사출가공공정에서 설비생산성 향상을 위한 관리체계에 대한 연구 (A Study on Management System for Improving of Equipment Productivity in Injection Machining Process)

  • This study investigates application cases of facility management system model for enhancing facility productivity of industry filed around medium and small facility processing companies and finds the inefficiency of the existing management model. Following items are researched to seek out methods and measures to maximize facility productivity through empirical analysis by exploring and establishing a new management model. First, the empirical analysis, it is found that the overall equipment efficiency index used for facility productivity management in the companies has a difficulty being used as the index for it in actual medium-small processing companies. Second, a new facility management system model applying standard cycle time is suggested among facility management index system to measure facility productivity. Third, the empirical analysis is used to verify that developed facility management system model is a useful method to manage the facility productivity by applying the model to actual medium-small processing companies. Finally, it is necessary to implement comparison analysis on whether actual productivity enhancement induces a distinctly different result by using a new facility management index system model to be inhibited in this study.

  • New information technology contributes to raising of business productivity in many construction companies. The application of construction integrated management system is expected to save the time of decision-making in business management and shorten the closing account schedule. Construction Integrated Management System based on ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system allows to control core business procedure by monitoring technique on real-time. In this paper, we achieves 10% raise up business productivity in site business area, and 30% raise up business productivity in head of nce business area by means of DW-CIMS (Daewoo Construction Integrated Management System)

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate the factors affecting productivity performance for Korean SMEs of manufacturing which had obtained the certification of Productivity Management System(PMS) that is a Korean assessment program for enhancing maturity of company's management systems. Methods: The proposed model is based on the PMS model. The valid 759 data registered from 2010 to 2018 year was analyzed using SEM analysis for testing hypotheses. Results: The results are as follows. First, Leadership affects the five core sub-system processes positively, but doesn't a significant Business Performance directly. Secondly, HRM, Customer & Market Analysis, and Process Management excluding Productivity Development and Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management have a significant effect on Business Performance. Lastly, when examining the mediation effect, Process Development, Customer & Market Analysis, and HRM have indirectly effect between Leadership and Business Performance. Conclusion: This study results suggest not only the role of leadership to improve productivity performance of SME, but also which core processes are focused and differentiated.

  • 건설 생산성은 생산조직의 견실성과 생산 활동의 효율성을 평가하는 지표로서, 생산성의 측정과 분석을 적절하게 하는 것이 매우 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 건설 산업의 생산성을 분석할 수 있는 웹(Web)과 OLAP 구조에 기반한 시스템을 개발하기 위한 기본 연구를 진행하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 따라서 생산성 영향요인을 선정하고, 웹(Web)과 OLAP 기반의 시스템 설계를 위하여 시스템의 모듈간의 정보 흐름에 대한 IDEF0 모델링과 각 조직별 주체간의 업무 흐름을 정의 하였다. 또한, 시스템 내부의 정보 흐름을 보여 줄 수 있는 ERD 모델링을 구축하여 생산성분석 시스템 구축을 위한 설계를 진행하였다. 이러한 시스템 설계를 기반으로 생산성 분석 시스템 개발을 위한 방안을 제시함으로써 시공 현장에서 현장관리자가 의사결정을 지원할 수 있는 체계를 구축할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Advanced countries worldwide lead government leading management innovation by suggesting unique managing system which can be survived in global economy war including JQA of Japan and EFQM of Europe based basically on MBNQA of U.S.A. and by rewarding to suitable companies. Mckinsey, global management and consulting company points out that Korea has no management because Korean productivity level which dependence to small and medium sized companies is high by the limitation of elemental invests leading type growth strategy including labor and capital is only 1/2 of U.S.A. and 2/3 of Japan. In particular, the competitive power of Korean small and medium sized companies goes into a recession by productivity lowering according to the chinese follow-up, laboring time shortening, variety and aging, and fundamental management innovation activities for reinforcing survival and competitive power are needed. Therefore, in this study, we try to construct the model of productivity managing system of innovation type small and medium sized companies which make excellent results.

  • This paper deals with the productivity increment through construction of HT8 production system for automobile factory in China. HT8 production system start to build up several management indices. The important management indices consists of organization management, location management, management of order, management of defective item, management of delivery information, and warehouse management. This HT8 production system is expected to obtain the improvement for overall organization management and reduction by 50% in warehouse cost.

  • 건설생산성은 단위작업에서 발생되는 자원의 활동과 이로 인한 산출물간의 관계를 지표로 표현한 것을 의미하며 수집된 건설 생산성 정보는 공사 진행의 효율성 파악, 작업여건 및 투입자원의 성능이 공정에 미치는 영향도 분석, 프로젝트별 성과 측정, 향후 공사계획을 위한 참고자료로서의 활용 등 프로젝트 관리를 위한 다양한 목적으로 이용될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 데이터웨어하우스, OLAP, 데이터 마이닝 기술을 활용하여 PDA 및 바코드를 통해 수집된 생산성 데이터를 축적 및 분석하고, 생산성 예측 모델을 제시하기 위한 방법론을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 통해 보다 효율적이고도 다차원적인 생산성 분석이 가능한 건설 생산성 관리 시스템을 개발하는 것이며, 개발된 시스템은 건설 사업의 합리적인 성과 측정과 유사 프로젝트의 공사계획 수립에 활용할 실적데이터를 축적할 수 있을 것이다.

  • In the construction industry, expectations for the Precast Concrete(PC) construction method are rising due to demands for high quality and productivity and social and environmental issues. However, although technical problems that occurred in the early stages of technology introduction have been solved, research related to proper construction management for PC construction methods has been relatively neglected and the advantages of PC construction methods have not been fully utilized. In this study, each group involved in PC works was surveyed to identify important management tasks affecting productivity of PC works to improve PC contruction management system. Based on factor analysis, 22 tasks were calssified into 5 management groups. The results of this study will be used to present a framework for the application of automation and information technology to improve the productivity of PC works.

시스템 개선에 의한 생산성 향상 효과 분석 (An Effect Analysis for Productivity Elevation by the System Improvement)

  • The goal of this study is to analyze an effect of productivity elevation. For the goal, the various methods of the productivity elevation were suggested and the system improvements were conducted. The S company was established in Ban-Wol Industrial Complex, Ansan-City, Kyonggi-Do on 2007. The company was hiring 22 employees. The main manufactures were heavy duty equipment parts and the amount of sale was two billion won on 2008. Problems which the company faced were ambiguous production target management and materials loss. To solve the problems, NCT work improvement and automatic welding were induced. There were steel saving of 3,780,000won/month and man-hour saving of 144,000won/month by redesign of the steel sheet for the NCT steel job. Also, changing from handwork to automatic welding, the man-hour saving for the welding job was 320M/H and saving of 4,225,600won/month. The others of systematic improvement for productivity elevation were usage of jig and daily equipment checklist.
