남자 대학생의 의복추구혜택에 따른 니트웨어 선호이미지와 구매행동 연구 (A Study on Knitwear Image Preference and Purchasing Behaviors by Benefit Sought in Clothing of Male University Students)

  • The purposes of this study were to segment male university students on the basis of benefit sought in clothing, and to investigate knitwear image preference and purchasing behaviors of each segmented market. The research method was a survey and subjects were 249 male university students in Daejeon and Chungnam province. The questionnaire consisted of measurement items for benefit sought in clothing, knitwear image preference, knitwear purchasing behaviors, and subject's demographic attributions. The data were analyzed by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ${\chi}^2$ test, ANOVA and Scheffe test. The results were as follows. First, male university students were segmented into 6 consumer types (practicality pursuit, individuality pursuit, comport pursuit, brand pursuit, social status pursuit, and unconcern type) by benefit sought in clothing. Second, male university students generally preferred dandy image and causal image, however, brand pursuit type more preferred trendy image, and practicality pursuit type more preferred active image than other consumer types. Third, the segmented markets showed many differences on knitwear purchasing behaviors. On clothing selection criteria, practicality pursuit type considered resonable price as important, whereas brand pursuit type considered brand reputation. On fashion information source, individuality pursuit type considered store display and other people's clothing, while unconcern type considered advice from friend and family. On main purchasing place, individuality pursuit type more used speciality store with no brand, whereas brand pursuit type more used department store and brand store than other consumer types. The results of this study supported that benefit sought in clothing can be useful as an effective variable for market segmentation.

실버세대의 심리적 안정감에 따른 건강 기능성 섬유 인지 및 선호에 관한 연구 (A study on Recognition and Preference of Healthy and Functional Textile according to Psychological Comfort of the Silver Generation)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate difference on recognition, preference, satisfaction and possession of functional textile clothing in psychological comfort groups according to gender and age of the elderly and suggest optimal physical, mental and healthy functional textiles for the elderly. The data was collected from 262 respondents in their age of over 55, who lived in Busan. SPSS 21.0 was used and t-test, cross tabulation analysis, frequency analysis, and descriptive analysis were performed for analysis. The results are as follows. First, high groups of psychological comfort for both gender and age of the elderly showed higher recognition and preference of functional textiles, especially in the high groups of the new silver generation and women. Second, the high groups of psychological comfort for both gender and age of the elderly showed higher satisfaction of functional textiles. However, it was lower than preference of functional textiles. Last, the possession of major clothing function over all the elderly was comfort, fitting motion adaptability, and health safety function in order. Low groups of psychological comfort possessed fitting motion adaptability textile clothing more than the high groups, and the high groups of psychological comfort possessed comfort and health safety textile clothing more than low groups. In conclusion, this research showed the importance of functional textiles for the elderly in terms of psychological comfort as well as the need for healthy comfort textiles for the advanced activities of daily life.

중국 상하이 소비자의 수산물 시장 세분화 (Seafood Market Segmentation of Shanghai Consumer in China)

  • This study aimed to segment Chinese fisheries consumer market by means of cluster analysis based on Shanghai region consumers. The survey is conducted to 350 shanghai people on March 17-21 in 2014 and investigate demographic characteristics and consumer's behaviors unique to each segmented market by preference, labelling, quality, price, safety. The result of cluster analysis identified four market segments such as Catering type market, Worth pursuing type market, Substance pursuing type market, Trend pursuing type market. Catering type market is a passive fisheries consumption market and is not high attractive for Korea fisheries export market. Value pursuing type market consider importance to labelling, origin, brand and require high-quality and differentiation strategies. This market's main target species are high price fisheries such as tuna, salmon, crocker. Substance pursuing type market consider fisheries's safety and quality and purchases more popular fisheries such as crocker, hairtail, promfret, mackerel, squid. Trend pursuing type market's consumers prefer to purchase brands and trendy seafood rather than taste.

