자바 바이트코드의 검증을 위한 프레임워크 설계 (A Design of Verification Framework for Java Bytecode)

  • Java bytecode verification is a critical process to guarantee the safety of transmitted Java applet on the web or contemporary embedded devices. We propose a design of framework which enables to analyze and verify java bytecode. The designed framework translates from a java bytecode into the intermediate representation which can specify a properties of program without using an operand stack. Using the framework is able to produce automatically error specifications that could be occurred in a program and express specifications annotated in intermediate representation by a user. Furthermore we design a verification condition generator which converts from an intermediate representation to a verification condition, a verification engine which verifies verification conditions from verification condition generator, and a result reporter which displays results of verification.

THE USE OF MOBILE COMPUTERS FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

  • When construction engineers perform their work in the jobsite, they have to record as-built conditions in the project log (Data Collection). On the other hand, the engineers often have to refer to the construction documents when necessary at the job faces (Data Access). The practice of Data Collection and Data Access in the jobsite can be greatly enhanced by utilizing mobile computing with wireless communications. In this paper, two cases of mobile computing applications for construction field management are presented; Mobile Specifications System and Mobile Data Collection System. The demonstration of the process for developing two mobile applications is the primary purpose of the paper. The problems and issues involved with adopting mobile computing for construction field are also presented. The simple information framework for mobile computing has been also proposed as an outcome of the research. As for development tools, readily available relational database and wireless network have been used. The use of commercial mobile broadband was examined for data communication where local area network is not available.

  • This study investigates the use of mixed $H_2/H_{$\infty}$ and $\mu$-synthesis to construct a robust controller for the benchmark problem. The model treated in the problem is a coupled three-inertial system that reflects the dynamics of mechanical vibrations. This kind of problem requires to be satisfied the robust performance (both in the time and frequency-domain specifications). We, first, adopt the mixed $H_2/H_{$\infty}$ theory to design a feedback controller K(s). Next, $\mu$-synthesis method is applied to the overall system to make use of structured parametric uncertainty. This process permits higher levels of controller authority and reduces the conservativeness of the controller. Finally, the feedforward controller is also used to improve the transient response of the output. We confirm that all design specifications except a complementary sensitivity condition can be achieved.

ITU-R에서의 6G 표준화 동향 (ITU-R Activities for Standardization of 6G Technologies)

  • With the timeline released by ITU-R (Radiocommunication Sector of the International Telecommunication Union), research and development activities for the International Mobile Telecommunications for 2030 and beyond (IMT-2030) are now in full swing. We provide an overview of the general process of making global core specifications for next-generation mobile systems and summarize the ITU-R Recommendation of the IMT-2030 Framework. The ITU-R Recommendation focuses on IMT-2030 usage scenarios and related capabilities. The expectations of 3GPP (Third Generation Partnership Project) activities for the proposal of candidate IMT-2030 global core specifications to the ITU-R are also discussed. The launch of IMT-2030 for commercial purposes is expected to begin in 2030.

  • 전자 카탈로그 상에서의 상품 검색은 카탈로그에 명시되어 있는 상품을 찾는 표준상품검색과 소비자가 원하는 상품을 맞춤 하는 맞춤상품검색으로 분류할 수 있다. 현재의 대부분의 상품 검색은 표준상품 검색에 의존하고 있다. 특히 기업간 구성요소기반(Component-based)상품의 경우 표준상품검색만으로는 구매자의 다양한 요구에 응하기가 어렵다. 따라서 웹 상의 전자 카탈로그에서의 동적인 맞춤검색에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 구성기반 상품에 대해서 표준상품검색만으로는 구매자가 원하는 상품의 검색가능성(Feasibility)과 검색된 대안들이 조정(Adjust) 프로세스 과정을 거쳐 최적해 도달 가능성(Admissibility)이 보장되지 않음을 보이고, 이에 대한 효과적인 방법론으로 검색가능성과 최적해 도달 가능성을 지원하는 Template-based Reasoning 방법론을 제안한다. Template-based Reasoning은 구매자의 요구사항에 따른 대안탐색 부분과 선택된 대안에 대한 조정과정의 두 단계로 이루어진다. 구매자의 주요 선호도(MUST Preference)에 근거하여 대안들을 탐색하고, 탐색된 대안들 간의 우선순위를 결정한다. 조정 단계에서는 옵션(Options)의 확장을 통해 구매자의 맞춤사양에 따른 상품을 제안하고, 제약 및 규칙기반 추론 (Constraint and Rule Satisfaction Approach)을 이용하여 옵션(Options)들 간의 제약조건에 따른 호환성(Compatibility)을 조사하고, 적정가격의 상품을 제안한다. 본 방법론은 Template을 사용하여 기본적으로 구매자가 원하는 상품을 검색하기 위한 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색된 대안들로부터 구매자와 시스템이 웹상에서 서로 상호작용(interactivity) 하여 해를 찾고, 제약조건과 규칙들에 의해 적합한 해를 찾아가는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문은 구성기반 예로서 컴퓨터 부품 조립을 사용해서 Template-based reasoning 예를 보인다. 본 방법론은 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색에 있어 Feasibility와 Admissibility를 보장한다.

