The fault diagnosis is a systematic and unified method to find based on the observing data resulting in noises. This paper presents the fault prediction and diagnosis using fuzzy expert system technique to manipulate the uncertainties efficiently in predictive perspective. We apply a fuzzy event tree analysis to the computer system, and build up the fault prediction and diagnosis using fuzzy expert system that predicts and diagnoses the error of the system in the advance of error.
Objectives: This paper aims to investigate the Donguibogam-based pattern diagnosis by applying natural language processing and machine learning. Methods: A database has been constructed by gathering symptoms and pattern diagnosis from Donguibogam. The symptom sentences were tokenized with nouns, verbs, and adjectives with natural language processing tool. To apply symptom sentences into machine learning, Word2Vec model has been established for converting words into numeric vectors. Using the pair of symptom's vector and pattern diagnosis, a pattern prediction model has been trained through Logistic Regression. Results: The Word2Vec model's maximum performance was obtained by optimizing Word2Vec's primary parameters -the number of iterations, the vector's dimensions, and window size. The obtained pattern diagnosis regression model showed 75% (chance level 16.7%) accuracy for the prediction of Six-Qi pattern diagnosis. Conclusions: In this study, we developed pattern diagnosis prediction model based on the symptom and pattern diagnosis from Donguibogam. The prediction accuracy could be increased by the collection of data through future expansions of oriental medicine classics.
Since the first proposition of IEC61850 object model at 1993, many questions about making a seamless model have been issued. the reason which they have worry about is that the functions of the equipment are supposed to be changed properly and new equipment and scheme are need to be introduced according to user's application. To handle those issues, TC57 which is a IEC committee for power control and communication has continuously updated the object model. Nowadays along with the new object model involving power quality, distribution resource and wind power, the committee has a plan to announce the revision of IEC61850-7-4. In the study, authors will present the prediction and diagnosis object models for transformer. Transformer models for protection and control have already been dealt with in the international standard but the models for prediction and diagnosis have never mentioned until now. Designing the prediction and diagnosis functions with the existing IEC61850-7-4, it'll be shown what is a proper object model for prediction and diagnosis.
The accelerating of industrial development causes electricity demand to increase. By that power equipments need high power, multi function and intelligence. Also consumers demand for guarantee power supplying of good quality and reasonable operating equipment. Also they require for reliance and stabilization of power facility. Therefore preventive maintenance of electric installation must be developed and improvement of domestic technical level is needed in the maintenance management of equipment. The diagnosis of trouble existence is technique that compares steady state with unusual condition, whereas the prediction technique makes a diagnosis of remaining equipments life. It is difficult for us to diagnose trouble existence of electric installation and to develop prediction method in building because of a wide scope for electric installation in building. And in this paper we will investigate diagnosis and prediction method for only switch part of electric installation in building.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to apply the machine and deep learning methodology on error terms which are continuously auto-generated on the sensors with specific time period and prove the improvement effects of power generator prediction diagnosis system by comparing detection ability. Methods: The SVM(Support Vector Machine) and MLP(Multi Layer Perception) learning procedures were applied for predicting the target values and sequentially producing the error terms for confirming the detection improvement effects of suggested application. For checking the effectiveness of suggested procedures, several detection methodologies such as Cusum and EWMA were used for the comparison. Results: The statistical analysis result shows that without noticing the sequential trivial changes on current diagnosis system, suggested approach based on the error term diagnosis is sensing the changes in the very early stages. Conclusion: Using pattern of error terms as a diagnosis tool for the safety control process with SVM and MLP learning procedure, unusual symptoms could be detected earlier than current prediction system. By combining the suggested error term management methodology with current process seems to be meaningful for sustainable safety condition by early detecting the symptoms.
In this paper, we purpose automatic diagnosis in online, as the fundamental study to diagnose the partial discharge mechanism and to predict the lifetime, by introduction a neural network. In the proposed method, Ire use acoustic emission sensing system and calculate a fixed quantity statistic operator by pulse number and amplitude. Using statically operators such as the center of gravity(G) and the gradient of the discharge distribute(C), we analyzed the early stage and the middle stage. the fixed quantity statistic operators are learned by a neural network. The diagnosis of insulation degradation and a lifetime prediction by the early stage time are achieved. On the basis of revealed excellent diagnosis ability through the neural network learning for the patterns during degradation, it was proved that the neural network is appropriate for degradation diagnosis and lifetime prediction in partial discharge.

The location of PV systems in distribution system has been increased as one of countermeasure for global environmental issues. As the operation efficiency of PV systems is getting decreased year by year due to the aging phenomenon and maintenance problems, the optimal algorithm for state diagnosis in PV systems is required in order to improve operation performance in PV systems. The existing output prediction algorithms considering various parameters and conditions of PV modules could have complicated calculation process and then their results may have a possibility of significant prediction error. To solve these problems, this paper proposes an optimal prediction algorithm of PV system by using least square methods of linear regression analysis. And also, this paper presents a performance evaluation algorithm in PV modules based on the proposed optimal prediction algorithm of PV system. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is a practical tool of the state diagnosis for performance improvement in PV systems.
Artificial intelligence application in digital health care has been increasing with its development of artificial intelligence. The convergence of the healthcare industry and information and communication technology makes the diagnosis of diseases more simple and comprehensible. From the perspective of medical services, its practice as an initial test and a reference indicator may become widely applicable. Therefore, analyzing the factors that are the basis for existing diagnosis protocols also helps suggest directions using artificial intelligence beyond previous regression and statistical analyses. This paper conducts essential diagnostic prediction learning based on the analysis of blood cancer factors reported previously. Blood cancer diagnosis predictions based on artificial intelligence contribute to successfully achieve more than 90% accuracy and validation of blood cancer factors as an alternative auxiliary approach.

This review explores recent works involving the use of the self-assembled nanoparticles of bile acid-modified glycol chitosans (BGCs) as a new drug carrier for cancer therapy. BGC nanoparticles were produced by chemically grafting different bile acids through the use of l-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-carbodiimide (EDC). The precise control of the size, structure, and hydrophobicity of the various BGC nanoparticles could be achieved by grafting different amounts of bile acids. The BGC nanoparticles so produced formed nanoparticles ranging in size from 210 to 850 nm in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS, pH=7.4), which exhibited substantially lower critical aggregation concentrations (0.038-0.260 mg/mL) than those of other low-molecular-weight surfactants, indicating that they possess high thermodynamic stability. The SOC nanoparticles could encapsulate small molecular peptides and hydrophobic anticancer drugs with a high loading efficiency and release them in a sustained manner. This review also highlights the biodistribution of the BGC nanoparticles, in order to demonstrate their accumulation in the tumor tissue, by utilizing the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect. The different approaches used to optimize the delivery of drugs to treat cancer are also described in the last section.
Acute kidney injury (AKI) can result in mortality or progress to chronic kidney disease in hospitalized patients. Although serum creatinine has long been used as the best biomarker for diagnosis of AKI, it has some clinical limitations, especially in children. New biomarkers are needed for early diagnosis, differential diagnosis, and reliable prediction of prognosis in AKI. Up to the present, candidate AKI biomarkers include neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL), kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1), interleukin-18 (IL-18), livertype fatty acid-binding protein (L-FABP), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), and Nacetyl-$\ss$-D-glucosaminidase (NAG). However, whether these are superior to serum creatinine in the confirmation of diagnosis and prediction of prognosis in AKI is unclear. Further studies are needed for clinical application of these new biomarkers in AKI.
