This paper describes an image processing method for inspecting the surface outlook of high speed moving plates. Noise free image and a new real time processing methods are required to inspect the surface outlook of the high speed moving plates in real time. It is difficult to get a noise free image due to a signal noise, a light noise and background image in typical industrial factory. Thus, pre-processing techniques should be required to get a good image and produce so many time steps to proceed the image data. In general, structures in service gradually lose original performance according to time due to initial defects in design and construction, or exposure to unfavorable external conditions such as repeated loading or deteriorating environment, and in extreme cases, may collapse in large disaster. Therefore, in order to maintain the serviceability of structures at optimal level, advanced structure measuring system which can inform optimal time point and method of maintenance is required in addition to accurate prediction of residual life the structure by periodic inspection. To guarantee the safety level of bridge structure and to prevent from disaster, the integration of safety network for bridge structures are needed. Therefore in this study, to enhance the effectiveness of safety network for bridge, the connection methodologies between safety network and pre-installed bridge monitoring system are investigated.

In this paper, we proposed pre-filter algorithms which using frequency domain analysis method, for the detections of defects in large-sized Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display(TFT-LCD) panel surfaces. We performed frequency analysis with 1-D, 2-D FFT methods for extract periodic patterns of lattice structures in TFT-LCDs. To remove this patterns, band-stop filters were used for eliminating specific frequency components. In order to acquire only defected images, we used 2-D inverse FFT methods which can be reverts images that remains defects.

This is a case study of induced innovation, especially the effects of regulations on the technology and market of cosmeceuticals. Korean government enacts a‘cosmetics law’in 2000, which force pre-inspection of cosmeceuticals before market entrance since 2001. This regulation makes brisk activities of technology and product development and the entrance of many firms in the market. This law is scheduled to be amended by the protest of foreign conn-tries such as USA and Europe.

This study evaluated the effectiveness of a visiting inspection and knowledge-based food safety education program for cooks in child care facilities provided by the Center for Children's Foodservice Management (CCFSM). The research was conducted among cooks at 91 child care facilities; 56 existing facilities had been enrolled since 2011 and provided with the inspection and education program for 2 years and 35 new facilities were enrolled in 2012 and provided with the program for 1 year. The food safety knowledge of the cooks of the two groups were compared by the presence and duration of inspection and education programs provided by the CCFSM. The total mean score for food safety knowledge was $18.48{\pm}3.09$, with a group score of $19.34{\pm}2.68$ for the existing facilities and $17.11{\pm}3.25$ for the new facilities (P<0.001). There was no significant difference between groups in the knowledge of the personal sanitation. According to a post-test for food safety knowledge in the two groups after the completion of a one-year program on food safety by CCFSM, the mean score of food safety knowledge increased by 2.92 to 20.03 for cooks of the new facilities and both groups had significantly higher mean scores than pre-test (P<0.001). There was no significant difference in the mean score of each group by post-test. Thus, the one-year continuous program by CCFSM was effective in improving food safety knowledge of the cooks of the child care facilities.

연구실 안전법 관련규정에 따라 과학기술분야 각 연구실은 매년 혹은 2년마다 안전점검 및 정밀안전진단을 의무적으로 실시하여야 하지만, 현재는 관련 지침이 명확하지 않아 점검 및 진단이 부실화될 우려가 높은 것이 현실이다. 이와 함께 연구실 현장에서는 사전유해인자 위험분석 제도를 시행하고 있으나, 수행하는 연구활동종사자의 교육 및 이해부족, 과도한 업무 등으로 인해 시행에 있어 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 따라 델파이 기법을 활용하여 연구실 안전 현장 전문가들의 의견을 분석한 결과 1. 연구실 안전법 적용시 고려할 사항, 2. 연구실 안전 점검 및 정밀 안전 진단시 고려할 사항, 3. 정부부처에 바라는 사항으로 각 항목을 구성하였고, 세부항목에 대한 조사와 분석을 통해 현재 연구실 안전진단 및 현행법상의 문제점과 대안을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study is to classify defects of the residential building by analyzing the defect specified by prequalification of residential building reconstruction and to suggest the solution of the problem which can be arisen during each stage of plan, construction and maintenance. By sorting the main defects which is specified by pre-qualification of residential building reconstruction for three years from August 2006 to August 2009 into 4 catagories and analyzing the cause of the defects, we draw the way of maintenance to prevent the defects and make pleasant residential environment. The reason for the frequent defects from residential building is mainly deterioration. It occured on the finishing more than on the structure, which means that residents can find defects easier on the finishing than the structure and clear the demand for repair. The result of analyzing of pre-qualification of residential building reconstruction is that the defects mostly caused small, masonry constructed and lower apartment. The apartment which is not into legal right for maintenance naturally have more defects than the others. In conclusion, it is necessary to establish a law of obligation duty of the maintenance of small apartment.

Background : The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of kinesio-taping method for female university students, who are vulnerable to constipation, on the activation of intestine. Methods : This study has been conducted for a total of three weeks including the pre-inspection, and it explained the purpose of the study upon selecting the adequate subjects who met the criteria for constipation among the female students. And It chose the nine students, who agreed to the experiment, as the subjects. It verified the frequency and time of excretion before experiment and the constipation ejaculation measure, and compared pre-arbitration with post-arbitration as for the time and frequency of excrement, the point of constipation ejaculation measure, etc. after two weeks since the application of tape. Result : The frequency of excrement after arbitration increased compared with pre-arbitration as result of the application of kinesio-taping method, and the time, which was taken for excrement, decreased. It was also shown that the point decreased in the point comparison for constipation ejaculation measure; thus, it obtained the result that showed the improvement of the level of constipation and all were statistically significant(p<.05). Conclusion : It is believed that kinesio-taping method has a positive impact on the activation of intestine of female university students.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the use of superior general hospitals on public holidays by using the medical use model (Dutton's medical use model) with the medical panel data. The study found that 34.2% of superior general hospital emergency rooms were used on public holidays and the factors which made statistically significant influences on the use of superior general hospital emergency rooms on public holidays were whether patients were operated or emergency care and inspection etc. Also, there was a difference depending on whether the type of establishment of the medical insititution is national or private. In other words, patients who received emergency care and examinations were found to make more frequent visit to hospital emergency room on pubic holiday, compared to patients who underwent surgery and those who visited emergency rooms in the private superior general hospital did so, compared to those who visited emergency room in the national general hospital(OR, 4.4, 3.386, respectively). Therefore, it is necessary to consider the introduction of integrated care of health and social care medical service that focuses on primary care in Denmark, which focuses on patients, and pre-The Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale(pre-CTAS) in the UK.

철근 선조립형 복합 데크플레이트는 거푸집 작업을 없앨 수 있기 때문에 건설현장에서의 발전을 가져왔다. 복합데크 시스템의 해석에는 2D해석법과 3D해석법이 있다. 지금까지 2D해석법을 사용하였으나, 선경축소에 따른 비렌딜 거동을 보다 정확히 표현할 수 있는 3D 해석법의 사용이 요구되어진다. 본 연구에서는 하부근의 선경축소, 아연도 강판의 유무, 경간, 슬래브 두께 등을 변수로 8개의 실험체를 제작하여 거동을 파악하였고, 2D해석법 및 3D해석법을 사용하여 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 2D해석법은 D10의 하부근을 사용하는 경우에만 적용하는 것이 타당하고, 비렌딜 거동을 포함한 상세한 거동을 표현하기 위해서는 3D해석법을 사용하는 것이 타당하다.
