In securities companies where corporate management performance is heavily dependent on the ability of salespeople, excellent sales-force with the ability to create high performance is very important. However, in the meantime, there was lack of studies on Private Banker's characteristics and sales behavior or sales performance. This study analyzed the effect of PB's characteristics on sales behavior in the Korean Securities Industry. The survey was conducted in March, 2013. 523 responses were used in the data analysis. As a result, PB's 4 characteristics- attitude to work, performance orientation, learning orientation, customer orientation- showed a positive impact on the sales behavior, and the organizational support showed positive moderating effect on this model. In this study, we reported that securities companies must reinforce training and self-development programs in order to improve the characteristics of the PB and to upgrade management performance. In particular, the securities has to rebuild organizational support system to improve the individual characteristics of the PB.

Recently, ASEAN is not only a new production base but also a consumer market for Korea, and interest in the utilization of production networks in each region is increasing. In particular, urbanization in ASEAN countries is progressing at a relatively fast pace. Each country is promoting smart city projects combined with ICT to improve outdated basic infrastructure facilities such as housing, transportation, logistics, crime prevention, and disaster prevention. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based smart city export HUB platform so that companies with excellent domestic smart city solutions can participate in smart city construction through networks with ASEAN countries. These platforms can secure the demand for smart city construction in ASEAN countries, and through the establishment of the Korea-ASEAN public-private network, smart cities planned in ASEAN countries can be promoted more innovative. In addition, it is expected to be positioned as a Global smart city platform model by applying to real cities through collaboration with excellent domestic companies.

After the financial crisis, what has been the rapidly growth of large supermarkets, stores, and restaurants linked to concerns that have already reached saturation point, but the new opening large supermarkets is expected to continue into the future. The major supermarkets are continue to grow outward but growth slowed. And that is expected to continue differentiation of the product, acceptance the customer needs, acquiring high margin of sales products. Then the ongoing development of PB brand is to be positioned effective marketing strategy for overcoming the period of slow growth. In addition, big three local supermarkets continue to launch a clothing PB brand, expansion and operation strategy for the situation and based on this study and the success of the domestic large-Mart's PB and PB identifying problem and the need for differentiation and profit for the successful strategy is to discuss in this study. This research looks at the concept of major market's private brand, the strategy, the success example and the prospects, and views the globally rapid-growing private brands, not only having the limited role of distributing the products as retailers, but also having a control of the distribution channel as a manufacturing company. World's major advanced distribution companies, to differentiate their companies' products and increase the profitability, are putting a lot of efforts into private brand products, and there are many good examples that are globalizing, externally expanding, and creating high financial results. In this research, we presented three major domestic discount stores as examples to show that there is a need for a differentiated private brand management strategy in the saturated discount store industry in Korea. Also, we aim to provide a new product strategy for the future that has been saturated with discount stores to the limit, by providing suggestions that private brand products can be used as weapons with the strongest competiveness in the retail industry through pursuing store differentiations from thorough market analysis and product researches, meeting the customers' needs, and obtaining high margins. PB products, particularly clothing design, a thorough market analysis and product development trends and customer needs to reflect the acquisition of High margin differentiated powerful products and sustainable growth through the stores, large supermarkets, congested, a new breakthrough that can give a good opportunity to provide implications discount stores, new product strategy based on ways to limit proposed. This study discount the major three companies studied, the less strain is a generalization. In the future, domestic and local discount store brand PB, SPA brand that the multinational comparative analysis of the value of the PB expansion strategy centered on clothing, additional studies will be needed.

Since the end of the cold war, technical tie-up between private corporations and an army in developed countries has increased a lot, and the trend is spreading through developing countries rapidly. To cope with the circumstance actively, the dual use technology program for both private corporations and an army was begun in Korea in 1998. With the program, overlapping investment was resolved and technology transfer was stimulated. And the standardization and information exchange saved considerable national budget and made possible economic profit. Yet, the combination project of 4 ministries and offices showed problems such as loose cooperation and, low industralization record. However, developed countries are out of the mere stage of dual technology development and turn into broad technical tie-up including future prediction, national competitiveness improvement, and the private company's leading participation and they are systemizing them very fast. Korea also set up the national defense reform plan with the blueprint of future military force improvement, budget increase for national defense research, and increased participation of private corporations, and created Defense Acquisition program Administration to support them. The innovation of national defense system brings forward the need to link the private and military innovation. Korea has pursued the fast growth through assimilation, absorption, and improvement of foreign technology. But now, Korea has to focus on self innovation, original technology, parts and material. As this applies to private companies and military equally, it is important to concentrate limited resources for the effective technology cooperation. Considering this, the strategies to activate the dual use technology are program concept and range extension, task-deduction way improvement and future-oriented common task deduction, and promotion system improvement.

