Oryeong-san which was first recorded in Shanghanrun describing the treatments of acute febrile disease is one of the frequently used oriental medicines. Oryeong-san has been prescribed for the treatment of symptoms accompanied by edema. The purpose of this study was to examine the diuretic effects of Oryeong-san by different routes of administration. Oryeong-san (100 mg/kg body weight) was administrated by three different routes in Sprague-Dawley rats: intravenous infusion, intraperitoneal injection and oral intake. Oral intake of Oryeong-san significantly increased urinary volume and excretion of $Na^+$, $Cl^-$, and $K^+$ compared to vehicle-treated control group. The effects were concentration-dependent. Intravenously administrated Oryeong-san increased urinary volume and electrolyte excretion but without significance in hydrated (0.02 ml/min/rat for 90 min) anesthetized rats. Similarly, intraperitoneally injected Oryeong-san had no effects on water and urine electrolyte excretion compared with saline control group. These findings suggest that Oryeong-san has different effects on water and electrolyte balance by routes of administration.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to know sports injury aspects and relationship between exercise stress, tension, exercise habits and sports injuries. Methods : We surveyed 42 professional golf players who attended Korea Tour during the second half of the year 2010 and have sports injuries with self - assessment questionnaires. Results : According to the types, they had myalgia, tendonitis, ligament sprain in the order. According to the body parts, they had injuries in right thoracic, left cervical, left shoulder region in the order. As a result of the analysis of the sports injury frequency according to the exercise stress and tension, there were no significant differences between the high and low level group. But result of injury regions showed high tension level group showed more damages in right thoracic region (p<0.05). Exercise habits appear subjects had lots of training time, however, they used to skip the muscular strengthening exercise during the on season, but had no significant difference between sports injury frequencies and exercise habit. Conclusion : For the improvement of the athletic performance and prevention of the sports injury, warming-up, cooling-down and muscular strengthening exercise program developments are needed.

Background : The purpose of this study was to examine that the effects of Peony-Licorice (PL) mixture supplementation on post-exercise blood glucose and lactate in professional women basketball players. Methods: Eleven professional women basketball players were participated in this study. The subjects participated in two trials, PL supplementation and water supplementation. They did 20-meter shuttle run test, and measured blood glucose and lactate level before, immediately, after 3 minutes, after 5 minutes and after 10 minutes the test. Results: There was not interaction effect on blood glucose(p<0.433) and lactate(p<0.770) levels. Blood glucose and lactate levels were increased in PL group and water group after the test. Conclusion: PL supplementation could not affect changing blood glucose and lactate level. Therefore, we suggest that PL supplementation may not be positive ergogenic aid for improving exercise performance in professional women basketball players.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of Inonotus obiquus as an functional resources. We carried out to develop a beverage by using Inonotus obliquus, and we examined the effects of beverage on the reduction of serum lipid and improvement of blood parameters in rats fed high fat diet 5 weeks. Sprague-Dawley rat weigh $150\;g{\pm}15\;g$, were randomly assigned to 4 groups, basal diet only(BDG), high fat diet without beverage(FDCG), high fat diet and 10% beverage(FD10M), high fat diet and 20% beverage(FD20M). The result of this study were as follow. Hematological datas of 4 groups were same level, which were not significant. Serum GOT activity were reasonable levels in FD10M and FD20M groups compared to FDCG group. Total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride in serum and atherogenic index were remarkably reduced in beverage supplemented groups as compared control group. These results imply that beverage from Inonotus obliquus could be used as possible for decrease of serum lipid concentration.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between the TPI Level 1 test and the performance of KPGA professional golf players. Methods : In 2019, 30 KPGA golf players attempted in the TPI Level 1 test. Their performance was then compared with the test based on the players' aggregated official records on the KPGA website, The most meaningful prize money ranking, average driving distance, fairway landing rate, and average number of putts were considered to evaluate their performance. Additionally, to obtain the average value of the players' accumulated records, the period from the first game in March 2019 to the end of October was considered. Results : The criterion for the difference between the upper group and the lower group was set based on the 9 points of the TPI Level 1 test, which showed the most significant difference. The prize money ranking stood at 63.00±51.77 in the upper group and 113.92±68.79 in the lower group in the TPI Level 1 test, the difference was significantly higher (p<.05) for the upper group (p<.05). The average driving distance was 286.15±10.06 yds for the upper group and 277.39±8.49 yds for the lower group, group, with the driving distance significantly higher in the upper group (p<.05). Further, the average number of putts for the upper group was 1.81±.02 and 1.85±.04 for the lower group, indicating a significant difference. Conclusion : A higher TPI Level 1 test score is likely to have a positive effect on performance.. As a result of the statistical values of this study, it was found that players must possess at least 9 out of 17 types of physical abilities Therefore, it can be considered that training and intervention to acquire these physical abilities are essential.

But it's forbid by heating materials for sauna and heating mats etc. that reason are it's occured asbestos dusts(chrysotile dusts) easily by the beating operations.

Many tools in classical type for the production management have been used in industrial cells. In spite of their powerful logic and historical success, many appliers could not take but a little effectiveness in current economic conditions. The major reason is that the chronical production control methods are too narrow in its applicability to cover the problems occurred under such a high-speed changes. Therefore we need to develop the new concept of production management for the higher adaptability and outcome which can support vitablities to enterprises in severe condition. The essential points in changing the viewpoint of new production management concepts are valuable to the group of new management.

In this paper, we attempt to study several topological properties for the function space H(X), space of self-homeomorphisms on a metric space endowed with the regular topology. We investigate its metrizability and countability and prove their coincidence at X compact. Furthermore, we prove that the space H(X) endowed with the regular topology is a topological group when X is a metric, almost P-space. Moreover, we prove that the homeomorphism spaces of increasing and decreasing functions on ℝ under regular topology are open subspaces of H(ℝ) and are homeomorphic.
