ISO 심사원 역량요소의 중요도와 보유도 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Importance Level & Present Level Analysis of ISO Auditor' Competency Factors)

  • 본 연구는 ISO 심사원이 현장중심의 심사역량 제고를 위해서 개인적 특성과 함께 직무를 수행하기 위해 필요한 전문지식 및 전문기술 역량의 우선순위를 규명하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해, 심사원이 필요로 하는 심사역량을 ISO 19011 기반의 전문지식영역, 직무기술영역에 개인적 특성 영역을 더하여 총 50개의 역량요소로 설문지를 구성하였고, 현재 활동 중인 ISO심사원을 대상으로, 리커트 5점 척도를 통해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로, ISO 심사원의 역량영역별 중요도와 보유도를 대응표본 t검정을 통해 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 확인하였고, 전체역량과 각 역량영역별 최우선 순위와 차기우선 순위의 역량요소를 Borich 계수와 Locus for Focus Model을 통해 도출하였다. 본 연구결과로 확인된 각 역량영역별 최우선순위의 역량요소들을 고려하여, 심사원의 심사역량 개선을 위해 관련 교육과정 등을 개발하는데 도움을 줄 수 있고, 나아가 기업의 품질, 환경, 안전보건, 사업연속성 등 ISO 경영시스템의 강화에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

And this is also to set up the logistic management system of medical wastes is hospital where the safety of patients shall to regard as the first priority. through these case studies effective operating plans shall be provided.

하천 유지관리 우선순위 결정을 위한 제방안전도맵 산정방법 연구 (A Study on Estimation of Levee Safety Map for Determining the Priority of River Maintenance)

  • 본 최근 기후변화의 영향으로 강우의 규모가 점차 증가하는 추세로 홍수의 위험성이 증가하면서 제방 관리에 대한 고도화 및 재해 대응성 향상의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 국내의 제방관리는 피해발생 이후에 피해복구를 실시하는 수준에서 시행되고 있으므로 하천에 대한 선제적 관리차원에서 제방의 안전도를 미리 파악하고 관리하는 기술의 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 하천 제방의 침식 및 월류에 대한 안전도를 산정하는 방법을 제안하였으며 이러한 안전도를 도상에 표시해 제방의 유지관리의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있는 제방 안전도맵을 제시하였다. 침식안전도는 호안의 형식별 내력과 외력의 비로 산정하였으며 월류안전도는 하천의 수위가 제방고와 일치할 때의 유량을 통수가능홍수량으로 산정하고 통수가능홍수량과 계획홍수량과의 비로 산정하였다. 제방안전도의 등급은 총 5단계로 구분하였으며 매우안전, 안전, 보통, 위험, 매우위험으로 나타냈다. 남강댐 하류부터 낙동강 합류부까지를 연구대상으로 하여 모든 제방과 하천측선에 대해 제방의 침식안전도와 월류안전도를 산정하고 GIS를 이용하여 하나의 도상에 나타냈다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 제방안전도맵은 하천제방의 안전도를 직관적으로 확인이 가능하기 때문에 하천의 유지관리계획 수립 시에 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단되며 예산의 효율적 활용을 위한 투자우선순위 결정에도 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

어린이 안전을 위한 공공임대주택단지 외부공간 환경개선에 관한 연구 (Improvement of Outdoor Spaces for the Children's Safety in Public Rental Housing)

  • Public rental housing in Korea has been initially provided for residential stability of low-income household focusing on solving quantitative insufficiency since 1980s. In the process of early stage of designing and planning public rental housing, qualitative aspects of considering children were not primary concern. This study aims to analyze the priority of environmental improvement of outdoor spaces for children's safety in public rental housing. First, literature review was performed in the reference of local residential safety guidelines, Universal Design, and CPTED guidelines. In each guidelines, common safety planning factors for children were extracted within different types of outdoor spaces. Second, based on literature analysis, residents evaluated importance and satisfaction level by different safety types, outdoor space type, and environmental planning factors. In results, residents evaluated high importance and showed low satisfaction for crime and traffic safety. Through IPA, facilities and parking space was evaluated where improvement is needed for the first priority, and planning factors were mostly concerned with surveillance and safety management system. Result shows general concern of public rental housing residents, about weak facility management and security system, and about socially isolated environment which heightened the fear of crime safety. Overall, poor maintenance of the complex environment and decrepit facilities are constantly raising risk of safety accidents especially for children. Considering residents' concern, environmental improvement should be considered in perspective of not only physical repair, but also facility management and security system.

