With the lanuch of the World Trade Organization(WTO) system, National and international trends toward more liberalized regulation of telecommunications terminal equipments drive the globalization of the telecommunications market. Despite of such trends, most countries have long viewed the type approval system as a major hindrance to overseas maketing because of a hodgepodge of diverse type approval system of telecommunications terminal equipments in each country. But, recently, many countries under these situations try to make a better understanding of respective requeirements of each country's many countries under these situations try to make a better understanding of respective requirements of each country'stype approval system, and where possible to strengthen commonalities, through referred to as "multual recognitio" system for the purpose of the development of procedures for hamonization oftype approval system in "one world, one market". Thus, this paper covers the definition, considerations and the case studies of mutual recognition between countries. Also, this paper suggests the desirable and general model of mutual recognition to be applied all the countries, which are being preparing and processing it.g and processing it.

Mobile technology appears promising as a method to promote group performance in circumstances dependent on time, but not member proximity. However, the success of mobile technology in group decision-making situations has not yet been proven. This paper aims to see how mobile technology affects the performance of group decision-making tasks that should be resolved urgently and/or sources of idea are disconnected with on-line network. Laboratory experiment was used to investigate the effects of mobile factors on group decision-making. The results from the experiment supported the proposition that pressures of time and location play a significant role in the assessment of group decision performance measures. We found that the adoption of mobile technology to group decision-making procedures might be competitive when group decision-making tasks are urgent and sources of idea are disconnected with on-line network, even though mobile technology is not a panacea on which to depend when designing group decision-making.

Fast long-distance network 에서 기존 TCP 의 혼잡 제어 (congestion control) 알고리즘은 대역폭을 효과적 사용하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 대역폭을 효과적으로 사용하기 위해서 TCP 혼잡 제어를 수정한 다양한 프로토콜들이 제안되었다. 이러한 프로토콜들은 디자인 시 주로 bandwidth scalability, TCP friendliness, 그리고 RTT fairness 와 같은 세 가지의 특성을 고려하고 있다. 하지만 제안된 프로토콜들은 어떤 것도 trade-off 관계로 있는 이 세 가지 특성을 동시에 만족시키지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 혼잡 제어 알고리즘의 증가 규칙 (increase rule)에 RTT 를 직접 반영함으로써 위 세가지 요구사항을 동시에 만족시키는 EIMD (Exponential Increase/ Multiplicative Decrease)라고 하는 새로운 TCP 혼잡 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다. EIMD 는 패킷 손실이 없는 한, 지수적으로 윈도우를 증가시켜 효과적으로 대역폭을 사용하면서도, 패킷손실 직전의 윈도우 크기, $W_{max}$ 에 반비례하게 윈도우를 증가시킴으로써 fair share 에 빠르게 수렴할 수 있다는 특성을 갖는다. 모의실험을 통해 제안된 프로토콜이 fast long-distance network 에서 위 4 가지 특성들을 모두 만족하는지 검증한다

본 논문은 디지털 영상 데이터를 대상으로 웨이블릿 변환을 이용하여 주파수 영역에서 워터마크를 삽입하는 블라인드 워터마킹 알고리즘을 제안한다. 실험을 통하여 다양한 임계치에 따른 워터마크 정보의 수용력과 영상의 손실 정도(PSNR), 저작권 인증 여부와 검출 값(Correlation response) 사이의 관계(Trade-off)들을 고려하여 최적의 임계치에 관하여 연구한다. 또한 인간의 시각적인 특성을 고려한 HVS(Human visual system) 기법을 적용하여 영상의 비가시도를 유지하면서 시각적으로 중요한 영역에 워터마크를 삽입하여 일반적인 공격에 강인성을 가지는 워터마킹 방법을 연구한다. 워터마크로서 가우시안 랜덤 수열(Gaussian Random sequence)을 삽입하여 최적의 임계값을 적용한 제안된 알고리즘의 성능 평가를 위해 여러 영상에 대하여 실험해 본 결과 워터마크가 삽입된 영상의 화질은 비가시도 측면에서 시각적으로 인지할 수 없을 만큼 측정되었으며, JPEG 손실압축, 선형 필터링, 잡음첨가 그리고 크로핑 등의 공격에 대하여 향상된 상관도와 강인함을 알 수가 있었다.

