데이터 거버넌스 수준평가 모델 개발의 제안 (A Level Evaluation Model for Data Governance)

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a model of level evaluation for data governance that can diagnose and verify level of insufficient part of operating data governance. We expanded the previous study related on attribute indices of data governance and developed a level model of evaluation and items. The model of level evaluation for data governance is the level of evaluation and has items of 400 components. We used previous studies and expert opinion analysis such as the Delphi technique, KJ method in this paper. This study contributes to literature by developing a level evaluation model for data governance at the early phase. This paper will be used for the base line data in objective evidence of performance in the companies and agencies of operating data governance.

The Effects of Product, Process, and Facilities Characteristics on the Conversion Processes and Outcomes for Cellular Manufacturing : An Empirical Study

  • The conversion processes from traditional job shops to cellular manufacturing systems can be viewed as an aggregation of cause-and-effect relationships among many strategic, managerial, and technical variables. Therefore, management needs to fully understand these interacting variables and possible relationships between the variables to successfully convert their plants to cellular manufacturing systems. The purpose of this study is to assist such management's needs in part. The objectives of this research are i) investigating contingency variables that may affect the conversion processes and outcomes to cellular manufacturing systems and ii) examining relationships between the variables and the conversion processes and outcomes. In this paper, particularly three categories of variables are examined: product, process routing, and process technology / facilities characteristics. Literature review and the mail survey method are used. The results are compared and synthesized with the findings of previous studies for useful discussions. Some previous arguments and propositions are empirically supported.

항공정비조직의 유연성문화 연구 (A Study on Flexible Culture in Aviation Maintenance Organization)

  • The aircraft maintenance demands a lot of aviation mechanics in urgent according to the high season and low season in seasonal demand adjusted, unplanned maintenance work such as AD (airworthiness directives) and troubleshooting of aircraft system fault. The advent of Super-Large Aircraft such as A380 with aircraft materials, power plant and avionics systems which were not in previous models must be expected to increase the complexity of the aircraft maintenance system. This study is intended to propose the development plan for formation of positive flexibility culture in aircraft maintenance organization through the review of previous research on flexibility culture of organization and through empirical research for bureaucratic and poor factors by the evaluation of flexibility culture level of domestic aircraft maintenance organization.

  • 회전안정화 로켓 모터를 이용하는 우주 비행체의 자세 불안정 현상을 수치적 실험을 통하여 연구하였다. 이전 연구에서는 해석적 방법을 통하여 주어진 우주 비행체에 대한 정상해를 구하고 실제 발생했던 공진과 유사한 공진조건을 찾았으나 정상해 근방에서의 안정도 또는 파라미터 공간 전역에서의 안정도가 어떻게 변하는 지를 알 수가 없었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이전 연구결과를 기초로 하여 주어진 파라미터 공간 전역에서 수치적 실험을 통하여 유동체의 파라미터 값에 따라 위성체의 자세 안정도가 어떻게 변화하는지를 관찰하고, 시스템 설계에 필요한 파라미터들의 안정/불안정 영역을 결정하였다.

  • 본 연구는 데이터 센터 Outsourcing에 관련된 비용 중에서 가장 산정하기 복잡하고 곤란한 기기 운영 비용을 합리적으로 산정할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 이를 위해서 Outsourcing 관련 문헌 조사를 통해 Outsourcing 비용 산정의 기본적인 개념을 정립하고 실제적인 Outsourcing 사례를 분석하여 기기 운영 비용을 합리적으로 산출할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시한다. 그리고 제시된 비용 산정 방법은 기존 방법과의 정량적인 비교 분석을 통하여 타당성을 검증하고 고객사의 담당자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 새로운 비용 산정 방법의 합리성과 유용성을 실증적으로 검증한다.

Ray-Tracing Method를 이용한 일영면적 산정방식 고찰 (A Study on the Calculation of Overshadowing Area by Ray-Tracing Method)

  • Nowadays, the solar expose right is very important with people's life. Therefore, in calculating the sunshine hours, the point analysis and area analysis methods are used in previous studies. Previous two methods have merits and faults. Therefore, ray-tracing method is used as a alternative. Ray-tracing method is adopted by the software of Autodesk Ecotect which is a widely used program by the architectural company and academic university. In this study first, ray-tracing methodology is studied with how to calculate the overshadowing area and, secondly, the sensitivity of the two major factors, overshadowing accuracy and sky subdivision, is analyzed. With these results, appropriate application of the ray-tracing method is presented.

하천유지유량을 이용한 일최대 오염허용부하량 산정 방안 (Calculation of Total Maximum Daily Load using Instreamflow Requirement)

  • This study developed the methodology to calculate the total daily maximum load (TMDL) using the instreamflow requirement because the previous TMDLs were too simple to easily achieve. Instreamflow requirement which was the average low flow ($Q_{275}$) in the previous planning cannot consider the seasonal variation of streamflow. Therefore, this study used the instreamflow requirement which is a maximum value among hydrologic drought flow ($Q_{355}$), and environmental flows for ecology and scenery. The environmental flows for ecology were calculated using Physical HABitat SIMulation system (PHABSIM) which can estimate the necessary flow for fish survival by life cycle. Using the proposed method, all monthly TMDLs of streams in the Anyangcheon were calculated for the application.

기업의 R&D 성과 측정 : 산업간 차이에 대한 탐색적 연구 (Measuring Firms' R&D Performance: an exploratory study on sectoral differences in R&D performance)

  • An efficient and productive R&D operation is a major source of competitive advantage in today's economy, and a lot of efforts are made to raise R&D productivity. A prerequisite for making R&D more efficient and productive is to be able to measure it. Hence, a number of studies have attempted to measure R&D productivity. R&D productivity, in the previous studies, was measured with patents at the firm or industry level. However, most previous studies considered only a quantitative aspect, not a quantitative aspect of patents. In this study, various dimensions of patent quality as well as patent quantity were considered for the measurement of R&D performance. The differences in R&D performance across sectors were examined, and it was found that electrical/electronic industry shows higher R&D performance than mechanic and chemical industries. Discriminant analysis based on inputs and outputs for R&D shows' that there exist a strong discriminatory power across industries. The results of this research can provide the directions 'for the firm's R&D policy.

새로운 슬라이딩 표면에 기반한 비홀로노믹 이동 로봇의 추종 제어 (A New Sliding-Surface-Based Tracking Control of Nonholonomic Mobile Robots)

  • This paper proposes a new sliding-surface-based tracking control system for nonholonomic mobile robots with disturbance. To design a robust controller, we consider the kinematic model and the dynamic model of mobile robots with disturbance. We also propose a new sliding surface to solve the problem of previous study. That is, since the new sliding surface is composed of differentiable functions unlike the previous study, we can obtain the control law for arbitrary trajectories without any constraints. From the Lyapunov stability theory, we prove that the position tracking errors and the heading direction error converge to zero. Finally, we perform the computer simulations to demonstrate the performance of the proposed control system.

  • With the progress of IT, the strategic use of information systems have been applied to the interorganizatonal business areas, that is called Interorganizational Systems (IOS). Previous IT diffusion researches or IT adoption researches have been focused to newly emerged IT but confined into one organization. However, IOS such as internet or EDI relate with between organizations. In this sense, this research has analyzed the IT diffusion factors affected by IOS based on the previous studies of IT adoption. This study designed a research model using the factors of adopting IOS, and conducted an empirical research with questionnaires with top domestic 80 firms. And the finding is that the factors of the CIO support, business partners and an industry community have significance but other factors such as the size of firm, the degree of IS maturity, the degree of firm centrality, the complexity or suitability of IOS are not.
