대구지역의 서양음식에 대한 수용도와 이용실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on Acceptance and Utility Practice of Western Cusine in Taegu)

  • The acceptance and dining behavior of Taegu residents for western foods were surveyed through the questionnaire to provide basic information for the diet improvement. The results were as follows: 1. The preliminary test showed that 19 western foods had high preference among them in the order of ice cream, fried chicken, fried potato, coffee, salad, pizza, soup, pork cutlet, hamburger sandwich, hamburger steak, potato croquette, curry rice, omelet rice, beef steak, spaghetti, com flakes, hashed rice, and omelet. Although a diversity was observed depending upon the age groups, the persons in their thirties generally had high preference on most western foods. 2. The recognition types of housewives to the western food were grouped into the merits of meal, disadvantages of meal, nutritive values, and cooking convenience. In order to have western food, 54.5% of the respondents went to restaurants, mainly family restaurant, however, the level of frequency was very low.

색채기호도와 성격특성 및 개인적 요인과의 관계 연구 (The Relationship between Color Preference and Personality Traits & Personal Factor)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between color preference and personality traits & personal factor among secondary school girls. Personality traits were measured. with Lee et al's Personality Scale. The questioniare measuring color preference consists of items designed to assess color and clothing color(T-shirt and slacks) preference and color repugnance. These questionaire were administerd to 576 middle and high school girls in Chungbuk Province. As statistical analysis, chi-square, F-test and correlation were used. The result were; 1. The order of prefered colors were white, yellow and green, and the order of repugnated colors were gray, red and red purple. 2. Personality traits was no signifcant related to color perference and repugnance. 3. Color perference was positively related to age, residential area and type of school. Color repugnance was positively related to age, residential area, type of school and educational background of mother. 4. Yellow red, yellow and white T-shirt were prefered in spring and autumn, white and blue T-shirt were prefered in summer, and black, gray and red T-shirt were prefered in winter. White and blue slacks were prefered in spring, summer and autumn seasons, and black, gray and blue slacks were prefered in winter. 5. There was a positive relationship between color perference and T-shirt color, but was no positive relationship between color perference and slacks color.

병원 급식의 죽식 식단 개선에 관한 조사 연구 (A study on the Improvement of Menu Patterns of Gruels as Soft Diet In Hospital Foodservice Operation)

  • This study was carried on the analysis of nutritional value and preference between the plain gruel (Hyun Jook) and the experimental gruel (Tarak Jook, Jangkook Jook & Chajohonhab Jook) in order to improve the quality and variety of menu patterns of gruels for the patients requiring soft diet. The results obtained are as follows: 1. In comparing the calorie coutent of each gruel, Tarak Jook, Jangkook Jook, and Chajohonhab Jook had more calories-82.7%), 39.3% and 12.4% respectively-than Hyun Jook. Additionally, in the case of protein content, Tarak Jook, Jangkook Jook and Chajohonhab Jook showed higher values than Hyun Jook by 270%, 137% and 28.3% respectively. 2. The preference for each experimental gruel compared with Hyun Jook, as a function of taste, color and concentration of the gruels was shown to be insignificant. But the color and concentration did effect the preference level for each gruel. Hoverer, patients did have a preference for particular gruels: Jankook Jook, Tarak Jook, Chajohorhab Jook in descending order. 3. Overall, 65.6% of the patients requiring soft diet thought gruel was only for the sick 57.1%) thought the reason for gruel as a soft diet was that it could be digested easily 75.8% of the patients disliked gruel and their frequency of intake was very low 78.8% did not know more than 5 types of gruel. Hoverer patients did prefer a loose gluel(48.4%). In couclusion, awareness of gruel as a soft diet for patients and its intake as one not to meution as a normal diet was low.

객관적인 화질 평가 방법에 관한 연구 : 동적 폭, 노이즈, 해상도, 색재현성, 선호도 (Objective Image Quality Measurement Model : Focus on Dynamic Range, Noise, Resolution, Color Reproduction, and Preference)

  • 본 연구는 객관적인 화질 평가 요소들과 선호도를 기반으로 한 주관적 화질 평가 모형을 구축하여 감상자들의 화질에 대한 선호도를 객관적 요소들로 분석할 수 있도록 하였다. 즉 제조사들이 이해하기 쉬운 객관적 화질 평가 요소들을 선정하고, 이와 같은 요소들을 질문하는 문항을 기반으로 하여 사진의 품질을 평가하는 방식으로 주관적 화질 평가 모형을 구축하였다. 또한 화질 평가에 사용되는 실제 사진을 일반인들이 주로 촬영하는 장면인 인물사진으로 선택하여 실험결과의 일반화와 타당성을 추구하였다. 본 실험의 주관적 화질 평가 모형을 통하여 감상자들이 선호하는 화질을 평가하고 그 결과가 최종적인 사진의 선호도에 어떠한 상관관계를 갖으며 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 이와 같은 상관관계 분석을 통하여 감상자가 선호하는 화질에 대해 파악하고 화질을 향상시키는 요소를 분석할 수 있었다. 그 결과 선호도와 가장 상관관계가 높은 변수는 색재현력, 다이내믹 레인지, 노이즈, 해상도 순이었으며, 인물 사진 자극의 특성상 색재현력과 선호도가 가장 높은 수준의 상관관계를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 단순 수치화된 객관적 화질 평가 요소들을 언어로 확장시켜, 선호도에 기반을 둔 주관적 화질 평가 모형을 제시함으로써 일반 사용자와 제조사 모두가 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 새로운 방식의 접근이라고 할 수 있다.

