This study is to find the accurate interpretations for the UCP600 by integrating, ISBP745, Official Opinions of ICC Banking Commission and some Case Laws suggesting the reasonable implication for the upcoming UCP. Major results analyzed by this study are as follows. First, The preclusion rule, UCP600 Article 16(c), is closely connected with the doctrine of documentary cure, so the banks requirement of Single Notice must state all the discrepancies of the documents presented. Exceptionally if the cured documents by the presenter are happened to be inconsistent the initial notice the bank can require the presenter to re-tender within the expiry date or the last day for presentation. Secondly, The Issuing Bank can utilize the right of seeking a waiver of documentary discrepancies from the applicant with the time limit of 5 banking days. If the bank wants to require an applicant to report discrepancies promptly, he may include a provision in the reimbursement engagement limiting the time limit within which the applicant must give notice of facial discrepancies. Thirdly, if a credit contains a non-documentary condition, banks will deem such condition as not states and will disregard it. According to the principle of private autonony if a credit contains a non-documentary condition to be consistent with by the parties concerned in a credit the non-documentary condition can be treated, as an effective condition itself. Fourthly, according to the Korean Supreme Court's decision, negotiation includes the method of crediting the credit amount and then transfers such funds into a special account and controls the account. Finally, UCP600 Article 33 states a bank has no obligation to accept a presentation outside of its banking hours. However, there is no rule in UCP600 in regard to a presentation after the close of business. Hopefully the upcoming UCP has to stipulates a sort of definite article to determine such ambiguous.

This paper is aiming at analyzing case law of India in relation with reasonable time to make decision whether to accept or to refuse the documents received from the presenter in credit transactions. As specified in UCP, the failure to refuse to accept the documents within a reasonable time precludes the Issuing Bank, Confirming Bank (if any) and Nominated Bank from asserting that they are discrepant. Compliance of the stipulated documents on their face with the terms and conditions of the credit shall be determined by international standard banking practice as reflected in this Articles of UCP 500. The Issuing bank is only to be held responsible for honoring the documents presented by beneficiary through the nominated banks if they are strictly in compliance with terms and conditions of the Credit. As any well experienced banker knows, however, a word-by-word, letter-by-letter correspondence between the documents and the credit terms means a practical impossibility. Thus the notion of reasonable care in conjunction with the doctrine of strict compliance mixed with International Standard Banking Practices has not played a right functional standard for checking the documents as stipulated in the credit and UCP 500. And so the rejection rate is highly estimated at approximately 50% in EU and 40 to 70% according to their geographical locations in the USA. As a result, it can possibly be inferred from this fact that the credit industry would be facing the functional failure as the international trade credit facility, if not supported with motive power as a relevant scheme in UCP 500. It is quite important to note that UCP 500 Article 13(b) which specify the time limit for the banks to notify the presenter their decision not to accept the documents within a reasonable time not to exceed seven banking days following the day of receipt of documents would be the motive engine to improve the negotiability of documents in international trade financial facility.

발표자료를 표시하는 프로그램 제어용 도구인 프레젠테이션 리모트 컨트롤러(presentation remote controller)를 발전시켜 단순한 페이지별 이동기능 외에 발표자의 긴장도를 실시간으로 확인하고 인체 반응 상태를 점검하며, 발표능력과 전달의도가 정확하지 못한 부분을 미리 확인하고 보완할 수 있는 지능 부가형 제어기 구성을 제안하고 성능을 시험한다. 제어기로는 스마트 폰이 사용되며 블루투스(bluetooth) 모듈을 인터페이스로 하여, 실행되는 프로세서에 접속하고 맥박 신호를 발표자 신체신호로 검출하여 실시간(150 ms 이내)으로 인체 상태를 인식하고 기록한다. 저장된 인체신호 데이터는 가공/처리되어 발표 능력과 자신감 향상의 자료로 이용한다. 이러한 일련의 과정은 4년제 대학의 졸업예정자를 대상으로 20주의 비정규적인 캡스톤디자인 활동을 통해 이루어진 결과이다.

In this study, 27 pre-service teachers presented virtual mathematics instruction to develop his/her own teaching practice ability. I found several attributes in their virtual mathematics instruction such as connecting contents, asking justification, encouraging students' communication, representing variously, and using ICT etc. These will be the characteristics of the future mathematics class. When peer pre-service teachers assess presenter's instruction quantitatively, there are differences in the results between expert and pre-service teachers. Pre-service teachers didn't find the elements of student self assessment or group assessment and communication activities at the virtual instruction. When they assess peers' virtual instruction qualitatively, the results are specific or new ones compared with the quantitative assessment elements. Thus I suggested some implications for the mathematics pre-service teachers' virtual instruction in the view of teacher education.

