옵셋 인쇄기계 동력규모 변화에 따른 소음 영향 평가 (The Noise Influence Assessment according to the Change of the Offset Type Print Machine's Power)

  • Nowadays, the needs to revise the classification criteria for noise emission facilities have been suggested by the related industries. Because there existed many reasonable factors in the criteria regarding the noise emission facilities. And the noise emission facility classification criterion of the print machine changed from 50 HP to 100 HP in 2013. But the increasement of the noise emission facility classification criterion of the print machine can cause adverse effects like the bigger noise. So, in this paper, we measured the print machine's sound power level according to the changes of the print machine's power to assess the adverse effects. The measurement method applied with KS I ISO 9614-2(1996). The corelation between the sound power level and the power of print machines was analyzed by regression analysis. In this paper, we found that the sound power level of the print machines can increase about 1.3 dB in the condition of that the power of print machine increases from 50 HP to 100 HP. And we found that the sound power level of the print machines can increase about 1.0 dB for a increasement of 1,000 SPH(sheet per hour) of printing speed. The noise emission characteristics of print machine stuied in this paper will be useful to design the noise reduction plan in the future.

단체급식의 HACCP 전산프로그램 및 위생관리 평가도구 개발 (Development of the Computer-Assisted HACCP System Program and Developing HACCP-Based Evaluation Tools of Sanitation for Institutional Foodservice Operations)

  • The Computer-assisted Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point(HACCP) program has been developed for a systematic implementation of HACCP principles in identifying, assessing and controlling hazards in institutional foodservics operations. The HACCP-based sanitation evaluation tool has been developed, based on the results of the computerized assisted HACCP program in 4 service sites of C contracted foodservice company, including 2 general hospitals with 650-beds, one office operation of 400 meals per day, and one factory foodservice of 1,000 meals per day. All database files and processing programs were created by using Unify Vision tool with Windows 95 of user environments. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : 1. This program consists of the pre-stage for HACCP study and the implementation stage of the HACCP system. 1) The pre-stage for HACCP study includes the selection of menu items, the development of the HACCP recipe, the construction of product flow diagrams, and printing the HACCP recipes and product flow diagrams. 2) The implementation of the HACCP system includes the identification of microbiological hazards, the determination of critical control points based on the decision tree base files. 3) The HACCP-based sanitation evaluation tool consisted of 3 dimensions of time-temperature relationship, personal hygiene, and equipment-facility sanitation. The Cronbach's alphas calculation indicated that the tool was reliable. The results showed that the focus groups rated the mean of importance in time-temperature relationship, personal hygiene, and equipment-facility sanitation as 4.57, 4.59 and 4.55 respectively. Based on the results, this HACCP-based sanitation evaluation tool was considered as an effective tool for assuring product quality. This program will assist foodservice managers to encourage a standardized approach in the HACCP study and to maintain a systematic approach for ensuring that the HACCP principles are applied correctly.

유역환경정보관리시스템구축 및 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Building & Application of Basin Environmental Information Management System)

  • 최근 급속한 산업발전으로 환경오염에 대한 인식이 고조되고 있으며 오염방지에 대한 방법 및 기술 또한 다각적으로 연구되고 있다. 과거에는 환경오염에 대한 대응방향이 오염물질의 농도저감과 처리기술 개발등에 국한되어 왔으나 현재는 오염물질의 관리 및 평가와 같은 좀더 고차원적인 연구로 전환되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경정보 시스템구축에 대한 개념을 수립하고 그 기법을 제시하였으며 오염원과 오염부하량에 따른 환경정보의 데이터베이스 설계, 질의, 분석 그리고 출력기법을 개발하였다. 또한, LANDSAT TM 영상을 이용하여 토지이용도를 작성하였으며, PC상에서 Excel과 PC ArcView 프로그램간에 동적데이터교환을 이용하여 폐수배출시설허가관리대장 관리를 가능하게 하여 기존 GSIS용 프로그램의 문서관리에 대한 취약성을 극복할 수 있었다.

