Advanced countries have mandated applying BIM in construction projects. Also, Public Procurement Service has planned to mandate applying BIM to all construction project that ordered in PPS from 2016 in KOREA. However, now Seumter that is building administration system is not supported BIM based construction license BIM information from Seumter. Thus, despite the applicant is preparing a BIM model, they do not take advantage of BIM information in Seumter. In previous studies. We developed a BIM based building approval submission system. In this study, we verified the system that developed in previous research. As a result, requirement information input time reduction in Seumter system showed high satisfaction. But there was as low usability because building approval submission system cannot support some information for building approval in seumter. If the system will do utilization and management with the building approval system, the applicant can be using BIM base design document information and saving the time that takes at building approval submission. Study about the system improvement is required for application to building approval system.

In recent years, the bid-rigging in public construction markets has been treated as a critical issue in Fair Trade Commission. The investigation revealed that the collusion was implemented extensively in every area from the material supply to the construction service of general contractors. This study reviewed the causes of the bid-rigging in public construction projects, and proposed the improvement plan to eradicate bad practices. Firstly, the causes and purposes of bid-rigging were categorized into two types of internal factors from construction companies and external environment factors influencing business activities. Secondly, the system development method was explained to detect the signs of bid-rigging based on the technical proposal documents in open tender. The detection systems of repetitive public owner also provide the function of sharing data on the companies and cases to violate the fair trade regulation. In addition, the problems and improvement direction of public procurement policies were discussed.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the degree of transactions of the electronic commerce in the hospitals. We created well-organized questionnaire to achieve this goal. we did telephone interviews with the hospitals, and then we reached out to the hospitals by e-mail and postal mail. We interviewed 311 hospitals, and 104 hospitals participated in this study. We conducted cross tabulations. The results are following : Among the subjects, male was 77.9%(81) and female was 22.1%(23). 51.0% of the hospitals used electronic commerce in their work purpose. The proportion of the hospitals that started their electronic commerce before 2000 years was 30.2% and after 2000 years was 69.8%. In the major electronic commerce service providers, 30.4% of the hospitals had their contract with auction, 18.4% of the hospitals had their contract with public procurement services. which is running by Korean government, and 11.8% were with EZmedicom and 10.8% were working with Carecamp. Through electronic commerce, the most high usage was office supplies 41.0% and the send area was medical supplies 11.2%. The results of this study suggest that electronic commerce in health care field is a very new area compared to other industries. There may be lots of barriers in the aspects of a way of working and norms of health care field. Electronic commerce system and contracts with their electronic commerce service providing partners.

The purposes of the study were to examine food purchasing management practices and to assess dietitians' awareness on food quality standards, use of food purchasing guidelines(food quality guidelines, supplier selection criteria), and organizational collaboration related to purchasing at school food service. A total of 400 dietitians working at elementary schools in Kyunggi Province were surveyed and 247 responses were returned. Excluding responses with significant missing data, 240 responses(60%) were used for data analysis. Compared to the previous reports, competitive bidding and shorter contract periods were preferred for purchasing food supplies. A dietitian, school staff, and food service staff participated in receiving and inspection together at 58.4% of the schools. An average score of the dietitians' awareness on the food quality standards was 3.28 based on a 5-point scale(1:strongly disagree, 5:strongly agree). Their awareness scores for the quality standards related to the genetically modified organism foods, organic foods, and pesticide residues were the lowest. The awareness scores increased significantly with their age(p<.001). In general, the food purchasing guidelines were used well at the schools ; the usage levels of the food quality guidelines and supplier selection criteria were significantly different by length of operation(p<.05) and dietitians' age(p<.05), respectively. The dietitians' perception score of the organizational collaboration related to purchasing was rated 3.46 and differed significantly by dietitians' educational background(p<.05). For improving food procurement management, standardized food quality and purchasing criteria need to be developed. As the demands on high quality food supplies increase for school food service, the dietitians should improve their knowledges on the food quality standards and implement effective and creative purchasing methods.

