진전략 모색 도서관 미래 인재 양성을 위한 핵심역량 및 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 교육운영 가이드라인 개발을 위한 세부추진계획 등을 마련하였다. 먼저, 국내외 선행연구 및 문헌을 분석하였을 때, 미래 사서는 첫째, 창의융합형 인재, 둘째, 소통협력형 인재, 셋째, 선도전문형 인재, 넷째, 공감포용형 인재 등이 포괄된 역량을 갖춘 인재상을 기반으로 교육훈련을 수립해야 할 것으로 파악되었다. 도서관 미래 인재상 및 핵심역량에 따른 교육과정은 다음과 같은 프로세스 모형으로 제시하여야 하며, 창의융합형 인재, 소통협력형 인재, 선도전문형 인재, 공감포용형 인재상별 사서역량을 도출하고, 사서역량에 따른 직무능력을 설정하여 직무능력 향상을 위한 교육과정을 설계하는 방향으로 교육 방향을 설정해야 할 것으로 파악하였다.

  • The article substantiates the need to use innovative pedagogical technologies as an effective mechanism for implementing the idea of advanced vocational education, highlights the main components of the idea of anticipation, highlights the experience of using modern technologies in institutions of secondary vocational education. The purpose of the study is to increase the level of professional training of qualified workers and specialists through the effective choice of methodological tools aimed at the formation of professional competencies on the basis of an educational institution.

Creating an e-Benchmarking Model for Authentic Learning: Reflections on the Challenges of an International Virtual Project

  • International virtual teamwork offers new opportunities for the professional development of teachers. In this paper, we examine the initial experiences in an ongoing international virtual benchmarking project coordinated by the Finnish Online University of Applied Sciences. What challenges does an international context present for project construction and collaboration? Data from five countries, in the form of participant reflections and researchers' observations, were analysed according to four types of barriers: language, time, technical and mental barriers. Initial data indicates that trust is an essential starting point, as there is neither time nor possibilities to build mutual trust by traditional means. Organisational confidentiality issues, however, can complicate the situation. The project introduces 'collision' as a method of professional development, in which physical and organisational borders are crossed and the skills and competencies needed in global learning environments are acquired.

치과병의원에서 요구하는 치위생과 졸업생들의 직업능력에 관한 연구 (The study about occupational ability of dental hygiene department students required of the dental clinics)

  • Objectives : This study is aimed to help the dental hygiene department students to improve their adaptive ability to the field work by letting them know the performing levels required of the job world, by renovating the knowledge-centered curriculum, and by finding out the core competencies needed for successfully performing their duties and tasks in the work field. Methods : The survey tool was recomposed through the examination of the preceeding studies on basic vocational competencies and skills, and the survey has been done to 200 dentists in Seoul and Gyunggi provice. Results : 1. As for the job-getting routs, 35.1% of them finds their jobs through the job portal sites, and 21.3% through the recommendation by professors. So we can see the meaningful difference in the employment ways. 2. Dental hygiene clinics think that the purpose of their cooperation with the colleges is mainly to secure human resources by requiring the colleges to give field-centered education the colleges through. 3. The clinics for dental hygienic students' field learning have a great power for hiring the students. So it is necessary to set up a good management system of the clinics for dental hygienic students' field learning in order to reinforce the students' competitive power in getting jobs. 4. The priorities in basic working abilities needed for the task performance are in the order of vocational responsibility, self-managing & developing ability, interpersonal skill, and problem solving ability. 5. The core competencies required of those who graduate from dental hygiene school show the following scores by Likert measurement; good personality and vocational consciousness 2.16(${\pm}.677$), understanding power of major-related knowledge 2.19(${\pm}.723$), field adapting ability 2.31(${\pm}.748$), get-along-with ability 2.32(${\pm}.799$), interpersonal skill 2.42(${\pm}.768$), and self-development ability such as getting certificates 2.43(${\pm}.729$). Among the core competencies, the only meaningful factor which influences on their satisfaction measurement has been identified as the professional ability related to the major. Conclusions : The results suggest that the knowledge and skill related to the major are core competencies of able human resources and closely related with the professionality of the job, and so they are very important. However, job basic abilities are also proved to be important, which reinforce the students' activeness, self-regulation, and creativeness, and help them to pursue their lasting growth in their abilities.

