Shipping and logistics safety, security system is strengthening worldwide, the development of shipping and logistics safety security core technology for national security logistics system construction has been carried out. In addition, it is necessary to localize the Array Detection System, which is a core component of the container search machine, to cope with the 100% pre-inspection of the container scheduled for 2018 in the United States. In this research, we propose a test software program developed by using TI-RTOS (Texas Instruments - Real Time Operating System) with a test digital signal processing board which is developed self development. We have developed a program that can test GPIO, SRAM, TCP/IP, and SDcard using M4 MCU. Also we propose a study on a self-developed Digital Signal Processing Board among the array detection systems that replace foreign products. We have developed a test board that can test M4 MCU and developed an X-Ray Detector Digital Signal Processing Board that combines MCU and FPGA.

Key part of main equipment in a gas turbine may be likely to be damaged due to operation under high temperature, high pressure, high-speed rotation, etc. Accordingly, the cost for maintenance increases and the damaged parts may cause generation to stop. The number of parts for maintenance also increases, but diagnostics technology fur the maintenance actually does not catch up with the demand. Blades are made of precipitation hardening Ni superalloy IN738 and the like for keeping hot strength. The surface of a blade is thermal-sprayed, using powder with main compositions such as Ni, Cr, Al, etc. in order to inhibit hot oxidation. Conventional regular maintenance of the coating layer of a blade is made by FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection) and MTP (Magnetic Particle Testing). Such methods, however, are complicated and take long time and also require much cost. In this study, defect diagnostics were tested for the coating layer of an industrial gas turbine blade, using an infraredthermography camera. Since the infrared thermography method can check a temperature distribution on a wide range of area by means of non-contact, it can advantageously save expenses and time as compared to conventional test methods. For the infrared thermography method, however, thermo-load must be applied onto a tested specimen and it is difficult to quantify the measured data. To solve the problems, this essay includes description about producing a specimen of a gas turbine blade (bucket), applying thermo-load onto the produced specimen, photographing thermography images by an infrared thermography camera, analyzing the thermography images, and pre-testing for analyzing defects on the coating layer of the gas turbine blade.
Purpose : This study is non-equivalent control group pre-post design attempted to see 'The effect of spiritual nursing intervention on the meaning of life and spiritual distress of the terminal cancer patients.' Method : The data collection was performed from June to October, 2004. The subjects were 41 terminal cancer patients of one general hospital in Jeon Ju city. They are formed two groups, 20 experimental group and 21 control group. Experimental treatment provided spiritual nursing intervention 3 times per a week, the mean 45 minutes each, for 4 weeks for experimental group with the contents of therapeutical use of oneself, use of bible, use of hymn, use of prayer, depend on the priest in the spiritual need assessment of 6 kinds. Study tools was used the thing which Kim(1990) developed about purpose inspection of life which Crumbaugh(1968) developed to measure the meaning of life. The measure of spiritual distress was used the tool which Kim(1990) developed, spiritual nursing intervention was developed by researcher of this thesis. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics of real number, percentage, the mean etc. and x2-test, t-test, ANCOVA. Result: The 1st hypothesis, 'spiritual the meaning of life score in the experimental group, who received the spiritual nursing intervention, will be higher than the control group who did not receive it' was supported(F=157.09, P=0.000) The 2nd hypothesis, 'spiritual distress score in the experimental group, who received the spiritual nursing intervention, will be lower than the control group who did not receive it' was supported(F=36.48, P=0.000) Conclusion: Spiritual nursing intervention was verified as an effective program to improve the meaning of life and decrease spiritual distress for the terminal cancer patients. Thus, it was confirmed with an effective nursing intervention which helps them in order to spend the rest time of life meaningfully and meet the peaceful death.
Objectives: We analyzed water in waterscape facilities to investigate contamination levels of water-borne pathogens and four test items (pH, turbidity, residual chlorine, and Escherichia coli) at facilities including play fountains, splash parks, and artificial streams from June to October in Suwon City and in the whole of Gyeonggi-do. Methods: A total of 62 waterscape facility samples were collected from 36 sites and tested for pathogenic Escherichia coli and water-borne viruses that cause hand-foot-and-mouth disease, eye disease, and acute enteritis. Results: None of the water-borne pathogens were detected in waterscape facility samples collected from across Gyeonggi-do that were for pre-inspection for facility management. However, the results of samples from Suwon collected in hot weather and during the school vacation period showed five total inconsistencies in turbidity (four cases) and Escherichia coli (one case). Three out of the four inconsistent samples in turbidity were from the same facility which operated a sand filtration system due to its locational factors close to mountains. Conclusion: We suggest that the waterscape facilities in Gyeonggi-do are managed properly in the respect of microbial contamination and water quality.

With the development of technology, the concept of digital literacy is expanding from the focus of function and tool utilization to the extent of communication and participation in social and cultural contexts. In particular, learners' digital literacy capabilities are more important and necessary in remote learning environments such as Corona19. In this study, we studied how to improve digital literacy education through analysis and inspection of digital literacy shown in elementary school textbooks. To this end, we analyze it through compliance consisting of 8 fundamental pieces of knowledge, 20 sub technical skills, and 10 keys of competencies that constitute digital literacy. As a result of the study, the contents of digital literacy education in elementary school textbooks were presented centered on functions and tools, and as they were biased in certain areas, they were found to be lacking in systematicity and connectivity. Therefore, it proposed the composition of the curriculum system of digital literacy through the independence of elementary informatics curriculum, the specific composition of curriculum, and the strengthening of pre-service teachers' practical skills.

Crack inspection of aged structures is mostly conducted by inspectors using surveying tools on site and visually inspecting them. This method greatly depends on professional worker, and consumes a lot of time and money. An artificial intelligence image classification algorithm is used to make reliable and objective judgments. Since 2018, image augmentation techniques have been used in the image pre-processing stage as they lead to high performance improvement. In this study, an analysis algorithm for cracks in concrete structures was developed using image augmentation techniques, in which the accuracy and speed according to the augmentation ratio were compared and measured for optimization. As a result, it was found that 8 times of image augmentation was appropriate when the accuracy was improved and economic feasibility was taken into account.

With the rapid growth of artificial intelligence, the demand for semiconductors is enormously increasing everywhere. To ensure the manufacturing quality and quantity simultaneously, the importance of automatic defect detection during the packaging process has been re-visited by adapting various deep learning-based methodologies into automatic packaging defect inspection. Deep learning (DL) models require a large amount of data for training, but due to the nature of the semiconductor industry where security is important, sharing and labeling of relevant data is challenging, making it difficult for model training. In this study, we propose a new framework for securing sufficient data for DL models with fewer computing resources through a divide-and-conquer approach. The proposed method divides high-resolution images into pre-defined sub-regions and assigns conditional labels to each region, then trains individual sub-regions and boundaries with boundary loss inducing the globally coherent and seamless images. Afterwards, full-size image is reconstructed by combining divided sub-regions. The experimental results show that the images obtained through this research have high efficiency, consistency, quality, and generality.
