This study examined the stakeholder cognition of the safety certification marking system by surveying manufacturers, lessors, and users. In addition, among various issues about safety certification marking systems, the improvement of safety certification marking contents was suggested in order to guarantee quality of temporary equipments. The results by statistical method show that it is necessary to increase of users' understanding about the safety certification marking system. In addition, the quality management system of temporary equipments should be introduced to control the actual condition that temporary equipments of various product companies are mixed in a site during removal and reuse processes. For detailed marking contents, it is recommended that a certification mark, an identification number, and the production year should be displayed and the manufacturer name could be selectively presented. Detail informations such as a safety certification number, a product company, a model type or name, a specification, a weight, a product number, and the location of a certification mark should be identified by the identification number.

방위사업청은 2012년부터 군수품의 우수한 기술력과 품질을 인증하기 위해 DQ마크(Defense Quality Mark) 인증제도를 운영하고 있다. 하지만, 현행 DQ마크 인증제도는 소프트웨어(Software, SW) 단독 제품의 품질을 검증할 수 없어 소프트웨어 제품에 직접 DQ마크 인증을 부여하지 못하고 있다. 그러므로 본 논문은 DQ마크 인증제도에서 소프트웨어 제품의 품질을 검증할 방안을 찾기 위해 DQ마크 인증제도의 인증심사 절차와 국내·외 소프트웨어 품질평가, 인증 표준을 분석하였다. 그 중 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 25000 시리즈를 따르는 GS(Good Soft) 인증제도를 DQ마크 인증제도에 적용하는 방안을 개선방안으로 제시하여 DQ마크 인증제도에서 소프트웨어 제품의 품질을 검증하여 인증을 부여할 수 있도록 인증범위의 확대를 꾀하였다. 본 논문은 DQ마크 인증제도에 GS인증제도를 도입함으로써 시스템 소프트웨어 단독 제품에 대해 DQ마크 인증을 부여할 수 있도록 기존 인증절차에서 소프트웨어 제품 품질 평가에 불필요한 절차인 공장심사의 생략과 제품심사에 GS 인증서를 제출받아 검증하는 개선된 절차를 제안했고, 부여받은 DQ마크를 활용한 방산수출의 증대와 GS인증을 통한 국방 분야 소프트웨어 제품의 품질향상을 기대한다.

This study attempted to understand the perception and the degree of trust that consumers had in the national agricultural food accreditation system, to inquire into and examine the consumers' perception of traditional food quality certification performed for the protection of excellent traditional food, and to propose the right direction for the policies on the traditional food quality certification system and the plans to improve consumers' perception of the system. According to the results of this survey performed in married women, based on the 'the recognition of accreditation system' and 'the recognition of certification marks' of 'the seventh national agricultural food accreditation system' presently being used by the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the household food purchasers showed high recognition for eco-friendly agricultural product accreditation, processed food KS certification, and organically processed food certification in that order. Meanwhile, it was shown that they indicated low recognition for the traditional food-related accreditation systems such as 'traditional food quality certification' and 'food grand master'. It was found that reliability of the certification mark provided by the agricultural food accreditation system gained 3.54 points (on a 5-point scale), and 68.1% of the study subjects referred to the certification marks while purchasing agricultural foods. And most of them answered to the question of 'why they referred to the certification marks' saying that it was done 'to choose safe food'. The most frequent answer to question of 'the means to recognize the traditional food quality certification system' was 'broadcasting, advertising'. 57.3% of the subjects had a previous experience of buying a product certified by the traditional food quality certification system, and 93.2% of all the subjects had the intention to buy a product certified by the traditional food quality certification system later. And most of them answered that 'strengthening government policies' would be the most ideal way to inform the public of the traditional food quality certification system. According to the results of this study, while 'relying on the traditional food quality certification system in general' was relatively high among the consumers, 'intention to buy quality certified products by visiting a distantly located store' was low; thus, from this analysis, it can be seen that there is a need for diversification of places selling these quality certified products and to establish a distribution network for these products.

최근 실규모 실험을 위한 국내 여건이 마련되어 수리특성을 규명하고 있는 시점에서, 다양한 호안공법, 호안재료 등에 대해 공식적으로 신뢰하기 위해 인증제도 도입을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 인증제도화 할 경우 고려하여야 할 인증제도의 구성요소를 기존의 여러 인증제도와 인증관련 국제기준(ISO)에서 도출하였으며, 이를 인증제도화 하기 위한 방향을 제시함으로써 새로운 인증제도 도입에 따른 시행착오를 최소화할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 호안구조 인증제도의 구성요소는 국제기준(ISO)에서 제시하는 적합성평가활동체계를 따른다. 둘째, 인증제도의 구분에서 법정임의인증제도로 인증기관은 제품인증시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 셋째, 제품인증을 위한 기준은 신뢰성 있는 규격으로 마련되어야 한다. 넷째, 인증제도화를 위해 이해관계자의 의견수렴을 전제로 법적인 근거가 뒷받침되어야 한다.

