녹차소비자의 추구편익과 선택속성의 관계 (Canonical Correlations between Benefit Sought and Selection Attributes of Green Tea Consumers)

  • This study aims to investigate relationships between benefit sought and selection attributes of green tea consumers. For data collection, a total of 595 copies of questionnaires were collected by convenience sampling in the Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 15.0. The factor analysis identified four dimensions of the benefit sought : health benefit, sensory, sociality, and self-esteem. Six dimensions of selection attributes were identified as manufacturing, design, sensory appeal, recommendation, utility and brand. The results of the canonical correlation analysis indicated that health benefit, sensory, sociality of benefit sought and manufacturing, design, sensory appeal, recommendation, utility, brand of selection attributes were highly correlated, and the self-esteem of benefit sought and recommendation of selection attribute were highly correlated. This means it is important to place an emphasis on safety production, package design, sensory characteristics, product description, utility and brand for consumers who seek health benefit, flavor and sociality. It is also important to place an emphasis on product description for consumers who pursue self-esteem benefits. Green tea marketers should consider benefit sought aspects as the most important factors affecting selection attributes on green tea purchasing.

섬유제품 생산자의 환경의식과 환경보전행동 (Environmental Consciousness and Environmental Preservation Behavior of Textile Producers)

  • The purposes of this study were to review the effects of textiles production on the environment, and to investigate the environmental consciousness and environmental preservation behavior of textile producers. This study was conducted by reference analysis and empirical research. To develope theoretical framework of dimensions of environmental behavior, references concerned were analyzed. And for empirical study, researcher developed a questionnaire based on the free writing by producers and references. The questionnaire included problems about environmental consciousness, environmental behavior, demographic variables, and environmental variables. 135 questionnaires were used for final data analysis. ANOVA and factor analysis were used. The results were as follows: First, the level of global environmental problem consciousness was relatively high. The conscious level of water pollution caused by the waste water from textile mills was the highest, and that of desertation of mountain caused by timber cutting was the lowest. The effects of textile dyers and finishers on the environment were the highest, and that of designers were the lowest. Second, the results of reference analysis showed that the dimensions of textile producers environmental behavior were resource and energy saving, solid waste reduction, and green product production. And the results of empirical study were resource and energy saving, resource reuse or recycling, solid waste reduction, and green product production, and total variances was 62.3%. The practice was the lowest. Third, global environment problem consciousness, environment problem consciousness caused by the textile life-cycle concerned, and clothing seperate-collection or not at residing place were effective on environmental behavior, and 52.45% of environmental behavior was explained with above variables.

스포츠 의류브랜드의 고객자산과 고객만족과의 관계연구 (A Study on Relationship between Customer Equity and Customer Satisfaction of Sports Fashion Brands)

  • The purpose of this research were 1) to identify the distribution of customer equity about sports fashion brands, 2) to identify the dimensions of fashion brand attributes influencing customer satisfaction and customer equity, and 3) to investigate relationships among sports fashion attributes, customer satisfaction and customer equity. Survey questionnaire was used to collect data and 900 responses were used for the data analysis. Descriptive statistics(i.e., frequency, percentage), factor analysis and multiple regression analysis were used for the data analysis. The results of this study were as following. First, 67.4%(i.e., outdoor sports brands) of customer equity distributes under 1 million won while 61.3%(i.e., general sports brand) and 54.3%(i.e., golf brands) distributes. Second, the sportswear brand dimensions consist of 6 factors, product quality value, convenience value, perceived value, unique brand image, trust relationship, and personalized relationship. Third, the higher the product quality value, perceived value, unique brand image, and trust relationship were, the higher customer satisfaction was. Fourth, the higher customer satisfaction was, the higher customer equity was.

Research on the Impact of the Network Marketing Strategy on Enterprise Performance of Artistic Products - Centered on Consumers' Impulsive and Repeated Purchasing Behaviors

  • In this paper, we propose takes network marketing as a starting point for analysis, uses the theory of purchasing behavior and enterprise performance to analyze the network marketing strategy of artistic products, incorporates the practical problems encountered by some artistic products enterprises in Zhejiang Province in network marketing into theoretical research. The theoretical model of network marketing strategy acting on enterprise performance through the intermediary effect of purchasing behavior is constructed. This paper conducted an in-depth survey of three representative core domestic companies engaged in Internet marketing of artistic products, and analyzed the questionnaires of 357 respondents. The initial model was verified by statistical tools such as SPSS and AMOS, and three conclusions were drawn: Firstly, network marketing strategies of different dimensions have different effects on purchasing behavior: pricing strategy and product strategy have significant positive effects on impulse purchasing behavior, but channel strategy has no significant impact on impulse purchasing behavior; Channel strategy and product strategy have a significant positive impact on repeated purchasing behavior, but pricing strategy has no significant impact on repeated purchasing behavior. Second, user purchasing behavior has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance. Third, network marketing strategies of different dimensions have significant direct and positive impact on enterprise performance.

