기술수용모형을 통한 물류센터 내 물류로봇 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Acceptance of Logistics Robot in the Fulfillment Center Using the Technology Acceptance Model)

  • 온라인 쇼핑이 급성장하고, 다품종 소량 상품의 빠른 배송이 요구되면서 사람에 의존하는 물류 대응이 점점 더 어려워지고 있다. 여기에 인력 수급의 어려움, 인건비의 상승까지 더해져 물류 센터 내에 물류 로봇의 도입이 크게 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 이미 아마존은 자사 물류센터에 로봇을 10만대 이상 운영하고 있다. 알리바바, DHL, UPS 등 세계적인 기업들도 물류 효율 개선 및 시장 경쟁에서 우위를 차지하기 위해 로봇 기술을 도입하고 있다. 글로벌 유통-물류산업의 치열한 온라인 시장경쟁에 물류로봇이 적극적으로 활용되고 있음에도 불구하고, 국내 물류산업의 물류로봇 도입은 상대적으로 부진한 상황이다. 이에 국내 물류로봇 도입의 활성화를 위하여 어떠한 요인이 수용에 영향을 미치는지 살펴 볼 필요가 있다. 수용행위에 대한 설명에는 다양한 연구를 통해 검증된 확장된 기술수용모델을 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 구매의도에는 용이성과 유용성 모두 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 용이성이 가지는 효과가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 용이성은 연관된 경험이 많고, 혁신성이 높을수록 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 유용성은 지각된 위험이 낮고, 가격 효율성이 좋고, 사회적 영향이 클수록 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 물류 로봇의 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 과학적으로 분석함으로써 물류 로봇 개발과 마케팅 전략 수립에 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공한다.

백화점의 판매수수료 현황 및 정책대응 방안 (Sales Commission of Department Store and Policy Implications)

  • 백화점은 우리나라 유통시장에서 전통적인 대형 유통업체로 자리를 잡고 있었다. 1997년 우리나라의 외환위기 이후, 백화점은 3사를 중심으로 집중도가 높아지면서 납품업자와의 관계에서 우월적인 지위를 가지게 되었다. 그 중에 하나가 판매수수료이다. 판매수수료란 제조업체를 대신하여 제품 판매에 기여를 한 유통업체가 판매 가격에 일정 부분을 가져가는 것을 의미한다. 즉, 백화점에 입점한 업체들이 제품 판매액의 일정부분을 백화점에 지불하는 것이다. 그런데 납품업체의 입장에서는 이러한 판매수수료가 매우 높다고 인식하고 있다. 그러나 한편에서, 백화점은 납품업체를 대신하여 고객을 모으고 판촉활동을 하여 새로운 부가가치를 창출하는 역할을 하기 때문에 단순히 판매수수료가 높다고 말하는 것은 부당하다고 주장하고 있다. 이러한 상황이 발생한 것은 백화점이 직매입 보다는 수수료 위주의 매장 운영을 보이기 때문이다. 백화점의 수입은 판매수수료에 좌지우지 될 수밖에 없고, 규모화와 백화점 브랜드파워를 통한 거래교섭력 증대로, 납품업체와의 관계에서 판매수수료의 주도권을 높이고 있다. 따라서 이러한 백화점의 판매수수료와 관련된 대응정책으로 백화점의 독과점 구조 심화를 방지해야 하며, 납품업체와 공정한 계약 체결을 할 수 있도록 공정거래위원회의 불공정거래행위에 대한 감시가 강화되어야 할 것이다. 한편으로는, 백화점 업계의 자율적인 상생과 공정거래가 정착되도록 하는 환경조성도 병행되어야 할 것이다.

