In this paper, We used the regression model of machine learning for improve the print quantity problem when which print scaffold with 400 ㎛ pore using FDM 3d printer. We have difficult to experiment with changing all factors in the field. So we reduced print quantity by selected two factors that most impact the pore size. We printed and measured scaffold 5 times under same conditions. We created regression model using scaffold pore size and print conditions. We predicted pore size of untested print condition using the regression model. After print scaffold with 400 ㎛ pore, we printed scaffold 5 times under same conditions. We compare the predicted scaffold pore size and the measured scaffold pore size. We confirmed that error is less than 1 % and we verified the results quantitatively.

The electrical properties of a back drilled via-hole (BDH) without the open-stub and the plated through via-hole (PTH) with the open-stub, which is called the conventional structure, in a high-count multi~layered (HCML) printed circuit board (PCB) were investigated for a high-speed digital system, and a selected inner layer to transmit a high-speed signal was farthest away from the side to mount the component. Within 10 GHz of the broadband frequency, a design of experiment (DOE) methodology was carried out with three cause factors of each via-hole structure, which were the distance between the via-holes, the dimensions of drilling pad and the anti-pad in the ground plane, and then the relation between cause and result factors which were the maximum return loss, the half-power frequency, and the minimum insertion loss was analyzed. Subsequently, the empirical formulae resulting in a macro model were extracted and compared with the experiment results. Even, out of the cause range, the calculated results obtained from the macro model can be also matched with the measured results within 5 % of the error.

PURPOSE. The objective of this study was to investigate how internal structures influence the overall and marginal accuracy of full arch preparations fabricated through additive manufacturing in different printing systems. MATERIALS AND METHODS. A full-arch preparation digital model was set up with three internal designs, including solid, hollow, and grid. These were printed using three different resin printers with nine models in each group. After scanning, each data was imported into the 3D data processing software together with the master cast, aligned and trimmed, and then put into the 3D data analysis software again to compare the overall and marginal deviation whose results are expressed using root mean square values and color maps. To evaluate the trueness of the resin model, the test data and reference data were compared, and the precision was evaluated by comparing the test data sets. Color maps were observed for qualitative analysis. Data were statistically analyzed by one-way analysis of variance and Bonferroni method was used for post hoc comparison (α = .05). RESULTS. The influence of different internal structures on the accuracy of 3D printed resin models varied significantly (P < .05). Solid and grid models showed better accuracy, while the hollow model exhibited poor accuracy. The color maps show that the resin models have a tendency to shrink inwards. CONCLUSION. The internal structure design influences the accuracy of the 3D printing model, and the effect varies in different printing systems. Irrespective of the kind of printing system, the printing accuracy of hollow model was observed to be worse than those of solid and grid models.

In this paper, thermal analysis of HDU (Heat Dissipation Unit) for infrared CCTV is performed by using SolidWorks Simulation (Thermal analysis) package, in order to change the part materials and HDU shape is optimized. Furthermore, HDU disperses the aggregated heat around the LED inside the housing. The junction temperature of infrared LED checked by HDU check was $65.83^{\circ}C$, $42.02^{\circ}C$, respectively. In addition, the Thermoelement by changing the shape of the HDU was possibly designed and equipped with. Comparison with simulation and prototype measurement results, without HDU model was $65.83^{\circ}C$, $61.99^{\circ}C$, respectively. In addition to with HDU model was $42.02^{\circ}C$, $39.01^{\circ}C$, respectively. Only HDU mounted into infrared CCTV is usable in the ordinary house or outdoors. Also HDU with thermal element, fan mounted into infrared CCTV is usable in a blast furnace workplace or high temperature workplace.
This study examined the applicability of digital technologies based on three-dimensional(3D) scanning, modeling, and printing to the restoration of damaged artifacts. First, 3D close-range scanning was utilized to make a high-resolution polygon mesh model of a roof-end tile with a missing part, and a 3D virtual restoration of the missing part was conducted using a haptic interface. Furthermore, the virtual restoration model was printed out with a 3D printer using the material extrusion method and a PLA filament. Then, the additive structure of the printed output with a scanning electron microscope was observed and its shape accuracy was analyzed through 3D deviation analysis. It was discovered that the 3D printing output of the missing part has high dimensional accuracy and layer thickness, thus fitting extremely well with the fracture surface of the original roof-end tile. The convergence of digital virtual restoration based on 3D scanning and 3D printing technology has helped in minimizing contact with the artifact and broadening the choice of restoration materials significantly. In the future, if the efficiency of the virtual restoration modeling process is improved and the material stability of the printed output for the purpose of restoration is sufficiently verified, the usability of 3D digital technologies in cultural heritage restoration will increase.