Purpose: Autonomous driving cars, which are often represent the new convergence product, have been researched since the early years of 1900 but their safety assurance policies are yet to be implemented for real world practices. The primary purpose of this paper is to propose a modular concept based on which a safety assurance system can be designed and implemented for operating autonomous driving cars. Methods: We combine a set of key attributes of CE mark (European Assurance standard), E-Mark (Automobile safety assurance system), and A-SPICE (Automobile software assurance standard) into a modular approach. Results: Autonomous vehicles are emphasizing software safety, but there is no integrated safety certification standard for products and software. As such, there is complexity in the product and software safety certification process during the development phase. Using the concept of module, we were able to come up with an integrated safety certification system of product and software for practical uses in the future. Conclusion: Through the modular concept, both international and domestic standards policy stakeholders are expected to consider a new structure that can help the autonomous driving industries expedite their commercialization for the technology advanced market in the era of Industry 4.0.

The scope of this study is the construction conformity assessment system according to the new paradigm of construction management To minimize the differences between domestic and international state, construction Conformity Assessment is subdivided into system certification and product certification. For the former, WASCON(Worldwide Assessment System of Construction Quality Maturity Stage) is applied. For the latter, AQUA(Advanced Quality Assessment System) was developed and adopted to model project for demonstration. Both systems are designed to enable quantified rating, integrated into PQCS(Project Quality Certification), which is an advanced project quality certification system. The construction work observing PQCS will gain quality score on its own quality certificate(Quality mark on construction itself or facilities is also available, if needed or preferred by customers). This Quality Rating System will inspire and encourage any related parties. PQCS score would let supplier/constructor recognize how much themselves are operating effectively and efficiently, offering them the opportunity of redeeming their weaknesses.

Purpose - This study analyzed the effect of obtaining international products and qualification certification on exports according to the suitability evaluation system. Recently, non-tariff barriers have emerged as technical barriers, and the Biden administration is trying to achieve export growth and economic growth by utilizing the demand for conformity assessment following the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the free trade system from the perspective of Korea. Design/methodology - This study analyzed the effect of a manufacturer's product certification acquisition on a company's export performance using Resource-Based View-based multiple regression analysis. To this end, concentration validity was confirmed through Factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha, and correlation analysis was performed to verify discriminant validity. Findings - Product certification and qualification have a positive impact on the company's export performance. In particular, technological dynamism and relationship control have had a significant impact. Originality/value - Considering that the Conformity Assessment Management Act will take effect in earnest in 2022, this study is believed to suggest that companies that have been certified to meet international standards may improve their export performance and increase their value in the future. This paper presents the systematic and procedural approaches to ensure the safety of the composite material domestically developed and produced, for its use in the structure of aeronautical product in accordance with the applicable international standard, and to enhance its creditability. Based on this approaches, this paper eventually proposes the practical future plan to encourage and expand the adoption of domestic composite material as part of aeronautical product by aircraft manufacturer in global market.

Recently reliability Improvement and certification are considered as important issues by world-wide leading and highly qualified companies in advanced countries. In Korea, from a few years ago, the policy for reliability certification newly has been driven to improve product competitiveness in part and material industry. As yet the reliability certification is local and domestic, it is necessary to develop local certification system to global certification system. Reliability certification system is composed of accreditation body, testing laboratory and reliability assurance. In this paper, we review the reliability certification system and its application in Korea and the current research trends in advanced countries. Finally we propose some suggestions for the eliability certification system to be an international standard.

Softwares in railway system are being used in the area of railway control system, directly associated to safety. Because the instinct characteristic of Software is uncertainty, Software development without safety insurance is very hazardous situation. In order to derive safety certification process in the railway system, certification and approval processes in the nuclear, aviation, and military area are studied. Software quality should be improved by two aspects : one is product aspect, another is process aspect. GS(Good Software) and ES(Excellent Software) certification can be exemplified in a product aspect approach. In those process certification, CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) or SPICE (Software Process Improvement and Capability dEtermination : ISO/IEC15504) is being used as models for assessing process maturity of organization. Following the studies, safety management procedure in the railway system is suggested.