상표자산이 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 중국패션시장에서 (Brand Equity and Purchase Intention: The Fashion Market in China)

  • Purpose - Global trends play a part to change the structure of the fashion industry. In particular, companies attempting to conduct innovative marketing centering on such products as SPA brands are growing into global companies. SPA stands for "Specialty Store Retailer of Private Label Apparel", meaning its activities are fully integrated from manufacturing through sales, including material procurement design, product, distribution, inventory management, and final sales. For this reason, more understanding of individual corporate profitability is very sensitive to consumer's attitudinal changes. The effects that corporate marketing activities on customer lifetime value through brand attitude were analyzed based on a structural equation model. Rust suggested value equity, brand equity, and relationship equity as customer equity driver. The study examines Chinese consumer because China is the fastest growing fashion market in the world. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey targeted Chinese college student age 20s. Only respondents who had purchased SPA brands in the past year were included for this research. A total of 303, except for 47 missing data of 350 distributed questionnaires were included in this research. The questionnaire is consists of six part to measure value, brand, relationship equity, attitude toward brand, purchase intention and demographic characteristics. This research conducted exploratory factor analysis and reliability test. To verify research hypotheses, structural equation model test was conducted. As for customer equity, diversified models in consideration of the scope of acquisition data, a method of collection of data, influencing factor, and predictability were suggested based on a net present value model. However, the history of customer equity study is relatively short, and sufficient empirical analyses have not been conducted, so more integrated analysis is required. In this study, the concept of driver suggested by Rust was applied to figure out the effects that consumer's attitude has on customer equity. The customer equity driver suggested by them consists of brand equity, value equity, and relationship equity. Results - This study reveals that value equity and brand equity have a positive influence on relationship equity. And, relationship equity has a positive influence on purchase intention through brand attitude. However, value equity and brand equity do not influence on brand attitude. Conclusion - The results of this research generated following implications. First, SPA brands need to take advantage of their value equity such as perceived low price and up-to-date fashion style to attract Chinese young consumer. Second, strong brand equity promises dominants position in the competitive market. As Chinese fashion market grows rapidly, SPA brands can consider branding strategy such as flagship store and celebrity marketing enhancing brand image. Third, the core concept of customer equity strategy is to maintain a relationship with their expecting and existing customers. The relationship equity is built by brand equity and value equity. When SPA brands serves product and service meet with individual customers, customers have intimacy to the brands.

  • 현재 한국에서 소비되는 치즈는 수입 의존도가 높은 편이며, Mozzarella 치즈의 경우 10% 미만이 한국에서 제조되나, 가격 경쟁력에서 수입제품에 비해 크게 불리한 입장이다. 무엇보다 높은 원유가격과 Mozzarella 치즈의 급격한 소비 증가는 적당한 공급가를 일정하게 공급하기에 많은 어려움이 있는 실정이다 따라서 대두단백을 이용한 Mozzarella cheese analogue 제품 제조가 요구되어 다양하게 생산 및 제조되고 있다. 대두단백은 유제품성분의 한정적인 공급과 caseinate의 높은 가격 때문에 Mozzarealla cheese analogue 제조에 많이 사용되고 있다. Casein-based Mozzarella cheese analogue보다 soy-based Mozzarella cheese analogue가 오랜 기간 동안의 안정성과 실질적인 가격우위는 높은 경쟁 잠재력이 있다. 또한 Mozzarella cheese analogue는 저수분 Mozzarealla 치즈처럼 풍미의 문제점은 없지만, 몸체가 용해될 때 신축이 잘 되지 않고, 과도한 caseinate, 대두단백 특유의 콩비린내(beany flavor), 이상한 풍미, 갈변화 등의 문제 등이 존재하는 것이 사실이지만, 대두를 이용한 다양한 cheese analogue는 기존의 자연치즈에 비하여 가격이 저렴할 뿐만 아니라, 소비자의 다양한 수요 요구를 충족할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 더 나아가서 콩의 부가가치 향상과 국민영양 개선의 측면에서도 효과가 많은 것으로 사료된다. 무엇보다 cheese analogue의 제조는 수입 억제 효과와 수출 증진 효과에도 크게 기여할 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 cheese analogue 제조에 많은 관심과 지속적인 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

국제물품매매계약(國際物品賣買契約)의 주요 조항(條項)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Important Clause of International Sales Contract)