Linkage between Value of Digital Fashion Products and Purchase Behavior of Potential Consumers on the Metaverse Platform

  • Purpose: This research aims to identify positive connections between digital fashion product value and consumer purchase behavior. The research tries to offer valuable insights and implications for fashion industry practitioners, enabling them to harness the power of the Metaverse to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and stay ahead in this ever-evolving digital landscape. Research design, data and methodology: The research design for this study is a systematic literature review. A systematic and rigorous approach was adopted to ensure the reliability and validity of the research findings. By conducting this kind of approach to achieve the purpose of the study, this research aims to comprehensively analyze existing academic articles, peer-reviewed journals, and relevant publications related to the topic. Results: According to various academic search engines, the results revealed several dimensions of value associated with digital fashion products on the Metaverse platform, which significantly influence consumer perceptions. These dimensions of value extend beyond traditional tangible attributes and are uniquely shaped by the immersive and interactive nature of the virtual environment. Conclusions: All in all, the findings highlighted the significance of experiential value in driving purchase behavior. Creating immersive and interactive virtual shopping experiences emerged as a crucial strategy for fashion industry practitioners to engage potential consumers effectively.

의류상품 구매행동에 나타나는 양면적 소비 (A Study on Ambivalent Consumption in the Purchase Behavior of Apparel Products)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of ambivalent consumption appeared in the purchase behavior of apparel products by the 4Ps element of marketing mix and to clarify the relation between consumption value and clothing involvement that were the antecedent variable. Among the 4Ps element of marketing mix, brand was selected in the exterior criteria of products, and fashionability was selected in the internal criteria of products. Meanwhile, it was considered that there were no objects of conflicted or ambivalent criteria in the element of promotion. Finally, brand, fashionability, price, place, etc. were selected as the elements of marketing. A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 550 subjects from Jun, 8th, 2006 to Jun, 22nd, 2006; 507 were used for the data analysis. The results from data analysis were following: firstly, it was identified that ambivalent consumption showed up, as the result from measuring the individual conflicting consumption by elements. Brand was the highest in the frequency of ambivalent consumption among the elements of marketing mix, and price, place, and fashionability were followed. Secondly, by product characteristics, the frequency of ambivalent consumption of casual shirt, group II, was lower than that of mountain climbing jacket, group III, in the brand element and the price element. Thirdly, as the results from conducting factorial analysis to consumption value, it had 5 dimensions, which were practical value, distinguishable/aesthetic value, conspicuous value, social/confirmative value, and enjoyable value. Also clothing involvement was classified into 4 dimensions of emotion, fashionability, symbolic and brand involvement in the result from conducting the factorial analysis to clothing involvement. Fourthly, the mean of ambivalent consuming group by each element was highest among that of other consuming groups in all the dimensions. Fifthly, ambivalent consuming group had the highest mean among other consuming groups in all the dimension of clothing involvement, such as emotion, fashionability, and symbolic by each element of marketing mix, and it means that overall, ambivalent consuming group is highly involved in all the dimension of clothing involvement.

제화류의 고객지향적 품질평가를 위한 감성만족도 요소 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of the Human Satisfaction Dimension for Customer-Oriented Quality Evaluation of Shoes)

  • 본 연구에서는 생활용품이면서 의복과 함께 생활필수품인 신발을 대상으로 감성만족도 요소의 추출과 분류체계를 개발하였다. 제화류의 감성만족도 요소는 감각성(sense), 적합성(fitness), 묘사성(description), 평가성(evaluation), 선호성(attitude)의 5개 그룹으로 구성되었으며, 각 그룹에는 형태감, 볼륨감 등 29개 요소가 포함되었다. 이들 중에서 일반 제화의 평가에 적합한 요소들로 형태감, 볼륨감, 균형감, 색감, 인체적합성, 안락성, 안정성, 여유성, 개념적 이미지, 품위감, 고급감, 조화감, 견고성, 주목성, 간편성, 신뢰성, 선호도, 수용도, 만족성, 매력성 등 20개의 요소들을 선택하여 이들에 대한 평가양식을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 감성만족도 요소는 제화류의 고객만족도 평가 모델링에서 종속변수로 활용될 수 있다.

