PPM 부적합품률의 샘풀링 검사 계획의 고찰 (Review of Acceptance Sampling Plans for Parts Per Million Fraction of Defectives)

  • This paper is to introduce attribute acceptance sampling plan based on statistical inference of binomial proportions such as PPM or PPB. In addition, this paper presents three variable sampling acceptance sampling plans based on $C_{pm},\;C_{pmk}$, and Taguchi's loss function. Producers are able to consider as not only external vendors but also internal customers.

공공부문의 서비스 혁신 수용에 관한 실증연구 : 중앙정부 및 지방자치단체 회계담당자의 복식부기${\cdot}$발생주의 회계시스템 도입에 관한 사례를 중심으로 (Factors Affecting the Adoption of Innovative Service System in Public Sectors : A Case Study on Implementing Double Entry Bookkeeping With Accrual Basis in Government Accounting System)

  • Korean government is planning to adopt double entry bookkeeping with accrual basis in the government accounting system. This paper attempts to identify influencing attitudes of information producers toward the acceptance of the new service system. Several models are introduced, including Luder's Contingency Model, Cheng's Politico-Economic Model of Accounting Policy Choice, Roger's Diffusion of innovation, and Davis's Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). A set of constructs are developed as fellows : information producers' knowledges, experiences, altitudes toward the reform, characteristics of cash based accounting system and new accrual based system, a chief executive officer's willingness to support, availability of supporting systems, and social Influences from external environment. This study also incudes hey factors used in TAM, such as perceived usefulness and ease of use. Survey responses are gathered from accounting officers in government ministries and agencies as well as from local governments. Regression analysis shows that, for information producers, both 'perceived ease of use' and 'perceived usefulness' of the new system are the best explanatory variable for the dependent variable. It has also found that 'perceived usefulness' is explained best by individual characteristics such as knowledge and experiences, quality of current cash based s1n91e entry bookkeeping system, chief executive's support, Positive supporting systems and social influences. The useful guidelines for implementing double-entry bookkeeping system with accrual basis are also provided.

배추 생산자들의 신종자 이용 행태에 관한 연구 (Study on the Chinese cabbage producers' using patterns about a new variety of seed)

  • Chinese cabbage is a staple food to Korean, which has the high degree of self-sufficiency and worldwide breeding technique in the aspect of seed. However, the producers' competitiveness has been decreasing after the agricultural product market was open. In order to cope with this problem, the government introduced some policies for promoting seed industry in 2007 to reflect producer's needs for high quality seeds of Chinese cabbage. These policies will be a good opportunity for producers to secure and promote the producers' competitiveness against low-price importing Chinese cabbage. In this aspect it is very important to know how well these policies are established and what Chinese cabbage farmers want in regard to a new variety of Chinese cabbage seed. This study was carried out to look over the Chinese cabbage producers' using pattern about a new variety of seed and show some directions for efficient way of diffusion of a new variety of seed to producers using a survey research. The main results are as follows. The producers thought the characteristics of a new variety of seed most important factor compared to other factors such as the seed price, and easiness of cabbage sales when they choose a seed. Also, the 65% of respondents were willing to accept a new variety of seed and thought the government support for an exhibition field and diffusing public information about a new variety of Chinese cabbage seed are important in accepting a new variety of seed.

Gut Development and Health in the Absence of Antibiotic Growth Promoters

  • Acceptance of antibiotic growth promoters (AGP) in agricultural animal production is rapidly disappearing. Both government regulations and consumer preference are driving this change. Producers in any country that seek export markets will be forced to give up AGP if they are to sell to the EU and many other markets. This report will first review the history of AGP use in the animal industry and the concerns about development of antimicrobial resistance. A description of the development and structure of the gut and how it is affected by AGP administration will conclude with results of studies to replace AGP with antimicrobial organic acids.