  • The international sale contract is the central contracts in export-import transactions. A good sale contract or set of general conditions of sale will cover all the principal elements of the transaction, so that uncertainties are avoided. The parties' respective duties as concern the payment mechanism, transport contract and insurance responsibilities, inter alia, will all be clearly detailed in the contract. The following key clauses should be included in international contracts of sale and general conditions of sale: ${\bullet}$ preamble ${\bullet}$ identification of parties ${\bullet}$ description of goods ${\bullet}$ price and payment conditions ${\bullet}$ delivery periods and conditions ${\bullet}$ inspection of the goods - obligations and limitations ${\bullet}$ quantity or quality variations in the products delivered ${\bullet}$ reservation of title and passing of property rights ${\bullet}$ transfer of risk - how accomplished ${\bullet}$ seller's warranties and buyer's complaints ${\bullet}$ assignment of rights ${\bullet}$ force majeure clause and hardship clause ${\bullet}$ requirement that amendments and modifications be in writing ${\bullet}$ choice of law ${\bullet}$ choice of dispute resolution mechanism Under most systems of law, a party can be excused from a failure to perform a contract obligation which is caused by the intervention of a totally unforeseeable event, such as the outbreak of war, or an act of God such as an earthquake or hurricane. Under the American commercial code (UCC) the standard for this relief is one of commercial impracticability. In contrast, many civil law jurisdictions apply the term force majeure to this problem. Under CISG, the standard is based on the concept of impediments to performance. Because of the differences between these standards, parties might be well advised to draft their own force majeure, hardship, or excusable delays clause. The ICC publication, "Force Majeure and Hardship" provides a sample force majeure clause which can be incorporated by reference, as well as a hardship clause which must be expressly integrated in the contract. In addition, the ICC Model provides a similar, somewhat more concise formulation of a force majeure clause. When the seller wishes to devise his own excusable delays clause, he will seek to anticipate in its provision such potential difficulties as those related to obtaining government authorisations, changes in customs duties or regulations, drastic fluctuations in labour, materials, energy, or transportation prices, etc.

유채박을 이용한 단판적층재용 접착제의 개발 및 성능평가 (Development of Adhesive Resins Formulated with Rapeseed Flour Hydrolyzates for Laminated Veneer Lumber and Its Performance Evaluation)

  • 목질계 판상재료 생산을 위하여 현재 주로 사용되고 있는 석유화학계 접착제는 원유의 가격 상승과 포름알데히드 방산과 같은 문제로 인해 대체 접착제에 대한 개발 필요성이 오래전부터 대두되었다. 본 연구에서는 석유화학계 접착제를 대체하기 위하여 바이오 디젤 부산물인 유채박의 효소 가수분해를 통해 접착제를 조제하고, 이 접착제를 단판적층재 제조에 적용한 후 물리 및 기계적 특성을 조사하여 유채박의 단판적층재 제조용 접착제 제조를 위한 원료화 가능성을 확인하고자 수행하였다. 먼저 유채박 접착제 조제를 위하여 유채박을 4가지 효소의 조합을 통해 개량한 다음, phenol formaldehyde (PF) prepolymer와 혼합하여 접착제를 제조하고 이를 단판적층재 제조에 사용하였다. 제조된 단판적층재의 평균함수율과 내수성은 모두 KS의 기준을 만족시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 유채박 접착제의 열분석에서 pectinase 가수분해물로 조제한 접착제를 제외하고 페놀수지 접착제와 열경화 특성이 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 단판적층재의 휨강도는 페놀수지 접착제로 제조한 단판적층재보다 높거나 유사한 것으로 나타나 기존 석유화학계 접착제의 대체 접착제로써 가능성을 보여주었다. 추후 접착성능의 향상을 위해 적절한 유채박의 효소가수분해 조건에 대한 연구와 도포성능 개선에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

미국 담배소송의 변천과 보건법정책 효과 (The Development of Tobacco Litigation in USA and it's Impact of Law and Politics in Public Health)