해상교통안전진단제도와 해역이용협의제도간 연계성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Connectivity between Maritime Traffic Safety Audit Scheme and Sea Area Utilization Impact Assessment)

  • 본 연구에서는 선박항행이 허용되어 선박이 다니는 공유수면의 일정부분을 바다골재채취구역으로 하는 골재채취업에 대한 법적근거, 해상교통안전진단제도와 해역이용 협의 및 평가제도의 평가에 대한 중복성 및 양 제도간 적용 우선순위 등의 문제점으로 사업자에게 시간적 경제적 부담을 가중시키고 있으므로, 문제점 해결을 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 해양수산부에서 해사안전법과 해양환경관리법을 담당하고 있으므로 업무 협조체계를 유지하여 각각의 제도 평가위원회에 상호 전문가를 포함하는 방안과, 법률을 개정하여 근본적으로 해결하는 방안이 있다. 이를 통하여 해양에서 발생하는 사고의 개연성을 감소시키고 해양환경을 보호하는 방법이 될 것이다.

  • In this study, the analysis to the preference level on slope measuring instrument of weight values on effect factors find out the reasonable monitoring on slope was performed, in which used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) techniques. The results on professional group, such as the industry, academic, institute and government, analyzed that the very important effect factors, which were indicator of various collapse type, convenience of instrument management, The evaluation of preference level on the slope measuring instrument analyzed the invar wire extensometer which was high level at convenience of install, economical efficiency of install and convenience of instrument management.

  • This study aims to examine the usefulness on the Evaluation Process for the Feasibility & Priority of A Certain Public Projects. and the Methodology used AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) which used pairwise comparisons of the alternatives and criteria for solving discrete alternative multicriteria decision problems. In this paper, we present a similar phenomenon, rank reversal problem, when we apply the AHP to group decision making process. The problem is identified by an example problem in that the previous rank order of Public Projects choices. we also present three different methods to prevent the undesirable characteristic of the original AHP in appling to Decision Making Process.

AHP를 이용한 고령친화제품 유망기술의 우선순위 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Priority Setting for Promising Technology in Division of Senior Friendly Product using the AHP)

  • The purpose of this paper is an application of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) in the priority setting of promising technology in division of senior friendly product based on the previous studies. In this paper, the decision criteria for evaluating promising technologies in division of senior friendly product are identified and the hierarchical structure of decision making process is developed systematically. Subsequently the values of weights for relative importance among decision criteria are derived using AHP methodology, and the score of importance of promising technology in division of senior friendly product with respect to each criterion is evaluated. Finally the score of each promising technology in division of senior friendly product is quantified in order to prioritize them. We discuss implications of our results with a viewpoint of technology policy in division of senior friendly product.

근로자의 사고 경험과 업무 위험 인식이 안전문화에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Workers' Accident Experiences and Perception of Work Risks on Safety Culture)

  • This study would analyze a survey conducted with 609 workers to use the results as materials for the settlement of safety culture for the characteristics of the establishment by assessing the status of the workers' exposure to harmful risks and the impact on safety culture to present the following conclusions. This study has significance in that it found that exposure to harmful/dangerous factors in the establishment and the workers' experiences of occupational accidents affect their perception of safety culture and that in particular, 'worker safety priority' of the safety cultural factors was an important factor, and it is judged that continuous studies are necessary so that the perceptions of safety culture will spread in the establishment.

Computer-Aided Decision Analysis for Improvement of System Reliability

  • Nowadays, every kind of system is changed so complex and enormous, it is necessary to assure system reliability, product liability and safety. Fault tree analysis(FTA) is a reliability/safety design analysis technique which starts from consideration of system failure effect, referred to as “top event”, and proceeds by determining how these can be caused by single or combined lower level failures or events. So in fault tree analysis, it is important to find the combination of events which affect system failure. Minimal cut sets(MCS) and minimal path sets(MPS) are used in this process. FTA-I computer program is developed which calculates MCS and MPS in terms of Gw-Basic computer language considering Fussell's algorithm. FTA-II computer program which analyzes importance and function cost of VE consists. of five programs as follows : (l) Structural importance of basic event, (2) Structural probability importance of basic event, (3) Structural criticality importance of basic event, (4) Cost-Failure importance of basic event, (5) VE function cost analysis for importance of basic event. In this study, a method of initiation such as failure, function and cost in FTA is suggested, and especially the priority rank which is calculated by computer-aided decision analysis program developed in this study can be used in decision making determining the most important basic event under various conditions. Also the priority rank can be available for the case which selects system component in FMEA analysis.
