  • This study intend to make easy modification, even if there is a new job or structure change, by modularizing program and computerize and automation of production control management used in CIM. under the condition where manager control production on the job-site, for increasing connection with other operation and management on the computer by monitoring center computer, recognizing information by computer is needed, it is possible by converting transaction. So this study goal is to make delivery control and order control fast and accurate by finding dynamic history of machine and production information in enterprise without input production and quality information by themselves with quality information system. So production increase and quality improvement are possible by diminishing manager's and producer's work with the result of the study combining POP and CIM, after that, in e-business and m-business period that every enterprise must pass, customer satisfaction and sales promotion are possible with employee's computerizing minds. these study result also can knowledge process condition with theoretical class and have a power in finding a solution with foundation of theoretical knowledge.

제품, 공정, 설비 정보 표현 방법을 개선한 공정 중심 시뮬레이션 모델링 방법 (A Process-centric Simulation Modeling Method Improving Product, Process, and Facility Information Representation Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 기존에 제안되었던 공정 중심 모델링 방법을 개선하여 조선소의 다양한 생산 정보와 제약조건을 효과적으로 표현할 수 있도록 개선된 공정 중심 시뮬레이션 모델링 방법을 제안하였다. 그리고 이를 이용하여 시뮬레이션 모델을 구축할 수 있도록 다이어그램 구성 요소와 모델링 방법을 상세히 기술하였다. 이 모델링 방법에서는 복수의 제품과 설비가 공정에 투입되었을 때 우선순위를 지정할 수 있으며, 계층 구조를 가진 시뮬레이션 모델을 표현할 수 있도록 레이어 개념이 적용되어 있다. 그리고 조선소 생산 계획 정보를 바탕으로 절단 공정부터 대조립 블록 조립 공정까지를 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법으로 모델링하다. 이를 통하여 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법이 단일 설비가 여러 용도로 사용되는 경우에 기존의 모델링 방법에 비하여 유리한 것을 확인하였다. 결과적으로, 개선된 공정 중심 시뮬레이션 모델링 방법은 기존의 공정 중심 시뮬레이션 모델링 방법에서 표현하기 힘들었던 제약 조건과 흐름을 효과적으로 표현할 수 있으며, 계층 구조를 가진 조선소 생산 계획 검증 시뮬레이션 모델을 체계적으로 구축하는데 활용할 수 있다.

숙녀복(淑女服) 재킷 제조공정(製造工程) 실태(實態) 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Manufacturing Process of Ladies' Jacket)

  • The purpose of this study was to present the plan for activation and rationalization of production of ladies' jacket and provide basic materials for improvement of the development of technologies in relation to the productivity improvement of ladies' jacket and the achievement of high quality product. For this purpose, this study attempted to investigate the present situation of jacket manufacturing process. The data is related with local ladies' jacket manufacturing companies in Seoul snd Kyonggi area. The results of this study are as follows. 1. 87.8% of the business firms responded that they acquired the productive process of jacket based on their own knowhow and 80.5% was aware of the need for the analysis of each process. The highest proportion of the business firms(65.9%) pointed out that the advantage of process analysis was the alleviation of the production time. 2. The jacket manufacturing process was made up of 4 stages such as the process of frontal/rear plate $\rightarrow$ the process of accessories $\rightarrow$ the process of completion $\rightarrow$ the process of finishing in a broad sense but composed of a total of 19 stages in detail. 3. Attachment of the sleeves(73.2), attachment of the collar(41.5%) and the formation of the overall silhouette(22.0%) were raised as the challenge in manufacturing ladies' jacket. 4. Most of the sewing business firms made use of the method of completing the collar and then stitching the outer material and the inner collar, and the line of the bodice and the outer collar as the method of stitching the tailored collar. and many of them used the method of completing the collar and then inserting it between the line of the bodice and the outer material and stitching it as the method of stitching the stand collar. They had a preference for the method of completing the sleeve and connecting it to the bodice as the method of stitching the sleeve. and used the method of treating the margin to seam of semi-lined and unlined jacket by treating it with the bias tape.

