PNNI에서 향상된 Full Mesh Topology Aggregation 기법 (The Improved Full Mesh Topology Aggregation Scheme in PNNI)

  • 본 논문에서는 PNNI망에서 효율적인 full mesh 토폴로지 요약기법을 제안하였다. 제안된 full mesh 토폴로지 요약기법에서는 모든 경로를 찾는 대신 홉 카운트 기반의 깊이 우선 방식을 사용하여 효율적으로 다중경로를 탐색할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 위해 토폴로지 요약 정보를 줄이고 다중링크 요약에 유연성을 부여하기 위하여 대역폭과 지연의 한 쌍으로 구성된 두 개의 라인 세그먼트를 이용하는 수정된 라인 세그먼트 기법을 제안하였고 이를 full mesh 토폴로지 요약에 적용하였다. 제안된 기법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 기존의 full mesh 기법과 호 성공율, 접근시간 및 크랭크백율에 대하여 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교ㆍ분석하였다. 시물레이션 결과 제안된 기법이 기존의 기법에 비해 성능이 향상되었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • The desires for safety of body and life can be said to be fundamental and natural in human beings. But the rapid industrialization and urbanization phenomena in our modern society is accelerating the treand for increasing diverse social pathology. Rise of serious crimes such as robbery and rape has already become an especially serious social problem and is at the point of threatening our welfare and social order. But the police, which is primarily responsible for the maintenance of welfare and social order of the public, is unable to respond actively to the increasing demand for policing due to the lack of available manpower and overwork. Thus, the purpose of this thesis is to look for a plan to actively respond to the daily increasing outcry for law and order so that the public may maintain safe and happy lifestyles without the threat of crime. One concrete and practical strategy is to resolutely separate and transfer some of the many functions of the police that can be handled by citizen organizations to those groups so that the police can be relied upon to become functionally efficient. This will decrease the work of the police, thereby allowing the police to concentrate on its inherent responsibilities. As its primary example, 'transferring the function of security' of the police to the private security industry is suggested in this thesis.

  • With the recognition of nanotechnology as one of the future strategic technologies, the R&D efforts have been performed under exclusive supports of governments and private sectors. At present, nanotechnology is at the focus of research and public attention in almost every advanced country including USA, Japan, and many others in EU. Keeping tracks of such technical trends, center for nanoscale mechatronics and manufacturing (CNMM) was established in 2002 as a part of national nanotechnology promotion policy led by ministry of science and technology (MOST) in Korea. It will hold widespread potential applications in electronics, optical electronics, biotechnology, micro systems, etc, with the promises of commercial visibility and competitiveness. In this paper, wafer scale multilayer nanoimprint lithography technology which is well-known the next generation lithography, roll-typed nanoimprint lithography (R-NIL), roll-typed liquid transfer imprint lithography (R-LTIL), the key technology for nanomanufacturing and nanoscale measurement technology will be introduced. Additionally, its applications and some achievements such as solar cell, biosensor, hard disk drive, and MOSFET, etc by means of the developed multilayer nanoimprint lithography system are introduced.

  • 본 논문에서는 ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) 교환기 시스템에 T1, E1 및 부분적으로 E1급 속도의 중 저속 HDSL(High-rate digital subscriber line) 정합 기능을 개발하고, 근단누화(NEXT), 임펄스. 선로 잡음(power line noise) 및 접지 임피던스(longitudinal) 잡음 같은 주요 전송 손실이 존재하는 0.4 mm 및 0.5 mm의 기존 전화가입자 선로(UTP, Unshielded twisted pair)를 사용하는 CSA(Carrier serving areas) 선로 모델을 이용하여 $10^{-7}$의 BER(Bit error rates)의 전송 성능을 만족하기 위한 가입자 서비스 전송 거리 성능을 평가하였다. HDSL은 DSI, ISDN 기본 속도 접속 및 DLC 피더에 사용될 것이며 광 케이블과 인터페이스될 것이다. 또한, HDSL 시잔 전망을 제시한다.

  • 학교시설은 2000년도에 들어서면서 다양화, 기계화, 친환경적으로 급속히 변화를 맞이하고 있다. 그러나 교육시설 유지관리는 과거의 단순한 유지관리 방식을 유지하고 있다. 시설유지관리의 급격한 변화는 2005년도부터 임대형민간투자사업(BTL)의 등장으로 교육시설에도 민간의 유지관리 방식이 도입되어 변화를 계속하고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 학교시설유지관리체제의 재구조화를 위한 인력운영 측면의 효과적인 구조체제 개선방안의 제시하고자 하였다.

