중국 징진지(京津冀) 일체화전략의 현황과 과제 (A Study on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration Strategy of China)

  • 최근 중국이 중속성장단계에 접어들면서 새로운 경제상황을 반영한 경제발전전략들이 제기되고 있다. 그 중에서도 징진지(베이징-텐진-허베이) 일체화전략은 그동안 진행되어 왔던 지역발전전략과도 차별성을 가지고 있다. 징진지 지역은 수도권-환보하이 경제권-징진지 도시권-징진지 일체화 등 4단계의 발전과정을 거치면서 대도시와 인근 지역을 발전시키는 새로운 지역발전정책의 모델을 제시하고 있다. 만약 이 발전모델이 성공한다면 대도시를 중심으로 한 지역경제권 발전이 향후 중국의 주요 성장전략이 될 것이다. 징진지 일체화전략은 지역 내 산업구조조정, 도시기능의 재배치, 인프라시설의 공동건설, 공공서비스분야의 협력, 사회보장분야에서의 협력 등을 추진하고 있다. 이 과정에서 징진지 지역 간 산업구조의 차이와 동질화로 인한 문제, 허베이지역의 빈곤지대 문제, 환경문제와 베이징의 비(非)수도적 기능 분산 등의 문제에도 직면해있다. 이러한 문제들은 단기간 내 해결하기는 힘들기 때문에 중앙정부와 각 지역정부간의 단계별 조정이 필요하며, 그 결과에 따라 징진지 일체화전략의 성공여부가 결정될 것으로 보인다.

Production of transgenic cattle by somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) with the human granulocyte colony-stimulation factor (hG-CSF)

  • The hG-CSF (human Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor) is a growth and stimulation factor capable of inducing the proliferation of bone marrow cells, several types of leukocytes, among other hematopoietic tissue cells. hG-CSF is used in used to treat anomalies that reder a small number of circulating white blood cells, which may compromise the immune defenses of the affected person. For these reasons, the production of hG-CSF in a bioreactor system using the mammary gland of genetic modified animals is a possibility of adding value to the bovine genetic material and reducing the costs of hG-CSF production in pharmaceutical industry. In this study, we aimed the production of transgenic hG-CSF bovine through the lipofection of bovine primary fibroblasts with an hG-CSF expression cassette and cloning these fibroblasts by the somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) technique. The bovine fibroblasts transfected with the hG-CSF cassette presented a stable insertion of this construct into their genome and were efficiently synchronized to G0/G1 cell cycle stage. The transgenic fibroblasts were cloned by SCNT and produced 103 transferred embryos and 2 pregnancies, one of which reached 7 months of gestation.

쪽방지역 주거기간과 우울증상 경험과의 관련성 (Association between period of living alone in a shabby one-room and depression experience)

  • Purpose: This study aims to substantiate a correlation between the period of living alone in a shabby one-room and a depression experience. Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study using data from the Korea Homeless Survey carried out by the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs in 2016. In the study, the data included 485 survey participants who resided in a single room. The period of single-room occupancy being divided into three groups: less than 1 year, 1 to 4 years, and more than 5 years was considered a primary independent variable. The outcome variable which represented a depression experience was measured by CESD-11(The Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression Scale). We carried out a Chi-square test and multiple logistic regression to evaluate the association. Results: The rate of depression experienced in this population was 77.5%. Almost 83.9% of the participants were reported as being unable to receive the mental health counselling in the last 12 months. After controlling for covariates, subjects who were living in a single room occupancy for 1-5 years(OR=3.89; 95% CI=1.43-10.56) and more than 5 years(OR=2.71; 95% CI= 1.05-6.95) were found to be more likely to experience depression. Conclusions: The results showed that living alone in a shabby one-room had a high correlation with experiencing depression. We proposed that there is a need to develop a new strategy for mental health promotion program for the poor, vulnerable and deprived population.