  • Since mid-1960s the reports from the Surgeon General, the World Health Organization, and other health experts state that there is no risk-free level exposure to smoking and secondhand smoke. Tobacco smoke is made up of more than 7,000 chemicals. Hundreds are toxic, and at least 70 are carcinogens. The chemicals in tobacco smoke reach smoker's lungs quickly every time smoker inhale causing damages immediately. Inhaling even the smallest amount of tobacco smoke can also damage smoker's DNA, which can lead to cancers. Smoking is responsible for more than 87% of lung cancers, but there are a host of other chronic diseases directly related to exposure to tobacco smoke. It's also a major cause of heart disease, stroke, aortic aneurysm, peripheral arterial disease and most of the other diseases. In the United States, each year with more than from 440,000 to 520,000 deaths caused by smoking and exposure to involuntary smoke. They conclude that smoking is the single most important source of preventable morbidity and mortality. The United States of America have about 60-year history of tobacco litigation. Tobacco litigation has been an important tool in tobacco control strategies aimed at limiting the activities of tobacco companies and providing redress to people who have become ill as a result of their use of tobacco products. Tobacco litigation is a kind of tort litigation. Quite often, as in the asbestos and other mass tort litigation episodes, tobacco litigation can play an educational role, warning the public about the magnitude of health risks that might otherwise be less clearly perceived. Tobacco litigation allows smokers, their families or other victims of smoking to sue tobacco companies in order to be compensated for the harm they have suffered. Potential benefits of tobacco litigation include compensation for smoking-related damages, strengthening regulatory activity, publicity, documents disclosure and changing tobacco industry behavior. And also tobacco litigation can limit the political activities of tobacco industry, protect human rights of smokers and non-smokers, increase burden to tobacco price-up and enhance the effects of law and politics in public health.

Combustion Characteristics of a Hot Water Boiler System Convertibly Fueled by Rice Husk and Heavy Oil - Heavy Oil Combustion Characteristics -

  • Purpose: With the ever-rising energy prices, thermal energy heavily consuming facilities of the agricultural sector such as commercialized greenhouses and large-scale Rice Processing Complexes (RPCs) need to cut down their energy cost if they must run profitable businesses continually. One possible way to reduce their energy cost is to utilize combustible agricultural by-products or low-price oil instead of light oil as the fuel for their boiler systems. This study aims to analyze the heavy oil combustion characteristics of a newly developed hot water boiler system that can use both rice husk and heavy oil as its fuel convertibly. Methods: Heavy oil combustion experiments were conducted in this study employing four fuel feed rates (7.6, 8.5, 9.5, 11.4 $l/h$) at a combustion furnace vacuum pressure of 500 Pa and with four combustion furnace vacuum pressures (375, 500, 625, 750 Pa) at fuel feed rates of 9.5 and 11.4 $l/h$. Temperatures at five locations inside the combustion furnace and 20 additional locations throughout the whole hot water boiler system were measured to ascertain the combustion characteristics of the heavy oil. From the temperature measurement data, the thermal efficiency of the system was calculated. Flue gas smoke density and concentrations of air-polluting components in the flue gas were also measured by a gas analyzer. Results: As the fuel feed rate or combustion furnace vacuum pressure increased, the average temperature in the combustion furnace decreased but the thermal efficiency of the system showed no distinctive change. On the other hand, the thermal efficiency of the system was inversely proportionally to the vacuum level in the furnace. For all experimental conditions, the thermal efficiency remained in the range of 80.1-89.6%. The CO concentration in the flue gas was negligibly low. The NO and $SO_2$ concentration as well as the smoke density met the legal requirements. Conclusions: Considering the combustion temperature characteristics, thermal efficiency, and flue gas composition, the optimal combustion condition of the system seemed to be either the fuel feed rate of 9.5 $l/h$ with a combustion furnace vacuum pressure of 375 Pa or a fuel feed rate of 11.4 $l/h$ with a furnace vacuum pressure between 500 Pa and 625 Pa.