이산프로빗모형에서 소비자선호의 동태성 (Dynamics of Consumer Preference in Binary Probit Model)

  • 본 연구에서는 선택모형을 이용하여 소비자패널자료를 분석함에 있어 시간의 흐름에 따라 동적(dynamic)으로 변화하는 소비자내부의 특성 차이를 반영한 특정소비자의 종적인 변화인 소비자동태성을 분석하였다. 선택모형 내에서 소비자동태성은 효용함수에 시변계수(time-varying coefficient)를 도입함으로써 표현될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 계층적모형(hierarchical model)과 상태공간모형(state-space model)에 기반하여 Random-Walk 계수를 지니는 이산프로빗모형을 개발하였고, 개발된 모형을 패널자료로부터 추정하기 위하여 Gibbs 표본법을 적용하였다. 모형추정결과 효용함수의 시변계수들에 유의한 소비자동태성이 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다. 소비자동태성이 존재할 경우 이에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 동적시장세분화가 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공동주택 옥외공간 설계와 계획을 위해 선행연구의 공동주택 수용자들의 옥외공간에 대한 선호가 시간의 흐름에 따라 어떤 변화가 있는지를 파악하고 시장세분화를 통해 세분시장을 선정하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 중요속성이 Communication속성에서 Amenity속성으로 변화한 것을 밝혔다. 이는 정보 및 교류, 집회 속성을 중요하게 생각하던 것이 여가 및 문화시설을 중시하는 경향으로 바뀌었음을 보여주고 있는 것이다.

유료요양원의 수요와 시장세분화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Demand and Market Segmentation in Nursing Homes)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the consumers' demand pattern and the feature of the market for nursing homes, the number of which is tending upwards. The survey data were obtained from the interview of 500 elderly people living in Seoul and Kyung-Ki provincial area. All respondents were 60 years of age and above. The main findings were summarized as follows: 1. The respondents who are less aged, highly educated comparatively, and living with spouse show positive response for the use of nursing homes. The aged living independently and the aged living with unmarried children show higher demand for this facility. Also, the respondents who prefer independent living away from their childrenn, urban areas as their residence and flat-type housing show more interest for the facility. The respondents who are self- supportive, who has no financial supporter, no caretaker, and no domestic helper demonstrate strong inclination to the use of the facility. The respondents who are interested in this kind of facility, acknowledge the necessity of it show strong intention of moving into it. 2. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to understand factors related to the intention of moving into the nursing homes. The group who wish to live separated from their children in the future give 1.78 times more favorable response than the opposite. The group who have an interest in the facility for elderly has 2.02 times higher intention of moving than the opposite. The group who have an intention of using the facility for elderly it is 7.34 times more likely to move into it. 3. The respondents who are the potential consumers for nursing homes can be subdivided. Within the positive group, it could be divided into the group of living independently with the preference of flat-type housing, the group living independently with the preference of separate housing, and the group wishing to live with their children. Within the negative group, the factor of the division is their concern to the facility. Following this study, it can be said that old age people, who have been regarded as one homogeneous group so far, should be recognized as one characteristic individual. This study also shows that the demand aspect yet in its initial stage shold be researched in anticipation of rapid increase. The understanding of diciding factors, the segmentation of potential market will help work out proper strategy, which will contribute to providers' benefit.

컨조인트 분석을 이용한 노약자를 위한 접근가능한 주택의 시장 세분화 연구 (A Study on the Market Segmentation of Accessible Housing for the Elderly Using Conjoint Analysis)

  • Due to the mass production of housing in Korea, homogeneous current housing may fail to represent residents' preferences, especially for the elderly. The purpose of this study is to identify the preferred properties of consumers for accessible housing and to examine whether cluster analysis can identify groups of residents with similar accessible housing preferences. Using a conjoint method, prospective users can jointly consider all accessible attributes, with cost attributes suggested by this study. Four categories (accessibility, safety, convenience, cost), 7 attributes (clear width, level difference, installation of grab bars, installation of elevators: only for single house type, non slippery floor materials, safety alarms, service control devices, cost) and 2 levels for each attribute were chosen. A total of 374 questionnaires were collected through a questionnaire survey method. This study employed ratings-based Conjoint analysis and the respondents ranked each card, which consisted of a set of accessible housing attributes. The data were analyzed using SPSS 16.0. The findings of this study have identified 3-4 clusters for each housing sub market. Each cluster has a different combination of socio-demographic characteristics and residential characteristics, and showed the relative importance or preference values for each accessible attribute of the segmentation. For the single housing, one group of people strongly preferred installation of elevator. The results suggested that better customization of housing could be more appealing to the different clusters of residents, providing accessible housing with cost limitations.

