This study is to find subjects for the Automated Container Terminal(ACT) development and container terminal system. Also we analyze the present condition of the container terminal system in Pusan port and its automation level by systems approach. And this paper aims at evaluating on the priority of R&D investment until the beginning of the second stage of New Pusan Port Project(2006). In this process we have considered 8 evaluation indexes(cost, labor, area, time, volume, reliability. safety, convenience) to analyze 6 subsystems. The priority of R&D until target year by sub-systems is as follow: 1. Cargo Handing System, 2. Transfer System, 3. Port Entry System, 4. Storage System (Distribution & Manufacturing System included), 5.Inland Transport System, 6.Port Management & Information System.

The larger and the more complicated the system size and configuration grow, the more serious the system loss problem becomes. Exessive system loss causes severs system voltage depression, which even may result in system voltage collapse. This paper proposes an effective tool for minimizing the system power loss by optimal re-location of the static condenser based on the system loss sensitivity index .lambda.$_{Q}$. It is possible to determine the optimal location and amount of VAR investment for minimizing the system loss by priority of .lambda.$_{Q}$ index given for each bus. Several computational techniques for avoiding divergency of the load flow solution are proposed. The loss sensitivity index .lambda.$_{Q}$ uses information of normal power flow equations and their Jacobians. Two case studies proved the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed.posed.

이 연구는 PPA 기법을 적용하여 민간경호경비원들의 여가활동 집중개선 여가활동을 도출하고, 나아가 여가제약이 참가지수에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 최종적으로 민간경호경비원들의 여가후생복지 개선을 위한 정책투자우선순위를 도출하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 2010년 2월 서울 소재 6개소 민간경비업체를 대상으로 판단표집법을 적용하여 최종분석에 사용된 사례 수는 총 267명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 17.0 프로그램으로 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 대응표본 t검증, PPA 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's $\alpha$값이 .768 이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경호경비원의 여가활동 참가 지수인 선호도와 참여도는 차이가 있다. 중점개선 여가활동은 헬스, 산책/조깅, 숙박관광, 당일여행 등이며, 노력지속 여가활동은 영화, 국내유명관광지, 이성교재, 외식, 대인관계, 스포츠 관람, 독서, 노래방, TV 비디오 시청, 음주 등이다. 개선요망 여가활동은 수상스포츠, 등산, 자전거, 축구, 사진촬영, 구기운동, 항공스포츠, 바둑/장기, 인라인스케이트, 요리 등이다. 둘째, 민간경호경비원의 여가제약은 여가활동 참가지수에 영향을 미친다. 여가제약의 하위요인인 개인내적 제약, 주변의식적 제약이 클수록 선호하는 여가활동 참가지수는 감소하는 반면, 구조적 제약, 시간 경제적 제약과 같은 어려움을 극복할 경우 여가활동 참가지수는 증가한다.

본 연구에서는 녹지계획에 관련된 의사결정을 합리적으로 지원할 수 있요록 GIS(지리정보시스템)와 RS(원격탐사)를 이용하여 서울시 녹지관련 정보에 대한 기본적인 데이타베이스를 구축한 후 녹지 평가지표를 생태 및 환경가치, 이용가치, 사회적여건 가치로 구분 설정하였으며, 이를 이용하여 미시설공원에서의 개발 우선순위를 결정하였다. 또한 이러한 녹지 평가지표들을 서울시 녹지보존 등급부분을 위해서도 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구는 1997년 서울시정개발연구원ㅇ네서 수행한 녹지총량 관리방안 연구의 일부이다.

본 연구는 컨테이너터미널의 리스크 관리 방안으로 터미널 내의 안전사고를 중심으로 운영사의 사고유형에 따라 각 사고의 발생빈도와 심각도를 산정한 후 상대적인 리스크를 평가하였다. 상대적인 리스크를 기준으로 리스크 감소 대책에 대한 우선순위를 선정하였으며 각 안전사고 유형에 대한 리스크 관리 방안을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Korean government's investment priorities for the establishment of a supercomputer joint utilization system using AHP. The AHP model was designed as a two-layered structure consisting of two areas of specialized infrastructure, a one-stop joint utilization system service, and four evaluation items for detailed tasks. For the weight of each evaluation item, a cost efficiency index considering the annual budget was developed for the first time and applied to the weight calculation process. AHP analysis conducted a survey targeting supercomputer experts and derived priorities with 22 data that had completed reliability verification. As a result of the analysis, the government's investment priority was high in the order of dividing infrastructure for each Specialized Center and building resources in stages. In the future, the analysis results will be used to select economic promotion plans and prepare strategies for the establishment of the government's supercomputer joint utilization system.

