랜덤 포레스트를 활용한 만족도 사전조사에 따른 교육 역량 예측 분석 (An Analysis of Educational Capacity Prediction according to Pre-survey of Satisfaction using Random Forest)

  • 대학들은 급변하는 사회 환경에 적합한 교육역량 수준을 높이기 위해 다양한 방법들을 찾고 있다. 본 논문에서는 조사 항목을 수정, 보완한 만족도 사전조사를 개강 전에 실행하여 학업성취도를 높이고 전공 이탈자의 비율을 낮춰 교육 성과를 높이는 방안을 제안한다. 일반적인 만족도 조사 이후에 시행되는 교육품질 개선(CQI) 방식을 보완하고자 만족도 사전조사를 시행하였다. 학생역량을 강화하기 위해 설계가 진행 중인 인공지능형 메디치 플랫폼에 적용할 수 있는 머신러닝 기법의 랜덤 포레스트를 활용하여 중요한 데이터의 예측 및 분석을 가능하게 하였다. 만족도 사전조사 데이터들을 전처리하여 수강 신청 학생들의 정보를 설명 변수로 정의하고 분류하여 모델 생성 및 학습하였다. 실험 환경은 주피터 노트북 3.7.7, Python 3.7에서 관련 알고리즘과 사이킷런(sklearn) 라이브러리를 함께 사용하였다. 제안하는 방안의 결과를 수업에 반영하여 수업 후에 진행하는 교육 만족도 조사의 변화와 중도 탈락생 수의 동향을 비교 분석하였다.

대학 미분적분학에서 상호 동료 교수법이 학업성취도 및 학습만족도에 미치는 영향 (The effects on academic achievement and satisfaction of the reciprocal peer tutoring in university calculus)

  • The purposes of the study are to investigate the effects on academic achievement and satisfaction of the reciprocal peer tutoring in university calculus. First, we classified the test group and the control group and then applied the reciprocal peer tutoring to the test group. According to results, the reciprocal peer tutoring is very effective in improving academic achievement. Second, the pre-survey and the post-survey were conducted to the test group. The survey contains five categories including 1) background of the participants, 2) learning objectives and expectation, 3) the intention of the continual learning Mathematics, 4) the individual self-efficacy, and 5) general Mathematics learning satisfaction. We found some facts from the difference between the pre and post surveys. The learning satisfaction has improved after the reciprocal peer tutoring in the test group. Even though this trend has not changed regardless of sex, high school levels and teaching understanding.

위장조영검사에 대한 의료서비스 만족도에 관한 연구 (Research of Patients Satisfaction on the Medical Services of the Upper Gastrointestinal Series)

  • 건강검진을 위해 병원을 내원한 수검자 중 위장조영검사를 선택한 수검자를 대상으로 서비스 만족도 개선을 위해 본 연구를 시행하였다. 수검자를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 2014년 5월부터 2개월 동안 내원한 수검자 147명을 교육 전 대상자로, 2014년 7월부터 2개월 동안 내원한 수검자 164명을 교육 후 대상자로 선정하였다. 교육 전 대상자에게 불안감, 설명필요, 설명방식, 조영검사 만족도 등을 조사하여 이를 바탕으로 동영상을 제작하였으며, 교육 후 대상자에게 제공하여 불안감 변화, 동영상 설명 만족도, 도움정도, 재 시청 의향 등을 조사하였다. 교육 전 측정한 평균값은 불안감 2.62, 설명필요성 2.52로 측정 되었으며, 설명방식은 대상자의 78.2%가 설명 안내 동영상을 선택하였고, 조영검사 만족도는 1.55로 조사되었다. 교육 후 측정한 평균값에서 불안감의 변화는 1.45, 동영상설명만족 2.80, 도움정도 2.79, 재 시청 의향은 2.80으로 측정되었다. 교육 전, 후 집단 간 T-test에서 불안감 변화, 만족도 등에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며(p<0.05), 위장조영검사에 대한 동영상 교육을 통한 사전 정보제공이 환자의 불안감을 감소시켰고, 검사만족도는 증가 시켰음을 알 수 있었다.

