  • The purpose of this study is mainly to provide theoretical basis of private security industry by analyzing the perception and flow of private security from the press-released materials according to periodic classification and duties through 'Big Kinds', a website of analyzing news big data. The research method has been changed to structured data to allow an analysis of various scattered unstructured data, and the keywords trend and related words by duties of private security were analyzed in growth period of private security. The perception of private security based on the results of the study was exposed a lot by the media through various crimes, accidents and incidents, and the issues related permanent position. Also, it tended to be perceived as a simple security guard, not recognized as the area of private security, and judging from the high correlation between private security and police, it was recognized not only as a role to assist the police force, but also as a common agent in charge of the public peace. Therefore, it should objectively judge the perception of private security, and through this, it is believed that it should be a foundation for recognizing private security as a main agent responsible for the safety of the nation and maintaining social orders.

And it's true that a few enlightened approach to cooperation between police and private security has already begun to take place in some divisions. The most important thing of the License Test System in Japan is the method of test rule and test section. Then the training systems of the security agent have been very impressive rule and the system for security agent. Today, the market of the security industry in Korea have been going to develop and extend to the future industry. The assignments that are leaved to security industry in Korea must be that the improvement of the License & Training System of Security Agent in Korea should be made effort by the security industry and the public section that looks like the police.

  • In this course of Internet proliferation, many network-related technologies are examined for possible growth and evolution. The use of Internet-based technologies is private networks has further fuelled the demand for network-based applications. The most promising among the new paradigms is the use of mobile agents. The mobile agent is capable of migrating autonomously form node to node in the network, to perform some computations on behalf of the user. The mobile agent paradigm is attractive alternative to traditional client-server programming for a significant class of network-centric applications. It does however, suffer. from a major drawback namely, the potential for malicious attacks, abuse of resources, pilfering of information, and other security issues. These issues are significantly hampering the acceptance of the mobile-agent paradigm. This paper describes the design of a secure mobile agent gateway 7hat can split and merge the agent code with security policy database on the VPN. This mechanism will promote security in the mobile agent systems.

  • This research study aims to analyze the process, you may encounter in the process of re-socialization through desocialization cause and the preparation of a study on private security agents desocialization and re-socialization of private security guards. In order to achieve the objectives of this study served as a private security agents who ride a moderator after desocialization to conduct in-depth interviews aimed at seven subjects experienced a re-evaluation of the socialization another chapter of the study, data analysis and content analysis coming from d derived through the following results: First, private security agents became the de-socialization due to various factors, different for each individual. In other words, the vision for the low-paid and insecure jobs, and excessive work environment and poor welfare was the main cause. Second, the preparation period of private security agents were called desocialization appropriate time before and after 40 business nature. That is, when considering the physical changes and their ability to work Mangan expenses that require expertise that can be interpreted in the context affordable. Third, private security agents were experiencing anxiety and duryeomum for the new job, rather than sinking feeling regret after retirement, showed that receive help for families and the surrounding communities to adapt and re-socialization through communication with people. There were also shown the safety and satisfaction of the new job and re-socialization experience to adapt to society looking for a new job.

  • Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth. However the supply and training system have some limitations. Educational and training systems for civil body and security guards are on the basic level and private organizations trained in the professional work force. University level training started recently. To protect individual life and property, body and security guards have to be trained professionally. For it the role of professional training organizations is emphasized. The purpose of this article is to analyse current situation of civil body and security guard training industry and to seek and educational model. For it, the following questions will be examined. ${\cdot}$ Do the professional training organizations meet social demand for the body and security guards? ${\cdot}$ What kind of training has to be provided for the body and security guards? ${\cdot}$ What are the qualifications of the trainers? ${\cdot}$ What are the differences in training courses between private organizations and universities? ${\cdot}$ Is there any differences in the job placement among the trainees of private organizations and universities? In summary to meet the social demand common curriculum for the body and security guard will be drawn from the analyses of diverse training organizations with different training courses in contents, training periods, educational value, and social aim.

  • In the Mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) protocol, a mobile node (MN) is a mobile device with a permanent home address (HoA) on its home link. The MN will acquire a care-of address (CoA) when it roams into a foreign link. It then sends a binding update (BU) message to the home agent (HA) and the correspondent node (CN) to inform them of its current CoA so that future data packets destined for its HoA will be forwarded to the CoA. The BU message, however, is vulnerable to different types of security attacks, such as the man-in-the-middle attack, the session hijacking attack, and the denial-of-service attack. The current security protocols in MIPv6 are not able to effectively protect the BU message against these attacks. The private-key-based BU (PKBU) protocol is proposed in this research to overcome the shortcomings of some existing MIPv6 protocols. PKBU incorporates a method to assert the address ownership of the MN, thus allowing the CN to validate that the MN is not a malicious node. The results obtained show that it addresses the security requirements while being able to check the address ownership of the MN. PKBU also incorporates a method to verify the reachability of the MN.

  • Security Business Act of Korea is leaning toward the aspect of regulation, while it provides few provisions about vesting the authority, which causes problems such as legal loopholes to be raised in regard to the rules about authorizing the private security personnel to perform security affairs properly and defining the limit of power. So, it should be done to interpret the law in order to draw the legal basis of empowering as well as to set limits of the authority of security main agent, and Article 7, Section 1, of Security Business Act is the very provision that involves the legal basis. In the scope of 'Management Power', the statutory authority in the first clause of Article 7 of Security Business Act, the security personnel can use force for self-defense, defense of others and property, and prevention of crimes. In addition, the powers of interrogation, access control, and eviction notice are involved in its scope. The private security personnel as the occupation assistant can take precautions and if the infringement on the benefit and protection of the law is imminent or done, he or she can use force within the limits of the passive resistance and the means of defiance on the basis of 'Management Power'. The private security personnel, however, can exercise the force only if the necessary conditions of legal defense, emergency evacuation, and legitimate act of criminal law are fulfilled.

  • A mobile agent is a program which represents a user in a network and is capable of migrating from one node to another node, performing computations on behalf of the user. In this paper, we suggest a scheme that can safely recover mobile agent using the checkpoint that is saved at the platform that it visited previously and restart its execution from the abnormal termination point of the mobile agent. For security, mobile agent uses its public key to encrypt the checkpoint and the home platform uses the private key of the mobile agent to decrypt the encrypted checkpoints at the recovery stage. When home platform receives the checkpoint of the mobile agent, home platform verifies the checkpoint using message digest. Home platform verifies the correctness of the checkpoint by comparing the message digest generated at checkpoint mention time with the message digest generated at mobile agent recovery time.