녹지시설 개념을 적용한 청주시의 버스정류장 공공디자인 (Public Design of Bus Station for Cheongju City with Plant Container Function)

  • 본 연구는 공공디자인으로서 버스정류장 디자인에 있어 화훼식물 이용이 가능한 구도의 시설물계획과 제안에 목적이 있다. 계획에서 청주의 도시브랜드인 '직지'를 강조하기 위해 고인쇄박물관의 형태를 모티브로한 컨테이너를 디자인하고 시설물의 상층부에 설치 계획하였다. 설치될 디자인 요소들은 이용자 행태분석을 통하여 이용만족도를 높일 수 있는 시설물들을 계획하였으며, 프레임을 최대한 좁게 하고 벽면은 투명한 재질로 계획함으로써 이용자의 시야의 확장을 의도하였다. 형태의 장식성을 줄이고 색체 또한 무채색을 주도색으로 사용함으로써 주변과의 융화에 중점을 두었다.

유해화학물질 안전관리를 위한 중소사업장의 위험도 분류에 관한 연구 (A Study on Risk Classification of Small Plant for Safe Management of Hazardous Chemicals)

  • Chemical accidents can happen anywhere in the world. To prevent chemical accidents, Korea introduced the Chemicals Control Act. However, Small and medium-sized businesses do not meet these regulations. Accordingly, the Ministry of Environment is providing a chemical safety management support project for Small and medium-sized businesses. However, there are many small and medium-sized businesses, and businesses that need support need priority. In this study, the risk of the plants was classified into hig h, medium, and low risk based on four methods. As a result, out of 90 plants subject to the study, high risk was 30% and medium risk was 70%. The industries with the high risk were chemical products manufacturing and paint manufacturing. The plating and printing industries showed relatively medium risk. This risk classification has the advantage that it can obtain intuitive and quick results. These studies can be used as basic data for chemical safety management of local governments and Ministry of Environment.

  • 최근 4차 산업혁명과 함께 세계 제조 강국들은 침체된 제조업의 부흥을 위해 국가적 전략을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 문재인 정부도 '과학기술 발전이 선도하는 4차 산업혁명'이라는 전략을 제시하였다. 4차 산업혁명을 이끄는 핵심기술인 IoT, Cloud, Big data, Mobile, AI 등의 지능정보기술은 로봇, 3D 프린팅 등과 같은 신산업의 등장과 기존 주요 제조업의 스마트화를 촉진하고 있다. 스마트공장과 같은 기술이 발전함에 따라 IoT 기반의 센싱 기술이 발전하면서 이전에는 수집할 수 없었던 다양한 데이터를 측정할 수 있게 되었고, 각 공정에서 생성되는 데이터도 폭발적으로 증가했다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 데이터 생성기를 활용하여 스마트공장에서 발생할 수 있는 가상 데이터를 생성하고, 이를 활용하여 실시간으로 불량품의 발생 원인을 분석하고 설비의 교체주기를 예측하는 방법을 설명한다.

한국 개화기의 서포에 관한 연구 (A Study of Seo-po in the opening Period of Korea)