정보시스템(IS)에 대한 평가분석 방법은 시스템관점, 이용자관점, 경영관점에서 연구되고 있다. 세부 방법으로는 이용자 설문이나 전문가의 의견에 의한 정성적 평가를 수행한다. 본 연구에서는 평가분석 항목 중 행정업무시스템의 구축으로 얻어지는 생산성과 효과를 측정하였다. 기존 연구에서 정성적인 생산성 평가와 범용적인 효과지표를 제시하는 것과 달리 정량적인 생산성과 행정민원에 특화된 지표를 선정하였다. 대표적인 행정업무시스템인 나라장터를 대상으로 전자계약 실적과 중간과정에 기록된 정보를 이용하여 소요일수로 환산하고, 투입 인력에 따른 생산성을 산정하였다. 효과분석은 행정업무시스템의 목표인 민원관련 설문을 분석하였다. 기록된 정보에는 계약문서작성, 공문서처리, 전화통화량을 업무활동 요인으로 선정하였다. 설문항목에는 민원대응을 위한 수행영향, 업무편의, 목표달성 여부를 설문으로 조사하였다. 각 요인을 반영적 구조변수와 형성적 구성변수로 구분하고 내적일관성(internal consistency)과 다중공선성(Multi-collinearity)을 진단하였다. 기술통계법에 따른 신뢰도 검증, 회귀분석을 통한 영향도 측정하고 다중회귀모델 경로계수로 모델을 분석하였다. 모델을 검증하기 위해 구조적방정식에서 활용하는 다중 확인적 요인분석(CFA)에 따라 Chi-square, RMR, GFI, AGFI, NFI, CFI 분석을 수행한다.

국내 CM시장이 활성화됨에 따라 경쟁이 심화되어 실제 프로젝트 관리를 담당하는 CM단장의 능력은 CM사업 수주를 위한 중요한 요소가 되었다. 이로 인해 각 CM전문회사는 유능한 CM단장의 확보를 위해 현재 담당 프로젝트가 없더라도 후속 프로젝트의 수주를 위해 CM단장을 일정수 대기상태로 확보하고 있으나, 효율적인 활용방안에 대해서는 체계적인 방법이 마련되지 못한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 CM전문회사가 보유하고 있는 대기상태 CM단장들의 활용실태 및 문제점을 분석하고, CM단장의 효율적인 활용을 위한 개선방안을 모색하기 위한 실무적 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과, CM전문회사의 현재 대기상태 CM단장 인력수는 적정 비율 및 인력수에 비해 약 2배 정도 많은 것으로 나타났고, CM단장의 선정기준으로 프로젝트의 수주를 위해 프레젠테이션 능력을 가장 중요한 요소로 고려하고 있었다. 그리고 대기상태 CM단장의 보유 및 활용상 문제점은 크게 고용비용 증가와 현장 및 본사 업무지원능력 부족 및 제한적 활용으로 요약되었고, 대기상태 CM단장의 효율적인 활용을 위한 현장 및 본사 기술지원과 수주능력 강화 및 제도개선 등에 관한 개선방안을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 연계환승 교통체계를 감안한 철도투자 및 운영방안을 제안하였다. 철도교통수단은 문전서비스가 되지 않기 때문에 철도역을 중심으로 주요거점까지 이동성을 확보하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 그러나 철도역을 중심으로 연계환승 교통체계는 철도사업의 범위에 포함되어 있지 않다. 따라서 철도 SOC사업의 재정지원을 받을 수 있는 근거가 없는 실정이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 환승센터 유형별로 연계 및 환승의 서비스수준의 평가지표를 마련하고 ALARP수준을 적용하여 우리나라의 서비스수준을 제안하였다. 또한 연계환승 교통체계의 개선에 필요한 법제도 측면에서의 개선방안, 재원조달을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