나이, 성 별 선호색과 감성이미지에 의한 자동차 색에 대한 비교 연구 (The Comparison Study Against Preference Colors and Emotional Image of Car Colors According to an Age and Gender)

  • 감성 세대로의 진입에 따라 소비자들의 선호 색을 반영한 자동차 선호 색상을 개발하려는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제품 디자인과 소비 심리에 영향을 줄 수 있는 계층별 선호색과 감성 이미지에 의한 자동차 색에 대하여 조사 하였다. 조사 대상은 연령대 별, 성별에 따라 남, 여 20대, 30대, 40대, 50대 이상을 기준으로 8분류로 나누어 각각 30명씩 실시하였다. 선호 색상은 검은색, 흰색, 하늘색, 보라색, 분홍색, 주황색 순으로 나타났으며 검은색, 흰색, 회색을 제외한 색상은 파란색, 노란색, 보라색 순으로 나타났다. 감성적인 자동차 색상을 색상으로 보여주었을 때와 색상으로 보여주지 않았을 때 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 좋아하는 색상은 감성에 따르고 있으나 실제로 자동차 이미지가 보수적으로 인식되어 밝은 유채색 차의 선택을 주저하고 있음을 보여준다. 즉 아직은 감정표출에 있어 소극적임을 보여주고 있는 것이다.

고등학생의 수산물 섭취 실태와 기호도에 관한 조사 -충남 지역을 중심으로- (A Study on Seafoods Ingestion of High School Students and Preference -Focusing on Chungnam Region-)

  • This study is aimed at examining the status of seafoods intake and preference to actively use the seafoods with high nutritional values and preference. For this purpose, this study conducted a questionnaire survey. The demographic features of the respondents are as follows: male and female high school students were 50%, respectively; first graders were 33.3%, second graders were 35.0% and third graders are 31.7%; the primary dietary-care giver was mother in 80% of the respondents. The survey results on seafood intake at home showed that the most frequently responses to the question of the degree of liking seafood were 'on average' and 'like it', respectively in order. The reason for preferring seafood is 'because it tastes good' in 43.7% of the respondents. Both male and female respondents answered they like seafood for its good taste. With respect to the degree of preference for the seafood provided from the school meals, there were more students who like it than those who do not like it. The most frequent reason to ingest seafood in the school meals is because 'I want to eat it' followed by 'because parents push', 'because friends eat it', 'because health-related TV programs recommend it', respectively in order. The most preferred seafood in the school meals was fried shrimp and the most disliked one is the boiled warty sea squirt. The above results collectively suggest that the preference level for seafood is low and the most preferred one is fried seafood. It is suggested that the nutritionists need to actively develop menu for the students to ingest more various seafoods.

MBTI 일치유형에 가중치를 부여한 매칭 적합도 산출 시스템 (Matching Fidelity Calculation System with Weighted MBTI Match Type)

  • 인터넷과 정보통신 기술의 발달은 남자와 여자의 만남, 데이트의 방식과 환경을 바꾸어 놓았다. 인터넷과 온라인 안에서 고객이 원하는 대상과의 만남을 위해서 MBTI 일치유형을 고려한다. MBTI 일치유형은 적절한 설문조사를 통하여 확정하고 각 유형에 적합한 선호유형을 특정한다. 각 MBTI 유형에 따라 선호유형이 다르며, 같은 선호유형이더라도 남자와 여자 각각의 선호유형이 다르다. 이와 같은 문제들을 해결하기 위하여 남, 녀 각각의 선호유형에 가중치를 부여하고, 부여된 가중치는 둘 사이의 적합도를 계산하기 위하여 평균을 사용한다. MBTI 일치유형에 가중치를 부여한 시스템은 사람들의 사회적인 성격을 사용하기 때문에 온라인 데이트 시스템에서 매치될 확률이 매우 높으며, 교수학습 시스템, 교정 시스템 등 대인 관계 시스템에 사용될 수 있다.

