Seven isoazamitosene derivatives, mitomycin analogues, were synthesized and tested for cytotoxicities against leukemia and gastric cancer cell lines. Preparation of a pyrrolo[1, 2-a]benzimidazole (3) (azamitosene ring system) was completed by utilizing the Lewis acid-catalized cyclization, with .omicron.-chloronitrotoluene as the starting material. Nitration of 3 produced a mixtue of two isomers (5-nitro isomer (4) and 7-nitro isomer (5)) in product ratio of 36 : 52. 4 was directly converted into quinone (7) by reduction and Fremy oxidaton. Finally, quinone derivatives (8, 9, 10, and 11) were synthesized by 1, 4-addition of 7 with cyclic secondary amines. From above-mentioned 5, 8-nitro compound (15) was prepared in 4 steps. At pH 3, Fremy oxidation of 15 produced quinone (16), whereas iminoquinone derivatives (17a and 17b) at pH 7. Isoazamitosene derivatives (8, 9, 10, and 11), containing cyclic amino groups at the 7-position, showed potent cytotoxicity on P388, SNU-1, and KHH tumor cell lines. Among them, 8 had stronger cytotoxicity against SNU-1 cell line than mitomycin and adriamycin. Considering these results, isoazamitosene derivatives may had unique cytotoxicity profiles. However, isoiminoazamitosene derivatives (17a and 17b) revealed very weak cytotoxicity.

In an attempt to solve multiobjective optimization problems, weighted sum method is most widely used for the advantage that a designer can consider the relative significance of each object functions by weight values but it can be highly sensitive to weight vector and occasionally yield a deviated optimum from the relative weighting values designer designated because the multiobjective function has the form of simple sum of the product of the weighting values and the object functions in traditional approach. To search the design solution well agree to the designer's weighting values, we proposed new multiobjective function which is the functional of each normalized objective functions and considered to find the design solution comparing the distance between the characteristic line and the ideal optimum. In this study, proposed multiobjective function was applied to design high efficiency and low noise axial flow fan and the result shows this approach will be effective for the case that the qualify of the design can be highly affected by the designer's subjectiveness represented as weighting values in multiobjective design optimization process.

An aquaculture system for feeding the caged fishes in the open water is suggested for ocean application. Survival and operation conditions are defined at the conceptual design. Wave and current drag forces are discussed to determine the proper dimension of the aquaculture system and the related mooring system. Second order wave drift force at the survival condition is the dominant force, which be reduced by minimizing the superstructure open to the surface. Automation in feeding, sorting, cleaning is introduced to use the ongoing technology for quality product. The suggested system has advantage compared to onshore culturing, but not to shallow water culturing system. There is room for real application in future by the countries, such as Korea and Japan, which are in short of fish supply and have willingness to venture towards the ocean aquaculture.

Comtemporary popular culture fosters information exchanges through the development of digital products. Digital products may lead, or may be led, by outline popular culture. However, popular culture is possible off-line as well. There are certainly diverse classes of people who use digital products; however, the major users are those who mainly use the networks. These users have ample access to information and thereby lead popular culture and also are led by it. Surely, it is not only the popular culture that digital products take into consideration. In modern times, personal computers and the Internet are changing into privately owned digital products. Amid the collective tendency of popular culture, the owned products emphasize the fact that it is ′mine only.′It would be goad if ′interesting′materials, something that teenagers like, are added to digital products. Surely, there is a limit to ′interesting′ materials, but the materials of "S or energy," which has a certain sense of humor as well as giving out fresh energy, can be considered in digital product esign. It can be considered a modern pattern, or at least the addition of a new value, and not the old-time pattern of the "Ten Long-Living Animals." More popular and diverse colors are needed in the mix of digital products used by adults who are middle-aged or elderly. If altered colors are applied to the digital products as much as popular culture changes, it can assist the elderly with their weakened physical abilities.

This study presents a web log analysis model for e-CRM, which combines the on-line customer's purchasing pattern data and transaction data between companies in B2B environment of make-to-order company. With this study, the customer evaluation and the customer subdivision are available. We can forecast the estimate demands with periodical products sales records. Also, the purchasing rate per each product, the purchasing intention rate, and the purchasing rate per companies can be used as the basic data for the strategy for receiving the orders in future. These measures are used to evaluate the business strategy, the quality ability on products, the customer's demands, the benefits of customer and the customer's loyalty. And it is used to evaluate the customer's purchasing patterns, the response analysis, the customer's secession rate, the earning rate, and the customer's needs. With this, we can satisfy various customers' demands, therefore, we can multiply the company's benefits. And we presents case of the 'H' company, which has the make-to-order manufacture environment, in order to verify the effect of the proposal system.

