The consequently quick doctor decision and efficient manufacturing environment construction are demanded and Product Life cycle becomes shortening, the e-Business from the digital management environment which changes suddenly the necessity is plentifully raising its head with plan of competitive power security of the enterprise and management renovation. Successful of the e-business model and failure instances there is a depth from the research which it sees and after trying to investigate, it originated to the advancement of digital environment the strategies and to sleep against the successful model of the e-business for a new management renovation presentation it tries it does.

  • The emotional quality of the product have become an important factor in purchasing decision. Classical approach of product design has focused on providing proper functions of the product. However, as the life-cycle of products become shorter and the customer's needs get more diversified, it is now necessary to accommodate the customer's emotional requirement in product design. This study aims to analyze and interpret the emotional characteristics based customer preference survey. This study consisted of two part. First part was to search the optimal combination of design variables through DOE of predetermined 5 design variables. In the second part, we developed customer preference index model to measure the customer preferences about 16 different wood flooring product.

Mobile Internet interface needs to be concise and compressed because of the size of terminals Thus mobile internal service wants integrated portal service We study the service strategy for mobile internet portal Service according to the product life cycle Many Korean people who have used 'wired and fixed' Internet services and mobile phones want the mobile Internet portal to provide many attractive functions and high quality of service Thus we consider the current Korean mobile Internet service as the maturity phase of its life cycle The maturity phase needs the strategy of diversifying and focusing on, thus we recommend the hub portal model for Korean mobile Internet service, In this paper, we survey contents of mobile Internet portal service as a case study. With the result of the analysis, we present the promising contents as follows: video conference service, financial service, stock trading service, traffic information service, location map service, emergency rescue service, and so on.

  • To solve the challenge of waste plastics, this study investigated the related technologies and company trends along the plastic life cycle, and primarily describes ICT technologies to improve efficiency in the process of sorting and sorting waste plastics. Waste plastic discharge caused by the explosive increase in parcel traffic because of COVID-19 is also growing exponentially. Hence, waste treatment is emerging as a social challenge. Most of the domestic waste classification depends on the manual process according to the waste pollution level. The plastic material classification approach using the spectroscopy approach reveals a high error in the contaminated waste plastic classification, but if the Artificial Intelligence-based image classification technology is employed together, the classification precision can be enhanced because of the type of waste plastic product and the contaminated part can be differentiated.

  • Scheduling plays an important role in shop floor planning. A scheduling shows the planned time when processing of a specific job will start on each machine that the job requires. It also indicates when the job will be completed on every process. Thus, it is a timetable for both jobs and machines. There is only one server available and arriving work require services from this server. Job are processed by the machine one at a time. The most common objective is to sequence jobs on the severs so as to minimize the penalty for being late, commonly called tardiness penalty. Based on other objectives, many criteria may serve as s basis for developing job schedules. The process also comprises all strategic planning, capital investments, management decisions, and tasks necessary to create a new product. manufacturing processes must be created so that the product can be produced in the product facility. Purchasing new equipment and training workers may be required if new technology is to be used. Tools, fixtures, and the sequence of steps in the manufacturing processes must all be developed to allow rapid, high-quality, cost effective production. Also, it may be needed to be rearrange the production facility to adapt to the new manufacturing processes. Therefore, this study tries to proposed that Scheduling by customer needs group for minimizing the problem and reducing inventory, product development time, cycle time, and order lead time.

  • Logistics is by no means a new subject area. The concept of logistics goes way become more complex as technology advances, and logistics requirements have increased accordingly. In 1964, when ILS philosophy formally came into being, ILS was defined in general terms and did not describe what actions an ILS program should accomplish. ILS philosophy have been developed from 1964 through 1980. In 1982, United States Department of Defense formulated a new concept, CALS. CALS is the strategy that the US defense development to management the transition to integration and automated interchange in defense system engineering, manufacturing, and logistic support. Its goal is to use the inherent features of digitized data to revolutionize the function of data -gathering, data storage and data - transfer techologies associared with the development of defense systems. The Result will be systems that are cheaper, more reliable, and easier to maintain. To define CALS's character, the purpose of this papers compare two concepts - CALS and ILS. The elements of CALS consist of standads and EDI. The elements of ILS include LCC(Life Cycle Cost), LSA(Logistics Support Analysis), LSAR(Logistics Support Analysis Rcord), Aquisition Cycle.

  • In order to adapt today's short product life cycle and rapid technology changes., integrated systems should be extended to support PDM (Product Data Management) or CE(Concurrent Engineering). A PDM/CE environment has been developed and a prototype is Presented in this paper. Features of the PDM/CE environment are 1) integrated product information model (IPIM) includes both data model and integrity constraints, 2) database systems are organized hierarchically so that working data C8Mot be referenced by other application systems until they are released into the global database, and 3) integrity constraints written in EXPRESS are validated both in the local databases and the global database. By keeping the integrity of the product data, undesirable propagation of illegal data to other application system can be prevented. For efficient validation, the constraints are distributed into the local and the global schemata. Separate triggering mechanisms are devised using the dependency of constraints to three different data operations, i.e., insertion, deletion, and update.

  • The recent developments in the field of reliability and safety is the realisation that these aspects are not only a function of the product but also of the organisation realising this product. Comparing with old DIN 0801 and new method IEC61508, quantitative analysis is required at not only product's quality but also organization's level. Product's life cycle also should be evaluated by analyzing relevant or maturity of business processes. This paper shows the necessity for an analysis on all aspects in a safety certification process, and presents an overview of the available tools and techniques for the various quadrants. Especially, tools and techniques for IEC61508 quadrant C are unavailable currently. Therefore, this paper propose the method which improves the maturity of an organization on reliability management.

  • 기업의 투자 자원은 한계가 있기 때문에 R&D 투자로 수익을 극대화 할 수 있도록 제품의 기획 단계에서 개념 설계, 상세 설계, 생산, 서비스에 이르는 전체 수명 주기에 걸친 제품정보를 관리하고 이 정보를 고객 및 협력사에 협업 프로세스로 지원하기 위한 다양한 방법이 필요하게 되었다. 최근 대기업을 중심으로 다양한 사업부문에서 제품 설계를 위한 아이디어 단계부터 폐기까지 제품의 수명주기에 걸쳐 People, Process, Business System과 Information을 통합 확장한 PLM(Product Lifecycle Management)도입이 가속화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Set, 부품, 장치사업 등의 사업부에서 다양한 제품을 생산하고 있는 메이저기업의 연구개발 부문을 중심으로 제품 전략에서 상품기획, 개발, 단종까지의 프로세스, 정보 및 의사결정 체계를 혁신하기 위한 방안으로 다품종 사업환경에서의 PLM 유도 절차를 제시하고자 한다.

  • 제품수명주기가 짧아지고 고객의 니즈가 다양화되고 있는 글로벌 시장에서 보다 빠른 신제품 설계와 개발을 위해서는 정보시스템의 도움이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 자동차산업의 경영 스피드 향상을 위한 방안으로 제품에 관한 정보를 전사적으로 통합하는 Enterprise-BOM의 기본모델을 제시하였다. 여기에는 세가지 BOM의 종류를 포함하며, 내부 주요 데이터 구조설계를 진행하여 전사 일원화 관리를 지원할 수 있도록 자동차 산업의 차종, 등급, 옵션, 색사양 주문 사양 등의 주요 속성에 대한 데이터를 체계화하였다. 이를 통해 사양변화와 개발변경이 빈번한 환경하에서 신속하고 유연성 있는 개발이 가능할 것이다.