Many seafood processing and export companies are scattered in Pusan area. Most of them has experienced hardships, because of physical distribution and sanitary costs, rent costs and Non-tariff barriers. GamCheon One-Stop Seafood Export Complex (GOSEC) is considered as the project which is necessary to establish GamCheon port as the seafood trade hub of Northeast Asia. GOSEC is to build the processing and export complex for seafood export. It applies to small and medium seafood export company. This paper aims to examine the economic benefit which could be derived from the construction of GOSEC. It reviews the quantifiable benefits of companies which wants to move into GOSEC. It also shows the results of questionnaire carried out to find the characteristics of potential GOSEC tenants.

공개키 기반 구조에서 가장 비용이 많이 드는 부분이 인증서가 유효한지 여부를 검증하는 것이다. 특히 고액의 주식 거래나 전자상거래에서 실시간 인증서 상태 검증은 반드시 필요하다. 그동안 연구되어 왔던 인증서 폐지 여부를 확인하는 방법으로 CRL, delta-CRL, OCSP, CRTs, CRSL 등의 방법들이 제안되었다. 하지만, 이들 방법들은 즉시성 과 네트워크 비용간의 trade-off가 발생하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이종의 시스템에서 인증서 사용 용도에 따라 실시간성이 요구되는 인증서는 OCSP를 통해서 그렇지 않은 인증서는 CRSL을 통해서 폐지 여부를 검증하여 각각에 맞는 서비스를 제공해 주는 방안을 제안한다.

본 연구의 목적은 인터넷 기반의 국제사회가 갖는 경제적인 가치는 어떻게 변화하고 있으며 국가 간 연결성이 국가의 미래 발전에 어떠한 영향이 미치는지 밝히는 것이다. 이 연구를 위해 국가간 무역 통계자료를 활용하여 국가의 발전에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 귀납적으로 분석해 보겠다. 연구대상은 전세계 200여개 국가 중 OECD에서 통계를 제공하는 61개 국가를 대상으로 2000년과 2010년의 통계를 비교분석하였다. 연구방법은 사례분석을 기준으로 한 귀납적인 분석을 수행하였다. 세계와 한국의 무역네트워크를 무역금액과 무역회수로 분석해본 결과 국가간 무역금액은 과거의 경제적 의존도를 무역회수는 국제경제에서의 미래발전가능성을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다.

Widely spreading smart devices have become an important information sharing channel in everyday life. In particular, social networking services (SNS) are the hub for content creation and sharing. Users post their contents on SNS servers and receive contents of interest. Contents are delivered in either pull or push. Regarding delivery, cost and wait time are two important factors to be minimized, but they are in a trade-off relationship. The Push-N-scheme (PNS) and timeout-based push scheme (TPS) have been proposed for content delivery. PNS has an advantage in cost over TPS, whereas TPS has an edge in terms of the wait time over PNS. We propose a hybrid push scheme of PNS and TPS, called push-N-scheme with timeout (PNT), to balance the cost and the wait time. We evaluate PNT through simulations, with the results showing that PNT is effective in balancing PNS and TPS.

The facility of schema evolution is necessary in object-oriented database applications. There exist several versions of schema and instances created under different versions of the schema concurrently in the database. This base proposes a mechanism for supporting accessing instances regardless of versions of the schema in schema evolution environments in object oriented databases. There is trade-off between the flexibility of schema modification operations and the system overhead for supporting such schema modifications. Access handling routines are provided to the undefined attributes in each version of the class. Access handling routines are also defined for each pair of semantics rather than defining backdate/update functions for each pair of versions of a class. Thus, this mechanism supports the change of semantics with reduced user and system overhead.

본 논문은 생산설비 PLC(Programmable logic Controller) 데이터의 실시간 공유 플랫폼을 설계한다. 이 플랫폼은 자동화 설비를 보유하고 운영 중인 수출집약 중소기업에서 FTA(Free Trade Agreement) 체결 수입 상대국의 원산지 증명을 위한 생산 시험성적서 제출에 활용할 수 있고, 생산설비의 OPC 서버가 갖는 실시간 데이터를 수집하는 라이브러리를 활용하여 MES(Manufacturing Execution System)에서 생성되는 다양한 실시간 데이터를 활용하여 그래프, 생산관리 모니터링 및 설비 관리를 가능케한다. 따라서 중소기업이 생산관리, 공정관리, PLC 데이터공유 등에 필요한 수준별 분야별로 실시간 제조운영관리 시스템의 확대 보급이 가능하고, 생산설비의 실시간 제어가 가능하도록 설계한다.