프로덕트 라인은 다양하고 빠르게 변화하는 시장의 요구사항과 특정 도메인 영역에 속하는 애플리케이션 간의 재사용 가능한 아키텍처 및 컴포넌트의 구성으로부터 연관된 시스템 구축시 생사성과 품질의 향상을 제공함으로써 현재 많은 관심의 초점이 되고 있다. 또한, 이들 프로덕트 라인에서는 프로덕트들 사이의 공통성과 변화성에 초점을 두고 이들 분류 방법으로 휘처 모델링이라는 개념을 주로 사용하여 분석하고 있다. 또한 재사용 가능한 아키텍처는 많은 변화 계획들과 메카니즘을 포함하고 있다. 하지만, 아키텍처를 설계하기 위한 아키텍처에서의 변화성 관리에 대한 명확한 방법이 미흡하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 재사용 가능한 아키텍처를 설계하기 위해 변화성의 명확한 표현과 아키덱처에서의 적절한 위치를 식별하기 위해, 다양한 변화성 타입을 정의하고, 휘처 모델을 기반으로한 아키텍처의 변화성과 아키덱처의 컴포넌트 관련성에서의 변화성 표현 방법을 기술하고 사례 연구로 웹기반교육 시스템 개발에 적용하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 다이오드정류기와 커패시터 필터로 구성된 입력전원을 가지고 동작되는 60W이하의 출력파워용량을 갖는 어댑터를 위한 새로운 LLC 공진컨버터에 대한 내용이다. 보조스위치의 동작에 의해 제안된 LLC 공진컨버터는 모든 입력전원 ($110V_{AC}$/ $220V_{AC}$) 및 부하조건에서 높은 효율특성을 가지고 전력을 전달 할 수 있다. 제안된 컨버터에 대한 동작특성에 대해 분석, 서술되어 있으며, 60W 시제품제작 및 실험을 통하여 적용 가능함을 보였다.

본 논문에서는 AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle)를 제어하기 위한 hard-wired 제어기를 설계하였고, CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device)를 이용하여 구현하였다. 제안된 제어기는 자율주행을 위한 유도장치 제어기, 모터 제어장치, 입출력 sequence 제어기 등을 포함하고 있다. 마이크로프로세서에 의해 구현된 기존방식에 비해 hard-wired 제어방식을 사용하므로 복잡한 프로그램 과정을 줄일 수 있다. 또한 메모리, 조합논리, 순서논리 회로를 쉽게 추가할 수 있어 제품의 개발시간 단축, 제품 크기 축소, 난이도 등에서 발생되는 총 제작비용 등을 감소시킬 수 있다. 제어기는 VHDL을 이용하여 동작적 기술 방법으로 설계되었으며, Altera사의 MAX＋Plus II를 사용하여 합성하였고, EPF10K10LC84-4 디바이스로 구현하여 AGY 모형(Line-tracer)에 적용시켜 동작을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the important factors and efficient strategies concerning internet marketing. This study tries to examine satisfaction of the on-line consumers on internet shopping mall via fashion products. To fulfill this objectives, a survey was conducted from May 15 to May 30 in 2006, and an subject of study is men and women aged from 10s to 40s in purchase experience of the fashion merchandise to internet shopping malls. Data collected over the internet, and analyzed the 205 subjects. The statistical analysis methods was frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis. The empirical studies were summarized as follows. First, internet shopping mall's fashion goods attributes(goods characteristics, aesthetic expression, variety of goods) significantly affect consumer's utilitarian shopping value. Second, internet shopping mall good's price attributes(economical efficiency of price, price reasonableness, price value, price information, price discount) significantly affect consumer's shopping utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value. Third, consumer's utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value are positively related to the internet consumer's shopping satisfaction.

This paper shows a whole noise quality checking system for the new developed 6th speed automatic transmission manufactured in USA. Due to demand for manufacturing of the high NVH quality transmissions in the mass product line, some special checking system called EOL NVH is adapted. This EOL system is using vibration sensor and analysis technologies. Through adapting vibration analysis technologies and functions likewise RMS, crest factor, harmonics, peak, band and order tracking, various noise problems caused by wear, nick and deformations could be successfully detected and predicted. Therefore, automatic transmissions manufactured in the USA could get high NVH quality. The developing process described in this paper and results on EOL system will offer good guides to the engineers who built the next transmission factory.