Pre-Polymer의 제조에서 공정변수가 잔류 NCO 및 점도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Process Parameters on Residual NCO and Viscosity of Pre-Polymers)

  • For the production of urethane prepolymer, the effect of process parameters such as diisocyanate MDI and polyol TDI was tested. In this paper, design of experiments has been adopted for studying the effect of the process parameters on the improvement of NCO and viscosity of pre-polymer. As a result of comparison of different parameters, the effect of polyol was stronger than that of isocyanate in comparison of reactivity according to the amounts of isocyanate and polyol. Especially, NCO and viscosity of pre-polymer affected a product safety.

마그네슘 합금 판재의 정적-내연적 성형해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Static-Implicit Forming Analysis of the Magnesium Alloy Sheet)

  • The characteristic of magnesium alloy is the most light in utility metal, the effect of electromagnetic wave interception, excellent specific strength and absorptiveness of vibration. Although magnesium alloy with above characteristic is a subject matter which is suitable in world-wide tendency of electrical component frame, sheet magnesium alloy is difficult to process. Therefore, forming analysis of sheet magnesium alloy and applying warm-working to process are indispensable. Among Finite element method, the static implicit finite element method is applied effectively to analyze sheet magnesium alloy stamping process, which include the forming stage. In this study, it was focused on the crack, wrinkling and spring back on sheet magnesium alloy stamping by the static implicit analysis. According to this study, the result of simulation will give engineers good information to access the forming technique on sheet magnesium alloy. And its application is being increased especially in the production of electrical component frame for the cost reduction, saving of defective ratio, and improvement of Productivity.

항공기 제조업에서 생산계획 동기화를 통한 데이터기반 구매조달 및 재고관리 방안 연구 (A Scheme of Data-driven Procurement and Inventory Management through Synchronizing Production Planning in Aircraft Manufacturing Industry)

  • Purpose This paper aims to improve management performance by effectively responding to production needs and reducing inventory through synchronizing production planning and procurement in the aviation industry. In this study, the differences in production planning and execution were first analyzed in terms of demand, supply, inventory, and process using the big data collected from a domestic aircraft manufacturers. This paper analyzed the problems in procurement and inventory management using legacy big data from ERP system in the company. Based on the analysis, we performed a simulation to derive an efficient procurement and inventory management plan. Through analysis and simulation of operational data, we were able to discover procurement and inventory policies to effectively respond to production needs. Design/methodology/approach This is an empirical study to analyze the cause of decrease in inventory turnover and increase in inventory cost due to dis-synchronize between production requirements and procurement. The actual operation data, a total of 21,306,611 transaction data which are 18 months data from January 2019 to June 2020, were extracted from the ERP system. All them are such as basic information on materials, material consumption and movement history, inventory/receipt/shipment status, and production orders. To perform data analysis, it went through three steps. At first, we identified the current states and problems of production process to grasp the situation of what happened, and secondly, analyzed the data to identify expected problems through cross-link analysis between transactions, and finally, defined what to do. Many analysis techniques such as correlation analysis, moving average analysis, and linear regression analysis were applied to predict the status of inventory. A simulation was performed to analyze the appropriate inventory level according to the control of fluctuations in the production planing. In the simulation, we tested four alternatives how to coordinate the synchronization between the procurement plan and the production plan. All the alternatives give us more plausible results than actual operation in the past. Findings Based on the big data extracted from the ERP system, the relationship between the level of delivery and the distribution of fluctuations was analyzed in terms of demand, supply, inventory, and process. As a result of analyzing the inventory turnover rate, the root cause of the inventory increase were identified. In addition, based on the data on delivery and receipt performance, it was possible to accurately analyze how much gap occurs between supply and demand, and to figure out how much this affects the inventory level. Moreover, we were able to obtain the more predictable and insightful results through simulation that organizational performance such as inventory cost and lead time can be improved by synchronizing the production planning and purchase procurement with supply and demand information. The results of big data analysis and simulation gave us more insights in production planning, procurement, and inventory management for smart manufacturing and performance improvement.