  • This study examines the establishment of Sea-po (서포) in the opening period of Korea at the end of the 19th century. The role they played, the particular situations and their geographical characteristics are researched, The earliest sea-po was Koh-je-hong sea-po, which was established in Tae­kwang-kyo at the end of 1880s. Around 1905, a specialised book distribution system was set up with establishement of Chu-han-yung book store, Kim-sang-man book store, Jesuit book store, Tae-dong su-si, Kae-myung sea-kwan, Tong-wha seo-kwan. The owners of the seo-pos were pioneers in introducing modern culture with nationalistic consciousness, although they were primarily businessmen and their social origins varied. The primary role of seo-pos was selling a variety of books but some combined printing and publication of books as well. It seems that publication business took roots around 1908, though it is difficult to know the accurate dates of first attempts. Some sea-pas offered book rental services for poor people who could not easily afford to purchase books. A certain amount of deposit had to be paid to benefit from the services. Jesuit Bookstore in Pyungyang had a library facility with a large stock or books in the same building open to public for free. These sea-pas started mainly in Seoul and Pyungyang, which were traditional centers for economic and cultural affairs. Early introduction of foreign cultures and commercial developments in these areas contributed to the establishment of sea-pos. The sea-po which took charge of book distribution in the provinces was set up around 1906. One of the important findings of this study is that the geographical distribution of sea-po shows the following three characteristics. First is that the area such as Seoul, Taegu and Chunju were the traditional centers of publishing culture from which Pang­gak-bon(방각본) emerged. Second characteristic is Pyungyang and the surrounding Pyungbuk province, and harbors like Inchon and Pusan, which had the benefits of early spread of modem cultures. Third characteristic is Kaesung and the surrounding Hwanghae province which bridged Pyungyang and Seoul. The reception of foreign cultures stimulated the commercial spirits traditionally attributed to Kaesung to establish sea-pas most actively.

활성탄집진시설의 시간변화에 따른 총탄화수소의 집진효율성 및 경제성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Collection Efficiency And Economy of Total Hydrocarbons in Accordance with Time Changes at Activated Carbon Collection Facility)

  • In this study, the changes in collection efficiencies due to the time changes of activated carbons were ascertained, and in order to identify the magnitude of adsorption, the before-use and after-use iodine adsorption values were analyzed. In addition, as a result of examining the characteristics of continuous process and non-continuous process and as a result of investigating whether the emission standards would be maintained, the continuous process and printing facilities were seen as not being able to maintain the emission standards. Also were found, in the case of non-continuous process,-taking into consideration the special nature of the job -for 4${\o}$ palletized charcoal, a collection efficiency near 50% was shown even after 96 hours. Also, when the inlet concentration was about 300ppm, it is thought that the emission standards would be maintained if the activated carbons are replaced within at least 96 hours in the case of 4${\o}$ palletized charcoal and the use was deemed pointless in the case of carbon. The results of this study are expected to provide assistance in selecting replacement periods for activated carbons and in selecting absorbents at the project sites, and are expected to be of significant help in the selection of precipitators that can collect total hydrocarbons for compliance of the emission standards.

원격대학 도서관 서비스품질 요인 및 이용자 인식 연구 (A Study on the Distance University Library Service Quality Factors and User Perception)

  • 이 연구에서는 한국방송통신대학교 도서관에서 제공하고 있는 서비스에 대한 이용자의 인식 수준과 기대 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇이며, 이용자들의 특성에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 파악하고자 하였다. 또한 도서관서비스 차원별로 이용자의 인식 수준이 도서관의 이용의사와 만족도에 실제 영항을 미치는가를 조사, 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 도서관서비스 품질 평가에 관한 국내 외 문헌을 고찰하는 이론적 접근방법과 설문 조사 및 분석의 실증적 접근방법을 병행하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 LibQUAL+모형을 기반으로 연구모형을 설계하였으며, 연구가설에 대한 검증을 실시하여 집단 간 차이를 확인하였다. 분석 결과 방송대 도서관의 서비스 차원별 이용자의 현재 인식수준은 도서관 전체 만족도와 지속적인 이용의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 전체 만족도는 도서관의 지속적인 이용의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 도서관 이용행태적 특성에 따른 이용자 만족수준 향상을 위하여 도서관의 시설 개선, 원격 학술정보 제공을 위한 스마트 디지털도서관 시스템의 구축, 인쇄자료 및 전자자료 등 학술정보원의 다양성과 최신성의 확보 등의 요인이 방송대 도서관의 서비스 개선을 위한 핵심 요소로 파악되었다.