Recognizing a limits on quantitative evaluation of cultural contents' and for its betterment, study aims developing a qualitative evaluation model. For this study, Reception Theory, Semiotics and Psychology were derived for epistemological dimension to contemplate culture contents' essential attribute. To be concrete, cultural contents was examined as experiential products, emotional products, rememberable products and texts. Also, codes of fun, emotion and culture were discussed as intrinsic attributes for cultural contents and how those attributes were expressed or composed in cultural contents was discussed as well. Evaluation items were extracted based on final discussion at the epistemic level, set up the final evaluation model by taking experts' advices on each items. With all those outcomes, qualitative evaluation model for cultural contents was developed. For the importance of each index in the model, priority was granted by weighting on each index. Lastly, evaluation scale was developed for each index. The culture contents' evaluation model developed in study is meaningful not only in drawing qualitative evaluation items of video(image) contents and developing the index and model for the first time, but also its possibility of wide use for other genres.

포장의 합리적 유지관리를 위해서는 기본적으로 포장의 상태를 객관적으로 평가하고, 평가한 자료를 이용하여 경제성 분석을 실시함으로써 최적의 보수공법 및 보수우선순위를 결정해야 한다. 전체적인 포장 상태를 객관적으로 평가하기 위해서는 포장상태 평가지수와 같은 단일화된 평가 기준이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 고속도로 콘크리트 포장에 적합한 포장상태 평가지수를 개발하기 위하여 현장 상세조사 및 포장평가위원회의 평가를 실시하고, 그 결과의 회귀분석을 통해 포장평가지수를 개발하였다. 또한 개발된 포장평가지수를 이용하여 포장유지관리에서 이용되기 위한 보수공법그룹을 제시하였다. 개발된 포장평가지수의 상관계수는 0.68이었으며, 콘크리트 포장평가지수에 사용된 독립변수들은 종단평탄성, 균열, 패칭 등이었다.

The deteriorating role of Nakdong River due to the Four Major Rivers Project has caused a series of problems, including water pollution, drying streams, aggravation of the hydroecology. Geumho River and Gyeongseong-cheon had a higher concentration index and is believed to impact the water quality of the main stream. The influence index of Geumho River and Nam River between 2015 and 2016, which have a large amount of discharge, was the highest among the tributaries in terms of the load material balance. Showing the highest average concentration and average load in the index assessment, Geumho River is believed to require an intensive management for improving the water quality of the main stream. Furthermore, when the cumulative percentage of the average concentration and average load was compared based on the water quality improvement of the tributaries mixed to Nakdong River, which was set to 60%, Geumho River, Nam River, Topyeong-cheon, and Cha-cheon, which showed the highest ratio in that order, were determined to require a water quality management program as a priority.

기상재해는 해가 갈수록 증가하고, 엄청난 재산 및 인명 피해를 발생시키고 있으며 반복적으로 매년 정부는 엄청난 액수를 들여 재난 피해를 복구하고 있다. 이제는 기후변화로 인한 기상재난에 대해서 정부가 모든 것을 다 부담할 수 없음으로 인해 민간 또한 재난을 준비하는 장기적이고 예방적인 자연재해보험정책을 논의할 때이다. 무엇보다도 중요한 것은 단순한 재해보험도입이 아니라 재해 발생 시 가장 큰 피해를 입는 저소득층의 미래에 대한 불안 감소와 빠른 복구를 가능케 하는 사회보장적 성격을 지닌 재해보험을 도입한다는 것이고, 현실적으로 실행 가능한 방안으로 현재 시행중인 microinsurance(소액서민보험) 방식과 index insurance(지수보험) 방식을 혼용하여 도입하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다.