In this study, the mast cover of submarine was reverse engineered and structural analysis was performed. In order to print with the 3D printer, the modeling was reduced to 1/5 size by applying geometric similarity. From the structural analysis results, it was found that the maximum value of equivalent stress generated in the mast cover was 180.9 MPa. This stress value occurs on the inner surface in the major axis. As a result of applying the load condition at a diving depth of 600 m, the mast cover is in a completely elastic state. The 1/5 size model printed on FDM 3D printer with PLA filament was the same as the reverse engineered modeling and it was printed in a perfect shape with no apparent defects. The 1/5 size model printed on PBF 3D printer with SUS316L powder was perfectly manufactured with no apparent defects.

In this study, the structural performance of the specimen fabricated through 3D printing was evaluated through monotonic loading experiments analysis to apply to 3D printed structures. The compression and flexural experiments were carried out, and the experimental results were compared to the finite element model results. The loading directions of specimens were investigated to consider the capacity of specimens with different curing periods, such as 7 and 28 days. As a result, the strength tended to increase slightly depending on the stacking direction. Also, between the 3D-printed panel composite and the non-reinforced panel, the bending performance depended on the presence or absence of composite reinforcement.

A curing process in post-printing section of R2R process is required for an electrical property of the printed pattern when devices such as RFID, Solar cell are printed. PEN as well as heat-stabilized PET which is used as a plastic substrate would be deformed at high temperature due to change of its elastic modulus. And crack in the printed pattern, which is on the plastic substrate is occurred due to the deformation of the substrate. The occurrence of crack causes electrical resistance to increase and the quality of the device to deteriorate. In case of RFID antenna, the range of reading distance is shortened as the electrical resistance of the antenna is increased. Therefore, the deformation of the plastic substrate, which causes the occurrence of crack, should be minimized by setting up low operating tension in R2R process. In low tension, slippage between a moving substrate and a roller would be generated when the operating speed is increased. And scratch would be occurred when slippage is generated due to an air entrainment, which is related to the thickness of the air film. The thickness of the air film is increased when operating speed is increased as shown by simulation based on mathematical model. The occurrence of scratch in conductive pattern printed by roll to roll process is a critical damage because it causes degradation or failure of electrical property of it.
This study developed and evaluated the motion control of 3D printed fingers applied to smart gloves. Four motions were programmed by assembling the module using the Arduino program: cylindrical grasping, spherical grasping, tip-to-tip pinch gripping, and three-jaw pinch gripping. Cap and re-entrant (RE) strip types were designed to model the finger. Two types of modeling were printed using filaments of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The prepared samples were evaluated using three types of pens for cylidrical grasping, three types of balls for spherical grasping, and two types of cards for tip-to-tip pinch gripping and three-jaw pinch gripping. The motion control of fingers was connected using five servo motors to the number of each control board. Cylindrical and spherical grasping were moved by controlling the fingers at 180° and 150°, respectively. Pinch gripping was controlled using a tip-to-tip pinch motion controlled by the thumb at 30° and index-middle at 0° besides a three-jaw pinch motion controlled by the thumb-index finger-middle at 30°, 0°, and 0°, respectively. As a result of the functional evaluation, the TPE of 3D-printed fingers was more flexible than those of TPU. RE strip type of 3D-printed fingers was more suitable for the motion control of fingers than the 3D-printed finger.

3D printing is a process of producing 3d object from a digital file in STL format by joining, bonding, sintering or polymerizing small volume elements by layer. The various type of 3d printing is classified according to the additive manufacturing strategies. Among the types of 3D printer, SLA(StereoLithography Apparatus) and DLP(Digital Light Processing) 3D printer which use polymerization by light source are widely used in dental office. In the previous study, a full-arch scale 3d printed model is less precise than a conventional stone model. However, in scale of quadrant arch, a 3d printed model is significantly precise than a five-axis milled model. Using $3^{rd}$ Party dental CAD program, full denture, provisional crowns and diagnostic wax-up model are fabricated by 3d printer in dental office. In Orthodontics, based on virtual setup model, indirect bracket bonding tray can be generated by 3d printer. And thermoforming clear aligner can be fabricated on the 3d printed model. 3D printed individual drilling guide enable the clinician to place the dental implant on the proper position. The development of layer additive technology enhance the quality of 3d printing object and shorten the operating time of 3D printing. In the near future, traditional dental laboratory process such as casting, denture curing will be replaced by digital 3D printing.
