절충교역 추진체제 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement Plan of Offset Trade Drive Systems)

  • 세계적으로 대부분의 무기구매 국가들은 절충교역을 대외무역의 중요한 협상수단으로 활용하고 있다. 특히 일본과 이스라엘은 절충교역을 통하여 장기적으로 새로운 사업과 시장개척 면에서 큰 성과를 거두고 있다. 한편, 우리나라는 절충교역 추진실적 면에서, 미국이 매우 큰 비중을 차지하고 있지만 그 실적에 비해 구체적으로 드러난 성과는 미흡한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 외국의 대 미국 절충교역 유형별 우선순위와 미국의 절충교역 대상 및 우선순위 분석, 사후평가방안 사례연구, 절충교역을 통해 획득한 자산 및 기술자료 관리 상 나타난 문제점 분석을 통해 효율적인 절충교역 추진체제 개선방안을 제시한다.

  • Modular construction is attracting attention as the solution of recent problems in construction site. Such as lack of construction workforce, increasing labor costs, work delay due to extreme weather events and strengthening government regulations. However, despite the many advantages, Modular construction has not been activated dueto high construction costs compared to other construction methods. Accordingly, the object of this study is priority derivation of prefabricated house cost reduction factors and use as basic research data. For research performance, we have analyzed the blueprint and bill of quantities of a modular construction based public dormitory which was built in 2013. In result, the proportion of modular construction and on-site construction is 66% and 34%, and the construction cost proportion by activity was devided in to construction(79%), machinery(7%), electricity(5%) and civil(9%). Among these results in order to reduce costs, interior finishing(19.4) steel-frame(16.9%), metal works(13.5%), RC(11.8%), joinery(7.3%) is the order requires focused management.

정리정돈을 위한 Q-learning 기반의 작업계획기 (Tidy-up Task Planner based on Q-learning)

  • As the use of robots in service area increases, research has been conducted to replace human tasks in daily life with robots. Among them, this study focuses on the tidy-up task on a desk using a robot arm. The order in which tidy-up motions are carried out has a great impact on the success rate of the task. Therefore, in this study, a neural network-based method for determining the priority of the tidy-up motions from the input image is proposed. Reinforcement learning, which shows good performance in the sequential decision-making process, is used to train such a task planner. The training process is conducted in a virtual tidy-up environment that is configured the same as the actual tidy-up environment. To transfer the learning results in the virtual environment to the actual environment, the input image is preprocessed into a segmented image. In addition, the use of a neural network that excludes unnecessary tidy-up motions from the priority during the tidy-up operation increases the success rate of the task planner. Experiments were conducted in the real world to verify the proposed task planning method.

QGIS를 이용한 경기도내 토양오염원의 중점관리 지점 선정 (Priority Management Using the QGIS for Sources of Contaminated Soil in Gyeonggi-do Province)

  • Object: The purpose of this study was to select priority points for soil management using the location of groundwater and to suggest this method for soil contamination surveys. Method: Groundwater impact range was set to an area of 100 to 500 meters from the center point of agricultural groundwater wells. Data on industrial complex and factory areas, areas of stored or used ores and scrap metals, areas associated with waste and recycling, and traffic-related facilities areas were collected and checked for whether they fall within the groundwater impact range. Longitude and latitude coordinates of these data were mapped on the groundwater impact range using QGIS (Quantum Geographic Information System). Results: Considering the groundwater impact range, the points were selected as follows: 589 points were selected from 6,811 factories and 259 points were selected from 1,511 recycling business points. Traffic-related facility areas were divided between gas stations, bus depots, and auto mechanics. Thirty-four points were selected from 149 bus depots and 573 points were selected from 6,013 auto mechanic points. From the 2,409 gas station points, 323 were selected. Conclusion: Contaminated soil influences groundwater and crops, which can harm human health. However, soil pollution is not easily identified, so it is difficult to determine what has occurred. Pollution must be prevented beforehand and contaminated soil found. By selecting and investigating soil contamination survey points in consideration of the location of groundwater wells, we can safely manage water resources by preventing groundwater contamination in advance.

다기준 분석에 의한 로프형 승강장 안전도어의 설치 우선순위 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Priority Evaluation of the Rope-type Platform Safety Door(RPSD) Installation by Multi-criteria Decision Analysis)

  • 최근 지상역 승강장에서 승객의 안전 확보, 지상역 조건과 열차 차종 자동 인식에 따른 상하 개폐 기능이 탑재된 Rope 스크린도어의 실용화 기술에 대한 연구개발이 수행되고 있다. 현재 대구도시철도 2호선 문양역에 2013년 3월부터 시범설치 운영 중에 있으나, 앞으로 개선된 RPSD에 대하여 고속철도 역사를 대상으로 각 철도운영기관의 니즈에 부합하고, 철도 승강장 안전시설로써 역사에 적합한 시범사업 대상지를 선정할 필요성이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 AHP를 이용하여 각 KTX역의 위험도 분석과 시설관리 및 운영기관의 사업추진의지 등 정책적 분석기준에 따라 RPSD 설치 대상지 우선순위를 분석하였다. 또한 AHP를 적용함에 있어 사례 분석할 KTX역과 같이 평가대상이 많을 경우 쌍대비교에 의한 우선순위 평가가 불가능하기 때문에, 상위 평가항목에 대해서는 상대평가에 의해 가중치를 구하고, 각각의 하위 목적요소에는 평점에 의한 절대평가법을 조합하여 우선순위를 산정하였다.

