The study has effected checking the traditional Korean-style house condition in Farm village and the resident preference test in jeonnam area for examination propriety of development a traditional Korean-style house. Also, it was checked over the problem and improvement direction of new building the Korean style house. The resident wanted living in the traditional Korean-style house if it is compromised problem of living equipment and cost of building. First. Jeonnam area Korean style house must keep the 'ㅡ' type plan. Second, the plan must construct compact and effective plan with the main floored room as the center for prevention against an indiscreet plan space extend of outside. Third, it has must need suitable material and construction for applying traditional exterior with effect. Fourth, it has must need actualization plan for the cost of construction is 3,500,000/py for construction.

By means of analyzing the problems in monitoring plan, design, installation, operation based on maintenance monitoring system installed in subway tunnel section, the methods of improvement were proposed for applying to subway monitoring maintenance effectively in future. The choice of the better monitoring system, the operating method of monitoring system, the confidence and continuity of maintenance monitoring, the performance of responsible monitoring supervision in the phase of the planning of monitoring and design were proposed. The problem and developed plan in the different monitoring systems, the calibration and correction of monitoring system, the analysis for the results and plan for maintenance in the phase of installation of monitoring system and operation were also proposed.

Wandering behavior is a serious problem among the elderly in nursing homes, yet it has received relatively little study As multi-family houses built before the '80s in South Korea were designed, it did not take account into issues related to parking so that at present parking became a big issue. The Seoul Metropolitan Government tried various ways to sort out the parking problem in multi-family house areas, but inadequate parking and illegal parking are still an ongoing problem. Thus, the purpose of this study was to examine current situation on resident parking only and illegal parking centered on a congested area of multi-family houses in Seoul and present the improvement plan of parking problems through case investigation home and abroad. As the result of the survey, it has been identified that the subject area consists of 506 households in total and 186 parking spaces and also, 100 cars in parking space or parking lot in housing space and 143 in illegal parking. Green parking business and open access parking system were suggested as solution plan for parking problem. Thus, it is expected that through green parking business for 6 houses and the parking lot of elementary schools around, the illegal parking problem would be sorted out.

The purpose of this study is to provide the direction of the policy forwelfare of the home - based service by identifying the problem and improvement of the home - based service. In the fast growing society like korea social welfare policy for the home - based service. The core hypotheses, of this research that home - based services canexpand social support network and improve life satisfaction were aceptedor rejected, In other words, while the home - based services expanded the lold people social support network through the activities of social workers and volunteers, these services considering the findings of the this study, we can conclude that the current home - based services provided by social welfare have an effect upon increasing old peoples social support. But these services have no effect upon improving life satisfaction index.

Interoperability in the BIM construction information is the information management technology, which allows user to control and effectively use construction's lots of information that occur and disappear through construction life cycle. And it is information interchange through accurate and rapid decision-making to get the participants' wanted value. In this study, we will present plan to improve productivity and quality through effective BIM operation. And we will present improvement plan after deduce existing process's problem.

This research focuses on accomplishing analysis problems and issues by examining the policies and systems related to geo-spatial big data which have recently arisen, and suggests political and systemic improvement plan for service activation. To do this, problems and probable issues concerning geo-spatial big data service activation should be analyzed through the examination of precedent studies, policies and planning, pilot projects, the current legislative situation regarding geo-spatial big data, both domestic and abroad. Therefore, eight political and systematical improvement plan proposals are suggested for geo-spatial big data service activation: legislative-related issues regarding geo-spatial big data, establishing an exclusive organization in charge of geospatial big data, setting up systems for cooperative governance, establishing subsequent systems, preparing non-identifying standards for personal information, providing measures for activating civil information, data standardization on geo-spatial big data analysis, developing analysis techniques for geo-spatial big data, etc. Consistent governmental problem-solving approaches should be required to make these suggestions effectively proceed.