경관의 선호도 결정인자 모형 -골프장을 배경으로- (A Model on the Determinants of Visual Preference at Golf courses)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to classify landscape-type of golf course, and t provide a better understanding of landscape of existing golf courses, seek a developed method for landscape, and other useful knowledge. In order to classify landscape type of the golf course, and analyze the preference for the determinants, we have selected 4 golf courses in Yongin, Kyonggi Province. The analysis in this study shows that a variable, 'familiarity' is the most potent influence of visual preference, (Sig 0.01), and it can be divided into five classes of landscape-type in golf course. More specifically, we conducted the analysis of the image of views and visual preference to bring out major factors which could decide visual preference in golf courses. The results between visual preference and physical variable are as follows; 1. It implies that a factor for a image of the view in golf course is analyzed by 4 districts from factor 1 to factor 4. An ability explaining those factors in the whole of variable quantity is 51.742%, implying factors for the image of the scene in golf courses are appeared as familiarity, changeableness, spaciousness, and naturalness. Among those factors, since familiarity(C.V.; 26.783%) and changeableness(C.V.; 112.200%) took high rank, this represents the fact that familiarity or changeableness highly affects the forming of image. 2. Defending on degree of image ability in golf course, we could classify as five types such as Type I, Type II, Type II, Type IV, and Type V. 3. As a result of calculating type of factor score, Type I had the lowest ranking in naturalness, and rather lower than others such as organization and spaciousness. The II is a top-ranked one in familiarity and naturalness, while it has the lowest ranking in spaciousness. Type III has the highest ranking in organization and preference. Type IV is the lowest-ranked one in familiarity and preference. Type IV is the lowest-ranked one is familiarity and preference. Type V has the highest ranking in spaciousness, but the lowest ranking in organization. 4. As a result of preference, Type III, Type II, Type V, Type I, and Type IV come out in order. That water-seen place type charges the highest rank shows the importance of changeable materials. 5. These factors-familiarity, organization, spaciousness and naturalness- are the major materials of the scene of view in golf courses. The possibility of how to use those for designing and making enhanced golf courses should be reinvestigated through these factors. Especially, it is acknowledged that the duction of changeableness, which is not mentioned in the study of informational approach, is much stimulating for the designing use. A further research on this theme should be made in the future, not limiting to the golf courses in Yongin.

대형할인점의 의류점포 이미지 유사성 및 선호도 평가 연구 (A Study on the Image Similarity and the Preference for Clothing Stores in Giant Discount Chains)

  • This study is to analyze the image similarity and the preference for clothing stores in the 6 giant discount chains in Daejeon. The survey for this study was based on the questionnaires accomplished by 257 people through the multidimensional scaling. The results are as follows First, 6 clothing stores had 4 image groups located in 4 coordinates. CW(Costco Wholesale), NH(Nonghyup Hanaro-Mart), and SZ(Save Zone) had a similar distinct image, while HP(Home Plus) and EM(E-Mart), and LM(Lotte-Malt) also had similar differentiated images. Second, according to the preference analysis in terms of demographic characteristic, NH had the lowest preference from the people of all the different ages, while SZ had the highest. HP, EM, CW, and LM had their own preference in the following order: in the thirties, forties, and over fifties. Meanwhile, relatively, SZ is preferred by the people in their twenties and people over age fifty liked CW more. Third, according to the analysis of the preference for clothing stores in the giant discount chains in terms of educational background, clothing consumers who had high school degrees preferred NH and LM, people with 2 year college degrees liked HP and EM more, while 4-year college graduates and people with higher education had preference for SZ. Finally, according to the preference analysis in terms of income level, higher income groups preferred SZ and CW and lower income groups liked LH and LM more, while HP and EM had high preference from all kinds of income groups.

시대적변천에 따른 아파트단지의 경관적특성 및 선호도에 관한 연구 - 청주시 아파트 단지를 대상으로 - (A Periodic Change of Landscape Charicteristics and Visual Preference with Open Space of Apartment Complex -Specially Focused on Apartment Sites in Cheongju City-)

  • The open space of apartment complex has changed diversely according to construction periods which were divided into the introduction stage (the 1980s), the development stage (the 1990s), and the maturity stage (after 1999). This study set out to analyze the periodic changes of visual characteristics and preference with the open space of apartment complexes in Cheongju City. For analysis of visual characteristics and preference, nineteen adjectives that were determined to sufficiently express the feeling of the open space of apartment complex. The results are as follows. As for adjective image assessment by using descriptive statistics, favorable images were shown in complexes of maturity stage phase that were constructed after the liberalization of apartment sale in 1999. These results may be caused both by quantitative increase and diversification of materials in planting and landscaping furniture and by nature-friendly designing. The results of factor analysis by Varimax rotation method showed that common variance was 73.9%, which indicates higher explanation. The nineteen adjectives could be divided into three factors, 'pleasantness factor,' 'negative factor,' and 'irregular factor.' Visual preference was analysed by using Least significant Difference (LSD) by analysis of variance : complexes of maturity stage phase that were constructed according to the liberalization of apartment sale in 1999 were highest in assessment. The correlation between view preference and adjective images was analyzed by multiple regression analysis, and 'feeling like walking,' 'well-arranged,' 'beautiful,' 'friendly,' and 'clean' (in order) were adjective images that most affected the preference. As for the analysis of the correlation between visual preference and physical components of view, the preference increased as the rate of pavement and greens was higher, while it decreased as size of building was larger. Therefore, backgrounds of walking and greens had strong effects on the preference.