열역학 교과목에 대한 플립러닝 교수법 적용 사례 (A Case Study on the Application of Flipped Learning Methodology to Thermodynamics in Mechanical Engineering)

  • In this study, the application of flipped learning methodology to thermodynamics in mechanical engineering was examined, and how university students view flipped learning and the effects of flipped learning were analyzed. To analyze the effects of flipped learning, pre-class survey, assessment on learning in pre-class, team activities during class, and post-class survey were conducted. The analysis was also conducted on 33 students who took the thermodynamics course in mechanical engineering, and the PARTNER flipped learning model was applied to the class. The results of this study are as follows; In the preliminary survey, the students expected that the flip-learning class with team activities and teaching between team members would be helpful in improving their learning. In addition, students recognized that cooperative learning through a team was helpful for learning. The case reflecting the result of pre-learning evaluation to the subject grades showed higher pre-learning evaluation results than the case not reflecting the result of the pre-learning evaluation to the subject grades, and it was found that the pre-learning evaluation was acting as a factor to promote learning in pre-class. In post-class survey, the satisfaction with the flipped learning class was high, indicating that the effectiveness of the flipped learning class applied to the thermodynamics class was excellent.

보육전공 학생들의 자기효능감과 직업가치가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self-Efficacy and Occupational Value on the Major Satisfaction of Students Majoring in Childcare)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 보육전공 학생들의 자기효능감과 직업가치가 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 A시에 소재한 예비보육교사 281명을 대상으로 질문지를 사용하여 실시하였다. 자료처리 및 분석은 SPSS 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도분석 실시하였으며 변인별 인식수준을 알아보기 위하여 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 또한, 신뢰도 검증을 위하여 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$를 산출하였고, 각 변인간의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 상관관계분석과 단계적 회귀분석 방법을 활용하였다. 연구결과에 대하여 첫째, 보육전공 학생들이 지각한 자기효능감에서는 자기조절효능감과 자신감이, 직업가치에서는 내적가치가, 전공만족도에서는 일반만족과 인식만족애서 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육전공 학생들의 자기효능감, 직업가치, 전공만족도에서 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육전공 학생들의 자기효능감과 직업가치가 전공만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과로 볼 때, 보육전공 학생들의 전공만족도에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 질 높은 보육직무를 수행할 수 있도록 적절한 자기효능감과 올바른 직업가치가 형성될 수 있도록 다양한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

20, 30대 이혼 남녀의 이혼 후 적응에 영향을 미치는 변수 (A Study of Divorce Adjustment of Divorced Men and Women in their 20s and 30s -focus on Life Satisfaction and Health-)

  • This study investigated the post-divorce adjustment level, by focusing on life satisfaction, health, stress and resource factors, for divorced men and women in their 20s and 30s. Also, it examined how these factors affect life satisfaction and health. For this empirical analysis, data were collected from 114 divorced men and 112 divorced women, living in the Seoul metropolitan area, from 23rd Sep. to 20th Oct., 2002. The questionnaire for the survey dealt with demographic information, life satisfaction, health, stress and resource factor scales. The major findings of the research project were as follows.: first, the life satisfaction and health levels of the divorced men and women were low. Especially, divorced women had more physical and psychological problems than men. Second, the divorced men's satisfaction was affected by pre-divorce life events and education level, whereas the divorced women's satisfaction was affected by subjective economic dissatisfaction, pre-divorce tfe events, everyday life level when they were divorced, and social support. Finally, the attitude toward divorce of significant others and pre-divorce life events were important variables for the divorced men's health, whereas attachment toward ex-spouse, pre-divorce life events, pre-divorce marital conflict and social support were affectable variables for the divorced women's health. The results of current research are expected to contribute to the divorce adjustment programs according to gender.

