영구기록 관리와 서비스를 위한 자동화, 지능화 기술 (Automated and Intelligent Technology for Archives Management and Services)

  • 디지털 환경하에 전자기록은 폭발적으로 증가하고 있으나 전자기록을 효율적으로 관리하고, 효과적으로 서비스하는 방법에 대한 고민은 부족한 상황이다. 기록의 생산 관리 단계의 정보시스템인 온-나라 문서2.0, 기록관리시스템은 클라우드 기반으로 개발하여 보급 중에 있다. 영구기록관리시스템은 공공기록뿐만 아니라 다양한 유형의 민간기록도 입수하여 관리해야하기 때문에 기록관리 신기술 접목이 요구되는 상황이다. 본고에서는 영구기록 관리를 위한 자동화, 지능화 기술에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

Robust Control of Multi-Echelon Production-Distribution Systems with Limited Decision Policy (II)- Numerical Simulation-

  • A typical production-distribution system consist of three main echelons representing the retailer, distributors, and a factory each with an on-site warehouse. The system is sufficiently general and realistic to represent many industrial situations. However, decision functions and parameters have been selected to apply particularly to the production and distribution of consumer durables. The flows included in the model are materials, orders, and those information flows needed to support the material and order-rate decisions. In this work, a realistic production-distribution system has been used as a basic model, which consists of three sectors: retailer, distributor, and factory. That system is a nonlinear 25th-order continuous system interconnected between the echelons. Using a modern control algorithm, a typical multi-echelon production-distribution system using a dynamic controller is numerically simulated in the nominal plant and in the perturbed plant when the piecewise constant manufacturing decision is limited by a factory manufacturing upper-limit due to capital equipment, manpower, and factory lotsize.

Mini-MAP 환경에서 네트워크 접속장치의 구현과 시험 운영 (Implementation and Operation of Network Interface Module based on Mini- MAP Environment)

  • 제조장치의 네트워크 환경은 PLC, 로보트와 같은 프로그래머블디바이스에 Mini- MAP 네트워크 접속장치를 장착하여 원격제어가 가능한 공정한 네트워크 시스템 구성 이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서 설계된 공정 네트워크 접속장치는 MAP 3.0 규격을 근거로 MAC부 계층은 TBC(token bus controller)가 수행하고, LLC부 계층은 class 3으로, 응용계층은 MMS(manufacturing message standard)를 기본으로 설계하였다. 구현된 소프트웨어는 Mini-MAP의 실시간 정보 전송 성능을 보존하기 위하여 C Exec. 의 real-time executive를 기반으로 설계하여 firmware로 탑재하였다. 본 접속장치는 군관리 공정 모델에서 시험 운영하였으며, LLC 계층의 오류검출과 전송기능은 프로토 콜 분석기를 이용하여 확인하였으며, MMS는 적합성 시험을 이미 받은 MMS를 탑재한 상용제품과의 통신운영을 통하여 적합성 시험을 확인하였다.

Integrated CAD System for Ship and Offshore Projects

  • Nowadays major shipbuilding companies are trying to expand their business not only to shipbuilding but to offshore projects as well. DSME is one of them. DSME is trying to set up a flexible design and construction environment for shipbuilding and offshore construction in a single shipyard. The shipbuilding and offshore projects, however, have their unique technology but they need to be designed and constructed in one site. To support this new requirement, DSME has developed an integrated CAD system for ship and offshore projects. In this integrated design environment, the designers can design commercial ships and offshore projects in a flexible manner. Concurrent design is very important for ship and offshore design. As compared to the complexity of the product, the design period is quite short. In effect, the design system for the ship and offshore project has to support concurrent design. One essential point of concurrent design environment is a product model based design system. DSME has developed and implemented the 3D product model concurrent design environment based on Tribon M3. Tribon is a widely used CAD system in shipbuilding area that is developed by Tribon Solutions. DSME has both customized the Tribon system and developed in-house application systems to support its own design and production procedures. All the design objects are modeled in one common database to support concurrent design and accurate production. The major in-house development focused on the modeling automation and automatic drawing generation. During the drawing generation process many of the additional production information are also extracted from the 3D product model. In addition, several applications and functionalities have been developed to apply the shipbuilding based Tribon M3 system to offshore projects. The development of shape nesting, tubular connection, isometric drawing, grating nesting systems are the typical.

선체 곡판 완성도 평가용 3차원 곡형의 제작 자동화를 위한 생산 정보 산출 시스템 (Manufacturing Information Calculation System for Production Automation of 3-dimensional Template Used to Evaluate Shell Plate Completeness)

  • 3-D templates are produced to evaluate completeness of the shell plates during the forming process, which is an essential step for the ship production. They are mostly produced in advance during the detail/production design stage, but occasionally they are requested by the shell plate forming department, because it is impossible to predict accurately the necessities of them at the design stage. This results in a huge loss of man-hour and a bottleneck. In order to resolve this issue while reducing the dependence on other department, the process of manufacturing the 3-D templates needs to be automated. Therefore, this study proposes an automatic system that calculates the manufacturing information of the 3-D templates with only geometric information of the shell plates. The system considers the thickness and the cutting method of the parts of the 3-D templates and some options are provided to reflect the intention of the worker.