A functionally graded material is a nonhomogeneous material, which is composed of several different materials to maintain structural rigidity and endure high temperature loads. An analytical method is presenter to solve the unsteady heat conduction equation for nonhomogeneous materials. A one-dimensional infinite plate made of functionally graded material is considered. The approximate Green's function solution is derived and to be used to obtain the temperature distribution them the stress distributions may be obtained. The volume fraction, the porosity, the stress difference, and the stress ratio are the design parameters and are to be used to set up a systematic design procedure.

Recently ubiquitous application services are developed plentifully using RFID techniques in the field of distribution and security industries. However, except these field the applications using RFID are not mature yet. In this study, we proposed a real-time context service model of the u-conference based on the real-time contextual information acquired from conference and exposition. With collection of real-time contextual information for u-conference, the model can provide a lot of information services on the state of session attendee, doorway control, affairs, user certification, presentation progress etc. For the verification of proposed real-time context service model of u-conference, we design and implement the conference progress state service included the state of session attendee, user certification and presentation progress etc. This service provides the presentation state information included the current presenter, the paper list, the number of session attendee, the schedule and place of each session using the collecting RFID tag and the related information.

Since the 1980s, a number of professionals in the ESL/EFL field have investigated the role of pronunciation in the ESL/EFL curriculum. Applying the insights gained from the second language acquisition research, these efforts have focused on the integration of pronunciation teaching and learning into the communicative curriculum, with a shift towards overall intelligibility as the primary goal of pronunciation teaching and learning. The present study reports on the efficacy of audio-visual aids and hyper-pronunciation training method in teaching the productions of English consonants to Japanese college students. The talk will focus on the implications of the present study, and the presenter makes suggestions to teaching pronunciation to Japanese learners.

'Interaction' here means an action that reciprocally affects each other. In this action each change and movement does not exist independently but acts upon each other. The interaction of fashion design has undergone a lot of changing experiences. Besides it assumes the role of an appreciator that participates in the formation of work. This interaction breaks down the distinction between the designer as the maker and presenter of dress and the passive dresser and appreciator as its passive receivers.. Finally, it integrates the creator, receiver and technology altogether. The interaction tendencies of fashion design treated in this study are classified into four types. First, the mechanism that is included as a part of work and the cognitive response that the observer experiences. Second, the response that fashion design displays towards the stimulus of circumstances. Third, the changeability of manipulation of fashion design. Fourth, the control that mechanism acts upon dynamic status by technology. As in may other fields of our life, interaction in fashion design reflects the change and interactivity of our thinking and ideas.

본 연구는 안드로이드 스마트폰 시스템을 기반으로 하여 점점 증가하는 프레젠테이션의 중요성 및 필요성에 따라 프레젠테이션을 효율적으로 진행하도록 돕는 무선 프리젠터 애플리케이션 개발에 관한 연구이다. 최근의 스마트폰은 휴대하기 편리한 특징과 다양한 기능들로 인해 빠른 속도로 보급되고 있으며, 여러 가지 기능의 센서가 내장되어 있다. 이러한 특징을 활용하여 별다른 기기 없이 스마트폰 자체를 무선 프리젠터로 사용할 수 있으며, 이에 대한 연구 및 개발들이 진행되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 프리젠터 애플리케이션들은 인터페이스가가 너무 복잡해서 사용하기 불편하거나, 혹은 인터페이스가 너무 단순하여 제한된 기능만을 가지는 단점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해서 제스쳐 인식을 활용하여 직관적으로 애플리케이션 사용이 가능하며, 멀티터치 제스처를 활용함으로써 다양한 기능을 수용할 수 있는 무선 프리젠터를 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 최근 스마트폰의 보급이 활성화 되고 다양한 응용프로그램이 개발됨에 따라, 안드로이드를 이용하여 스마트 프리젠터를 구현한다. 스마트 프리젠터는 블루투스의 SPP(Serial Port Profile)와 A2DP(Advanced Audio Distribution Profile)을 이용해 다중링크를 구성하여 PC를 원격 제어하는 동시에 음성을 전송하여 마이크 기능을 수행하도록 구현한다.
