통합 제품-서비스로의 이행: 문헌 연구, 분류 체계, 연구 방향

  • 최근 제조 기업들의 가장 큰 화두 중 하나는 제품과 서비스의 통합이다. 그간 제품과 서비스 통합과 관련한 다양한 개념들이 제시되어 왔으나, 정의 및 유형에 대한 보편적인 프레임워크가 존재하지 않는다. 본 연구에서는 제품과 서비스의 통합에 관련된 다양한 개념들을 아우르는 포괄적인 용어 (umbrella term)로써 통합 제품-서비스(integrated product-service: IPS)를 제시한다. 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 IPS 관련 기존 개념들을 개괄하고, 이들을 Product/service fusion과 Product/service Convergence의 두 가지로 분류한다. 다음으로 IPS를 유형화하기 위한 분류체계(typology)로써 IPS 큐브(cube)를 제시한다. IPS 큐브는 통합의 형태(pattern), 원천(origin), 기술(technology)의 세 가지 차원으로 구성되며, 각 차원이 모두 세 가지 유형으로 구분되기 때문에, IPS 큐브는 27개의 셀로 이루어진 정육면체 형태를 띤다. 각 셀은 고유한 IPS 유형을 나타내며, 각 셀에 해당하는 실제 IPS 사례들이 제시된다. 본 연구에서 제시한 IPS 큐브는 유형별 IPS 개발을 위한 전략, 프로세스, 방법론을 개발하는데 있어서 유용한 시사점을 제공해줄 수 있다.

Business Model Innovation in the R&D Service Sector: A Case Study of Automobile R&D-service Firms (연구개발서비스업에서의 비즈니스모델 혁신: 자동차 연구개발전문기업의 사례 연구)

  • The rates of technological innovation and environmental change as well as market competition have recently accelerated, which makes it difficult for firms to satisfy the needs of their customers through existing product innovation or limited services. Some firms have attempted to find the solutions to this problem by conducting business model (BM) innovation. This study reviews the theoretical discussion to BM innovation and suggests propositions concerning the necessity of BM innovation and conditions of successful BM innovation. Furthermore, the study examines the applicability of the propositions and draws strategic implications by analysing the cases of two world-wide leading firms, AVL and ETAS, in the automobile R&D service sector. In particular, the study investigates how the firms with technological competence in the R&D service sector obtain market performance through BM innovation. Results of this study show that the case firms recognize the necessity of BM innovation based on product (or technology)-service fusion to effectively propose customer value and create corporate profit. Also, the firms exploit firm-specific complementary assets for successful BM innovation. This paper contributes to the literature of innovation management by promoting academic discussion concerning BM innovation in Korea and suggesting strategic implications for further development of R&D service sector and related firms in Korea.

  • Recently, mobile devices have been widely used. Therefore, the service users want that are not constrained by time and space. Among them, electronic payment services, mobile finance service is enjoying a tremendous popularity. The FinTech is the result of the fusion of finance and ICT(Information & Communication Technology). Security experts is pointed the FinTech security risk. New technology and Innovative FinTech services are even available, Insecure FinTech services is insignificant. In this paper we were surveyed market and product trends of FinTech and analyzed the threats about FinTech. Also, we analyzed the security considerations for FinTech using a questionnaire. As a result, users considers secure payment process and privacy. Therefore, we proposed security considerations for each vulnerability. So, we must be resolved of security technology and policy issues. If establishing a secure payment process and the unclear legal issue is resolved, FinTech service will provide a secure financial services to the user.

  • Recently the mobile RFID technique research is applied in the portion which is various with fusion of RFID technique and the mobile machine of communication alcoholic beverage of existing. As result of this research, the establishment of the new mobile RFID code system and research and development of retrieval system are advanced. Like this the retrieval system where researching and developing are advanced is appropriate in each application field and it is not applied there is a problem point. So the mobile RFID retrieval system which uses the product from the dissertation which it sees newly the area. It is a Lospector that it proposes and the retrieval system is appropriate in each service field and it is not applied to improve the problem point, it presents an efficient search technique.

The effects of convergence technologies and social phenomenons are visualized in overall regions of society such as economy, society, culture, etc. In this paper, we described a prospects and technologies needed in digital convergence environment. And we described a smart city which was leading case in digital convergence.

  • To build ubiquitous agriculture environment successfully, development of core technology for agriculture, such as sensor node H/W, sensor node middleware platform, routing protocol and agricultural environment application service is essential. With the application of u-IT technologies to traditional agriculture area, fusion complex technologies become a source to raise value-added agriculture product and its productivity. However, it is imperative to expand horticulture industry area and improve infrastructure for utility-based horticulture. This paper proposes an agriculture product growth environment management system that utilizes environmental factor monitoring sensors and biological information sensors in greenhouse to specifically manage botany growth environment management.

  • In existing technology planning, there is lack of considerations such as technology fusion, users' requirements of future, gap analysis between technology development and production, and industrialization process of development technology, that is, technology diffusion and technology transfer strategy. The most noticeable thing is that there is an obvious transition from supplier-centered to consumer-centered in the development of service or product because users' needs are getting a diverse and high level with the paradigm change of industry and society in the 21st century. So it is very important to design effectively a technology planning system under integration of R&D-production-sales system for satisfaction of customers' various choices. In this paper, we present considerations being required strategically in technology planning through analysis of mutual relationship and interface between technology planning, R&D and production system.

A Study on improving manufacturing environment using IoT technology in small business environment (중소기업 환경에서 IoT 기술을 이용한 제조 환경 개선에 관한 분석 연구)

  • To launch the product recently attached to IoT consumer electronics, smart phones and healthcare products around the large companies is a trend that is growing interest in the IoT. However, the country's small business environment is what the environmental improvement process that is easily accessible to the small business environment because the IoT technologies are difficult to apply the IoT technologies than any other country environment than desperate situation. In this paper, we propose a service operating model to improve production efficiency when the fusion manufacturing process is currently operating in the country SMEs and IoT technology. Proposed model using the manufacturing product information and sensor / dabayiseu information in the entire manufacturing process has as its object to utilize the IoT technology. Performance evaluation, the proposed model is more efficient than the previous model and 23.1% of the manufacturing process. In addition, it is increasing the manufacturing process was reduced by 17.3%, the average processing time as compared to the previous model. Finally, the personnel cost to be used in the manufacturing process was found to be an average decrease of 19.8% than previous model.