Effect of IPTG Induction on Production of ${\beta}$-Galactosidase-PreS2 Fusion Protein in Recombinant Escherichia coli

  • Effects of IPTG induction on cell growth and production of ${\beta}$-galactosidase-preS2 fusion protein (${\beta}$gal-preS2) were studied in a defined medium using a recombinant Escherichia coli JM109/pCMHB30. IPTG was added (0.2 mM) to induce the cloned-gene expression in the early-, mid-, and late-log growth phases. The most serious decreases in growth rate and plasmid stability were observed for the induction in the early-log growth phase. The expression level of ${\beta}$gal-preS2 attained by the induction in the mid-log phase was about 0.51 mg fusion protein/mg total cellular protein, which was 2- and 5-fold improvement over the levels obtained with the inductions in the early- and late-log phases. Formation of acidic byproducts including acetate and pyruvate showed different profiles during the fermentation period for each cases of induction; pyruvate was the major byproduct for the induction in the early-log phase while acetate production became more significant for the cases of inductions in the mid- and late-log phases.

  • In this study, systems and procedures for improving the research and development and purchasing projects for defense specifications were investigated, and the current situation was analyzed in terms of the disclosure and establishment of defense specifications. I would like to discuss the measures that need to be taken to improve the specification affairs of our defense sector in order to improve the production quality of military supplies. It should be noted that it is necessary to establish specifications and procedures for improving the quality of domestically purchased military supplies. Therefore, it is highly imperative to systematically establish detailed performance, and miscellaneous specifications in order to actively respond to the rapid development of superior private technologies. In addition, the barriers in the entry of the defense industry should be removed through active disclosure of the specification data, and the opportunities for participation should be expanded to promote a smooth follow-up logistics support and to improve the quality of military supplies

  • 지식 기반 사회가 구축되면서 처리해야 할 업무 프로세스의 규모가 커지고 분석할 정보의 양이 증가함으로 인해 프로세스 관리와 개선에 대한 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에, 각 기업은 비즈니스 모델에 적합한 프로세스 모델을 조직 환경에 구축하고자 노력하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업의 생존 전략을 성공적으로 실현할 수 있도록 프로세스 관리 및 개선 환경을 제안하고 이를 구현한다. 프로세스 관리 및 개선 방법으로 프로세스 개선 방법론인 6시그마 프로세스를 적용하여 프로세스 상에서 생성되는 프로세스 정보 및 구조의 상호작용을 파악할 수 있게 하였다. 이를 기반으로 기업은 가치사슬 관점에서 베스트 프랙틱스 프로세스를 전개할 수 있게 된다. 그리고 프로세스 수행 활동에 대한 데이터 측정을 위해 PSP의 일정 관리 기법을 도입하여 프로세스 수행의 주체인 업무 담당자의 역량에 대한 정확한 데이터의 수집과 반영이 가능하도록 했다. 이를 기반으로 개인은 프로세스의 정확한 수행과 예방적 결함 관리가 가능하게 되어 업무 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.

다품종흐름생산 시스템의 물류개선에 관한 연구 (A study on Material Flow Improvement of Multiproduct Flow Line Production System)

  • This study deals with analysis of material from in Tube manufacturing line. This line is a multi product flow ship type production line, which consists of 5 steps of work station. Some work stations involve in unnecessary moving activities of workers and much work in-process storage due to the non-systematic material flow with respect to the different lot size production of multi-items. To improve productivity for this line, one alternative is considered such as grouping two work stations by using GT and JIT concepts. Also, feasibility analysis for this alternative is performed using and simulation model built by SIMAN IV simulation language.
