One of the essential functions of virus surface proteins is the recognition of specific receptors on target cell membranes, and cellular receptors play an important role in viral pathogenesis. But the earliest steps of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, such as hepatocyte receptor interaction with the virus, are poorly understood. Previous work has suggested an important role of the preS1 region of HBV envelope protein in mediating viral binding to hepatocytes. Although hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection appears to be initiated by specific binding of virions to cell membrane structures via one or potentially several viral surface proteins, data showing the identification or isolation of the HBV receptor (s) are not yet available. The receptor-like proteins on the plasma membrane surface of HepG2 cells that bind to PreS1 were separated and identified using affinity chromatography, and the amino-terminal amino acid sequences of the receptor-like proteins were determined.

A project planning is one of the most important processes that determines success and failure of the project. A pre-project planning is also essential job for information system implementations at the early stage of project planning, especially for management information system like ERP. However, pre-project planning is very difficult, because lots of factors and their relationships should be considered. Pre-project planning of ERP implementation has been done by project manager's own knowledge and experiences. In this article, we propose a system that help project manager to make a pre-project plan of ERP project with case-based reasoning(CBR) framework. The proposed CBR system saves previous cases of ERP pre-project planning in the case base. Then, the system finds the most similar case with the current pre-project planning problem. Project manager can make a pre-project plan by adjusting the most similar case. From the interview with project managers, we collect some field cases of ERP implementation. We organized these cases by using XML(Extensible Markup Language), which is good for representing hierarchical information. XML gives us some flexibilities to correct and maintain cases. We make a prototype system, PPSS(Project Planning Support System) that help project manager to make a pre-project plan of ERP implementations. The object of the system is to support project manager to make a pre-project plan of ERP. We hope the result of the study can be applied to other information systems. Our research would be extended to cover other stages of project planning.

The study deals with the problem of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in information environment. The role of reflection as a mechanism of formation of a modern teacher's self-consciousness was cleared up. The technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills was characterized and tested. The main stages of the technology were: a motivational and cognitive stage, a problematic and practical stage, and a reflective and operational stage. The substantiated pedagogical conditions of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were adhered. The criterial and evaluative characteristics of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were worked out: components (reflection of personal conformity, reflection of the psychological and pedagogical barriers, reflection of professional growth); criteria (criterion of consistency, criterion of difficulty, criterion of potential); indicators (cognitive-evaluative, value-motivational, activity-creative). The levels of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills (insufficient level, acceptable level, and optimum level) were determined. The analysis of students' surveys showed the effectiveness and expediency of using the technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in the process of professional training.

In this paper, efficient implementation of error correction code (ECC) processing circuits based on single error correction and double error detection (SEC-DED) code with check bit pre-computation is proposed for memories. During the write operation of memory, check bit pre-computation eliminates the overall bits computation required to detect a double error, thereby reducing the complexity of the ECC processing circuits. In order to implement the ECC processing circuits using the check bit pre-computation more efficiently, the proper SEC-DED codes are proposed. The H-matrix of the proposed SEC-DED code is the same as that of the odd-weight-column code during the write operation and is designed by replacing 0's with 1's at the last row of the H-matrix of the odd-weight-column code during the read operation. When compared with a conventional implementation utilizing the odd-weight- column code, the implementation based on the proposed SEC-DED code with check bit pre-computation achieves reductions in the number of gates, latency, and power consumption of the ECC processing circuits by up to 9.3%, 18.4%, and 14.1% for 64 data bits in a word.

To improve passenger safety, seatbelt systems with pre-tensioner that tightens seatbelt webbing using explosives just before collision are widely adopted. Even though seatbelt must not be unlatched without passenger's operation, release of a buckle due to explosion of pre-tensioner takes place in some situations resulting in serious injury to passengers. To prevent the unintended unlocking, a pendulum like part called anti-g mass is attached to the buckle to block displacement of release button. In this study, the unlocking conditions of anti-g buckle when pre-tensioner explodes has been theoretically investigated. Through multibody model of the seatbelt system incorporating every detailed part of the buckle, dynamic analysis of the seatbelt system with pre-tensioner has been performed including the driver's body model that interacts with seatbelt system. The simulations results has been validated through actual sled test with driver dummy and the seatbelt system.

