일개 약학대학 실무실습교육 후 학생의 실무교육기관 및 프리셉터 평가 (The Students' Evaluation of Practice Sites and Preceptors in Pharmacy Experiential Education)

  • Objective: This study was conducted to assess the current status of experiential education, by analyzing pharmacy students' satisfaction and evaluation for practice sites and preceptors for 3 years from 2014 through 2016. Methods: Students evaluated the practice sites and preceptors using a 5-point and a 4-point Likert scale, respectively. Analysis was performed based on the types of curriculums and practice sites. In addition, sub-analysis was conducted based on the types of health-system pharmacy and the community pharmacy. Results: Total 203 students responded to the survey questionnaires. The 3-year average score of students' satisfaction with practice sites was 4.25. In the sub-analysis conducted based on the types of health-system pharmacy, the score was higher in the tertiary hospital pharmacies than that of the general hospital pharmacies (4.49 vs. 4.06, P<0.001). For community pharmacy, the difference in the score of the 3-year analysis was not significant, depending on the types (4.51 vs. 4.33, P=0.054). The average score of students' evaluation on the preceptors was 3.37 in the 3-year analysis. The score was significantly higher for the preceptors of tertiary hospital pharmacies than those of general hospital pharmacies (3.61 vs. 3.25, P<0.001). For community pharmacy, no significant differences were found, depending on the types of pharmacy (3.53 vs. 3.43, P=0.309). Conclusion: The students' satisfaction with practice sites and preceptors in pharmacy experiential education was high. However, it varied greatly depending on the types of educational institutions. Mutual effort between university and educational institutions is required, to narrow the gap in the degree of students' satisfaction.

근거기반 구강간호 실무지침 개정 (Updates of Nursing Practice Guideline for Oral Care)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to update the previously published nursing practice guideline for oral care. Methods: The guideline were updated according to the manuals developed by National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN), and a Handbook for Clinical Practice Guideline Developer Version 1.0. Results: Updated nursing practice guideline for oral care was consisted of 10 domains and 79 recommendations. The number of recommendations in each domain were: 5 general issues, 2 oral care indications, 9 oral assessment, 16 general oral care, 12 oral care for critically ill patients, 16 oral care for cancer patients, 12 oral care for cancer patients with oral complications, 5 oral care education, 1 oral care referral, and 1 documentation and report. In terms of grades for recommendations, 11.4% was grade A, 17.0% was grade B, and 68.2% was grade C. Twelve new recommendations were developed and 7 previous recommendations were deleted. Conclusion: Updated nursing practice guideline for oral care is expected to serve as an evidence-based practice guideline for oral care in South Korea. It is recommended that this guideline be spread to clinical nursing settings nationwide to improve the effectiveness of oral care practice.

상급종합병원과 종합병원의 근거기반 임상간호실무지침의 활용도 (Utilization of Evidence-Based Clinical Nursing Practice Guidelines in Tertiary Hospitals and General Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual utilization of clinical practice guidelines developed by Hospital Nurses Association. Methods: The subjects were 70 nurses who were in charge of guideline distributions in 70 advanced general hospital and general hospitals with 500 beds or more nationwide. Data were collected between June and August, 2020 by mail (return rate: 88.6%). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, and ANOVA with SPSS/WIN 24.0. Results: Among the clinical practice guidelines developed by Hospital Nurses Association, 72.9~90.1% were placed with book and electronic file in nursing department and 24.3~35.8% were placed with book and electronic file in each nursing unit at hospital. The average number of utilized clinical practice guidelines were 3.96±3.88, and average score of guideline utilization was score 2.85±0.79 which means 'use sometimes'. Conclusion: To improve the distribution and utilization of the clinical practice guidelines, it is necessary to enhance the recognition of values of evidence based nursing practice targeting head of nursing department and to stimulate the distribution and utilization of the clinical practice guidelines using diverse education programs for staff nurses.

