In this paper, We designed and implemented a web based PBL system for ICT training. We surveyed special qualities and a learning model which have been researched for web based PBL system. According to the result of preceding research, we designed a web based PBL system consisted of teaming guidance, learning subject, collaboration learning, loaming result, help center, bulletin board. Also, We applied the web based PBL system to beginner. According to the result of this application, it was found that the students had more interest in learning and utilization of the system when using the web based PBL system. And the web based PBL system was very useful in setting up a problem-solving plan and a ICT learning plan.

In this paper, 1 design a mode of educational contents for Problem Based Learning(PBL) fitted education using ICT. I design a teaching and loaming schedule for PBL using ICT. I search pertinent items of educational contents to provide to student in PBL and design a mood fitted them. ,also, 1 design a pertinent mode of system to carry out a teaching and teaming schedule. Therefor, a teaching and learning schedule designed in this paper will apply easily. Because PBL manages ill-structured problem reflected the actuality and is high ratio which student participate in instruction, 1 expect that we take the effect of instruction using ICT in PBL.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of Problem-Based Learning on Student's Creativity Ability in Middle School Science Class. The experimental group had Problem-Based Learning classes for six weeks and control group had traditional inquiry instruction for the same period. The results of this study presents that Problem-Based Learning is significantly effective for the improvement of creative skills test and creative tendencies. And PBL group student's had positive thinking for PBL. It's not easy to generalize these results because of many different variables. but the results suggests that teachers should make an effort to improve student's creativity applying Problem-Based Learning. And it's necessary to develop many kinds of problems and teacher's instruction method to enrich creativity in the process of Problem-Based Learning.