방사선사 핵심 직무역량 모델의 적합성 및 타당성 검증 (A Goodness of Fit and Validity Study of the Korean Radiological Technologists' Core Job Com petency Model)

  • 방사선사는 사람의 생명을 대상으로 하므로 전문적인 직무역량(job competency)이 요구된다. 그럼에도 현재 한국에서는 방사선사의 직무역량을 밝히고 있는 연구가 이루어진 바 없다. 이에 한국 방사선사의 핵심 직무역량 지표를 정의하고 역량군별 요인모델을 제시하고자 방사선사 직무역량에 대한 설문을 실시하여 최종 147명의 응답내용을 취합하였다. 응답 내용은 PASW Statistics Version 18.0와 AMOS Version 18.0을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석 결과 전문직업성', '환자관리', '건강 및 안전', '장비의 운영', '절차와 관리'의 5개 핵심 직무역량군과 17개의 하위 역량으로 구성된 모델을 구성하였다. 5개 핵심 직무역량군의 측정 모델 RMSEA 값은 0.1, CFI와 TLI 값이 0.9에 근사하게 나타나 양호한 적합도를 보였으며, 타당도 분석 결과 평균분산추출 값 0.5이상, 개념신뢰도 값 0.7이상으로 각 하위 역량에 포함된 세부 항목 간에 상관관계도 높게 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 한국의 의료 환경에서 방사선사에게 요구되는 직무역량을 명확히 제시하여 역량 중심의 인적 자원 양성과 관리에 필요한 구체적인 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

디지털 기반 교수-학습 지식습득을 위한 교사교육 프로그램: 미국 N대학 교육공학과 사례를 중심으로 (Teacher Training Program Emphasis on Knowledge in Technology Integration in Teaching and Learning: American N University Instructional Systems Technology Program Case Study)

  • 본 연구는 대학의 교과과정을 통한 학생들의 디지털 기반 교수-학습 개발 프로그램을 지식 측면에 집중하여, 미국의 실제 교육사례를 소개함으로 한국의 디지털 기반 교수-학습 교사교육 실태와 더불어 시사점을 찾고자 수행되었다. 2015년 가을학기 미국 N대학 교수시스템공학 석사 프로그램에 등록한 학생들 전원을 대상으로 설문하여 디지털 기반 교수-학습 지식, 전략 및 활용에 대하여 그 학습결과를 조사하였으며, 학기말 이들의 실제 업무와 관련해 디지털 기반 교수-학습 역량에 대한 심층적인 내용을 인터뷰하였다. 또한, 실제로 사용한 강의 계획안을 수집하여 연구 참여 학생들의 실제 수업 과정을 구조적으로 파악하였다. 이와 같이 다각화를 통해 프로그램 교과과정의 디지털 기반 교수-학습 교육의 실효성을 분석 및 평가하였다. 그 결과 학생들이 디지털 기반 교수-학습 활용 지식을 충분히 습득하였으며, 이를 그들이 실제 근무지에서 적용하여 역량을 발휘하는 데 적절한 도움이 되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이 사례와 준하여 국내 학술연구 속의 한국 현직교사 및 예비교사들의 교육 프로그램의 실태 및 실제 사례를 바탕으로 한국의 디지털기반 교수-학습 교사교육에 대한 시사점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

영양사의 직무능력 향상을 위한 계속교육의 참여동기 분석 (Analysis of Reasons for Continuing Education in Dietitians)

  • This study analyzed the reasons for continuing education among dietitians. An internet-based survey of 622 dieticians was conducted from August 31, 2012 to September 12, 2012. Based on data from the Participation Reasons Scale (PRS) questionnaire, factor analysis was conducted by principle component analysis for the extraction of major factors. Subsequent reliability analysis was performed by assessing Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. The ANOVA-test was performed to compare the participation reason scores for each factors according to general characteristics. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS ver.17.0, and P<0.05 was considered significant. Factor analysis for the participation reasons revealed four types of factors. These factors were "maintenance and development of professional competencies", "interaction and responsibility of professionals", "job stability and personal profits" and "services for customers" respectively. Among the participation reasons, "maintenance and development of professional competencies" was the first reason with a 29.34% variance. In addition, the participation reasons for continuing education differed according to age (P<0.05), the highest level of education (P<0.05), workplace (P<0.01), and work experience in dietetic area (P<0.001). In conclusion, continuing education programs for dietitians should focus on effectively developing and promoting professionalism.

  • The article discusses the use of smart technologies in the training of future specialists. Today, learning using smart technologies is becoming a new educational standard, where information is presented in a logical sequence, computer training systems have powerful functions for the educational process. The functions of smart technologies are highlighted. It is noted that smart technologies are successfully used in the field of education and professional training. The concept of "smart education" is characterized. Smart education is an educational paradigm that underlies a new type of education system. The implementation of the smart education paradigm is aimed at the process of obtaining competencies and competencies for flexible and adapted interaction with the social, economic and technological environment. Smart education should ensure that the benefits of the global information society can be used to meet educational needs and interests. A special place is occupied by computer-based educational multimedia systems that allow you to deepen your knowledge, reduce the duration of training, and increase the number of students per teacher. The main principles of smart education are highlighted. Improving the efficiency of training in a modern higher education institution is impossible without the introduction of smart technologies in the organization of the educational process.