  • As the manufacturing processes of automotive engine piston, gravity die-casting, squeeze casting, hot forging and powder forging process are generally used for the various specifications. As the semi-solid forming(SSF) is compared with conventional casting such as gravity die-casting and squeeze casting for the characteristics of its process, the product without inner defects such as gas porosity and segregation can be obtained and its microstructure is globular grain. In SSF process, the materials are heated up to the temperature between the solvus and liquidus line at which the materials exists in the form of liquid-solid mixture. In this time, Discussion is given about reheating process of row material and results are presented regarding accurate temperature and process variables controlling for right solid fractions.

  • 비즈니스 프로세스 및 워크플로우 기술의 국제표준화기구인 WfMCl)에서는 최근 비즈니스 프로세스 인텔리전스 마이닝 분야에 대한 산업체의 관심이 증가함에 따라 프로세스 실행이벤트로그 표준포맷인 비즈니스 프로세스 분석로그 포맷, BPAF2) 1.0을 공식적으로 발표한 바 있다. 즉, 비즈니스 프로세스 인텔리전스 마이닝 기술은 비즈니스 프로세스 모델의 실행이벤트로그로부터 제어흐름, 데이터흐름, 역할흐름, 수행자흐름 등의 흐름중심의 인텔리전스와 최근에 관심이 집중되는 프로세스기반 소셜네트워크, 소속성네트워크 등의 관계중심의 인텔리전스를 마이닝하는 일련의 알고리즘들과 분석기법들로 구성되는데 현재의 표준포맷인 BPAF 1.0은 비즈니스 프로세스의 제어흐름 인텔리전스 마이닝에 초점 맞추고 있어 최근에 관심이 집중되는 관계중심의 인텔리전스 마이닝을 지원할 수가 없다. 따라서, 본 표준화 논문에서는 제어흐름 인텔리전스 이외에 데이터흐름, 역할흐름, 수행자흐름의 흐름 중심 인텔리전스 뿐만 아니라 프로세스기반 소셜네트워크, 소속성 네트워크의 관계중심 인텔리전스의 마이닝을 지원할 수 있도록 기존의 BPAF 1.0 표준포맷을 확장한 BPAF 2.0 표준포맷을 제안한다. 특히, 본 논문에서 제안하는 BPAF 2.0은 한국정보통신기술협회 표준총회의 e 비즈니스 프로젝트 그룹을 통한 국내 표준안의 기반기술이 될 뿐 만 아니라 BPAF 1.0을 제정한 WfMC 국제표준화기구의 국제 표준안의 확장에 기여할 것이라고 판단한다.

  • In this study, an innovative semi-solid die casting technology to replace heavier cast iron compressor parts with lightweight aluminum castings was proposed, and the application possibility for home-appliance component was investigated. The most important factors regarding the semi-solid die casting process are the reheating process of the raw materials to the semi-solid state, specifications of the forming machine, the optimal injection conditions and die design. Materials used in this study were A3S7 and hSn alloys fabricated by the electromagnetic stirring process. The optimal injection conditions for semi-solid die casting process were Presented with the reheating conditions of the semi-solid materials. To investigate the effect of plunger tip shape on the formability and mechanical properties in semi-solid die casting process for complicated shape part, two kinds of plunger tip shape with long and short plunger tip taper are proposed.

  • Presented in this paper is a scheduling method for semiconductor backend process considering the backward pegging. It is known that the pegging for frontend is a process of labeling WIP lots for target order which is specified by due date, quantity, and product specifications including customer information. As a result, it gives the release plan to meet the out target considering current WIP. However, the semiconductor backend process includes the multichip package and test operation for the product bin portion. Therefore, backward pegging method for frontend can't give the release plan for backend process in semiconductor. In this paper, we suggest backward pegging method considering the characteristics of multichip package and test operation in backend process. And we describe the backward pegging problem using the examples.

  • In the context of total quality management, customer satisfaction is a key factor of success. Customer needs have been in the past described with rather vague words. In order to lead in the competitive market, product designers must be willing to interpret and reflect customer perceptions of a product on the design. The objective of this research is to develop a systematic process capable of linking customer preferences on a product to the design of product elements or specifications. The design process consists of multivariate statistical analyses, semantic differentials, and multidimensional scaling techniques under the framework of a methodology known as quality function deployment which is frequently used to construct a quality design process. The process being established is expected to serve as an effective means to communicate between the customer and the designer through proper representational schemes of design elements.
