현재 제작되어 있는 연속지적도면은 도곽접합 과정에서 발생하는 여러 문제점으로 인하여 다양한 활용이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 즉, 연속지적도면의 적정한 품질이 확보되지 못하여 활용에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제의 해결을 위해 현재 지적분야에서는 연속지적도의 품질을 확보하기 위한 별도의 사업을 계획하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 GIS와 현황을 정확하게 참조할 수 있는 수치정사사진을 이용하여 현재 제작되어있는 연속지적도면의 제작 오류를 분석하여 봄으로써 향후 연속지적도면이 보다 정확하게 제작될 수 있는 보완 방법을 제시하여보고자 하였다.

There are many differences in the present conditions of Oriental Health care and the study of Sasang Constitution Medicine between in North Korea and South Korea. 1. The government of South Korea hasn't supported Oriental Medicine with administrative plans but that of North Korea has supported it positively and made efforts to systematize it. 2. The government of North Korea has considered Oriental Medicine and Western Medicine as mutual supplementary relationship and tried to harmonize them, invested human being and material resources in developing affirmative aspects of Oriental Medicine. That efforts of them made O.M of North Korea developed. 3. In North Korea, they has studied about the principles of O.M. generally in a laboratory. 4. In North Korea, only herbs nation warrant and satisfy standards and fixed orders can be circulated. 5. Because the Sasang Constitution Medicine is opposite to aspect of Materialism, they exclude that from Korean Medicine subjects. They only use them for clinical remedy. But recently, they concern Sasang Constitution Medicine more and more. So also in South Korea, we need to strengthen the political support of the government and the research of laboratory.

본 연구는 광주지역 특성화고의 안정적 지원 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 광주지역 일반현황 및 지원현황을 분석하고 지원계획을 검토하였다. 광주시교육청은 타교육청에 비해 지역특성 및 산업계 수요에 다른 특성화 고교 및 산학협력, 특성화고교 및 산학협력 관련 지원, 우수교원 확보 지원, 단위학교 특성화 및 산학협력 지원 등을 제시하고 있다. 반면에, 특성화 고등학교 특성화가 학교 전체보다는 학과단위에 머물러 있는 것이나 현장실습을 위한 산업체와 연계 강화, 직업교육 활성화를 위한 재정확보 노력 및 성과 등에 대해서는 지속적인 제고와 개선을 위한 노력이 요구되며 이를 보완하기위해 광주광역시 특성화고의 향후 지원방안 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

For last four or five years, the number of Korean students have gone on increasing awfully. After the year 1997 when they will flow in, our field and government will be undergone a big shock and social problems. Therefore, thorough grasping and the method of provision is expeced to need. 1. The situation, According to the data published from the year 1993 to 1997, their results are great different. But recent Korean embassy in China examined the situation of the Korean students, whose result was investigated as follows: about 1500 persons, their average age is 24 to 44, the ratio of male and female students is 3 to 1, that of their academic background which is a graduate of university : that of college : that of highschool is 1.6 : 1 : 4.7, and that of their class attitude which is direct : common : indirect appears the percents 30.4 : 52.8 : 16.8. 2. The controversial points (1) A lowering of standards on Chinese medical treatment is expected by the imprudent studying abroad without qualification. And because of excessive production of herb doctors, the amount of treatment may be above people's demand. Besides owing to the impossibility of prediction on the number the counterplans of our government may fall into utler confusion. (2) The curriculum, the teaching schedule and contents are so different that the graduates seem not to be given real education of chinese medicine from the point of Korean view. (3) In the wrong national examination, the important thought of china, and the system of WTO in Korea, when China will become mighty rival above problems contain the negative sides. 3. The counterplans - what should be performed soon. (1) Illegal contents about studying abroadl in China ought to inform sidely that students might not go on increasing. Before they form nam-power, the government and the field of chinese medicine should cope with such a situation together. (2) The law of regulation about agents should be legislated and they should be surpervised. (3) The exact numbers of students, their situation, and the present condition of each university should be examined. (4) After investigating the problems of the present system of national test, its enforcement and many counterplans is requisite. (5) The cooperating confrontation with the conference of dentistry is in need. (6) Since the problems are possibility to be developed to diplomatic questions, the effort of both nations is needful. - what need middle of long time. (1) The effort that suppress the more establishment of the college of oriental medicine is necessary. (2) After comparing with the system of foreign test, the government should make the system of test in accord with the mutualism and the principle of indiscrimination among nations and cope with such a many issues thoroughly.

