  • RFID System of Ubiquitous which is one of problem that may occur in a process of replacing bar code in 21st century. Ubiquitous computer environment should be considered to be most important task to protect information. For introduction, this presentation going to discuss the background information, the purpose of Ubiquitous and potential problems in individual privacy in computer environment. In main part, the content will handle the practices and weakness in security of computer environment in Ubiquitous. Last part of presentation going to examine, futuristic views in solving existing problems with alternative solutions to prohibit invasion in privacy.

  • DID(Decentralized Identity Identification) is a system in which users voluntarily manage their identity, etc., and control the scope and subject of submission of identity information based on a block chain. In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, where the importance of protecting personal information is increasing day by day, DID will surely be positioned as the industrial center of the Internet and e-business. However, when managing personal information, DID is highly likely to cause a large amount of personal information leakage due to electronic infringement, such as hacking and invasion of privacy caused by the concentration of user's identity information on global service users. Therefore, there are a number of challenges to be solved before DID settles into a stable standardization. Therefore, in this paper, we try to examine what problems exist in order to positively apply the development of DID technology, and analyze the improvement plan to become a stable service in the future.

  • Recently RFID system has been adopted in various fields rapidly. However, we ought to solve the problem of privacy invasion that can be occurred by obtaining information of RFID Tag without any permission for popularization of RFID system To solve the problems, it is Ohkubo et al.'s Hash-Chain Scheme which is the safest method. However, this method has a problem that requesting lots of computing process because of increasing numbers of Tag. Therefore, in this paper we apply the previous method into the grid environment by analyzing Hash-Chain scheme in order to reduce processing time when Tags are identified. We'll implement the process by offering Tag Identification Process Model to divide SPs evenly by node.

  • RFID is recognized to technically occupy important position in ubiquitous computing environment and expected to create new markets in a variety of fields from now on. In order to generalize RFID system, it is required to solve the problem of privacy invasion and expedite lots of tags We suggest efficient RFID Tag Identification to identify tags quickly on the satisfaction with 3 security requirements of privacy protection in this paper. This methods are transferred to Grid environment through parallel analysis of Hash-Chain, and we measure performance of each nodes under the Grid environment. Then, We'll suggest SP-Division Algorithm to identify tags with each nodes and implement it in a Grid environment.

  • With rapid development and contribution of IT technology IT fushion healthcare service which is a form of future care has been changed a lot. Specially, as IT technology unites with healthcare, because delicate personal medical information is exposed and user's privacy is invaded, we need preperation. In this paper, u-healthcare service model which can manage patient's ID information as user's condition and access level is proposed to protect user's privacy. The proposed model is distinguished by identification, certification of hospital, access control of medical record, and diagnosis of patient to utilize it efficiently in real life. Also, it prevents leak of medical record and invasion of privacy by others by adapting user's ID as divided by user's security level and authority to protect privacy on user's information shared by hospitals.

  • As the collected information which is static or dynamic is infinite in ubiquitous computing environments, information overload and invasion of privacy have been pressing issues in the recommendation service. In this study, we propose a recommendation service procedure through P2P, The P2P helps customer to obtain effective and secure product information because of communication among customers who have the similar preference about the products without connection to server. To evaluate the performance of the proposed recommendation service, we utilized real transaction and product data of the Korean mobile company which service character images. We developed a prototype recommender system and demonstrated that the proposed recommendation service makes an effect on recommending product in the ubiquitous environments. We expect that the information overload and invasion of privacy will be solved by the proposed recommendation procedure in ubiquitous environment.

  • Recently, As the interest of the drone has increased the fields such as broadcasting, disaster site and leisure which uses the drone has been constantly expanded. However, an invasion of a person's privacy and a threat of hacking attack also have increased as population of drone. High-resolution cameras mounted on drones can take a photo or real-time video anytime and anywhere. It causes the invasion of privacy from private houses, buildings, and hotels. In this paper, we perform a security vulnerability assessment tests on the camera's from common commercial drones and we propose the countermeasures to protect the drones against unauthorized attacker who attempts to access the drone's camera from internal or external. Through this research, we expect the Aviation Act and legislation accept the concept of security and provide the polices such as drones equipped with security devices from the production stage to promote drone industry.

  • In the RFID system, bulk tag information is stored into the back-end database as plaintext format not ciphertext. In this case, the tags's private informations can be easily compromised by an external hacker or an insider attacker. If the private informations of tags disclosed by the attackers, it can occur serious privacy invasion problem. Recently the database(DB) security is an important issue to prevent the above DB compromised attack. However, DB security for RFID systeme has not been considered yet. If we use the DB security technique into the RFID system, the above described privacy invasion' problem can be easily prevented. Based on this motivation, this paper proposes a secure and efficient back-end database security and authentication(S-DB) scheme with XOR-based encryption/decryption algorithm. In the proposed scheme, all tag's private information is encrypted and stored by using the DB secret key to protect the DB compromised attack. As a result, the proposed S-DB scheme 'can provide stronger security and more efficiency for the secure RFID system environment.

  • We have come a long way in the information age. Thanks to the advancement of such technologies as the internet, we have discovered new ways to convey information on a broader scope. However, negative aspects exist as is with anything else. These may include invasion of privacy over the web, or identity theft over the internet. What is more alarming is that malwares so called 'maliciouscodes' are rapidly spreading. Its intent is very destructive which can result in hacking, phishing and as aforementioned, one of the most disturbing problems on the net, invasion of privacy. This thesis describes the technology of how you can effectively analyze and detect these kind of malicious codes. We propose sequencial hybrid analysis for API calls that are hooked inside user-mode and kernel-level of Windows. This research explains how we can cope with malicious code more efficiently by abstracting malicious function signature and hiding attribute.