  • Objective: To report three cases of monozygotic twinning after IVF-ET transfer. Methods: Private practice in two different assisted reproductive technology clinics. Results: Three intrauterine monozygotic twin pregnancies occurred after IVF-ET. One of them was complicated by cord entanglement, another is progressing normal pregnancy without complication and the other was had a normal pregnancy without complication and delivered twin by cesarean section. Conclusion: The reported prevalence of multiple gestations in IVF-ET is a approximately 30%, and it is only 2.7% to be monozygotic twinning in IVF-ET. We report three cases of monozygotic twining after IVF-ET.

  • 본 연구에서는 성능보증계약제도의 국내 도입을 위한 기초 연구로서, 선진국에서 현재 도로포장 분야에 주로 사용하고 있는 성능보증계약제도의 건축분야 적용을 위한 선결과제를 파악하고, 제반사항의 검토 및 분석을 통해 국내 학교 교사 시방서에 적용해 보았다. 성능보증계약을 건축분야 시방서에 적용함으로써 기술개발과 비용절감, 시공 성과품의 품질 향상, 발주자 편익 증진이 기대되며, 건설 산업의 국제화에도 기여할 것으로 기대되지만, 도로포장과는 달리 다양한 변수들을 고려해야 하며 시방서가 성능 지향적일 수록 관리 감독이 어렵고 보편적으로 받아들여지는 성능 확인법을 찾기가 힘들어지는 문제점이 나타났다. 우리나라 건설 산업의 선진화, 국제화를 저해하는 계약 재도의 개선을 위해 성능보증계약제도의 성공적인 국내 도입과 정착이 필요하며, 이를 위해서 국가적인 차원의 제도 개선과 인간 행동에 기초한 연구, 성능 확인법 개발 등 관련 기술의 개발이 필요하다.

The Study of Space Organization and Characteristic on Chinese Traditional Courtyard in Pingyao Ancient City

  • The courtyard life style ever existed as the major traditional living form in wide north China areas. The research made case study and specific analysis on the space organization, constitution and order of the courtyard living, as well as the dwelling accessory manners and transfer space patterns both inside and outside of the courtyard. Pingyao ancient city as the research sample (object), its courtyard composition, classification and characteristic are studied profoundly to explore local traditional cultural traits. On upon the analysis, the research is concluded that the civil courtyard in the ancient Pingyao city bears the feature of in a continuous changing process, which represented as 'from confined to opening', 'from narrow to wide', 'from public to private'. Despite of the courtyard dwelling location and direction, all accessories architectural items on the main room roof were influenced by the geomantic omen culture. As of the inside wall body, entrance and side wall of the courtyard, the woodcraft, stone carving, brick carving on above not only could functioned in architecture artistic, but also express the traditional education spiritual feature.

Analysis of Living Noise in a Multi-unit Dwelling using Acoustic Simulation

  • More than half of Korea's urban population currently lives in multi-unit dwellings. This particular residence structure inevitably positions the living spaces of residents in close proximity to one another. Because of this proximity, the sounds of a particular household will transfer to other residents' units creating conflict between tenants. Efforts to alleviate this problem have been made in both the public and private sector. A prominent method of noise analysis between living units has been to make an actual sound measurement and obtain qualitative measurements from questionnaires. Although this method has been most widely used, such analysis requires a large amount of human effort and time. In addition, the questionnaire method fails to provide the objective information needed to accurately assess the noise situation. To overcome the inadequacies of this previous method, this study seeks to evaluate the applicability of an acoustic simulation method. Three types of living noises were analyzed to assess the noise levels passed between multi-unit dwellings. The acoustic simulation method was found to be more economical, efficient, and adaptable in information processing. The results of this study can be further applied to design and control living-noise through procedures such as acoustic absorption or space redesign.

BTL과 BTO사업의 인과순환구조 분석과 경제성 비교에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Causal Loop Analysis and the Economics of BTO and BTL System of PFI)

  • PFI(Private Finance Initiative) for suppling SOC and public facilities instead of Government Infrastructure Project introduced from 1994. BTO(Build-Transfer-Operate) project had been major type of PFI system from 1994 to 2005. But after changed the Law of PFI on SOC, the BTL project newly introduced. In BTO system, the Government retrieves the investment through the operating income, but in BTL system, the government lease the facilities. As the BTO and BTL projects are widely adopted and implemented to ease the fiscal burden of government, but it has caused the tremendous fiscal burden each year over the period operation. Therefore this study attempted to analyze the question, that is, why government fiscal burden tipping? Hence, this paper, compares the difference of business structure between BTO and BTL project and explore the vicious and virtuous business structure, with the method of circular causal loop analysis. As a result, it has shown that there are some positive feedback and negative feedback loops cause the tipping and easing of government fiscal burden.