시판(市販) 브래지어 판매실태(販賣實態) 연구(硏究) -老年女性用(노년여성용) 브래지어 판매(販賣)를 중심(中心)으로- (A Study on the Sale Conditions of the Current Brassiere Products - Focusing on the Sale of Brassiere for the Elderly Women -)

  • The purpose of this study is to survey the sales of brassieres positively those of elderly women's (aged 50 or older) ones in particular through 72 sales outlets and thereby, in order to present the more comfortable brassiere models which can serve to reinstate elderly women's constitution and provide the useful basic data to brassiere makers and distributors for their business. The results of this survey and the suggestions therefrom can be summarized as follows; 1) Brassieres usually sell at 10,000-20,000 wons, which allows for 15% or more margin rate. Brassieres are disposed through bargain sales once or twice every year where their price are discount 10% or higher. Meanwhile, the majority of the brassieres distributors maintain more than 15% stock rate. The accumulated stocks are primarily disposed through return to makers or bargain sales. About 15% of the brassieres sold are returned by consumers to distributors to be replaced. 2) About a half of distributors operate some or other types of sales education programs. Most of these distributors feel that their educational program have been effective which suggests the effectiveness of sales educational program. On the other hand, 83.3% of the distributors operate in-house repair shops, while the absolute majority of them brief their customers on how to wear brassieres or clean them. 3) Because elderly women's understanding of brassieres sizes is very poor, they tend to ask help of the 'sales people about their sizes before purchasing and proper one personally. In other words, it has been disclosed that old women respond positively to seller's recommendation for their brassiere sizes. 4) It has been found that the brasseries sizes purchased by old women most are. 85A, 90A and 85B in their order, which suggests that the most popular size for under bust circumference is 85~90cm, while their primary cup size is "A". 5) The type of brasseries favored most by elderly women is the "full-cup" type, while their most favorite brassiere design is a soft and simple one. The colors preferred most by them are white, beige and pink in their order. 6) When being consulted by elderly women, sales people experience various difficulties due to their poor understanding of sizes and complaint about prices. Lastly, it has been found through this survey that elderly women want to see some sales promotion material featuring their brassiere sizes and their production arid ask the brasseries makers to produce more diverse brasseries sizes.

소비자 맞춤형 삼차원 프린팅 서비스 플랫폼 개발을 위한 탐색 (Preparatory Research prior to the Development of Consumer-Tailored 3D Printing Service Platform)

  • 삼차원(3D) 프린터의 개발과 보급에 따라 현대의 소비자들은 자신이 원하는 제품을 집에서 3D프린팅 할 수 있는 시대에 살고 있다. 3D프린팅을 통해 소비자 맞춤형 제작이 활성화되기 위해서는 3D프린터와 호환되는 디지털 설계도를 소비자 스스로 제작할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 최적의 프린팅 재질과 온도를 설정할 수 있어야 하고 3D프린터의 유지보수에 비용을 감당해야 한다. 더하여 혹시 있을지 모르는 디자인에 대한 지식재산권 문제에 대응할 수 있어야 한다. 그러나 실상 소비자가 이러한 문제들에 대응하기는 어렵기 때문에 소비자가 원하는 방향으로 3D프린팅을 대행해 줄 수 있는 서비스가 개발될 필요가 있다. 이런 동기에서 출발한 본 연구는 소비자가 원하는 3D프린팅 서비스 방식이 무엇인지에 통찰을 얻기 위해 세계적인 온라인 3D프린팅 제품판매 업체인 Shapeways (www.shapeways.com)에 대한 사용자 경험을 다양한 측면에서 탐색하였다. 그 결과 Shapeways의 사용성, 검색과정, 가격 적절성, 재방문의도, 디자인의 다양성, 디자인 만족도에 대한 양적 평가에서 전반적으로 낮은 평가를 받았다. 또한 다양한 언어지원, 제품 제작과정 공개 및 온-오프라인 사이트 동시운영, 디자이너 중심의 소비자 맞춤형 제작 서비스, 배송 안전성과 제품 내구성에 대한 확신을 줄 수 있는 서비스, 표면의 마감처리 서비스가 필요하다는 건설적인 의견을 통해 소비자 맞춤형 3D프린팅 서비스에 대한 통찰을 획득하였다. 본 연구가 3D프린팅 서비스 플랫폼 개발뿐 아니라, 관련된 산업 및 연구에도 폭넓은 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다.