The purpose of this study was to identify key components in developing educational programs designed to enhance pre-service teachers' professionalism. Key program characteristics identified and implemented through this study are as follows: First, programs should provide opportunities for trainees to reflect on goal identification and setting goals as professional teachers. Second, programs should emphasize the relationship between the pre-service teachers' personal qualities and professional development. Third, programs should include and integrated and holistic approach to integrating content and teaching methodology. Fourth, the program's educational content should unfold in a gradual and sequential manner. Fifth, the program should support a strong relationship between senior teachers and juniors pre-service teachers. Sixth, the program should take advantage of the physical and human resources in the pre-service teacher's community. Seventh, the program should employ circular and formative evaluation of contents and teaching methods as a way of facilitating development and improvement. This study develops and demonstrates an extensive model program that fits these criteria. Also included is discussion related to further studies.

Successful design, construction and maintenance of NATM tunnel demands prediction, control, stability guidelines, the estimation pre-improvement support system and monitoring of surface settlement, gradient and ground displacement with high accuracy. Moreover, urban NATM tunnel under difficult geotechnical conditions is important the estimation and necessary of pre-improvement support system. Various strategies have been proposed for the quantitative estimation of pre-improvement support system. This paper was investigated and analysed an assessment technique for the quantitative estimation of pre-improvement support system on underground space, as mountain and urban tunnel, in detail. The analysis performed on design and construction stage with field database using the proposed stability estimation index by many researcher including the critical strain and the apparent Young's modulus concept.

In order to analysis on color difference of natural dyes, I have dyed Hanji, cotton, silk fabric and exposed them to carbon arc light. The results of experiment have been analysed by Munsell's value, and compared the difference of colors which were recognized visually. Gardenia Jasminoides is monogenetic dye, but it gained darker color by pre-mordanting method used aluminum mordant agent and greenish yellow color by ferric mordant agent. whereas Curcuma, an Amur cork, and bud of pagoda tree are shown as greenish yellow color, and A barberry root, Betel nut, and Rhubarb are shown as reddish yellow color. these gained khaki colored dyed fabric by ferric mordanting. In addition, Sappan wood showed great result in pre-mordanting. Especially, it gained dark red color by aluminum pre-mordanting. The pink color was shown by post-mordanting. and Logwood showed great dyeing result in Hanji and cotton better than silk. Specially pre-mordanting was effective. Hanji and cotton showed greenish blue color by aluminum pre-mordanting, and silk showed brown color. However the color, which was recognized visually, differed from colorimeter sometimes. Therefore, such color table might be necessary for the natural dyeing.

예비교사에게 요구되는 학생 평가 전문성은 평가방법을 선택하고, 평가도구를 개발하고, 평가를 실시하여 채점하고, 평가 결과를 분석하고 해석하고 활용하는 일련의 과정을 경험하고, 그것을 반성할 때 신장될 수 있다. 본 연구는 예비교사들을 대상으로 평가 과정 전반을 경험하는 실습과 학습 일지를 통한 반성을 경험하게 하여 이들의 평가 전문성 신장이 어떠한지 알아보았다. 학습일지는 예비교사의 평가 관련 지식, 학생과 교사의 이중적 입장, 평가 실행의 영역에서 분석되었고, 그 결과 이 세 가지 영역은 상호작용하며 예비교사의 전문성을 신장시키는 데 기여했으며, 각각의 영역은 예비교사의 평가 전문성을 구성하는 요소가 되었다. 그리고 예비교사의 평가 전문성 신장을 양적으로 확인한 결과, 사전 검사에 비해 사후 검사의 평균 점수가 신장되었다.