AHP 기반의 인공신경망 모델을 활용한 지하수 인공함양 후보지 선정 방안 (Site Selection Method by AHP-based Artificial Neural Network Model for Groundwater Artificial Recharge)

  • 최근 우리나라에서 발생되는 국지적 가뭄은 지하수의 효율적 활용에 대한 관심을 증대시키고 있으며, 잉여의 물을 지층 내에 저장하는 지하수 인공함양 기술 도입의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 충청남도내 퇴적 분지의 지하수 인공함양 대상지로의 가능성을 평가하기 위하여 1차 인자 3개, 2차 인자 7개로 구성된 AHP 모델을 개발하였으며, 10개 후보지에 적용한 결과를 토대로 인공신경망 모델을 구축하였다. AHP 모델은 후보지가 추가될 경우 수학적인 연산 과정에 의하여 최종 평가점수가 변하게 되나, 인공신경망 모델은 후보지별 고정적인 최종평가 점수를 제시하게 되어 인공함양 적지 선정 기준으로 사용할 수 있다. 충청남도 지역의 연구 결과, 인공신경망 모델의 최종 평가점수가 약 1.5점 이하인 경우에는 인공함양 후보지로서의 가능성이 낮은 것으로 평가되었다. 향후 타 지역에 대한 추가 연구 및 현장 조사를 통해 다양한 자료 군을 확보한다면 보다 보편적으로 적용할 수 있는 인공신경망 모델 도출이 가능할 것이다.

The Effect of Management Capability of Small and Medium Distribution Logistics Centers on Competitiveness Reinforcement: AHP Analysis

  • 1990년대 중반 이후 국내·외 유통기업의 적극적인 유통산업 진출로 중소 유통소매업은 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 이에 정부는 2003년 중소 유통소매업의 자생력 확보 및 경쟁력 강화를 위해 중소유통물류센터를 건립하였다. 하지만 급변하는 유통환경 속에서 중소유통물류센터는 점점 더 어려워지고 있었다. 중소유통물류센터 경영역량 강화를 위해 문헌연구와 FGI를 기반으로 4개의 1차 요인(경영자의 운영능력, 직원의 전문성 역량강화, 상품배송, 고객 CS관리)과 16개의 2차 요인을 설정하였다. AHP를 이용하여 이 요인들의 최종 가중치와 우선순위를 도출하고, 중소유통물류센터의 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 전략들을 수립하고자 한다.

Fabrication and field performance test of a tractor-mounted 6-row cabbage collector

  • The cultivation area for domestic cabbage increased by 26.3% from 10,968 ha in 2019 to 13,854 ha in 2020, and among leafy vegetables, the cabbage cultivation area was 62%, and production was 78.9%. Demand for field crop production of cabbage, which has a relatively high-income level compared to rice farming, is increasing, and mechanization of the field operation is urgently needed due to the insufficient development of related farming machinery. In this study, a prototype fabrication and performance test of a tractor-attached cabbage collector was carried out. The transport section was divided into two parts, one for the feeding and transportation and the other for the screening and packaging to selectively collect cabbages in bulk bags or boxes. The length of the primary collecting conveyor was designed to meet the field conditions of the Korean cabbage cultivation standards so that six cultivation rows could be worked simultaneously. Power was controlled by a hydraulic transmission line of the tractor and was easily mounted onto the 3-point hitch links behind the tractor. When the performance was evaluated, the transfer rate, loss rate, damage rate, and work performance were 100, 0, 1.2%, and 1.9 h·10 a-1. Final improvement and commercialization of the prototype would considerably contribute to the mechanization of harvesting cabbage, the main ingredient of Kimchi.

GIS를 활용한 고속도로 염화수소 가스 누출 시나리오 기반 리스크 평가 (Risk Assessment Based on Highway Hydrogen Chloride Gas Leakage Scenario Using GIS)

  • 국내의 화학 산업이 지속적으로 발전이 이루어짐에 따라 화학물질의 취급량과 운송량은 매년 증가하고 있다. 우리나라 도로 화물운송은 90%이상을 차지하고 있으며, 화학물질 운송도 대부분 도로를 통해 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 화학물질 운송차량들은 사고가 발생하게 되면 대형사고로 이어질 수 있다. 운송차량은 1차 피해인 교통사고뿐만 아니라 2차 피해인 환경 피해 요인들인 수질오염, 토양오염 등을 발생시킬 가능성이 높다. 본 연구는 반포IC와 서초IC 구간을 연구지역으로 설정하여 염화수소 가스 누출에 대한 시나리오를 작성하여, ALOHA 프로그램을 사용하여 예측거리를 측정하고 거리에 따라 염화수소 가스가 도달한 시간을 분석하였다. 또한 GIS를 이용해 시간별로 발생한 피해 영역에 대해서 인구밀도를 이용한 리스크 평가를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 피해 영역에 대해서 예방·대응 방안의 필요성을 제시하였다.