The vehicle oriented block box system based on the u-healthcare and the human-free guard functions is developed in this paper. We also suggested the design philosophies, ideas, and analyzed the performance of the suggested system. The developed vehicle oriented black box system has some characteristics such as; 1) detects the dangerous situation by ultrasonic sensor in advance, and stores the situation information of the neighborhood of the vehicle to the imbedded SD memory card if the dangerous situation may be occurred in the parked vehicle; 2) detects the present location and speed information of the vehicle by GPS receiver and 3-axes acceleration sensor, and stores the information to the SD memory card periodically if the vehicle is running; 3) measures the dioxide carbon in the vehicle inside using $CO_2$ sensor, and forces the ventilation motor of the vehicle to operate and maintains the driver's health if the measured level is more than standard health requirements; 4) provides the stored vehicle's operating information to the driver by GUI (Graphical User Interface) based touch LCD monitor.

In the double-talk situation where both the near-end and far-end signal present, the performance of echo cancellation using the conventional LMS algorithm is easily degraded because it freezes the adaptation in this situation. Recently CLMS and ECLMS algorithms were proposed to solve this problem. These algorithms could be used to adapt the filter´s parameters continuously even in the double-talk situation. In this paper, we propose new recursion formulas to calculate the ECLMS algorithm. And we compare and analyze the performances of double-talk echo canceller according to changing the value of channel tracking factors ${\alpha}$, ${\beta}$ and forgetting factor λ. This research paper is to analyze the specific situation for the 157 failure cases of Seoul Metro power cable since 1990 and to consider the countermeasures. This is, also, to prevent accidents by analyzing the current state of each Line, the failure of causes, railroad tracks, installation year, opening year, and monthly failure conditions and by presenting the countermeasures. In addition, this research is to discuss the present installation situation of Seoul Metro power cable, the types of power cable, symptoms, causes and the countermeasures.

In the present social-communicating situation of the folk remedies, we can say there is no responsible main group of it. When we look for recent published remedy books, their authors' background is too various. The folk remedy only focuses on the generality but it does not understand the problem of misusing with lack of explanation and classification in view of the oriental medicine. In conclusion, current folk remedies have formed a figure out of irresponsibility.

기초조사란 위험비탈면에 실시하는 정밀조사와는 달리 비탈면의 현황을 파악하고자 실시한다. 과거 기초조사자료를 토대로 하여 전국 국도변에 분포하고 있는 비탈면의 일반현황을 분석하였다. 또한 비탈면 일반 현황과 붕괴가 발생한 비탈면에 대한 비교분석을 통하여 유지관리 시 중요한 사항에 대하여 연구를 수행하였다. 10년 전 붕괴가 발생된 자료와 현재 붕괴된 자료를 통하여 비탈면 파괴 유형 및 대책공법의 적용에 대한 변화 추이를 분석하였다. 추후 원인별 붕괴형태 분석 및 대책공법과의 연관성을 연구하려 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the application plan for the landscape planning after grasping the current situation of the historical and cultural resources in Cheongju city and closely examining their conservation and use state. Concerning the method of the study, I considered the resources related concepts and came up with the characteristics of the historical and cultural resources and the application planning as landscape factors after the research on the actual condition and their present situation. Regarding the study or research, I studied the cultural assets, historical and cultural resources, historical and cultural planning, and further examined the historical and cultural resources by dividing them diversely and further, studied the current situation of their system and the related law. For the current situation of the historical and cultural landscape resource in Cheongju city I conducted the assessment of the landscape resources by areas, types, locations. On the basis of this study I came up with the basic direction for the application plan and the solution to the management of the landscape and think that these plans or suggestions will make a contribution to the establishment of their identity by regions.