최적화 생산시스템 모델 개발을 위한 양돈시설의 조사 연구 (Study on the Swine Farming Facilities by Survey for the Development of the Optimum Production System Models)

  • 본 연구는 사육, 급사, 급수, 번식, 건강 관리, 환기 및 열 관리, 자료 분석 등에 대한 기계화 및 자동화의 현황과 수준을 분석 평가하고, 이를 토대로 양돈 시설의 최적화 생산 시스템 모델 개발의 연구 방향을 설정하기 위하여 수행되었으며 앞으로의 연구 방향을 다음과 같이 설정하였다. 1) 종모돈, 종빈돈, 분만돈은 단사식으로 사육하고, 자돈, 육성돈, 비육돈은 군사식으로 사육하는 것과 돈방 배열은 복열식으로 하는 것을 기준으로 한국형 환경 제어용 스라트 무창돈사를 개발한다. 2) 한국형 환경 제어용 스라트 무창돈사에 적합한 환경 제어 시스템과 분뇨 처리 시스템을 개발한다. 3) 전자식 개체식별장치를 개발한다. 4) 전자식 개체식별장치와 컴퓨터를 이용한 자동 개체 습식 급사 시스템을 개발한다. 5) 번식돈을 위한 전자식 개체식별장치에 의한 개체 관리 시스템을 개발한다. 6) 건강 관리 및 자료 분석 등을 종합 관리할 수 있는 전문가 시스템을 개발한다.

A HARMS-based heterogeneous human-robot team for gathering and collecting

  • Agriculture production is a critical human intensive task, which takes place in all regions of the world. The process to grow and harvest crops is labor intensive in many countries due to the lack of automation and advanced technology. Much of the difficult, dangerous and dirty labor of crop production can be automated with intelligent and robotic platforms. We propose an intelligent, agent-oriented robotic team, which can enable the process of harvesting, gathering and collecting crops and fruits, of many types, from agricultural fields. This paper describes a novel robotic organization enabling humans, robots and agents to work together for automation of gathering and collection functions. The focus of the research is a model, called HARMS, which can enable Humans, software Agents, Robots, Machines and Sensors to work together indistinguishably. With this model, any capability-based human-like organization can be conceived and modeled, such as in manufacturing or agriculture. In this research, we model, design and implement a technology application of knowledge-based robot-to-robot and human-to-robot collaboration for an agricultural gathering and collection function. The gathering and collection functions were chosen as they are some of the most labor intensive and least automated processes in the process acquisition of agricultural products. The use of robotic organizations can reduce human labor and increase efficiency allowing people to focus on higher level tasks and minimizing the backbreaking tasks of agricultural production in the future. In this work, the HARMS model was applied to three different robotic instances and an integrated test was completed with satisfactory results that show the basic promise of this research.

Optimized production method of [18F]flortaucipir injection for imaging tau pathology in patients with Alzheimer's disease

  • Aggregated neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs) are a pathological hallmark in Alzheimer's disease (AD) and many radiopharmaceuticals targeting NFTs have been developed so far. Among these, [18F]flortaucipir (TAUVIDTM) is the first approved radiopharmaceutical in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to image tau pathology. In the present study, we describe the optimized radiosynthetic method for the routine production of [18F] flortaucipir using a commercialized automation module (i.e. GE TRACERlabTM FXFN pro). [18F]Flortaucipir was prepared by nucleophilic substitution from its N-tert-butoxycarbonyl protected nitro precursor, tertbutyl 7-(6-nitropyridin-3-yl)-5H-pyrido[4,3-b]indole-5-carboxylate, at 130℃ for 10 min in dimethyl sulfoxide. The mean radiochemical yield was 20 ± 4.3% (decay-corrected, n = 47) with the molar activity of 218 ± 32 GBq/µmol at the end of synthesis. The radiochemical purity was determined to be above 95%. The overall production time including quality control is approximately 100min. The final produced [18F]flortaucipir injection meets the USP criteria for quality control. Thus, this fully automated system is validated for clinical use.

수도작을 위한 적정 농기계 선정 전문가 시스템 개발(I) -최소 이용 비용 농기계 선정 프로그램- (Expert System for Selecting Optimized Farm Machinery in Rice Farming(I) -Program to Minimize Cost in Utilization of Farm Machinery-)

  • Farm mechanization has been rapidly progressed in rice farming since the 1980's, in Korea. The mechanization has been achieved up to 95-97% in the year of 1995, except irrigation and drying process. However, rice production cost remains much more expensive than the cost of other rice farming countries. Since labor cost shares a major portion of the production costs, it is essential to save labor cost with automation and more sophisticated mechanization. However, it requires great capital investment which causes farm management worse. Therefore, the computer program was developed which can select machines to minimize the management and maintenance cost by analyzing available working days in different areas, machinery to purchase, farming size, total farming size in a village, number of machines and custom fee.

  • In this paper, a neural control algorithm is proposed on the automation of adjustment process. The adjustment processes in camcoder production line are modelled, and the processes are adjusted automatically by means of off-line supervisory trained multi-layer neural network. We have made many experiments on the several adjustment processes by using the control algorithm. There are many unexpected troubles to achieve the desirable adjust time in the practical application. To overcome those, some auxiliary algorithms are demanded. As a result, our proposed algorithm has some advantages - simple architecture, easy extraction of the training data without expertises, adaptability to the varying systems, and wide application for the other resemble processes.
