The purpose of this study was to introduce major contents and examine the feminist social work practice. Feminist social work practice has never been introduced and applied to social work fields in Korea. By contrast, it has been developed and expanded in advanced Western countries. Feminist social work was emerged under the influence of worldwide Women's Movement on the end of 1960's. After the time, there were critics of existing social work practice by feminist, increase in interest of women's issues, development of principles and methods in feminist social work practice. Feminist social work practice brought, transformative change, application of gender perspectives to social work practice. Also, it offered the visions for 'integrative practice', accepted the alternative principles and methods, and enriched 'theory-practice'. As the result, feminist social work practice contributed to solving or alleviating the problems of many clients, especially women clients. These evidences suggest that feminist social work practice has the possibility of holding an position as a new alternative social work practice.

A case of chronic dry cough which was tried to be treated through so many medications in a period of two months, responded very well to a simple ayurvedic remedy composing of a common formulation chosen as per the ayurvedic principles of pathogenesis and management. This case may be an eye opener to the concurrent ayurvedic clinical practice and invites ayurvedic practitioners to stick to their own principles of disease management for obtaining better responses.

The Japanese Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Standard on Drugs was finalized as a guideline and implemented in April, 1983. This standard is intended to ensure the quality and integrity of the data from nonclinical toxicity studies submitted to the Ministry of Health and Welfare in support of applications for approval to manufacture or import new drugs or to be used in the reevaluation of previously approved drugs. The standard includes a guideline for organizational matters, personnel, facility, equipment, testing operation, documentation and conduct of studies. Principles and influences of implementation of Japanese GLP will be discussed briefly in comparison with foreign GLPs.

Introduction : The purpose of scholarly paper is to review of motor learning concepts and to examine in integration of motor learning research finding in occupational therapy services for adults with hemiplegia. Body : The principles of motor learning is stage of learning, type of task, practice and feedback. Depending on stage of learning, therapist need to apply of the principles. In early stage of learning, therapists should be promote patient's awareness about therapeutic goals, task performance environment and how to perform. Whole practice, blocked practice and constant practice improve performance skill. In the latter stage of learning, therapists have to design a intervention protocol for patient to use the implicit feedback. Random practice and open task facilitates performance skills. Conclusion : When establishing the a intervention plan for adults with hemiplegia, therapists should systematically developed the principles of motor learning. Intervention program must be established by applying the principles of motor learning in accordance with the learner's level of task performance, and modified depending on the therapeutic progress.

Purpose: To Provide 3 main principles that needs to be changed for clinical practice and suggest the frame of clinical practice in accordance with the change of generation. Methods: We reviewed literatures related with Clinical Practice. Results: The purpose of physical therapy is to maintain the client's motor and functional ability and enhance the quality of lifestyle. To carry out the principles of clinical practice effectively all the physical therapist must be able to comprehend as follows. First, physical therapy can be different generation by generation. Second, technical terminology must be used when communicate. Third, There are certain ways of process in physical therapy. Conclusion: Physical therapist that is heath care professional occupation in health related, is in need of constant endeavor. Also physical therapist must train oneself self-directed learning.

"UNIDROIT Principles 2004" focused on an enlargement rather than a revision. An additional Section or Chapter so to speak, which are about, the Authority of a Agents, Third Party Rights, Set-off, Assignment of Rights, Transfer of Obligations and Assignment of Contracts, and Limitation Periods have been added, while the only change of substance made to the 1994 Edition, apart from two paragraphs in the Preamble, and three new provisions in Chapter 1 and 2 which are necessary to adapt the Principles to the needs of electronic contracting. The Principles which have the nature of the restatement of international uniform laws (for example CISG) are continuous exercise. Therefore we should note whether in the future our concerns would be on a additional topics on a improvement of the current text by monitoring the reception of the "UNIDROIT Principles 2004" in practice, and the application by contracting parties. The purposes of the Principles may be classified into three ; the rules of law governing the contract, means of interpreting and supplementing international uniform law or domestic law, or models for national and international legislator. Among them, the function of governing law may be applied by the express choice by the parties or by the implied choice like "general principles of law" or "les mercatoria", and it may be applied in the absence of any choice of law by the parties. Among there importance functions, this writer would like to emphasize the function to supplementing international uniform law instruments. The reason is that the CISG which has been established as an international uniform sales act and to which our country would be a contracting State from March, 2005, needs a lot of gap-filling. For this purpose it is advisable the parties to insert following provisions in their contract. "This contract shall be governed by the CISG, supplemented when necessary by the UNIDROIT Principles 2004" Thus success in practice of the UNIDROIT Principles over the last then years has surpassed the most optimistic expectations. It is hoped that the 2004 Edition of the UNIDROIT Principles will be just as favorably received by legislators, business persons, lawyers, arbitrators and judges and become even better known and more widely used throughout the World.

In this study, we explored the meaning of science education in an inclusive education setting tram the view of the epistemological approach, and discussed the principles and theories for constructing an educational program. Also, we explored the possibility of inclusive education in science education by suggesting principles for practice: accommodating science curriculum macroscopically, adapting science curriculum microscopically, considering diversity in science instruction, sharing the differences in science teaching and learning, and restructuring the assessment system in science education. We also reviewed the case on learning basic concepts in optics for the visually impaired according to the principles discussed. In conclusion, we discussed the considerations for the practice of inclusive education in science education and inferred further research problems.

The Governing Council of UNIDROIT at its 90th session adopted on 10 May 2011 the third edition of the Principles of International Commercial Contracts("UNIDROIT Principles 2010"). The UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts first published in 1994 and in a second edition in 2004, are taken by legislators worldwide as a model for contract law reform and increasingly used in international contracting and arbitration practice, as well as by the courts to interpret and supplement the applicable domestic law. The UNIDROIT Principles are particularly useful to parties when negotiating and drafting international contracts. The new edition of the Principles, UNIDROIT Principles 2010, prepared by a group of experts from all over the world including representatives of numerous international organizations and arbitration centers. The UNIDROIT Principles 2010 contain new provisions on restitution in case of failed contracts, illegality, conditions, and plurality of obligors and obligees, while with respect to the text of the 2004 edition the only significant changes made relate to the Comments to Article 1.4.

Dr. Ranganathan's "Principles for Helpful Sequence" among the set of normative principles play an exclusive role in the arrangement of subject isolates. Each subject in the universe of subjects is regulated by a guiding principle of its own which analogously determines the sequence of Arrays in ordering the subject surrogates or isolates. For example, the "Principle of Later-in-Evolution" is applied for sequencing isolates of Animal and Plant Species; this concept can be applied to one of the tools of KOS viz. Taxonomies. The application of Principles for Helpful Sequence is summarily presented and in the process the paper highlights the inherent elements of knowledge organization in each one of these principles in a manner that might map the future course of research in this area with the potentiality to bring about a relation between principles for helpful sequence and KOS.