승마산업의 활성화를 위한 시장세분화전략 (Segmentation Strategy for Revitalization of Horse Riding Industry)

  • 본 연구는 승마 산업의 활성화를 위해 라이프스타일을 이용한 시장세분화전략을 제시하고자 수행되었다. 자료는 유의표집법에 의한 설문조사를 통해 수집되었고 총 397 명의 유효표본이 분석에 이용되었다. 라이프스타일의 요인분석 결과 세 개의 요인으로 분류되었고, 요인점수를 이용하여 군집분석을 실시하였다. 군집분석결과 총 두 개의 세분시장이 도출되었다. 첫 번째 시장은 '스포츠활동추구형'으로 스포츠활동을 선호하고 중요하게 생각하며, 총 397명 중 175명이 이 집단에 포함되었다. 남 녀가 골고루 분포되어 있고 20대와 30대가 주를 이루고 있으며 특히 미혼자가 많은 분포를 보이고 있다. 또한 10만원 이상 30만원 미만의 월평균 여가지출을 나타내고 있는 집단이기도 하다. 이들은 승마에 대해 상대적으로 더 호감을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났으나 승마에 대한 관심이나 승마 참여의도는 타 시장에 비해 차이가 있다고 보기 어려우며, 그 수준도 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째 세분시장은 '소극적활동추구형'으로 여가시간에 주로 혼자 지내는 것을 선호하는 집단이다. 397명 중 222명이 이에 해당하는 것으로 나타났으며, 20대에서 40대의 연령에 30만원 미만의 월평균 여가지출을 하고 있는 세분시장이다. 이들은 '스포츠활동추구형'에 비해 승마에 대한 호감도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

신기성 추구유형에 따른 음식관련 체험활동 선호도 연구 (Study on Preferences for Food-related Activity Experience based on Novelty-Seeking in Tourism)

  • A travel destination offers a form of novelty to the traveler since it can provide experiences that are not of the everyday variety. Therefore, a search for novelty is important as a motivation factor when planning leisure trips and vacation activities and to identify travel market segments. This study aimed to examine the differences in demographic characteristics, travel style, and preferred food-related activities in accordance with the level of tourists' novelty seeking. This study investigated potential tourists using a self-administered questionnaire survey, which resulted in 300 usable questionnaires. The respondents of this study were classified into two groups according to their level of novelty seeking: Active novelty-seeking group and Passive novelty-seeking group. These two groups were significantly different with respect to demographic characteristics, travel style, and preference of food-related-activity experience. The results show that the Active novelty-seeking group tended to have a higher proportion of females and specialized jobs, a higher level of monthly income and education, more frequent travel, and preference for food-related activity experience than other groups. The result of this study will be helpful for the tourist industry, which needs to develop culinary and food-related experience tour programs and travel market segments.

좌최장일치법과 HMM을 결합한 경량화된 한국어 형태소 분석 (Light Weight Korean Morphological Analysis Using Left-longest-match-preference model and Hidden Markov Model)

  • 본 논문에서는 제한된 자원을 사용하는 기기에 적합한 경량화된 한국어 형태소 분석 및 품사 부착 방법을 제안한다. 관련된 초기 연구로는 규칙에 기반을 둔 방법들이 적용되었으나 최근에는 통계에 기반을 둔 방법들을 중심으로 연구되고 있다. 계산 처리 능력과 사용 가능한 메모리가 제한되는 환경에서는 규칙에 기반을 둔 방법보다 상대적으로 많은 자원을 사용하는 통계에 기반을 둔 방법을 사용하여 형태소 분석 및 품사 부착을 수행하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 규칙에 기반을 둔 형태소 분석 방법인 좌최장일치법을 개선하여 형태소 분석을 수행하고, 통계적인 방법인 hidden Markov model을 축소하여 형태소 품사 부착을 수행한다. 제안하는 방법은 기존의 hidden Markov model을 사용한 시스템과 유사한 성능을 보여주며 소량의 메모리 사용과 월등히 빠른 속도로 형태소 분석 및 품사 부착을 수행할 수 있다.