한방의료행위의 개념요소와 유형에 관한 법적 고찰 (Study on Conceptual Factor s and Types of Korean Medical Practice)

  • Medical Act. article 2 (3) stipulates that "a korean medicine doctor is in charge of providing korean medical practices and korean medical health guidance". But, without a definition article about korean medical practice, the legal concept of it is defined by supreme court cases according to specific legal trials. To establish the concept of korean medical practice, it must be included that the common parts of practice of medicine involving "the purpose of practice", "the subject of practice", "the object of practice" and "other dangers", as well as the special parts of conceptual elements of korean medical practice involving "korean medicine principle" and "differentiation" and also "manufacturing of korean medicine". Accordingly, the definition of korean medical practice is defined as examining, diagnosing, differentiating, prescribing, manufacturing of korean medicine, treating, korean medical care guiding so as to treat diseases and to promote and to maintain health, based on korean medicine as traditionally handed down from the nation's ancestors and korean medicine principle which is scientifically developed and applied and also includes a practice that will cause physiological danger to human body and/or bring harm to public health and sanitation if it is not perfomed by korean medicine doctor.

  • This paper is about a development of effective practice subject in electronic circuit textbook of industrial high school. This paper introduces generally about the practice subject in electronic circuit textbook of industrial high school of the 7th National curriculum and presents problem of current practice and makes an alternative idea that improve current practice. The contents of current electronic circuit textbook of industrial high school have variety topics and these topics are independence and separated. So students have some problems to apply of learned knowledge. Therefore, researcher improved the various electronic circuit practice in current electronic circuit text book and added new practice and manufactured a electronic circuit module based on these circuits. And researcher suggested new practice subject what useful electronic equipment that assembled module of result of electronic circuit practice of each section. When the last subjects are accomplished the students may have feel of achievement and high study effect from these practice. The practice subjects of this paper were manufactured after verification and tested it's performance by computer simulation program I hope that these new practice subjects make effective understanding and application of electronic circuit for student.

기초 공학의 창의적인 실습 능력 향상을 위한 PBL 적용 사례 연구 (A Study Basic Engineering for Improving the Creative Practice PBL Case)

  • 본 연구에서는 공과대학 1학년을 대상으로 한 기초 공학 실습의 창의성 교육을 활성화하기 위한 대안으로 문제기반학습(PBL : Problem-Based Learning) 교육시스템을 적용하였다. 이러한 교육시스템의 개발의 이유는 공학에 관련된 지식과 실습능력이 전혀 없는 공과대학 1학년 학생들에 대한 기초이론과 기초실습에서 사용하는 재료의 특성과 공구사용법, 기계사용법을 숙달되도록 하였다. 기존의 실습교육은 정형화된 학습계획에 의해 교수 중심의 실습교육이 일률적으로 진행되어 학생들의 실습능력에 한계를 보여 왔다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 PBL에 입각하여 교재는 학생 스스로 선행학습을 하며 학습자 중심의 문제를 도출하고 소규모 단위실습 진행방법을 결정하여 실습 능력 향상에 대한 교육 프로세스를 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 연구결과로 기존의 실습교육보다 약 30% 학습 능력의 향상을 보였다.

과학적 실행 기반의 과학 교육에서 개념 학습의 가능성 고찰 -상황 학습 이론과 개념적 행위 주체성을 중심으로- (Possibility of Science Concept Learning in Scientific Practice-Based Science Education: A Review Focused on Situated Learning Theories and Conceptual Agency)