생태계서비스 평가를 위한 공간 수준별 측정지표 선정 - 공급서비스를 중심으로 - (The Selection of Measurement Indicators by Spatial Levels for Ecosystem Services Assessment - Focused on the Provisioning Service -)

  • Provisioning service, which is one of the ecosystem service functions, means goods and services such as food and fuel that people get from ecosystem. Provisioning functions are closely related to the primary industry, a sector of economy. Excessive demand and use of human society can cause trade-offs among regulation, cultural, and supporting services. Therefore, it is important to perform evaluation ecosystem services periodically and to monitor the time series fluctuations to identify the impact of provisioning services on other ecosystem services (trade-off) and to maintain sustainable provisioning service. When it comes to the precise assessment of provisioning service, it is necessary to get the statistical data and standardize indicators and methods. In this study, indicators and methods, which are applicable to the spatial level of national-local-protected areas, were derived through literature analysis and expert survey. The result of this study implies that provisioning services measurement by spatial level improve the efficiency of the establishment of environmental conservation plans by whose purpose.

Effects of Dietary Carbohydrases on Fecal Microbiome Composition of Lactating Sows and Their Piglets

  • Corn-soybean meal diets are commonly used in the pork industry as a primary source of energy and protein. However, such a diet generally contains non-starch polysaccharides (NSPs) which present a challenge in finding ways to improve their availability and digestibility. Dietary multi-carbohydrases (MCs) have been proposed as an efficient approach to utilize NSPs, and can result in improved growth performance and host intestinal fitness. In this study, we evaluated the effects of MC in lactation diets on gut microbiota composition of lactating sows and their litters. The experimental design contained two dietary treatments, a diet based on corn-soybean meal (CON), and CON supplemented with 0.01% multigrain carbohydrases (MCs). Sow and piglet fecal samples were collected on days 7 and 28 after farrowing. Based on the results from 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing, MC led to changes in species diversity and altered the microbial compositions in lactating sows and their piglets. Specifically, the MC treatment induced an increase in the proportions of Lactobacillus in piglets. Clostridium and Spirochaetaceae showed a significantly reduced proportion in MC-treated sows at day 28. Our results support the beneficial effects of dietary carbohydrases and their link with improved production due to better host fitness outcomes and gut microbiota composition.

국내 갈락토스혈증 아동의 식생활 관리에 대한 주 보호자와 임상전문가의 인식 및 지원 요구도 조사 (Perception and Demand of Primary Caregivers and Clinical Experts for the Dietary Management of Children with Galactosemia in Korea)

  • Galactosemia is a rare genetic metabolic disease caused by galactose and its metabolites generated during carbohydrate metabolism, which is relatively rare in Asian countries, including Korea. Patients with galactosemia should be treated with a galactose-restricted diet. However, information is lacking about the exact content of galactose in food, and dietary guidelines for patients with galactosemia in Korea. This study aims to recognize the difficulties faced by parents and clinical experts of patients with galactosemia, and understand their demands. Totally, 5 parents of children diagnosed with galactosemia and 5 clinical professionals participated in the focus group interviews. The parents' interview focused on the daily life of the patient, which included diet and social difficulties. The clinical experts mainly answered about medical care, including the number and status of patients, and their suggestions for effective treatment. Most parents were worried about social isolation due to conflicts in the family as well as in society due to a lack of understanding of the disease. The clinical experts stated the absence of a disease management system as the greatest problem. An integrated support system for patients with galactosemia, which includes appropriate dietary guidelines by considering the domestic environment, is required.
