도시경관관리를 위한 조망점 및 선호특성 분석 - 우면산 조망관리대상지역을 중심으로 - (An Analysis on Viewpoint and Characteristics of Preference for Urban Landscape Management - Based on the Site of View Management in woomyeon Mountain -)

  • This study purposed to review the alternative criteria for preserving urban scenic view and establishing its management methods by selecting preliminary viewpoints to preserve the views of woomyeon mountain. The contents of this research consists of the representative urban scenic view by analyzing its viewpoints and landscape preference. For this study, seventeen preliminary viewpoints were selected, the ratio of visual structure was calculated by types of landscapes and an analysis was conducted on landscape preference through a questionnaire survey to draw results. Conclusively, various side studies through statistical method for characteristic analysis with preference elements about viewpoint and visual structure for urban landscape management. This research will contribute to management on objective point of view in environmentally friendly urban landscape planning.

The Preliminary Feasibility on Big Data Analytic Application in Construction

  • Along with the increase of the quantity of data in various industries, the construction industry has also developed various systems focusing on collecting data related to the construction performance such as productivity and costs achieved in construction job sites. Numerous researchers worldwide have been focusing on developing efficient methodologies to analyze such data. However, applications of such methodologies have shown serious limitations on practical applications due to lack of data and difficulty in finding appropriate analytic methodologies which were capable of implementing significant insights. With development of information technology, the new trend in analytic methodologies has been introduced and steeply developed with the new name of "big data analysis" in various fields in academia and industry. The new concept of big data can be applied for significant analysis on various formats of construction data such as structured, semi-structured, or non-structured formats. This study investigates preliminary application methods based on data collected from actual construction site. This preliminary investigation in this study expects to assess fundamental feasibility of big data analytic applications in construction.

한의학 칠정(七情)에 기반을 둔 핵심감정평가척도 개발을 위한 예비 연구 (A Preliminary Study on the Development of the Core Emotion Assessment Instrument Based on the Chiljeong)

  • Objectives: The aim of this study is to investigate the core emotion assessment instrument based on the Chiljeong. Methods: We searched for a literature review of oriental medicine and established the operational definition. Based on the existing psychological scale measurement, we selected the items and analyzed the reliability through a two-step preliminary study. Results: 1) Through the analysis of reliability after the two-step preliminary study (first: 170 items, n=63, second: 152 items, n=42), we had excellent internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha > 0.70) as well as good test-retest reliability (>0.70). Thus, we demonstrated that this scale had reliability. 2) Analyzing the correlation of each emotion, we had a comparatively strong positive-correlation (>0.6), except for Hui, and found a particularly high correlation of Sa, U and Bi. Conclusions: We developed the final 141 items of the core emotion assessment instrument through the two-time preliminary study. In the future, the main study on the clinical and non clinical groups of various ages should be continued.

예비타당성조사 제도 개선 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Preliminary Feasibility Study System Improvement)

  • 2019년 정부는 경제성이 예비타당성조사 통과의 결정적 요소로 작용하는 문제 개선을 위해 종합평가의 경제성 항목 가중치 최대치를 50%에서 45%로 축소하도록 제도를 개선하였다. 이 연구는 2019년 제도개선에 따른 효과를 분석하기 위한 것으로 제도 개선 전과 후의 차이를 검증하였다. 회귀분석과 상관관계 분석결과 두 기간 모두 높은 상관성을 보였으며, Z검증을 통한 차이는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 이 결과는 경제성의 영향력을 축소하기 위한 제도 개선이 효과가 없었다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 종합평가 각 항목의 가중치를 기존 사업 등에 다양하게 대입해 재평가 해보는 등의 연구를 통해 보다 실효성 있는 종합평가 연구 설계 논의가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

An half Factorial Experiments were performed with the variables of W/C ratio, S/A, Sand/Waste foundry sand ratio and Slump as a preliminary study for optimum mix design of concrete. The results show that then W/C ratio is the most important factor to the concrete strength. The substitute of waste foundry sand up to 30% has little influence, saying that it can substitute the fine aggregate without damaging the concrete properties.

  • This study describes the consideration of environmental impact in the preliminary environment investigation and EIA of railroad work. In the stage of preliminary environment investigation, it is important to choose the railroad line and location which minimizes the environmental impact due to the operation of railroad work, and EIA includes the prediction and reduction plan of environmental impact according to the construction and management of railroad.

  • Objectives: The objective of this study was to investigate the validity of the preliminary critical pathway of integrative medicine to improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients who received chemotherapy. Methods: The vertical axis of the preliminary critical pathway of integrated medicine consisted of nine domains: assessment, treatment, activity, consult, diet, medication, Korean medical examination, education, and others. The frame of the horizontal axis was the date from hospitalization to discharge. A total of 105 items in this preliminary critical pathway were validated by an expert group from October 28, 2016 to November 4, 2016. A total of ten experts from two different medical institutions participated in the validity test, using the four-point Content Validity Index (CVI) scale. The items with validity of greater than 80% were considered as significant. Results: The analysis of the content validity of 105 items showed 102 items with greater than 80% agreement. Assessment, treatment, consult, diet, medication, and education showed 100% agreement. Only three items showed a low validity (62.5%). Based on additional comments, the preliminary critical pathway of integrative medicine has been supplemented. Conclusions: This study suggests the possibility of using the integrated medical critical pathway for patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy.

Development of an Advanced Rotorcraft Preliminary Design Framework

  • Various modules are generally combined with one another in order to perform rotorcraft preliminary design and its optimization. At the stage of the preliminary design, analysis fidelity is less important than the rapid assessment of a design is. Most of the previous researchers attempted to implement sophisticated applications in order to increase the fidelity of analysis, but the present paper focuses on a rapid assessment while keeping the similar level of fidelity. Each small-sized module will be controlled by an externally-operated global optimization module. Results from each module are automatically handled from one discipline to another which reduces the amount of computational effort and time greatly when compared with manual execution. Automatically handled process decreases computational cycle and time by factor of approximately two. Previous researchers and the rotorcraft industries developed their own integrated analysis for rotorcraft design task, such as HESCOMP, VASCOMP, and RWSIZE. When a specific mission profile is given to these programs, those will estimate the aircraft size, performance, rotor performance, component weight, and other aspects. Such results can become good sources for the supplemental analysis in terms of stability, handling qualities, and cost. If the results do not satisfy the stability criteria or other constraints, additional sizing processes may be used to re-evaluate rotorcraft size based on the result from stability analysis. Trade-off study can be conducted by connecting disciplines, and it is an important advantage in a preliminary design study. In this paper among the existing rotorcraft design programs, an adequate program is selected for a baseline of the design framework, and modularization strategy will be applied and further improvements for each module be pursued.
