본 연구는 디지털 환경에서 점진적으로 필요하게 된 디지털 정보보호 개선 전략에 관한 연구적 배경에서 비롯되었고, 연구 목적은 개인적 요소 영역의 자의성과 상황적 요소 영역의 수평성이 디지털 개인 정보보호의 주요 요인에 미치는 유효성을 확인하고, 궁극적으로 정보보호 행동에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는 것이다. 연구방법은 자의성과 수평성의 요인설계 바탕이며, 측정 변수는 디지털 개인 보안 인식, 디지털 시민 참여의식, 디지털 개인 정보보호 행동이다. 연구 결과, 자의성 영역이 디지털 개인 정보보호에 미치는 영향력은 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 디지털 개인 정보보호 행동에 영향력을 미치고 있었으며, 고-자의성 조건의 효과성이 저-자의성 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 분석결과 수평성 영역이 디지털 개인 정보보호에 미치는 영향력은 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 디지털 개인 보안 인식, 디지털 시민 참여의식에 영향력을 미치고 있었으며, 고-수평성 조건의 효과성이 저-수평성 조건보다 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 이제까지의 성과들을 중심으로 디지털 개인 정보보호의 적절한 내용들을 기반으로 학술적 활용방안을 논의하였다.

As the Privacy Act is in force in Korea, the subject of protection responsibility is increased, and continuous efforts are made to protect privacy in overseas countries, as can be seen by standard drafts related to privacy protection. However, the reality is that a formal privacy manual or guidelines are insufficient to help cope with the rapid changes and privacy leak caused by TGIF(Twitter-Google-iPhone-Facebook) these days, and practical effects cannot be expected, even though measures are taken. This paper propose a standard format for satisfying the ISO/IEC 29101 "Privacy Reference Architecture" and shows an implementation example for equipping with forensic readiness capturing indications of the incident rapidly and coming up with an effective counter measure when privacy information is disclosed.

According to the enforcement of Personal Information Protection Act as of September 2011, the laws and regulations for the protection of personal information that were applied only to the certain sectors such as information & communication network, financial institutions, public sector etc. for the time being has been expanded to apply to all public and private sectors to process personal information. In particular, because the public institutions are obliged to be mandatorily conducted of the Privacy Impact Assessment, it will be enforced in earnest for each agency's informationization business that handles personal information. In this paper, I examine the most derived vulnerability and set up the improvement measure to supplement it with the examples of 10 of all the institutions conducting the Privacy Impact Assessment in the year 2011. And, I suggest the measures to be prepared by the institutions to observe the Personal Information Protection Act.

GIS와 정보통신기술과 연계된 위치기반서비스는 개인의 위치정보를 측정하고 이용한다. 위치정보는 특정된 개인의 현재 위치와 그 위치를 통한 개인의 행동 등을 추정할 수 있는 정보로서 프라이버시 침해 가능성이 매우 높은 정보이므로 강력한 보호 제도가 필요하다. 이러한 배경에서 정보통신부가 추진하고 있는 위치정보보호법안은 개인정보 보호와 위치기반서비스 사업 활성화라는 상충되는 두 가지 목적에 대한 합의점을 제대로 찾지 못하고 있어 실질적인 개인정보 보호 대책으로 부족하며 지속적 보완이 필요하다. 본 연구는 효과적인 지리정보의 유통과 활용의 관점에서 개인의 위치정보 보호 문제를 고찰하고 합리적인 대안을 모색하였다.

Objectives: This study explored the perception and practice of privacy protection of some dental hygiene students. Methods: On the basis of survey data from 126 respondents, the correlation between the perception and the practice was analyzed. Also the multiple regression analysis was performed on the variables that affect the practice. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of the questionnaire was more than 0.6. The items were scored on 5 points scale or true-false type. Results: The perception of privacy protection was 3.23 points, the law is 0.88 points, and the practice is 3.47 points. The educated students were more perceive than those who did not(p<0.05). The higher the perception, the higher the practice(r=0.230, p<0.01). The practice was influenced by the perception(p<0.05). Conclusions: Dental hygiene students should be educated to perceive and protect the personal and medical information of a patient. Also, an educational institutions need a efforts to protect personal information.