  • 본 연구에서는 상황 학습 이론과 실행 기반의 과학 교육에 관한 문헌들에 대한 고찰을 통해 과학적 실행 중심의 수업에서 과학 개념학습의 가능성을 살펴보았다. 먼저, 상황 학습 이론이 학생들의 과학적 실행에의 참여를 강조하는 최근 과학 교육 개혁의 흐름과 관련이 깊으며, 상황 학습의 관점에서 개념 학습은 학습자가 개념을 자원으로 활용하며 실행에 참여하는 동안 개념적 행위 주체성을 발현하여 개념을 지속적으로 발전시키는 과정을 통해 이루어진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또, 이러한 상황 학습 이론은 과학적 실행 기반의 수업에서 과학 개념을 학습하는 데에도 적용된다는 것을 확인하였다. 즉, 과학적 실행 중심의 과학 수업에서는 과학 개념이 자원으로 활용되며, 과학 개념을 자원으로 활용하는 동안 학생들은 과학적 실행에 더 잘 참여할 수 있고, 과학적 실천에의 참여는 개념적 행위 주체성의 발현을 통해 개념 학습을 더욱 촉진할 수 있다. 이러한 고찰의 내용이 학교 과학 교육에 주는 시사점을 논의하였다.

간호학생의 임상수행능력과 임상의사결정: 다중요소 실습기반교육의 효과 (Nursing Students' Clinical Competence and Decision-Making: Impact of a Multiple-components Practice-based Learning)

  • 본 연구는 단일그룹 사전-사후 실험설계를 통해 다중요소 실습기반교육의 간호학생의 임상수행능력과 임상의사결정에 대한 효과를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 2020년 5월 4일부터 29일까지 임상실습 경험이 없는 간호학과 3학년 학생 총 60명이 2팀으로 나누어 2주씩 다중요소 실습기반교육에 참여했고, 최종 51명의 자료가 분석에 포함되었다. 연구결과 임상수행능력, 임상의사결정 자신감은 실습교육전에 비해 유의미하게 상승하였고, 임상의사결정에 대한 불안은 유의미하게 감소하였다. 간호학생을 위한 다중요소를 포함한 실습교육은 환자 간호를 위한 수행 자신감을 향상시키고, 임상적 의사결정에 대한 자신감을 증가와 불안 완화의 교육방법으로 적용될 수 있다.

명상기반 중재의 보조도구로서 명상어플리케이션 개발 (Development of a Meditation Application as an Assistance Tool for Meditation-Based Interventions)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 명상기반 중재 프로그램에서 자가수련을 촉진하기 위한 명상어플리케이션을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하려는 것이다. 명상기반 중재 프로그램들은 대체로 자가수련을 강조하는데, 자가수련의 동기를 높이고 자가수련을 더 할 수 있도록 하는 것은 중요한 문제이다. A 대학 교양강좌에 참여한 대학생들을 대상으로 8주간 한국형 마음챙김기반 스트레스 감소(K-MBSR) 프로그램을 실시하였다. 실험집단(N = 22)은 명상어플리케이션을 제공하고 비교집단(N = 19)은 명상어플리케이션을 제공하지 않았다. 자가수련량은 참여자들이 기록한 수련일지를 토대로 수련시간을 계산하였다. 집단 간 심리적 효과의 차이를 확인하기 위해 마음챙김, 신체자각의 하위요인(감각자각, 감각복귀), 삶의 만족, 수용행동, 수면의 질을 사전과 사후에 측정하였다. 자가수련량은 실험집단이 비교집단에 비해 유의하게 더 많았다. 명상 효과는 실험집단이 비교집단에 비해 마음챙김, 신체자각, 삶의 만족, 수용행동, 수면의 질에서 더 높았다. 본 연구의 결과는 명상어플리케이션이 명상기반 중재 프로그램의 효과를 증진하는 보조수단으로서 유용함을 입증하는 것이다. 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

The Effects of Internet-based English Practice on Listening and Reading

  • This study examines the effects of Internet-based English practice on listening and reading. Out of a total of 16 students who took part in pre- and post-tests, 11 who had frequently practiced listening and reading on the Internet showed greater improvement in these skills than the 5 who had practiced less. The findings also suggest that summarization of listening and reading on the Internet was useful as it made students concentrate specifically on the content. This study suggests that English language teachers use a bulletin board to complement the use of Internet sites for listening and reading practice outside of the classroom in an EFL context.