흉터재생침과 미세피부침을 이용한 여드름 흉터의 치험례 (Case Study of Treating Acne Scar Using Scar Regeneration Acupuncture Therapy and Micro-needle Therapy)

  • Objectives : There are numerous methods in treating acne scar. On the contrary there are hardly any cases on treating acne scars through Korean medicine. By observing we compared how much acne scar was treated by scar regeneration acupuncture therapy and micro-needle therapy treatment through observing pre and post case photos, KAGS, KCADI and patient satisfaction. Results : By comparing pre and post procedure through acne scar grade criteria, total of 5 patients showed improvement and could see distinct change in skin comparing case photos. After comparing pre and post procedures, total of 5 patients showed improvements in figures of Korean acne index. 4 patients replied very satisfied and 1 replies satisfied on patient satisfaction survey. Conclusions : After observing patients satisfaction, and comparing case photos, acne scar grade criteria, korean acne index, it can be considered that scar regeneration acupuncture therapy and micro-needle therapy done in our clinic to be valid treatment.

교사가 지각한 유아교육기관 원장의 지도성유형과 교사의 직무만족도 (The relationships between the leadership types of a chief in a preschool institute perceived by a teacher and the teacher's occupational satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between the leadership type of the chief and the occupational satisfaction of a teacher as well as the desirable type to fullfill the educational purpose of pre-school institutes. The subject of this study were 191 teachers in private pre-school institutes. Halpin's "Leadership Behavior Description Questionnaire" and Paula Jorde Bloom(1989)'s "Early Childhood Job Satisfaction Survey" have been modified and used for this study. The results are as follows: First, the leadership types of the chief teacher is recognizing can be classified into effective leadership, initiating structure, consideration, and ineffective leadership. Second, in regard to the occupational satisfaction of teachers they are satisfied with occupation itself and relationship between people rather than pay, social stability, and the environment of working. Third, the relationship between the leadership types of the chief and the occupational satisfaction shows the meaningful difference and consideration among the leadership types indicates the higher satisfaction of teachers. On the other hand, the type of ineffective leadership shows the lower satisfaction. As a result, the type of leadership of consideration contributes to the satisfaction rather than the types of leadership such as effective, ineffective, and initiating structure.

The Effects of Mobile Accommodation App Quality Perception on Continual Use Intention through Expectation Confirmation and Satisfaction

  • This research investigates the relationship between the information quality, service quality, and system quality of lodging apps and the users' expectations, level of satisfaction, and intent to continue using them. For this objective, 418 respondents participated in a survey. To evaluate the hypotheses, the collected data were examined using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical software. This study constructed a model using information quality, service quality, system quality, expectancy, satisfaction, and intention to continue using the pre- and post-use relationship of users of accommodation applications. The results of testing the hypotheses indicated that system quality had no significant effect on expectancy, system quality and service quality had no significant effect on satisfaction, and all other hypotheses had significant effects. The conclusion of this research is that the app's system quality, including access speed, access barriers, and privacy, does not satisfy pre- and post-use expectations. In addition, the system quality and service quality of the application have little effect on the app's satisfaction. The information quality of the application has a considerable impact on expectation confirmation and satisfaction, expectation confirmation has an impact on satisfaction, and expectation confirmation and satisfaction have an impact on intention to continue using.

COVID-19로 인한 전면 온라인 수업 전환과정에서 대학생의 수업만족도 변화 분석 (An Analysis of College Students' Satisfaction with Online Classes during COVID-19 Pandemic)

  • To explore college students' course satisfaction over the course of the semester during which a full-scale digital transformation was in progress due to COVID-19 pandemic, this study analyzed student survey data from a university located in the metropolitan area. To minimize the respondents' burden to answer long list of detailed questions in repetition, the study utilized a pulse survey method and students were asked to answer a brief and regular set of online questions 5 times throughout the semester. The number of survey respondents ranged from 1,640 to 4,116, with an average of more than 3,700. The main results and implications of this study are summarized as follows. First, the survey data indicated that the overall student satisfaction with online courses was above average (3.46/5). Vast majority of students have chosen pre-recorded, contents-based course over real-time, video-based course as their preferred course delivery method and this tendency remained the same throughout the semester. Second, the results of keyword network analysis of open-ended questions indicated that technical issues, increased workload (e.g., course assignments and course attendance) were main causes of online course dissatisfaction. And students suggested an unified online course platform and more interactive course design to further improve online courses in the future.