AHP 분석을 이용한 사물주소 부여대상의 상대적 중요도에 대한 전문가와 일반인의 인식 비교분석 (Public and Experts Perception Analysis about Relative Importance of Address of Things Using AHP)

  • Recently the meaning of the road name address is expended as an information through the revision of the Road Name Address Act. As this revision, the address of things (AoT) become more important indicating the possibility for the expansion to the related business. However, recent study about AoT does not concern how the current priority system works from the first research. In this study, we analyze perception about addressable object between AoT experts and public using AHP analysis. We structured the importance of addressable objects as two categories; urgency and value creation. The necessity in emergency or daily, accessibility and welfare conform the urgency index. Meanwhile, public value creation in public domain or profitability in the business area and economics conform value creation index. We conducted survey for total of 89 of experts and public. The results of this study indicate the relative importance of AoT measured by experts and public. Generally, public tend to concern more about accessibility conforming the urgency index than experts. Moreover, the public WiFi and the sports complex scored the high priority among the remain addressable objects, in respect of the urgency and the value creation. This result could be implemented for the activation of the smart city industry base on the geospatial information including AoT.

  • 제 7차 컴퓨터교과 교육과정은 소프트웨어 활용 부분에 치중되어 컴퓨터과학에 관한 원리교육이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 한편, ACM K-12 컴퓨터과학 교육과정 모델에 관한 보고서에서는 현재의 컴퓨터교육이 그릇된 방향이며 컴퓨터과학 중심의 컴퓨터교육을 위해서 프로그래밍언어 교육을 통한 원리교육의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로그래밍 체험학습을 위한 객체지향 기반의 새로운 교육용프로그래밍언어인 두리틀(Dolittle)을 소개한다. 두리틀은 간결한 구문과 한국어와의 대응성, 인크리멘탈 방식의 프로그래밍, 수치, 문자열, 배열과 같은 알고리즘과 구조화, 텍스트 위주의 프로그래밍 등의 설계방침을 적용한 언어이다. 중학생을 대상으로 실제 수업에 적용해 보고 학습효과를 분석한 결과, 객체지향기반이지만 클래스나 상속 등의 개념을 모르고도 활용 가능한 교육용프로그래밍언어라는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 객체와 메소드 활용을 통하여 프로그래밍 결과를 쉽게 확인할 수 있고 오류 수정이 용이하므로, 학생들의 높은 흥미도를 유지하면서 학업성취도를 향상시키고 차후 학습으로의 연계가 수월하였다.

예약만족도를 고려한 공연예술 예약스케줄링 기법 (The techniques of performing art reservation scheduling for reservation satisfaction)

  • 온라인상에서 대다수 예약시스템들은 고객들의 만족도를 고려하지 않고 예약이 이루어진다. 이러한 예약 시스템들은 현대 사회에서 중요한 고객들의 만족도를 향상시키기 어려운 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 예약시스템에서 일어날 수 있는 문제들을 복합 스케줄링 기법에 적용하여 예약시스템들의 문제점을 해결하고자 한다. 예약만족도를 고려한 공연예술 예약스케줄링 기법은 객체지향개념을 기반으로 고객선호도와 예약만족도를 고려하여 예약 스케줄링을 수행한다. 예약 스케줄링은 고객들이 가지고 있는 사건들을 주어진 제약들에 만족하도록 목표인 공연좌석 배치도에 배정한다. 고객들의 만족도를 높이기 위해서 전체 고객들에 대한 선호도보드를 참조하여 고객들의 우선순위에 따라서 공연좌석을 배정한다. 또한, 예약만족도를 고려한 공연예술 예약 스케줄링을 모의 실험하여 고객들의 만족도를 살펴보았다.

Image Restoration and Object Removal Using Prioritized Adaptive Patch-Based Inpainting in a Wavelet Domain

  • Image restoration has been carried out by texture synthesis mostly for large regions and inpainting algorithms for small cracks in images. In this paper, we propose a new approach that allows for the simultaneous fill-in of different structures and textures by processing in a wavelet domain. A combination of structure inpainting and patch-based texture synthesis is carried out, which is known as patch-based inpainting, for filling and updating the target region. The wavelet transform is used for its very good multiresolution capabilities. The proposed algorithm uses the wavelet domain subbands to resolve the structure and texture components in smooth approximation and high frequency structural details. The subbands are processed separately by the prioritized patch-based inpainting with isophote energy driven texture synthesis at the core. The algorithm automatically estimates the wavelet coefficients of the target regions of various subbands using optimized patches from the surrounding DWT coefficients. The suggested performance improvement drastically improves execution speed over the existing algorithm. The proposed patch optimization strategy improves the quality of the fill. The fill-in is done with higher priority to structures and isophotes arriving at target boundaries. The effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated with natural and textured images with varying textural complexions.

민화 DB를 위한 분류체계 설계 (Designing a Classification System for Minhwa DB)

  • In order to convert Korean folk paintings called Minhwa, a part of traditional Korean heritage, into DBs, it is necessary to design a classification system suitable for the characteristics of folk paintings. A classification system and the generating of unique codes are required to classify and save them. To realize this, a basic classification system was created by listing objects depicted in folk paintings, and keywords were extracted by reclassifying them for each object. In order to assign a unique code to each piece, we organize the English names of each Minhwa since the English names of the folk painting contain the names of objects. The code name is extracted by applying the order of nouns and consonant priority rules in English names and attaching five Arabic numerals. These codes are later assigned to each image file stored in the database and are input together with the keyword. The Minhwa DB constructed in this way enables storage and search centered on objects and keywords and the intuitive inferring of the type of object from the code name.