온라인 쇼핑 시장이 성장하는 가운데 소비자의 구매 프로세스는 온 오프라인의 경계 없이 복잡해졌고, 지능적인 맞춤형 서비스를 원하는 스마트 컨슈머가 등장하였다. 변화하는 소비자 및 소비 환경에 따라 각 관련 분야의 기업들은 다양한 옴니채널과 O2O 서비스를 제공하고 있으나 패션업계에서의 대응은 많이 늦은 편이다. 그리고 최근에 사물인터넷 환경도 표준화 기반 오픈 플렛폼으로 변화하고 있으며 사물의 유형에 따른 지능적인 서비스의 다양화가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문 에서는 패션업계에 적합한 스마트 피팅 디스플레이를 활용한 패션 O2O 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 오프라인 매장에서 사용자가 수행한 피팅에 관한 정보를 데이터베이스화하여 사용자에게 제공하며 오프라인에서 수행한 사용자의 활동들을 온라인에서도 지원함으로써, 사용자의 구매활동을 지속적으로 유지, 관리할 수 있도록 한다. 아울러, 매장관리시스템 및 배송시스템의 정보 연계를 통해 고객 중심의 지능적인 피팅 서비스가 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

This study aims to improve the family friendly certification system by analyzing the actual experience of family friendly certified companies with the certification's incentives and their demand for new incentives. We analyzed 2018 survey data of family friendly certified company incentives and interviewed representatives from 9 family friendly certified companies. First, the use of incentives differs according to the level of corporate classification, number of employees, industry, certification continuation training, and incentive impact. Current family friendly certification incentives indicate that the utilization rate of incentives is high when small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) with less than 300 employees have newly received family friendly certification. Second, the use of the certification mark significantly differs by industry, certification duration, and incentive impact. Interviews with the companies' family friendly certification managers revealed that the incentives that companies use mainly are the Public Procurement Service bid points and priority immigration service. Large corporations hope for strong incentives, such as the National Tax Service's deferred tax investigation, interest rate cuts for bank loans, and corporate tax cuts. Lastly, the family friendly certification mark is a representative incentive used by 60% of family friendly certified companies. For the qualitative growth and stabilization of the family friendly certification system, the family friendly certification mark should be improved to become a more attractive incentive.

본 연구는 점차적으로 늘어나고 있는 조경관리 민간위탁용역의 입찰추이를 조달청 나라장터의 입찰자료(2003~2015)를 바탕으로 입찰에 필수적인 항목을 선별하여 총 입찰별, 유형별, 발주처별, 지역별, 종목별 등으로 분류하여 입찰건수 및 금액별로 조사 및 분석하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조경관리 민간위탁용역의 총 입찰건수는 10여 년간 1,112건의 증가와 487.7%의 증가율로 나타났고, 총 입찰금액의 경우는 144,504백만 원의 증가와 382.5%의 증가율이 나타났다. 둘째, 전체 조경공사에서 조경관리의 비중은 10여 년간 입찰건수에서 10%, 입찰금액에서 3%의 증가세를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유형별 입찰추이 분석에서는 녹지가 입찰건수에서 가장 높은 증가세를 보이는 반면, 금액에는 건물녹지가 가장 높은 증가세를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지자체와 경기도, 조경식재공사업 등이 발주처별, 지역별, 종목별 등의 각 분야에서 가장 높은 입찰건수와 금액의 증가세를 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 조경관리 민간위탁용역의 입찰건수와 금액은 해마다 증가하는 추세이며, 조경공간의 이용자 증가와 이에 따른 다양한 요구, 발주처의 예산문제 등의 복합적인 문제점들을 고려해 볼 때 조경관리 민간위탁용역은 계속해서 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 본 연구는 점차적으로 조경관리의 중요성이 부각되고 있는 현 상황에서 조경관리 민간위탁용역의 10여 년간의 입찰추이를 여러 분야별로 조사 및 분석하고, 체계적으로 정리함으로써 추후 조경관리 민간위탁용역의 기초자료로 활용하고, 조경관리업의 필요성을 인식시켜 향후 전문공사업에 조경관리업이 포함되는 밑바탕을 제공하며, 나아가 조경분야의 전문성 및 다양성을 넓히는 계기를 마련하는데 연구의 의의가 있지만, 조경관리의 법적인 근거, 입찰 시 자격 및 장비기준, 단위당 관리비용의 산정, 관리비의 적정성 등은 추후 보완되어야 될 부분이며, 향후 과제로 남겨두고 있다.