Purpose This study aims to investigate the factors that influence decision making in relation to providing personal information on the internet with respect to the integration of the privacy calculus theory and protection motivation theory based on the dual-calculus model proposed by Li(2012). Design/methodology/approach The privacy calculus theory and protection motivation theory have been applied to explain privacy behavior to a certain degree but few studies have been conducted to explain privacy behavior based on the integration of these two theories. Although Li(2012) proposed the dual-calculus model, he only proposed its framework and did not carry out an empirical study. Therefore, this study proposes a research model that integrates these two theories and examines the relationship between the two theories through an empirical study. Findings According to the results of empirical analysis, it was found that all relations have statistically significant explanatory power except the relation between coping appraisal and privacy risk in the risk calculus process. Thus, the results verify that external threat played a decisive role in increasing the risk level of a consumer's privacy. It can be discussed the ways to enhance the privacy behavior of consumer on the internet through these findings.

본 연구에서는 도서관 개인정보 가이드라인(안)을 제안하되, 관종을 구분하지 않고 어느 도서관에서나 적용가능하도록 하였다. 개개 도서관은 이 가이드라인(안)을 기초로 하여 자관의 실정에 맞게 수정 보완하여 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 목적, 용어정의, 개인정보의 범위, 관련법 및 정책, 일반적인 내용, 도서관의 업무수행상 개인정보처리, 도서관의 외주업체 등으로 구분하여 도서관 개인정보보호 가이드라인을 개발하였으며, 개정된 "개인정보 보호법" 시행에 따른 도서관의 대처방향 마련, 개인정보처리지침의 도서관 최적화, 관련법령에의 반영, 도서관 개인정보 가이드라인 표준화 지향 등을 고려하였다.

With the development of information and communication technology, various data have appeared and are being distributed. The use of various data has contributed to the enrichment and convenience of our lives. Data in the public areas is also growing in volume and being actively used. Public data in the field of education are also used in various ways. As the distribution and use of public data has increased, advantages and disadvantages have started to emerge. Among the various disadvantages, the privacy problem is a representative one. In this study, we deal with the privacy issues of public data in education. First, we introduce the privacy issues of public data in the education field and suggest various solutions. The various solutions include the expansion of privacy education opportunities, the need for a new privacy protection model, the provision of a training opportunity for privacy protection for teachers and administrators, and the development of a real-time privacy infringement diagnosis tool.

사용자의 개인정보를 통합 관리하는 ID관리시스템에서 프라이버시 문제는 일반 사용자들에게 매우 주요한 관심사이다. 따라서 ID관리 환경에서 개인의 프라이버시가 보호되지 않는다면 ID관리시스템의 활용도는 낮아질 수밖에 없다. 본 논문에서는 단일 COT(Circle of Trust)안에서 프라이버시 정책을 이용하여 개인프라이버시를 보호하는 접근통제기반의 프라이버시 보안 모델을 제안한다. 또한 프라이버시 보안모델 구성요소와 특성들을 정형적으로 기술하고, 프라이버시 보안 아키텍처와 프라이버시 정책들을 위한 XML기반의 스키마를 보인다.

무인항공기에 의한 사생활 침해는 신고를 필요로 하지 않는 소형 무인항공기에 장착된 영상정보처리기기로 인해 발생할 가능성이 크다. 본 논문에서는 무인항공기로부터의 사생활 보호를 위해 사생활 보호 관련 법령 - 개인정보보호법, 정보통신망법 - 등이 무인항공기에 장착된 영상정보처리기기의 이동성을 반영할 수 있도록 보완될 것을 제안한다. 이와 함께, 사생활 침해의 우려가 가장 큰 미신고 소형 무인항공기에 대한 규정을 항공관련 법령에 포함할 것을 제안한다. 또한 피촬영자의 무인항공기 인지 및 촬영된 영상정보에 대한 비식별화 조치 등의 기술적 대응 방안을 제안한다.
