Kano Model과 AHP를 활용한 휴대폰의 CTQ 선정에 관한 연구 (Determination of the CTQ of Cell Phone Using Kano model & AHP)

  • In order to find out the customer requirements and to develop new products more effectively, the Kano model and QFD(Quality Function Deployment), AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) developed and applied. But, Many companies difficult to select the CTQ(Critical to Quality) of new product. Especially the life cycle of cell phone is very short. In this thesis, the Kano model and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for finding the CTQ(Critical to Quality) for customer satisfaction are suggested. It is explained and discussed with the example of cell phone.

우리나라 제안제도의 현황 (Status of Korean Suggestion System)

  • Recently, product life-cycles are shortening faster than ever before, and companies with a suggestion system are in better position to overcome this shortening life-cycle and thus promote customer satisfaction. Suggestion systems, however, are not actively utilized on the production floors in many firms. This study showed that small-sized and medium-sized firms where a suggestion system is properly functioning by a strong will of top management are not many in Gangwon-do area. In considerable number of companies, a suggestion system is informally and spontaneously applied by the workers on the production floors not by company-wide systems. A suggestion system is required as a means of creating future value-added and it is a matter of course that the role of top management, together with middle-class managements' influence is quite important in the course of the successful application of it. A suggestion system, to be successful, calls not only individual efforts but also positive corporate cultures.

  • Quality is defined as several terms of fitness for use, conformance to requirements or specification, and loss of social effect. And the quality can be classified into design, production and service quality according to its formation of product (or servece). To be satisfactory product, the product must be controlled to maintain the specified level of quality at the whole life cycle of R&D step through disposal step. And the wrong design is one of the great source of cost. Therefore, the quality assurance on the R&D step is very important. This paper suggests a general procedure for the R&D quality assurance and discusses the methods for the reliable design. And a telecommunication equipment is considered as an applied example. Finally, it is discussed some subjects on the R&D quality assurance as further researches.

제약적 NLS 방법을 이용한 출시 초기 신제품의 중장기 수요 예측 방안 (Constrained NLS Method for Long-term Forecasting with Short-term Demand Data of a New Product)

  • A long-term forecasting method for a new product in early stage of diffusion is proposed. The method includes a constrained non-linear least square estimation with the logistic diffusion model. The constraints would be critical market informations such as market potential, peak point, and take-off. Findings on 20 cases having almost full life cycle are that (i) combining any market information improves the forecasting accuracy, (ii) market potential is the most stable information, and (iii) peak point and take-off information have negative effect in case of overestimation.

  • Many studies in marketing and economics have attempted to model price and sales path under the dynamic diffusion process. Most of these models have been based on a fixed product lifetime. The current business climate requiring intensive development of new products however affects the diffusion of new products and their lifetime. Many products have not enjoyed the expected life cycle at the launching stage due to intense technical development competitive reactions, and financial problems. Most diffusion models however have not taken account of the lifetime uncertainty of new product. If the products do not last over the planning horizon set by those models. the optimal price derived from them could be futile. Therefore we had better take such lifetime uncertainty into consideration when developing diffusion models, In this paper we study the impact of uncertain product lifetime on its optimal pricing path in non-competitive market. We develop an optimal pricing model under uncertain product lifetimes and conduct a simulation study to investigate their effects on the optimal pricing and corresponding sales paths. The simulation study provides some interesting findings on optimal pricing policy under uncertain product lifetime. This study could be a stepping stone for the further extended study of optimal pricing strategy with uncertain product lifetime.

The consequently quick doctor decision and efficient manufacturing environment construction are demanded and Product Life cycle becomes shortening, the e-Business from the digital management environment which changes suddenly the necessity is plentifully raising its head with plan of competitive power security of the enterprise and management renovation. Successful of the e-business model and failure instances there is a depth from the research which it sees and after trying to investigate, it originated to the advancement of digital environment the strategies and to sleep against the successful model of the e-business for a new management renovation presentation it tries it does.