K-pop 수용자의 세계관 수용 현상 연구 : 그룹 에스파의 세계관 사례를 중심으로 (A phenomenon Study on Acceptance Universe of K-pop Audience : Focused on Group Aespa's Universe Case)

  • 이 논문은 현재 K-pop분야 콘텐츠 전략으로 활용되고 있는 '세계관' 수용 현상에 대해 K-pop수용자 관점에서 살펴본 후, 그들의 수용 경험과 세계관의 의미 인식을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 현재 가장 활발하게 세계관을 콘텐츠 전략으로 활용하는 그룹 에스파의 세계관 수용경험과 관련된 트윗을 수집하여, 이 자료를 개인 경험의 의미구조 및 현상의 본질을 탐구하고자 하는 접근방식인 현상학적 접근방식에 따라 분석하였다. 무스타카스의 방식을 활용하여 분석한 결과, 총 21개의 주제를 통해 K-pop 수용자들의 세계관 수용 현상의 의미구조를 도출하였다. 현재 K-pop 수용자들은 세계관 수용을 통해 일방적이거나 수동적이기 보다는 능동적인 문화소비 경험을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 의미를 생산하고 팬덤 내부의 활발한 상호작용을 통해 외부 영향력을 행사하는 대안적 공동체인 능동적 수용자의 특성을 K-pop 수용자들이 지니고 있으며, 동시에 이 특성이 세계관을 수용하는 세부 행위들에 영향을 미치고 있음을 의미한다. 다음으로는 능동적 수용 경험을 통해 K-pop 수용자들이'마케팅 자산', '팬덤 공동체 자산', 'K-pop 산업 확장 자산'이라는 의미를 세계관에 부여하고 있음이 발견되었다. 이 중 '마케팅 자산'인식은 관련 선행연구들의 논의들을 뒷받침하는 근거로 재확인 되었다. 뿐만 아니라, 기존의 생산자적 측면의 선행연구들이 발견하지 못한 '팬덤 고유의 자산'과 'K-pop 산업의 확장 자산'의미를 발견하여 K-pop 분야 세계관의 새로운 가치를 도출하였으며, 향후 세계관의 가치 확장 측면에서 그 의미 및 방향성을 논의하여 제시하였다. 결과적으로, 이 연구는 세계관 수용 현상의 의미구조를 밝혀냈다는 것과, 기존에 논의되지 않았던 K-pop 세계관의 새로운 의미를 발견했다는 데 의의가 있으며, 관련 주제의 후속 연구를 다각도에서 제언하는 것을 통해 연구의 장을 넓히는데 기여하고자 하였다.

주부들의 인터넷 쇼핑 활용 및 만족에 관한 연구 (An Analysis of Satisfaction factors on the Use of Housewives′ Internet Shopping)

  • The potential of information and communication technologies has already had a profound impact on many ways of our living and society. To catch up with this trend, Korean government has demonstrated the vision for informatization called‘Cyber Korea 21'/'e-Korea’project and has fully supported the education for informatization which is one of the key factors to reduce the digital divide. But, In spite of developing a variety of training programs with different target groups and policy objectives, a digital divide remains in some cases even while Internet access and computer ownership are rising rapidly for almost all groups. For example, the noticeable divides still exists between men and women. To accelerate the process of women informatization, which we believe to be major contributors for the high quality of life for women, we need to promote full-time housewives to become aggressive information users and producers. Internet shopping, for example, might be a good starting point for motivating women to become active information users. In this paper, we present a model for explaining the factors affecting the degree of satisfaction of housewives from internet shopping. Based on data collected from a questionnaire survey from housewives in Seoul, we conclude that the perceived usefulness, ease of use and the playfulness significantly affect the level of satisfaction, but the playfulness does not directly affect the intention to revisit and purchase. In addition, we found out that the perceived usefulness is affected by efficiency, attitude and easy to access. We also provide other interesting statistical results and implications.

