Root Cause Analysis (RCA) has been widely used as a structured approach to investigate patient safety incidents. RCA helps identify what, how, and why something happened, therefore preventing recurrence of incidents. Since many quality tools can be used during RCA, various formats of RCA exist. If RCAs are performed incorrectly or incompletely, they are likely to produce unusable results. To address this issue, RCA software has been developed. The use of RCA software in investigating patient safety incidents may offer several advantages, such as potential reduction in learning time, shortening of the analytic process, facilitation of collection, analysis, and presentation of data and production of meaningful RCA reports. We introduced six healthcare RCA software and compared characteristics. Results from this study will enable the RCA team to choose proper RCA software.

Gallium Oxide (Ga2O3) has been widely investigated for the optoelectronic applications due to its wide bandgap and the optical transparency. Recently, with the development of fabrication techniques in nanometer scale semiconductor materials, there have been an increasing number of extensive reports on the synthesis and characterization of Ga2O3 nano-structures such as nano-wires, nano-belts, and nano-dots. In contrast to typical vapor-liquid-solid growth mode with metal catalysts to synthesis 1-dimensional nano-wires, there are several difficulties in fabricating the nano-structures by using sputtering techniques. This is attributed to the fact that relatively low growth temperatures and higher growth rate compared with chemical vapor deposition method. In this study, Ga2O3 nanowires (NWs) were synthesized by using radio-frequency magnetron sputtering method. The NWs were then coated by Au thin films and annealed under Ar or N2 gas enviroment with no supply of Gallium and Oxygen source. Several samples were prepared with varying the post annealing parameters such as gas environment annealing time, annealing temperature. Samples were characterized by using XRD, SEM, and PL measurements. In this presentation, the details of fabrication process and physical properties of branched Ga2O3 NWs will be reported.

We present collections of optical photometry for a pre-main sequence star HBC 722. It showed large amplitude optical outburst (${\Delta}V=4.7$ mag) in 2010 and classified as a FU Orionis type object. We have been observing HBC 722 from 2011 April to 2013 May, using Camera for QUasars in EArly uNiverse (CQUEAN) attached to the 2.1 m Otto Struve telescope at the McDonald Observatory. Time-series monitoring data (minute-scale interval) were obtained in SDSS r, i and z bands to see short-scale behaviors as well as trace the long-term brightness changes after the eruption in 2010. Interestingly, it started to brighten from 2011 early summer and became brighter than the first outburst peak in our 2013 May observation. We expect that the recovering phase would result from re-increase of disk accretion rate, might attribute to distinctive short-scale color features. In this presentation, we report long- and short-timescale optical behaviors of HBC 722 in the post-outburst phase.

The aim of this thesis is to clarify the application of Derrida's 'Deconstruction' theory on the contemporary costume. Derrida's theory of 'Deconstruction' took into the 'decentring' concept which deconstructed the subjects i.e., Occidentalism, Elitecentrism, logocentrism, mancentrism etc.; it deconstructed the dichotomy that had been expressed in the traditional occidental metaphysics, by raising the isolated ones such as the Orient, sub-culture, ir- rationality, madness, woman etc. Summarizing the conclusion of this thesis as follows, 1. The impact of 'Deconstruction' from the inside is to be seen in the principles of intertextuality of the costume, therefore it has shown the bisexual costume by interacting gender, and the costume by mixing time, place and occasion. 2. $\ulcorner$Dis$\lrcorner$ deft phenomena which shows the concept of escape from the center were presented as decentring, dislocation, discomposition, disorder. 3. Undecidability principle resulted in the undecidable presentation in the wearing styles such as wearing, unwearing, layering. Contemporary costume by the 'Deconstruction' from the inside regards costume as a dynamic text, which has attempted the interaction with the other genres. It deconstructed the teleology of the costume function, and it accepts all the various aesthetic principles.

This study action drama TV drama 'Ya-ha'(夜叉) the actual work practices of the pre-consultation stage through the Writers, Producer, Art directors and in consultation with the opinion of the character set the record of the contents and character changes over time in accordance with characters makeup the design elements were analyzed. The methods of study was used local and abroad related books, studies, publications and cases and the subjects were limited to be four male make up characters in drama 'Ya-cha'. As a result, TV action drama 'Ya-cha' make up design elements and representation techniques were classified as description of skin tone, wound, the shape of eyebrows, hair type, shape of beard and materials and carried out an important role in the character representation. First, presentation techniques changed skin tones depending on character and position and described wound shape as expression technique and materials were analyzed. Second, the shape of eyebrows was based on the physiognomy of the form. And hair type changed volume, thickness, length and texture depending on character. Third, shape of beard is expressed different kinds of volume, thickness, length and texture depending on character. There fore, that systematization of the make-up design elements is useful to express stable characters and make drama for make up in various image genres.

In case of the hydraulic turbine dynamo room at Dam, due to its big volume and reflexible finishing material, since the noise of electricity-generation is amplifying, it influences the difficulty of mutual communication among the workers, also it is causing both mental and physical damages to those workers in the neighboring office. Accordingly, after presentation of the optimized renovation model of the hydraulic turbine dynamo room using the acoustic simulation, this Research has compared and evaluated them using the auralizational technique between the present condition of "before improvement" and the acoustic condition of "after improvement". As the result of psycho-acoustics experiment, as the acoustic conditions at both "before & after Improvement" were apparently compared, it appeared that there is a considerable amount of noise-reduction effect at psycho-acoustics. It is considered that such material could be utilized as the valuable data hereafter for the time when any construction and renovation of the hydraulic turbine dynamo room and other similar workshop.

Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is comprised of a heterogeneous group of several disease subtypes that are characterized by the onset of arthritis before the age of 16 years and has symptoms lasting at least 6 weeks. The previous classification of JIA included seven different categories, whereas its current classification was compiled by the International League of the Association for Rheumatology, and replaced the previous terms of "juvenile chronic arthritis" and "juvenile rheumatoid arthritis," which were used in Europe or North America, respectively, with the single nomenclature of JIA. As mentioned above, JIA is defined as arthritis of unknown etiology that manifests itself before the age of 16 years and persists for at least 6 weeks, while excluding other known conditions. The clinical symptoms of JIA can be quite variable. Several symptoms that are characteristic of arthritis are not necessarily diagnostic of JIA and may have multiple etiologies that can be differentiated with careful examination of patient history. The disease may develop over days or sometimes weeks, thereby making the diagnosis difficult at the time of presentation. To make a clinical diagnosis of JIA, the first step is to exclude arthritis with known etiologies. Of note, late treatment due to excessive delay of diagnosis can cause severe damage to joints and other organs and impair skeletal maturation. Therefore, early detection of JIA is critical to ensure prompt treatment and to prevent long-term complications including the likelihood of disability in childhood.

Constant human mind and ecology centered in space is presenting as future space design substitute plan which is based on fundamental material quality in the space such as environment and human ,naturalist or Green Design, pro-environment construction, sense design and etc. So, we intend to anthropocentric value and get out of satisfaction of function as the past physical environment equipment which is applied the elements of ecology based on the organized body and interaction with human. A form of sensitive space is divided into sentient space, expressing method and material, change of space according to the flow of time, and is expressed in a more segmented form of sensuality by being replaced into a new sensitive space through transaction with human, who occupy within the space. The space embodiment which is satisfied human sense regards as alternative plan intention for the future, through two subjects relativity between the elements of ecology and sense, we will find the influence of sense as each space trait of the elements of ecology, examine sense form in the space with the synthetic summary. It is significant presentation for the lasting space based on anthropocentric delightfulness as the design which moves human mind while designing the space for this pattern of sense space.
