Reliability assurance problem is an important issue in advanced company with good R&D capacity. In Korea, long-term and large-scale project for reliability improvement and certification have been conducted from 2000, 4 years ago. Generally, assurance is composed of system assurance and lot assurance. For reliability lot assurance. it is prerequisite to development reliability sampling plan with time-saving and minimum cost. In this paper, we aim to investigate previous study on reliability lot assurance focused on reliability sampling plans and propose some suggestions for the future study.

The goal of this study is to examine municipality comprehensive plans by recognizing the problem that adverse impacts of urban regeneration impede the sustainability of specific renewal project. 10 major cities in Korea that are experiencing urban decline were chosen for the study area and plan evaluation indexes were adopted based on the sustainable urban regeneration principles in terms of environmental, social, and economic aspects. Plan evaluation was conducted by employing the content analysis method and developed assessment indexes for three sectors (factual basis, goal/objective, and policy/action) of plan. The findings show that policies, such as 'expansion of parks in urban area,' 'pedestrian-oriented street improvement project,' and 'countermeasures for local industry revitalization,' should be fundamentally included in adopting sustainable urban regeneration plans. Plan scores regarding sustainable urban regeneration had an insignificant relationship with the status of administrative district and plan adopted year. This is because metropolitan municipalities, including Ulsan, Daejeon, and Daegu, received relatively low plan score compared to local governments like Goyang and Suwon. Also, Daegu and Suwon, which established their comprehensive plan in 2018 obtained lower score than Seoul and Incheon, where its plans were created before 2015. Evaluation protocol and indexes that were suggested in this study can be used while reorganizing each locality's comprehensive plan, and thus, play as one of major bases in preparing future sustainable urban regeneration projects.

This study dealt with Traffic Problem to Cheonan city. This study ran parallel literature investigation and actual proof investigation. Questionnaires 394 enforce frequency analysis in SPSS 15.0 versions. Traffic Problem to Cheonan city include the discomfort of public transportation, parking problem, pollution of automobile, traffic accident. By improvement of traffic problem, first, improvement plan of transportation system by administration of logical traffic demand should be readied. Second, because Cheonan city is many an university student who is use target of public transportation, public transportation utilization ratio must raise through discount application. Third, solution of traffic jam need to the improvement and strengthening of system of public transit. Fourth, Cheonan city must push ahead with supplies of traffic facility, modify of transportation network, and improvement of operating system. In particular, Cheonan city need to modify old road and improvement of accessibility though road network briefly. Fifth, Cheonan city need fixing of van traffic culture such as solution of parking problem and traffic order consciousness fostering of users.

This paper is case study for ISO 9001/2000 quality management system certification of social welfare. We constructed quality management system for efficient operation for service quality improvement of welfare hall which is society welfare facilities. This paper evaluated operation actual conditions of "G" welfare hall which introduce and operates quality management system according to index of evaluate for society welfare hall and present improvement plan about effect and problem.

The aim of this study is to improve Potential Flood Damage(PFD) that a flood risk assessment technique used in the National Water Resource Plan comprehensive plan for water resources, which is a top-level plan related to domestic water resources and Flood Risk Indices. Both methods are used to evaluate flood control risks. However, there is a problem of reliability because the problem of data utilization and the damage that occurred in a specific area are applied as an average concept. Therefore, this study improved the method for analysis by components and the flood inundation area was limited to flood damage area. Also, the improvement of the method and the application of the recently provided GIS data to the flood damage prediction area were proposed to improve the usability of the existing method. The existing analysis method and the improved method were applied to the test watershed by each case.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors which influence freshmen nursing students' problem solving abilities. Method: The data were collected from 119 students by means of self-reported questionnaires measuring problem solving abilities, critical thinking disposition, and self-directed learning, on March 7th and 11th, 2010. Result: For problem solving ability categories, the level of problem discovery was the highest followed by solution plan, problem definition, solution evaluation and solution implementation. The influencing factors on problem solving abilities of nursing students were critical thinking disposition, self-directed learning and gender. Conclusion: Using the results of this study as a foundation, nursing education curriculum should be comprised of critical thinking skills and self-directed skills for the improvement of nursing students' problem solving abilities. It is also recommended that further studies be conducted in order to investigate comprehensive curriculum designs that allow for maximum accumulation of these proficiencies.

Subway station is installed with equipment of deficient ventilation and air purification in need of routine activity for users because projectors didn't have recognition of the importance of prevention equipment on disasters in subway stations. So if the accident in Deagu is occurred again, we can't prevent it. And it is urgently necessary to improve antique subway station for the safety and service to citizens because users were increased far more. Improvement of subway station has to be modernized the backward and antique subway station and maintained and developed by the center of traffic to give the social contribution with management of social facilities. And subway station has to be made conveniently so that everyone may use the station with one-stop system including sales, business, service equipment. This study will show the improvement plan of problem in underground space and situation of metropolitan-train history to improve metropolitan-train station .we will study a traffic line and equipment relocation of underground space considering safety by choosing the improved station and problems of the underground station in seoul. And then we will study the improvement plan of air purification and sound isolation to upgrade service in citizens.

A surface mount device (SMD) assembles electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCB). Since a component assembly process is a bottleneck process in a PCB assembly line, making an efficient SMD plan is critical in increasing the PCB assembly line productivity. Feeder assignment is an important part of the SMD plan optimization. In this paper, we propose a feeder re-assign improvement algorithm for a specific type of SMD machine with a piano type multi-head gantry. Computational results on some real-world benchmark data sets show the effectiveness of our proposed algorithm.

According to the educational statistics and information data, there were 11,317 elementary school, middle school and high school facility as of 2011. During the post decade, 1,256 schools are increased. The school facility maintenance is the important factor for the whole facility life cycle because it determines the useful life of a facility. Current school facility maintenance practices tend to ad-hok kery, namely, repairment is made after a problem is discovered. The purpose of this study is to propose the new maintenance works and management system to improve the process of maintenance. In addition, the authors suggested school facility improvement plan based upon the questionnaire survey of related management officials.

The purpose of this study is to understand the appropriateness of land aptitude assessment system and to draw up the improvement of this method. The land aptitude assessment system is used to evaluate the effective demand of land development and land conservation. But, this assessment system has the technical problem of selection standards because the land development and the land conservation are against each other. In terms of the relation between development and conservation of land aptitude assessment system, development was increased rapidly as the economic pressure of local government. The application of the land aptitude assessment system using GIS methods was very useful for local plan. However, this system need to improve the selection standards of GIS parameters and statistical methods for the desirable land assessment system.