의류소비자의 비구매쇼핑행동에 관한 연구 (Clothing Consumers' Non-Purchase Shopping Behavior: Browsing Behavior Outside the Purchase Context)

  • Since most clothing research has still centered around buying behavior, the importance of consumer behavior which exists outside the purchase context has been neglected. This orientation focusing solely on purchase-related processes is deficient as it cannot account for consumer behavior that is recreational or that occurs without a recognized consumption need. In this vein, clothing browsing behavior can be a significant variable that has effects on clothing purchase-related variables. So to speak, browsers do make purchases at times; delayed-action purchases, impulse purchases and browsers may provide other less informed people with product information. In this study, we used definition proposed by Bloch and Richins(1983), which defines non purchase shopping(browsing) as 1,he examination of merchandises of a store for recreational or informational purposes without a current intention to buy. The specific objectives of the study were to identify the dimensions of clothing non -purchase shopping and to determine the causal relationship among clothing involvement, non-purchase shopping, impulse buying, purchase quantity, opinion leadership. The questionnaire method was used and 366 questionnaires were analyzed. Results can be summarized as follows. First, the non-purchase shopping was divided into two dimensions such as recreational non-purchase shopping and informational non-purchase shopping Of the two dimensions, recreational dimension explained the greater part than informational one. Second, it was revealed that clothing involvement was strongly positively related to non-purchase shopping, which influenced considerably on impulse buying, purchase quantity, and opinion leadership. In other words, clothing non-purchase shopping behaivor is very significant concept of clothing product category and has considerable effects on clothing buying though it occurs independently of purchase, so it seems that much more concern will be needed on this concept.

제품의 심미적 영향요소인 단순/복잡, 균형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Simplicity/Complexity and Balance of Product Aesthetic Factors)

  • 본 연구는 제품 심미성을 바탕으로 하며, 기존에 연구된 여러 연구들과 달리 심미성 차원들 간의 관계를 파악하고 이들의 변화에 따라 선호도가 어떻게 변화하는지를 연구하였다. 연구 방법은 실험을 통해 여러 심미성 요소들 중 단순/복잡과 균형을 선택하였으며, 이를 이용 시중에 사용되는 제품들을 FCB Grid를 통해 4개의 그룹으로 묶었다. 이후 이들에 각 그룹을 대표하는 2개의 제품을 선정 하였고 이들의 전형적 모델을 찾았다. 이 전형적 모델을 가지고 단순/복잡과 균형만을 가지고 변화를 시켜 자극물들을 제작하였으며, 이렇게 제작한 자극물을 가지고 단순/복잡, 균형 그리고 선호도의 관계를 증명 하였다. 또한 선호도의 정도값 변화를 측정하여, 디자인 개발 시 기초 자료로 제공하고자 한다. 차후 연구로 이러한 연구 과정을 통해 여러 심미적 차원들 간의 관계를 증명하고자 한다.

캐릭터 디자인과 소비자 반응 (Character Design and Consumer Response)

  • 최근 들어 캐릭터에 대한 중요성이 커지고 있다. 캐릭터는 대표적인 디자인 상품이다. 그러나 아쉽게도 캐릭터 디자인에 대한 연구는 아직까지 충분하지 않다. 본 연구는 기존 제품 디자인에 대한 소비자 반응모형을 토대로 캐릭터 디자인의 구성요소들을 파악하고 구성요소들의 관계를 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 연구결과 캐릭터 디자인의 구성요소들은 캐릭터 외형, 캐릭터 이미지, 캐릭터 애착의 상위 차원과 각각의 하위차원들로 도출되었다. 이러한 결과들은 디자인의 범위가 이성과 감성, 그리고 메시지 측면에서 폭넓게 인식되어져야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 아울러 이들 구성요소들의 관계를 살펴본 결과 캐릭터 외형은 캐릭터 이미지를 유발하며, 캐릭터 이미지는 캐릭터 애착을 유발하고 있었다. 또한 캐릭터 이미지와 애착은 캐릭터에 대한 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 캐릭터 디자인에 대한 소비자들의 반응경로의 이해는 캐릭터 디자인 전략을 수립하는데 좋은 지침이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 연구결과들과 함께 캐릭터 디자인에 관한 이론적·실무적 시사점들이 논의된다.