Study of User Reuse Intention for Gamified Interactive Movies upon Flow Experience

  • As Christine Daley suggested, "interaction-image" is considered to be typical in the age of "Cinema 3.0", which integrates the interactivity of game art and obscures the boundary between producers and customers. In this case, users are allowed to involve actively in the scene as "players" to manage the tempo of the story to some extent, it, thus, makes users pleased to watch interactive movies repeatedly for trying a diverse option to unlock more branch lines. Accordingly, this paper aims to analyze the contributory factors and effect mechanism of users' reuse intention for gamified interactive movies and offer specific concepts to improve the reuse intention from the interactive film production and operation perspectives. Upon integrating the Flow theory and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and separating the intrinsic and extrinsic motivations of key factors based on Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R), the research builds an empirical analysis model for users' reuse intention with cognition, design, attitude emotional experience and conducts an empirical analysis on 425 pieces of valid sample data applying SPSS22 and Amos23. The results show that user satisfaction and flow experience impact users' reuse intention highly and perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, remote perception, interactivity, and flow experience have significant positive influence on user satisfaction experience.

Cloning Livestock from Cultured Cells Creates New Opportunities for Agriculture

  • It is remarkable that nuclear transfer using differentiated donor cells can produce physiologically normal cloned animals, but the process is inefficient and highly prone to epigenetic errors. Aberrant patterns of gene expression in clones contribute to the cumulative losses and abnormal phenotypes observed throughout development. Any long lasting effects from cloning, as revealed in some mouse studies, need to be comprehensively evaluated in cloned livestock. These issues raise animal welfare concerns that currently limit the acceptability and applicability of the technology. It is expected that improved reprogramming of the donor genome will increase cloning efficiencies realising a wide range of new agricultural and medical opportunities. Efficient cloning potentially enables rapid dissemination of elite genotypes from nucleus herds to commercial producers. Initial commercialization will, however, focus on producing small numbers of high value animals for natural breeding especially clones of progeny-tested sires, The continual advances in animal genomics towards the identification of genes that influence livestock production traits and human health increase the ability to genetically modify animals to enhance agricultural efficiency and produce superior quality food and biomedical products for niche markets. The potential opportunities in animal agriculture are more challenging than those in biomedicine as they require greater biological efficiency at reduced cost to be economically viable and because of the more difficult consumer acceptance issues. Nevertheless, cloning and transgenesis are being used together to increase the genetic merit of livestock; however, the integration of this technology into farming systems remains some distance in the future.

실사기반 가상현실 영상의 특징과 주체 구성에 대한 연구 (Study on the Visual Characteristics and Subjectivity in the Live Action Based Virtual Reality)

  • 디지털 미디어 환경의 상호작용 가능성은 인간의 표현 방식에 채택되어 디지털 기술의 역동적인 측면을 의미화구조와 통합함으로써 영상의 표현 범위는 물론 영상 수용의 패러다임을 전환하고 있다. 가상현실 영상은 얼마나 생생하게 현실을 모사하고 있는가와 같은 핍진성(verisimilitude)의 문제를 넘어 제작자-영상-관객으로 이어지는 영상의 제작과 수용의 일방향적 메커니즘을 변화시키고 있다는 점에서 중요한 의미를 지니고 있다. 무엇보다도 가상현실 영상은 일방적으로 제시되는 것이 아니라 이용자에 의해 구성되는 상호작용적 영상이다. 가상현실 영상을 본다는 것은 카메라가 비추는 것만을 보는 것이 아니라 마치 현실 세계에서와 같은 시야를 확보하게 된다. 따라서 프레이밍을 통해 통제되던 영상이 이용자에 의해 적극적으로 구성되는 것으로 변화한다. 이는 영상자체의 존재 양식의 변화는 물론 영상 수용 패러다임의 전환을 의미한다. 아울러 영상의 서술구조와 그 과정에서 구성되는 주체에 대해서도 새로운 논의를 요구하는 것이다. 가상현실 영상에서 이용자의 시선은 영상 안의 시선과 영상 밖의 시선이 융합된 것이다. 가상현실 영상에서 시선의 주체로서 이용자의 위치는 쇼트의 연결, 내레이션과 같은 담론의 장치에 의해 지속적으로 제한되기 때문이다. 가상현실 영상의 의의는 미학적으로 완성도 높은 영상을 보여주는 것을 넘어 이용자에 따라 영상이 재구성됨으로써 영상 속에 이용자의 존재를 적극적으로 반영하고 거기에 이용자를 참여시키는데 있다.