The department has established a variety of studies and training courses and has tried to nurture talented people for security companies. However, the research is marginal, and each university department of security guard education, curriculum falling due after graduating students. Moreover, even if students are occupied an employment exceptional adaptability has occurred. Therefore, each university of private security department will need to collaborate with competitive private security company for reinforce and employment rate in center of experienced field. Then, the security's society will be placed in professional occupation, elevate the phase and will decrease the turnover rate. Qualification system of private security have been indicated in distrust, moreover the system have to be adjusted because not enough effort, control system, cooperation system with training center, one-sided emphasis and private inquiry by adding in private security law.

Recently, various attempts are made to increase the efficiency of railway freight transport including bulk cement, the most important transport item of railway transport market. The major seven cement companies have started common use of private bulk cement car since April 2008 for the efficiency of railway freight transport. At that time, major seven cement companies owned 75% of whole bulk cement car. Railway companies forecasted that this project will decrease the amount of cost and transport time of freight car. With these data, it analyzed the effectiveness of the joint use of freight car on actual used data.

As FTA is spreading, it is becoming more and more necessary to improve the accuracy and reliability of the country of origin information at the domestic trading stage in preparation for the actual surveys expected to surge in the near future. However, there are many problems in collecting and managing information related to origin. It is pointed out that the shortage of export-oriented profits and the incentive for issuance of FTA-related profits, as well as the lack of information on the distribution and management of origin information of domestic manufacturing companies are also pointed out as important causes. In this paper, we propose a method to improve the efficiency of management and circulation of smooth FTA origin (comprehensive) certificate of Korean companies and to improve reliability through manipulation prevention by building prototype of origin information management system based on private block chain Hyperledger. The block chain, called Distributed Ledger or Trusted Internet, provides a technical infrastructure that enables various related companies to distribute origin information with high reliability and immediate distribution in the supply chain, but research on its application is still in the beginning stage.

The government was fully aware of the gravity of a recent massive leak of personal information of credit card users. Meanwhile, the government just took a light disciplinary action by imposing a fine, but it showed its intention to strengthen the regulations by taking the severest disciplinary action. The tightened regulations against personal information leak will be applied to the private security industry without exception to protect individual people's property and lives if such an incident occurs in that industry that deals with a wide variety of personal information such as CCTV data or privacy information all the time. The purpose of this study was to examine the state of the protection and management of personal information for service users among private security firms in an effort to suggest some reform measures. The findings of the study were as follows: First, administrators or managers who are involved with personal information protection should make a full-fledged effort to gather information. Second, counseling or related programs should be provided for small and mid-sized security firms to guarantee thorough personal information protection. Third, Korea Security Association should improve the educational system related to personal information protection to resolve problems with this education currently provided for managers and employees of these companies.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the current status of edu-tech trends and contents of domestic and foreign private companies in order to successfully establish the K-EDU integrated platform, analyze the connection between future teaching-learning methods and learning styles, and provide basic materials to help frontline schools easily link teaching-learning methods to the most suitable contents per subject. To this end, a literature survey and on-site interviews with officials from companies participating in the 2021 Education Fair provided results of investigating 116 edu-tech contents produced by a total of 68 companies, including 22 overseas (28 contents) and 46 domestic (88 contents) ones, on whether they mutually match future teaching-learning methods and learning styles.

The study defines the job characteristics anxiety of the private security workers and the effect of the performance. While the study selected the private guards working at the private security companies registered at the National Police Agency in Seoul 2011 and sampled total 300 people by using the judgment sampling method, the final input case number is 266 people. The study used alpha value of the reliability analysis and the maximum-likelihood classification of the covariation structure analysis in order to verify the validity of the survey and the reliability. With the research method and the process the result of the study is as follows. First, the task importance of the private security workers affects the minus influence to the characteristic anxiety. Second, the feedback of the private security workers affects the minus influence to the characteristic anxiety. Third, the job autonomy of the private security workers affects the minus influence to the characteristic anxiety. Fourth, the feedback of the private security workers affects the plus influence to the task performance. Fifth, the job autonomy of the private security workers affects the plus influence to the task performance. Sixth, the skill variety of the private security workers affects the plus influence to the task performance. Seventh, the characteristic anxiety of the private security workers affects the plus influence to the task performance.
